I was at Macys store at Soutridge mall 5300 S 76street in Greendale Wi I opened new card and have 20% discount which clerk didn’t apply (I realized when I come home) I also ask for one particular shirt for different size Gyselle (clerk) give me phone numbers of 5 stores to call around and order my product.

I was purchasing many time from this store and I never call around and looking for my size I called 5 stores and never got answer With this price of gasoline , I have to drive back 40 minutes)for somebody to give me 20% Generally I am so disappointed with all this expiriance including other stores who never answered

A cashier check payment was sent to Macy's credit department to pay off my creditcard on May 23, 2022 (noted that 3 other creditors was sent cashier checks at the same time and posted and pay off the accounts) Macy cashed the check on May 31. Payment still was not posted to the account # and copy of statement was sent. I have called several times and was told not to keep calling and that I need to wait 21 days for resolution. I contacted the bank and was informed that Macy needed additional information; it was provided. I do not understand this process it not fair or justifiable to hold someone payment. And I think Mr. Christian does not provided good explanation when they have the proof. I would appreciate a call back today regarding this complaint.

Return policy is lame. So if someone bought a gift for you and you want to return it they force you to take a store credit if you don't have the card the item was purchased with. Why would I, it was a gift!

So am I supposed to drag that person around with me to present that original card! It's total BS, basically Macy's is making those $'s stay at their store even if I don't want any of their merchandise in exchange.

I will never shop there again, and I will tell everyone I know and post reviews everywhere telling people to stay away. You just lost my families business.

They placed an order in store for me and I never received it. Every time I called they said wait 10 more days before refund. I called 4 more times and got no resolution. One person even asked for my bank account information even though she knew it was charged on Macys card.

Kept asking for email or phone # every time I called. I was transferred many times on different calls and I would hold for 30 min and then they hang u. I said they have my email I have has this account for over 10 yrs. And get emails.

Finally yesterday a month after the order I demanded a refund. They gave me to a person who said it would be handled but have to wait 48 hrs. So we will see. It was the most frustrating experience I have ever had. There is much more.

I placed an order that was divided into 2 shipments. The 2nd shipment did not arrive at the ETA so I chatted w/customer service. We agreed if it did not arrive in 5 days I was to contact again. I called and the person I spoke to, after explaining twice, said she needed to wait 5 days and if it was not delivered she would reship.

I received an email stating my order was returned. I called customer service again and tried to get an explanation and after telling this person3 more times what had happened, she said she would reship. She called me back and said she could not reship because it was marked for return but I could buy it again for the amount of the product plus shipping.

I had a store credit at the Macys store in Lenox Mall Atlanta GA last January, 2021. I did not return to the mall due to Covid-19 and had not used the store credit. I went to the Lenox Mall mid May 2022 to make a purchase and was told I could not use the credit. The store clears was very helpful and proceeded to contact the number listed on the back of the card (1-800) 511-2752 to verify the reason the purchase could not be completed.

The agent on the phone asked to speak with me to verify my details. The store clerk verified my card against the receipt linked to the store credit as well as my picture ID. I was asked forward a photo of the front and back of the store card; provide my full name, billing address, email address, city and state I received the card, month and year and state…

My complaint is that I paid for a warranty almost 4,years ago and now that I need ti file a claim it’s not supposedly covered but when I brought the warranty in the store I was told it covered stains, marks. etc. I will be notifying the BBB and my local news channel because I feel deceived and lied to for taking out this warranty for Macys to make more money off of customers.

I received a egift card for mothers day, email came from macys to my email on 5/10/20. I tried to redeem egift card, it asked for my email, I gave email and got a message that something is wrong call customer service.

I called customer service numerous times and no one has helped. I spoke to a manager named Tim on 6/1/22 associate # 91161872. He tried to contact my niece who purchased the egift card but she didn't pick up because she was at work.

He gave me his extension to call back and let him know a good contact to call my niece. I called him 3 times today, 6/2/22 and waited several minutes to be transferred then the phone hung up, 3 times, very frustrating.

If I could give 0 stars I would. About a week ago I purchased a custom couch from Macys that would take about 20 weeks to make. The next day I found out the information the sales person gave me about shipping was incorrect and I had to spend 2 days trying to get that fixed.

Then a couple days later I found out the information about how and when I would be charged was incorrect. I was charged for the entire purchase right away. It was supposed to be a deposit and a "pending" charge now and the pending charge would drop off.

I received a message that my sofa was damaged so it wouldn’t be delivered today. When I called to find out what the damage was and that I wanted to talk to someone that could give me some first hand information the girl hung up on me.

They have set up a new delivery date for two months from now. It says on Macy’s site that it is in stock and available for delivery so why didn’t they deliver one today? This is totally unacceptable! I have no furniture to sit on in my home now!

I need this remedied immediately! I want to talk to a competent individual that can help me.

Ordered 5 items. Received 1 item & 4 should have arrived on May 5th. Said they tried to deliver on 5th which needed signature, didn’t leave package saying will deliver next day. We were home AND have video camera - didn’t see any one.

On April 9th I attempted to purchase a dress from the Macy's store in the Palisades mall. There were 2 racks of white summers dresses. There was a 20% off sign with an additional 15% off if you used your Macy's card.

At the register the the dress rang up at regular price. I told the cashier about the sale sign and she said "no". I said "I will show you". The cashier next to her said "I keep trying to tell her but she wont learn" "After I insisted 3 times she finally followed me to the sign.

She stated that only the dresses on the rack with the sign were on sale despite both racks having the same types of dresses (cotton, white and short). I found the exact dress on the sale rack and she said "no" because customers move stuff.

After pretty much staying away from Macy's for the past 10 Years, I guess the "friends & family commercials got to me especially because it was Mother's Day coming up. Last weekend I opened a new Macy's/American Express Card and I shopped.

Throughout this week I've had to call Macy's at least twice per day, in-which, I found that Macy's has out-sourced it's customer service to the Philippines. Challenging as it is to understand due to the language barrier, the background noise of the loud parties and the customer service representatives having side conversations in Tagalog is unbelievable as well as unbearable.

Needless to say, I hung in there to prevent having to go downtown and shop. Everything I was told turned out to be wrong. All the delivery dates were wrong, I didn't receive items…

I shopped at Macy’s today, in Sterling, VA. The store was not comfortable, it’s was hot outside, and in the store. Also, the Ladies room, is in need of repair. Disappointed, for sure.

Worst Customer Service Experience EVER- I called your call center at 2:22 pm on 03/25/2022 to get a price adjustment on (2) items. One item had just arrived at the store and the other was still shipping from (order # 2403962738).

The customer rep indicated that she could give me a price adjustment on the item that was still shipping but could not give me a price adjustment on the other item and told me that she made notes and will give me a price adjustment when it reaches it's destination.

I was informed that my furniture would arrive on 2/8/2022. I received a flyer giving notice that there was a men's suit sale on President's Day. I went to the store and they did not have a combination of jackets and pants my size in any design. Jacket: 48 long pants 40x32.

The inventory was very low. The sales personnel in the store kept telling me I could order a suit online. We all know that sizes are not the same from all manufacturers. If I wanted to buy a suit online I would have stayed home.

I'm not going to buy a suit without trying it on. I felt like the whole campaign was a bait and switch.

I use the Frederick, MD store. I received a flyer that you were having a men's suit sale on President's Day weekend. I went to the store and the inventory was very poor. I could not find a matching jacket and trousers in any design. 48 Long 40 X32.

Every time I was approached by a salesperson they said I could order online. We all know that all brands have different sizing so the need to try the suit on was my goal. They must have told me five times that I could order online.

If I wanted to do that I could have done that from home. I'm not going to buy a suit without trying it on. I felt like the whole process was a bait and switch. Why have a store sale with no inventory?

I bought a queen mattress at your Sunvalley store in Concord, CA in November of 2021. My salescheck# 43795112. When it arrived, it appeared smaller than a queen. After measuring the width of the bed, it was 57” in width .

My prior two queen beds that I shared with my 6’5” ex-husband had always been fine . I looked on my receipt and all the information I could find on the Serta mattress to see if it said full/queen on it (it did not) as well as looked on internet to see if queen sizing had changed from the 60” (which both my previous mattresses were).

I was in the Macy’s store at 401 South Lake Avenue in Pasadena, CA on 2/19/2022 in the jewelry department at approximately 12:39 pm and wanted to purchase two pairs of earrings for which I stood at the counter for about 3 minutes without any acknowledgment. There were two sales ladies in the department and they both had one customer each.

I purchased 3 hall rugs several years ago, quite a bit of the pile fell out immediately, I was sure it would eventually stop but to this day it is still coming out, it is down ro the backing it some areas. I live alone so there isn't a lot of wear and tear.

Hello my name is Shawn Gant I've been a loyal customer of Macy's for quite some time. I brought several pieces of furniture from your store, but this last situation I'm astonished, appalled, upset and disappointed by the level of service and the miscommunication of the situation, which all started in September 2021 when I called inquiring about a mattress.

I was at the Roseville Minnesota store yesterday and was appalled by the condition of the store. There were piles of product on the floor and the store appeared dirty. I know you are short of staff but this was awful. I hope that this was an anamoly and the store will be back to all goods hung or on tables, not on floors and the store will have an appearance on being clean. This is our main department store in the area and I hope it can continue to exist. I wish I had taken a picture but I was in shock. The other that were shopping with me also were left dumbfounded.

Employee told me wrong information at the store telling me they could put me in for Macy's American Express. I specifically asked was it the same account and that I could cut yup my other Macy card. My other Macy card is on auto pay.

I get bills in mail from that account .

However there is no need to open it right away because it is on auto pay. The I find out after I get a call that a bill is due and I find out there is two separate accounts. SO then my credit limit is reduced from 5000 to 500.

I go online to to pay and get account up t date. So now Macy's will not put my account limit back to 5000. Your employee gave me bad information. SO now I am stuck with a credit card with a limit of 500.

I will not do any more online ordering from Macy's website. When ordering multiply items your order will be delivered in multiple shipments that are difficult to keep track of. One of my shipments from January 12th still has not been received and when I look at the tracking report there are over 35 diffent tracking updates with the last one indicating the shipment (shoes) was being returned to sender on June 20th.

The item on my account indicates it was delivered on January 14th. How can it be shown as "Returned to Sender" on January 20th and also listed as "delivered" ?? I called and requested an immediate credit to my Macy's card and was told a supervisor would have to call me back.

I have had the run around with their customer service and I’m at a loss for what to do next. I have spoke with five different people from all over the world and was on the phone for an hour recently.

00 ring and returned it two days later and it was never refunded. I can’t seem to get anywhere with customer service. It’s all in black and white on my statements and I have the receipt. Why can’t they just do the refund?

On Jan 6 2022 around 2pm I went to Silverdale Macy's and was trying on a shirt and put my hand in the pocket and got stuck by a hypodermic needle that was used. It stuck in my hand. The sales lady called 911 for me and medic came and I went to the emergency room.

The reason I'm contacting you is that I now will have an emergency room visit bill that I shouldn't be responsible for. This whole thing was handled very poorly. Noone has contacted me to see what happened and to see if I'm ok.

Very unhappy with shipping service from Macys. They keep on sending text of arrival of items to a phone number where they should not. I had changed it in my profile and it shows the change but unfortunately database has not changed it.

Customer service email says that phone number is changed where as it is not though right phone number shows in my acct. Customer Service woman says she cannot change phone number and cannot help. Things keep on arriving randomly. When it has not arrived, they say it is delievered.

I placed a order online (2306837753) in November this order was to be held in store at the Orland Hills location. I never picked up the order due to working 14hrs a day (hospital worker) wasn’t able to . So I called this week because I received a email stating that I had until November 27h to pick up order or it would be cancelled.

I purchased shoes from Macy’s on November 17th. My package was lost by the shipping company and I promptly contacted Macy’s to inform them. They stated I had to wait even though I informed them that the shipper emailed me stating they lost the package and to contact my shipper.

I got a Macy's diamond earrings as a gift from my relative. They didn't give me receipt. I tried to return it at Macy's in Stamford town centre , Connecticut. I asked if I can get a store credit by returning it.

I just received an email saying that the shipment is delayed until March 2022. I was assured by manager Llavron James that I would receive the furniture by December 28.

I am very frustrated with this purchase with Macy's. If items are so much on back order, why is it still shown as available on the website and in the stores. I am truly unhappy with these events. Don't sell me something that you cannot deliver!

The first time I called they acted like it got lost in shipping. So they reordered it for the second time. I'm not sure what happened to it. They reordered it the third time. I was told that they sent it back to the company because it was damaged.

It's now the day before Christmas Eve. I think it was false advertising. I don't believe that they even had the item.
