I was shopping today at the juniors clearance rack department. 99 as clearly stated on the sign. Daxa was laughing out loud and said sorry I can’t give it to you for this price or we would go bankrupt. She was making fun of me; there were other people behind me.

I said it’s not only my 4 items that are marked that price, it’s much more on the rack. She said I’m not going to give it to you, it is a mistake from a new hire. I asked her to give me the district manager phone number and she refused; she said she doesn’t have any number.

I asked for the manager, her name is Edralyn which also refused to give me a district manager phone number, she said that there is no such thing as district manager. After several minutes she gave a number that I dialed in front of her and told her this is not…

I did not receive an item I ordered for Christmas & expected it to arrive as a late back order. Item never arrived & now they’re telling me it’s past the 30 day time frame to submit my inquiry. I happen to have a second residence & was there until after Christmas so I was not aware that the item was missing.

If this isn’t refunded to me, I will never purchase another thing from Macys & I spent a good amount of money there for the Christmas holiday.

I was told basically that I had to correct the problem

I spend a lot of money at Macys and I can’t believe how I was treated

I called the company that sent the ring and they were very helpful and is correcting the problem.

I don’t plan on spending any more money at your company. There are other companies that I can go to

After Thanksgiving, on black Friday, I ordered four PUMA Hoodie from Macy's. I was given status that packages were shipped separately and given a ups tracking number. I continued to track, showed packages. Today 1/10/2023 I initiated a USPS Service Request. All requests came back with the same answer. My son and family did not rec receive their Christmas presents. I requested a refund, the agents are not knowledgeable, they need more training, see one of the usps response below.

2605441667 order number. Placed this order 12/14/2022 got email saying it was backorder. First red flag. Then got an email saying it would be ready to ship 01/18/2022 and that my card wold not be chartered until then. Had to move some money around and as soon as I did they charged my card 01/09/2022. Card declined. 00 dollars.

Called customer service could barely understand them and they contradicted what the website was saying and when I asked for a supervisor I was told one wasn't available. I'm a long time customer and feel like I've been had because Macy's doesn't want to honor the sale price.

Not my fault for the back order or the 8 day early charge of my card which by the way has the funds back in it. Won't be buying from them anymore. Dishonest company. I'll be taking my dollar…

macys in north attleborouh mass is not handicapped accessible. i took the escalotor up but i could not take the escaltor down moving to fast.. i asked someone how the hell do i get out of here. they told me about the elevator .

the elevator only goes up not down and was not working. i sta on a bed and watched three people try to take the elevator it was not working. i had and employee call secuity the y told me to walk to jc penney and get the elevator down .

from there i had to walk to my car. i use a cane. i was etremeley tired i spent more that two hours trying to get out of your store.

On 11/20/22, I ordered and Nine West purse. When the store notified me that the purse arrived at the store, I didn’t pick it up. I left it so it would be returned to my account with three other items I purchased and decided I didn’t want.

On 1/6/23, I went to the Macys store in Columbia, MD. I visited to store to confirm why my purchase of a Nine West bag was not returned nor credited to my account with my other returned items, because I never picked up the bag.

I had the bag shipped to the store. The representative checked for my order in the stock room. She returned and said my bag was not there. She gave me a telephone number to Macy’s customer service and advised me to call and explain my problem.

Recently I placed an order based the information was provided (size chart). However, the information was wrong and the chat agent named "Marileine d" instead of providing me with replacement proceeded with return request without even asking for my confirmation. I am reaching out to kindly ask you to make sure that size chart information is accurate and your representative are qualify to solve the problem not do what is the best for your side respectfully. I had a very pleasant shopping experience with macy's and return ;however, such a trivial task may completely change the experience. We ordered 12 bottles of wine. It appeared to be a good assortment of different types of wine. The first bottle we opened was Janela Branca from Portugal. It was terrible. It was a sour Rose that seemed like it had seltzer in it.

I hope the rest of the wine is better. Quite frankly this is one of the worst bottles of wine I have drink.

On December 28, 2022 I visited the Macy's at Valley Stream 1000 Green Acres Mall and purchased a gift box of " Azzaro The Most Wanted Eau the Parfum Intense" (the large bottle is 100ml and two smaller bottles are 10ml each). I am from Barbados so I was visiting the USA for the holidays.

I bought this item as a gift for a friend back home so I wrapped the gift as soon as I got back to the apartment when I left the store. Fast forward to when I returned home on January 2, 2023.

I presented the person with the gift as soon as I arrived in Barbados as it was her birthday and she was so excited. When she unwrapped the gift and tried to spray the perfume on her hand nothing came out.

ordered a sweater as a Christmas present for my wife. It was damaged in shipping and I was told it was returned to the store. I called immediately and was told a replacement would be sent out that day and would arrive the Thursday before Christmas.

When it did not arrive I called back and was told it was never ordered. Tried to go into the store at this point to get a replacement, but of course the selection was nil. No Christmas present for my wife.

I bought her flowers instead. If I had only been told when the original incident happened that Macys could not deliver, I could have found a replacement elsewhere. Thanks for the memory. I'm sure it will be a factor in my future shopping selections.

I was a long term Macy's customer until a year ago when almost everything I ordered on line did not arrive and I had a problem getting credits. i tried again to go to the store in Short Pump to purchase goods and could never find an open check out.

Today I gave it one last try!! I went to the Short Pump VA store with all intents of purchasing a sofa I saw on line. There was one woman sitting at her desk at the computer with a couple who (I guess ) was trying to make a purchase.

Each of the people took turns walking around the furniture area so I am guessing there was a problem. I had a question and would have been happy to order on line but the woman (Macy's employee) refused to recognize that we were there.

So very sad that a once wonderful store and shopping experience has gone down…

I returned a order. Macys received it 5 days ago. I contacted a rep and she stated that it could take up to 10 business days. The point I was trying to make that it should take 2 weeks for a refund.

I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said she apologize and that they have been busy with returns. Now why would someone be too busy to refund people there money. So she manually put in the return. So if I hadn’t called I would still be waiting on my money.

And also they saying it’s for a lesser amount. Thank god for emails because you are holding my and trying to refund me less

I've had to call twice for a price adjustment for and item that I still haven't received. I call the 1st time on Dec 28th customer rep was very nice but he didn't do what he was supposed to. Called again Dec 31st customer rep female very rude asking unnecessary questions and after I had to hold on for over 20 minutes after talking to her fir 10 to 15 minutes we ended our call but

she didn't hang up because I feel she didn't want me to take the survey. Macy's over all customer service is just horrible at best.

Ordered a mattress on Black Friday as advertised on sale. Drove around for 30min to park. Supposedly getting it delivered Dec. 7th it never came. Called & asked why it wasn’t delivered they told me that they couldn’t get it to come back to the store and pick out another one.

I needed this for company coming to my house for Christmas. So again we went to the store& was told the only mattress available before Christmas was one we didn’t really like. Delivery was Dec 20 it never came. Went back again they said the 22!!!

My company came & left so I canceled the order. Now they claim I can get the mattress I wanted for Jan 12 but it didn’t go through because the other mattress was still on my account! I canceled everything!

HORRIBLE! They cancelled my order two days after it was placed stating it was out of stock. Still have not received my money back. I called in and one customer service rep kept talking over me, I asked to speak to a manager she said there is no manager available and transferred me to the Spanish line.

I called back and the rep pretended to be a manager by alternating his voice to a female voice and changing his name then proceeded to hang up on me after I asked him if he was the same rep.

There was fraudulent charges on my account and I called in July of 2022! I phsically went to the store and spent 2 hours trying to fix this. 00 out at that time. I also called 12 times and visited the store 3 times.

Each time they have told me I would receive my card in 7-10 days. I still havent received it!!! I finally got the credit in the mail on December 12! When I called today they said all cards are delayed and couldnt give me an estimate of when I would receive it! This is ridiculous!

Worst Online Customer Service Experience ever. Sheet sets are clearly marked "Limited time offer: Buy one get one free". Several days of chats and emails with Macy's Customer Service just came up with "the items you are trying to purchase are not buy one get one free".

I sent screen shots from the Macy's site showing that several types of sheets that I had attempted to buy show "buy one get one free" and asked "what is the mechanism for getting the free set for ANY of the choices". No one knew--just stated that they were "not eligible for buy on get on free" even though the ads--for which I provided them screen shots to prove said "buy one get one".

I ordered my grandchildren some clothes for Christmas a few weeks before the 25th. They came with a dress missing. I called and the lady apologized and said she would mail it ASAP. It came and was identical to one I had just rec’d.

I called back and the lady said she saw the one missing and would get a replacement sent, but it wouldn’t arrive by Christmas! I haven’t rec’d it yet!! Since it was your mistake, couldn’t y’all at least have rushed it to me?

I was in macys on Cottman Ave. i went in to find some Christmas things on sale. I found a whole rack of Christmas towels with a sign that said 70% off . 00 so i said the person ringing me up that that was wrong !!

She said that’s what they cost so after i took her to the rack and showed her the sign i asked her to get a manager. There was no mistake the towels were the only items in the rack and the sign says 70% off !!

So i guess it was the manager who came over and checked the sign again and then removed it ! Then she did give me a discount but not 70% that i thought she gave me ! 75 a pc that is not 70%.

Not a happy customer right now !! Didn’t think a store like macys would do this !! I’m really unhappy with the way the entire situation was handled !! Thanks for listening !!

I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife (a diamond ring among other things) that was supposed to be delivered on Dec 24th, right before Christmas. I get a notification saying the items were delivered so I was excited and went to go check the packages.

I noticed everything was delivered except the ring. I went to check the delivery status and it said it was now going to be delivered on JANUARY 5TH! Huh?? So I called the customer service number, (718) 271-7200, in which they were rude and pretty much offered no help whatsoever.

Hello, i have been waiting for my refund on two online orders about a month now. I have been given a runaround from Macys customer service for a month now. Every time I email to inquire about my refund Macy’s customer service keeps saying in 2-3 days I should get my refund.

I have heard this answer for a month now. So upset and disappointed with Macy’s response on my return refund. Order number 2599927686 return was received by Macy’s on 11/26/2022( no refund issued as of 12/24/2022 still saying it’ll b issued in 2-3 days .

Order #: 2617439550, I have called customer service on numerous occasions in regards to two refunds which as of yet I have received. The first item was the Miami Cuban Link 24" Chain Necklace (6mm) in 10k Gold in which on December 7 it said it was delivered by the post office.

I called Macy’s on December 7 inquiring about the item and a gentleman advised me that the item is due to be delivered by December 12 and had not been delivered. I was advised to wait until then and he would follow back up with me on December 13, I never received a follow up call or email so I called again Macy’s on December 14, spoke with another gentleman who stated that at this point it would either have to be a refund or another item sent out.

By this time I’m livid because I was told I would get a follow call…

Was in the Ocean County mall store in NJ… The store looked like a run down thrift store.. It was absolutely disgusting. The attitudes of the staff were horrible.. I also ordered things on line and they never arrived.. I called customer service, was told nothing they could do and I could get a credit in 10 days..

I am very angry!!!! I placed a order on dec 10 2022 and didnt get my order. Called 3 days after that I was suppose to get my order and the rep lady tells me she doesnt see a date on 14th or 17th.

I explained I have a screenshot but she still tells me no ot will be deliver on 21st with the status still saying label created. So now I waited a day later and it still says label created and no items.

Spoke to another rep and she tells me I have to reorder and wait 2 days to do a claim. Lady xmas is in 3 days. I'm told order wouldnt get here til 27th or 28th. I'm charged interest from dec 10. No items.

Poor customer service. I ordered an item and paid for overnight service. Door Dash was handling the delivery. I received texts prior to the delivery that I would receive a call ti arrange where to leave package. Without any call, I received a text that my order had been delivered to my house.

That would have been fine but the delivery was not made to my home. The photo the door dash driver left was not my house. I immediately called Macys to contact Door Dash. After being on hold for close to 30 minutes I was told the overnight fee would be reimbursed.

I inquired why the product still couldn’t be delivered as the first order only came from a distance of 45 minutes. No attempt at all was made to get my product to me. I have been a customer since 1984 and am not one to complain as I…
