On October 14, while shopping at Macy's at the South Shore Plaza in Braintree, MA, I took a horrible fall on a ceramic tile floor. It was caused by a supply cart that apparently was somewhat jutting out in the aisle.

The staff was very helpful in getting me up and taking the time to write down all pertinent information. Within a few days a man named Jim called from the Claims Dept. He left his # for me to call him.

I've called back three times to no avail. but nothing. I had a very bad bruise on my knee and my right hand is still swollen and sore which left me unable to care for my grandchildren in the following weeks.

I would like an apology from Macy's and some sort of compensation for this upsetting happening.

Hello On the 29th, my friend and I were in the Perfume dept and checking out the scents. We asked for a sample of IDOLE NECTAR FLORAL AND SWEET, The service man was short and dismissive and told my friend NO!

we are sorry we do not have any. She decided to purchase the smaller bottle and all of a sudden he has a sample? I have to say I will never go to Macys for perfume ever again. They are rude and not helpful.

Orderd item online, tried to track it, it says it cancelled on the left side and shipped on the right side, and arriving date is changing every day. Talked to 4 representstives, and they say opposite things, some of them saying, the item was cancelled and I will get a refund.

Agent in customer service dont know anything, they just do, what I can do by myself track item on site but if I need additional information they said their sistem is down. Stopped shoping at Masys forever

I called customer service n I have had problems with customer service in Philippine. Every time I say to be transferred to America customer service they get up set because I asked for an agent in my country. Last time I call I related my issue n I could no under stand what she was saying n she started yelling.

You should offer MINUS stars for the horrible service and lies if you email Hilary Speck or Melissa Roberson! Both of your employees out and out LIED to me! I first contacted Hilary due to an ink tag being on a shirt I ordered online.

I ordered online due to covid precautions and the fact I have no immune system, I have not gone inside any stores. So, when I received merchandise with a tag attached, I am FORCED to go to my local Macy's store.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to inform you of the horrific customer service I have received to date in order to get a resolution on my investment and or money I spent. Me and my wife who frequent Macy's decided to purchase a new Mattress as the last one we purchased was deemed defective and could not wait any longer due to the discomfort we were having.

With the latest Purchase we Ordered a Mattress which will be outlined in this email on 10/15/2022 to be delivered on 10/22/2022 between 10:00am and noon. As we waited for the delivery around 1:30pm we received a survey via phone asking about how good the delivery service was.

Macys is Horrible. I took my ring for an estimate to Briarwood mall and they took it upon themselves to send it off to a 3rd party company which I was not informed of. And got my ring sized with OUT my permission and my ring was gone for 2 MONTHS .

They Literally had to Call the company and DEMAND my ring Back. It came back without the jewelry box. This is my 20 year ring from the University of Michigan and Both Macy and the 3rd party are dropping the ball .

NOW I am calling to make a customer complaint and they are giving me phone numbers to places that are NOT even macys. I AM APPALLED.

I am trying to find out the status of my claim number 91194196. It was filed in August. Some damage was done to newly painted walls going up my staircase as Macys tried to deliver a dresser. It was undeliverable even though your delivery men tried very hard and were very courteous because of my winding staircase.

I sent pictures of the damage which was not massive but nonetheless was done. I sent an email with the estimate of $300 from the painter. com. Each time I asked for acknowledgment that the information had been received. There has never been any response.

I just received my bill from Macys and this happens every time I pay my bill off. I paid the bill the day I received it. Then I get a bill for the interest which was only $2 but then I have to call and go through the whole thing every time.

I get how Interest works. But if I paid the interest, do I then receive another bill for the interest accrued on the interest. I have many many credit cards and Macys seems to punish you for paying your bill off!

The service girl told me that they would not be able to adjust my bill again. No worries, I will never use that card again. It’s way too much work!!!

Tonight I was standing in the vestibule waiting for my husband to pull the car around because it was raining. As I was standing there a young lady walked out the first door & than walked to the outer door leading to the parking. Lot.

By the time I looked up there was a guy who came running out of both doors and proceeded to grab the girl by her jacket and her purse. He grabbed something out of her purse and threw her phone and walked away.

This is by far unacceptable for security or man hitting a woman ever. I don’t even know if she knew what he was doing because we were all confused as to who or what was going on. I hope she presses charges and I don’t see how macys thinks this is acceptable.

I order from Macys online. I picked up a package at the store the first week of October. The bag was ripped and an item was missing. The store clerk took my name and number so she could check if the item was somewhere in the order room.

She called me back with 24 hours and could not find it. She gave me theMacys customer service number to call. She was very helpful. I called customer service only to be disconnected and then when I spoke to a representative the system wasn’t working.

I picked up my order on Friday Oct 21st 2022, from the Prince Georges Mall. My order number is 2524889537. When I opened my package I can immediately tell these were the wrong shoes, they were the wrong size, and they were used/worn.

I contacted customer service immediately. I was told the shoes came from a warehouse and not a department store; which is still no excuse. And I was told that I should receive a email with a return slip within 25-48 hours, which I still have not received.

I would like to know how could used shoes be switched with my shoes I ordered? Isn’t there check points even in a warehouse where the product is monitored and checked? Are there not cameras in this warehouse? Because this is theft.

I bought a men’s dress shirt at Macy’s Tucson Mall. 50. I paid $30 at the store. I called customer service and was told I had to go to the store for a refund. The store is 25 miles away.

They refused to issue a credit to my charge card. It will cost me more to return to the store with gas and time. I have never experienced this issue with any other store. I will never deal again with Macy’s

Hi. I returned a pair if shoes to the Macys store at Tyrone square Mall on 10/11 I had ordered them on line . They did no fit properly. Every time I call to customer service as to why I have not gotten the credit I am getting the run around as to why They did could not credit my card.

I ordered a clutch bag from Macy's. When I received the package it was the wrong order, with a packing slip to a different person and city. I called customer service and was told I would be emailed a return label "in a few days" and I should take it to UPS to return it, at which time the correct item would be sent out.

I asked for a UPS pickup because it was not my mistake and the UPS store is not close to me. The package was picked up the following day. I called customer service the next day and was told I had to reorder the item.

I reordered the item and checked a few days later and there was no order under that order number. I called again and reordered. com and it said the order was canceled. I called again (same day) and was told I had to reorder.

I have never filed a complaint to any retailer in my life.

However today I believe one is in order. I understand staff shortages, however my daughter snd I waited very patiently for 35-40 minutes while staff worked through a complicated transaction. There were three customers at counter. The second person went through there transaction and I was next.

I had been standing in front of service member the whole time waiting. A woman who had been walking the store came to counter and told service member she was next. I asked service member if the woman had put something behind counter to wait for it and her answer was no.

I was to say very irritated that she was totally unaware of us standing in front of her for almost 40 minutes. This is the reason Macy’s has been a huge disappointment.

Placed online order on 10/02/2022 for Clinique makeup & lipstick. Some freebie items came with the order. Received one of the freebie items 10/08/2022 but have yet to receive the makeup, lipstick, and other freebie items. Tracking said makeup & lipstick expected 10/05 but did not start shipping till 10/06 arriving at Austin Tx on 10/07 then sent to Pflugerville Post Office the same day. Still have not received.

Cannot reach a person at Macy toll free # to address the situation till Monday which is a Fed holiday or Tuesday concerning this issue.

RE: order number 2516585381 I placed my order on Sunday and then received an email noticed I won’t be receiving it until tomorrow, Friday. I paid an additional $10 fee to expedite shipping to be received no later than three business days which was yesterday!

I absolutely need these shoes before tomorrow for my wedding attendance! Big thumbs down to Macys and I will definitely press this matter and share comments with social media as much as possible. I will never shop Macy’s again whether in store or online!

Went to return an item. Stood in line while the cashier spent 20 minutes talking to a woman at the cash. She could have invited her over for dinner and continued the conversation. She was not speaking English. She was walking away with the woman she cashed out and I said, we’ve been waiting in line for 15 minutes.

My tern came and she lied and said Macys only takes on line returns at one desk at the back. She said her name was Laila in mens dept. at 7:20pm. She didn’t care that she lied. She pretended that she couldn’t understand what I said, when I heard her speaking English to others.

I understand Macy’s is a large company, and it takes many people to operate a company like this, but something has to be done to help the customers, that call in making payments over the phone! What I just saw on TV about your stores broke my heart. It showed how Macy's uses dogs to sniff out crime. That's fine and good but those poor dogs live in a cage. What kind of life is that?

Even Police dogs have homes and are appreciated and not just used. You should be ashamed of yourself and someone should lock the owners of these dogs in those cages instead. This will go out to social media. Those poor animals.

I forgot to make a payment because I was hospitalized with a blood clot in my lung and when I came back I noticed that I have a few phone calls from Macys telling me about my bill I called this morning I spoke to someone the person we just wanted to hurry up and get the payment and was very rude I will no longer deal with Macys I will be making my payments and forgetting about the store I felt very offended and Customer Service was very horrible for me even at the time of need when I’m still sick.

Your customer service need to learn some more manners and speak to people properly or better learn English better for they can talk to people normally your receptionist or your person for customer service was very rude and didn’t wanna hear my story and hang up on me

Terrible customer service that’s getting worse by the day. I was shopping for a perfume on Macy’s website and used the online chat function. Both associates were incompetent and rude. Alba O hung up on me before I could ask her another question.

I have been in contact with Macy’s credit card and customer service about 10 times trying to find out why I am not and have never received and passes/coupons in the mail or in my wallet in the Macy’s app. I am a platinum cardholder and use my card often.

No one can seem to give me an answer why I am not receiving them. This is supposed to be one of the additional benefits of being a platinum card holder. I am getting frustrated that I am not getting any answers and am still not receiving them.

Placed order #2527387995 online for 2 misses tops. Received a comforter! Had to use my time to pack it up and get it to UPS. Then received 1 of the 2 in the mail but received a confirmation that I received 2. Called customer service and they were absolutely no use at all. They couldn't understand me and vice versa. This is not the first BAD experience with Macy's online service. It seems that when I place an online order I need to hold my breath and see what happens. 9 times out of 10 it is not a good experience. I had to hang up on the 'customer service' person because they were no help at all and I have not received my order in full. I can't help but shop else where.

I went to pick up my on line purchase on Monday, July 25, 2022 but learned it was returned as the Representative ( Vanessa ) failed to advise her team that my due date was extended as I had COVID. I drove 15 miles and told her "I was not happy". Vanessa went on to say with a loud/stern voice " YOU DON"T HAVE TO BE RUDE" and continued to argue that it was " NOBODYS FAULT". I bought a mattress from. Macyz and purchased a protection plan to replace my mattress 3 times within 10 year period if it got damaged or stained. Now after two years they changed the original plan and lied saying the plan was for a free 20 dollar mattress pad that was given to me with my purchase.

00 for that plan which was added to the 600 bed I purchased with macys. Who in their right mind would buy an insurance plan to cover a cheap mattress cover. Its worth 20 dollars why would I spend a hundred to purchase that.
