My name is Tsion Gedamu , I have been trying to resolve this issue for several months before they do all this ridiculous activity. I purchased this products back on January 7 and order number is 2419706238 with a balance of $915 total, so because of size I returned all the items in that order but

when it was supposed to be credited back to Macy's card $915 , it was only credited back $617 but all items on that purchase was returned and processed a refund and

If I could give Macy's a 0 I would. Last year during Christmas my ordered never got delivered and when I called they said that I would have to place it again and that they couldn't do anything about it.

When I asked for a refund they said that I would see it in my account again but I never did. I placed my second order again and it STILL didn't arrive. When I tried calling they said that they couldn't do anything about it.

I got an email saying that my refund was not going to be processed. $100 down the drain and they were christmas gifts!! The customer service people tried to help me but on their end they aren't allowed to do anything.

For some reason I can't use my Bank of America Master Card when ordering on line from Macy's. I can use it in person, but every time I've tried to use it for an online order is gets declined. Bank of America doesn't know what is going on either.

When I call Macy's customer service, I get completely useless customer sevice people, If they have to go off "script" they are helpless. They make absolutely no effort to resolve this. And I get the impression they just want me to hang up.

For several decades I had a Macy's credit card. But when Macy's started charges "service fees" (not finance charges) I cancelled the card. I was told that when CitiBank took over that is when this started. I had no balance for quite a few months but was charge several dollars a month for just having the card.…

I went into a Macy's store today and attempted to make a purchase. Forgetting my credit card and also the fact that I had my account setup whereby if I didn't have my card with me I couldn't make a purchase.

After my card being denied the customer service clerk called Macy's customer service 800 number to try to find out what the problem was. When speaking with an agent in the presence of the store clerk, it was clear to the both of us that he didn't know what he was doing.

After asking to speak to a supervisor not once but twice and being told that he could resolve the issue ( which he didn't) I was placed on hold multiple times. Tried to place order online. Website not working. Then I called customer service to place order. When I went to pay I was told my Macy's card # was not valid. I have been a member since 1970. 1st I was told by your Credit Dept I had another Macy's credit card number.

But, when I gave the customer rep the last 4 digits of my SS # she told me that it was incorrect. I told the rep that the card was in my maiden name and not my married name. I had to call your 800 number back to place my Xmas order, which took me a total of 1 1/2 hours to finalize my order.

I would like to know why my card was denied? This is crazy. I have been ordering from Macy's since 1970!!!!!!!!!

I recently ordered a product from Macy’s and after receiving an email stating my product had been delivered, I hadn’t received it. I called and tried to get the situation resolved because the name signed or provided to UPS was one I have no type of connection with, there was “nothing” they could do for me because they received proof of delivery but that proof wasn’t to me!

This makes me extremely upset not only because I didn’t receive my item that I was anticipating, but because of the fact that I not only paid for something to get shipped to the correct address but also because they state there’s nothing they could do for me.

I was checking out at Macy's in St. Cloud, Mn, on Nov. 22, 2022.

The cashier asked if I'm using my Macy's credit card, to which I responded no, I don't have one. She offered me to apply, and I would receive 20 percent off my purchase. I politely declined, and said I'm paying cash.

She kept insisting that I should get one, and seemed incredulous that I wouldn't apply for a Macy's card. I was becoming annoyed at the number of times she kept saying that I should get one.

I live in suburban Chicago. Today I went into the city to go to the large Macy’s on State St. It has gone out of business. Then I walked to the store at Water Tower Place. It has also gone out of business.

I called Fox Valley, Oak Brook and Bolingbrook stores. There was no answer at any of the stores beyond the robotic answering device. I then tried to order online. I was informed there was a computer problem and advised to chat with a representative.

I ended up speaking with two different representatives. I took over 30 minutes to get my order placed. Wait. I thought I was done but I was informed there was a problem and it wouldn’t go through because of the computer.

Hi, today i purchased Chanel eu de parfum. My first point of contact with a lady (boy cut) was very nice. She explained about the offers well. This resulted in me agreeing to make a purchase. I’m so upset right now, just placed a call twice to Macy’s Customer Service Center, both time I spoke to a representative from the Philippines and both time I was disrespected. After explaining my issue and what happen and how many times prior, I’ve called , the representative would stating they’re looking into the matter, place me on hold for over 20 minutes then

Charged credit card several times after screwing up my original order. Called 6 times trying to have matter corrected, each time something else was deleted. Customer service wanted to charge my credit card again to replace items. I said no, decided to go to the store directly after being told by Rep that the items were available at the store.

Drove to the store and was told no one was available to help me. Once finding a stock clerk to search for Items i was told that they were not even in stock! Done with Macys!!! NEVER AGAIN!! Rep put me on hold and left me there when I asked for a supervisor.

I payed with Macys credit card. Returned some items back to the local store. Instead of refunding my money back toy Macy's card I got a merchandising certificate . 5 month I have been trying to get this money back to my Macy's card.

I called 9 times spoke to different departments, 4 different supervisors. I have been hang up or tresfared to render departments only today by 5 different people. Now my certificate is deactivated and I still didn’t get my money back.

You advertise “save an additional 20% by opening a Macy’s charge account but then are told it takes 7 to 10 days to approve! False advertising/ switch and bait tactic. Other companies approve you instantly ( basically)… why can’t Macy’s do the same?

Unable to get proper price adjustment on an order. I paid $93.71 for 3 items (2 sets of glasses and 2 pitcher) and was refunded $17.00 as a price adjustment. However, here is the math: 3 items @ $28.99 each = $93.71 (including tax); sale price $21.24 x 3 = $68.66 (incl tax). The actual adjustment should be $25.05. Balance owed to me = $8.05 (incl tax).

I have had one very long customer chat, 4 emails, and another customer chat, but no resolution. My price adjustment request was filed timely and Macy's had made 2 price reductions when I filed my claim.

After shopping 5 times in the past month: no signs at the escalators so you don't know what's on which floor. Impossible to find cashiers. Only one dressing room on a floor that was open. Dressing rooms with clothes scattered, and racks of clothes not returned to proper places.

Walking all over the store trying to find cashiers, dressing rooms, specific departments, and no one around to ask. Totally frustrating experiences. Am a 73 year old long time customer who is giving up on Macy's.

To whom it may concern, I have been Macy’s customer and card holder for more than 12 years and I’ve been happy with my purchase experience until the past 2 weeks. For the past few weeks the orders that I placed on line had been cancelled and I had to call the customer service and wait on hold and talk to 2 people for 1:45 hours to get the orders replaced.

The worst part was for my last purchase I was denied the offers that I had at the time of my online purchase. I was told those offers were not available any more. So instead of having a convenient online shopping I had to waist 2 hours of my time 2 days in the last 2 weeks only to buy the same items more expensive.

00 off on reg, sale, &clearance items. 00 dollars or more. When purchase sale item in-store says items aren't good for coupon discount. Deceptive practice to consumer to have you come to store to spend on credit card that is supposed to have discount on sale items that doesn't happen!

Says your items are excluded with customer no way to know which items are included or not. Should be posted in store if only select items. Nice way to treat customers.

On 4/3/21 and 4/24/21, I purchased a complete set of London fog Brentwood 11 luggage from your store in Victor New York. 00 charged to my Macy's account. London Fog allegedly warrants the luggage for 10 year years on a limited warranty.

Having utilized the luggage once on an airline flight, several of the pieces lost the zipper handles making it impossible to unzipper the luggage. I have written to London Fog warranty department several times about this problem and have never even received a reply to my complaint.

I have had a terrible experience. I placed an order on November 13, the fraud department sent me an email asking me to call to confirm that it was me. I call today November 14 and they tell me that supposedly everything is fine to go into my account and place the order.

I go in and it declines again I call the macys sales department and no one has any idea what happens after transferring me 5 times to 5 different departments the last one tells me that I have repeated the order 5 times that is YOU and now I have to wait 24 to 48 hours before they return it to me so that I can place the order again.

An order that I am paying for express shipping because it was a gift. In short, the worst experience, what a pity!

I have called Macy's in Costa Mesa California I spoke to after making six phone calls I asked for the women's Department social dresses. And all I kept getting was the toy department. Three men answered. The last man said he was the only one in that department so the first two were lying to me so I just tried to get to just any Department I could to find out where I need to go to return address.

So I chose the Lancome fragrance department. And again it was just the woman was rude and just would not help me. I ordered a dress online that is slightly too big because the size I needed you were out of stock.

So I went one size up now I want to return it. But can't get good customer service from your Costa Mesa store.

My complaint is how easily Macy’s fired an employee of 18 years for trying to protect his employees and customers from a robbery. He was stabbed and then fired. I will no longer shop here and also tell my friends and family how horrible they have treated this employee David Walker.

I have worked with him at Macys, he was my manager and my mothers manager. Shame on Macy’s for this terrible decision. I have lost what respect I’ve ever had for this corporation.

I have called for three weeks customer service and either they disconnect or give no information before forwarding me to someone else who does the same. They have admitted the item I ordered was damaged in the mail and that I would be refunded.

There has been a false account balance on my account that . I have been calling for Macy’s to fixed the problem but all in vein. Anything I call I will get different response. The first person that I called in March said I used my card to purchase something and the month and what I purchased she hangs the call, I called the second time I was told a that I don’t need to do anything that after 90 days that I will get resolved.

I bought a diamond ring online in December 2021 from Macys Colonie Center, NY, A month ago one of the diamonds a big chunk fell out. This was a gift for my boyfriend. Online they never offered insurance. Now we take the ring to Macys and they send it out and we pick it up October 21, 2023 and pay with credit card for the repair.

Happy to have it back and 10 days later the same exact thing happened in the same spot. I spent many phone calls to get Macys customer service to answer.

Finally someone answer and says she will call the repair shop. She did not call me back , I called several times , no answer.

My name is Phillis Laster (773/624-1312). On or about August 3rd, 2022, I ordered a beautyrest mattress set. The mattress set was delivered as expected however within 10 days, I noticed the mattress had begun to sag in several places. I informed customer service.

A technician was scheduled to come to my home to determine the problem. After 3 or 4 rescheduled appointments by Macy's, the technician was at my home about a month later and determined the mattress was defective. Today is November 1st and a new mattress is scheduled for delivery on tomorrow however, the old mattress was not scheduled for pickup.

Macy Platinum credit card canceled due to employee error. Customer service requires i start over with new application at basic level rewards Till purchases reach level of platinum. I have been a loyal customer for decades and pay off balances automatically, Everyone apologizes but no one can restore my platinum status.

I am pleading with the executive department to restore platinum status. In the meantime I will re-apply for a new credit card

I placed an order last night and called this morning to cancel. I was told I could not cancel it because it had begun processing. But when I go to Marcy’s do come to check the status of my order he had not started processing yet.

I also have not received an email yet. So there shouldn’t have been a reason that I couldn’t cancel. I talk to two different people and the second one was rude and wouldn’t give me his full name. You guys also need to ship clothing on a hanger.

Also when I tried to make a payment through the automated phone system, I received a message that the system had an error. So after speaking to CS Agent I asked to have the fee waived due to your system failure, for which I was transferred to the tech help desk.

Instead of fixing or saying that they would fix the error the technician said it was my bank's fault. Clearly from the attached message it isn't bc I don't use Citibank. mind you the department has really just opened. THEY JUST HUNG UP ON ME AFTER I WAITED FOR MORE THAN 30 MINS.
