On October 14, while shopping at Macy's at the South Shore Plaza in Braintree, MA, I took a horrible fall on a ceramic tile floor. It was caused by a supply cart that apparently was somewhat jutting out in the aisle.
The staff was very helpful in getting me up and taking the time to write down all pertinent information. Within a few days a man named Jim called from the Claims Dept. He left his # for me to call him.
I've called back three times to no avail. but nothing. I had a very bad bruise on my knee and my right hand is still swollen and sore which left me unable to care for my grandchildren in the following weeks.
I would like an apology from Macy's and some sort of compensation for this upsetting happening.
