I ordered a Preston coach watch for women with expectations per they're email to receive item expediently. After almost 2 weeks I called customer service to check the status due to the tracking number response of item acceptance pending, awaiting item.

Mind you the post office is right around the corner from my house. I paid them a visit to confirm tracking and all they could verify is that item had not arrived. Customer service assured I would receive watch before Christmas due a delay at USPS.

All they do is lie. I called back on 12/21/2031 to find out that order has been cancelled. I received no email notification of this. I could have purchased item some place. And the customer service clerk could not understand English nor speak it fluently.

Macy's curbside pick up is being used as parking by shopper going into the The Mall at White Marsh to shop. There are literally only 4 spaces for curbside service and they are ALWAYS being tied up by mall shoppers.

On my most recent trip to Macy's for curbside pick, I complained to two employees, first one, on the phone when I called in to give location and second one was the employee who serviced me at my car. They both said this has been a regular thing since the policy was first implemented and nothing can be done about it.

I would expect that security would be called in the fix this problem as it creates a huge inconvenience when you arrive for pick up and have to circle the lot numerous times in hopes of catching a shopper pulling out in order to snag a pick up spot. This same day I…

I was just getting ready to patronize your store with all my Christmas shopping but after I heard of the a group of very bad undesirable no good punks came into your store without enough security and assaulted your customers and worker I'm afraid to shop at your store let alone any store these days.

I placed a order on 12/15 which was cancelled because my information could not be verified I call customer service to verify my information and was told she still could not verify my information. I do not understand why all of a sudden you can not verify my info I've been shopping on line for years with your store never had this problem until now.

I am very disappointed because the necklace I wanted to purchase was for my granddaughter's 17th birthday (12/20) which is her birthstone. if you check my pass orders you will see the information on my pass order and the two which was cancelled is the same she asked me to verify a text she sent to phone number ending in 9591 that's a old number my phone number should be in your system 832-800-9410.

We placed an order in September for furniture and got a status update 3 weeks later that the merchandise was going to be delayed until end of November. When the anticipated arrival date came and went, we called customer service.

They offered us $150 back (which would be issued as a refund) and let us know we needed to wait 7 -10 business days for a response on status. $150 wasn't even 10% of the order. It is now mid-December.

We have yet to hear a status update so I cancelled the order. Total waste of time. Do not buy from furniture from Macys if not in stock. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

I ordered a Christmas gift for a friend..... a beautiful jar filled with shortbread cookies. I still cannot comprehend how one of your workers would even think to send GLASS through the mail without bubble wrap!! Of course, the glass was shattered during the mailing process!

Not only was I disappointed that my friend received a broken gift, but I had to pick it up at his house, return it to Macy's, stand in a long line at the return counter, and then had to purchase another gift for him. Yes, you did say you will refund my account, but shouldn't I have been also compensated in some way for my inconvenience.

I know now NEVER to order anything breakable from Macy's as your staff clearly does not know how to package gifts.

I order a set of Rachel ray pans received some cheap Tool pans. Not my fault Macys. I have spoken to 3 different people no one will give you a corporate phone number the one on the site doesn’t work so corporate doesn’t care how the customer feel.

I will never recommend Macys I will never shop Macy . As I said this was Macys fault and the bull I have be though they offer a15$ gift card for their mistake. When ask did I want to do a survey I said yes and they hung up on me.

One lady I talked to said the only way to get Corporates phone number is a supervisor whom told me that don’t have it. I have never in my 57year been though so much with one company that cares less for the customers.

I ordered a mattress and box spring on sale in November, sales #43772595 and was given a delivery date of December 3rd , I was called on December 2, that the mattress could not be delivered it hadn’t arrived yet. I called today and they could not give me any current information.

I have been very patient with this, it has been over 3 weeks and I need a mattress before Christmas, since we have family coming here. We got rid of the old mattress when Macys confirmed when I ordered it that it would be here on December 3, 2021.

My account is being mishandled and credit is not being sent to me in a check my account is wrong my credit has not been credited. Every time I leave items in my cart on the macy platform the items are automatically sent to me please look into my account I was sent to 6 customers service people on Friday and many other days to correct my account.

I had called customer service requesting a copy of a receipt or return label for a winter coat that I bought it online November 2020 but didn’t have the chance to wear it till today due to COVID restrictions and when I tried to put it on . It didn’t fit .

Please forward to Macy's Rosedale store manager: I was at Macy's Rosedale yesterday 12-2-21. I parked upper level and came in the doors abutting lingerie. When I got to the first set of double doors I was greeted with OVERFLOWING garbage from the garbage can between the door at the entrance - it was stacked on top of the garbage and all over the floor.

00, and returned it on 11/24/2021. The store clerk did not do the return properly, and so my receipt said a store credit would be issued to me. I took my receipts to Macy's and spoke with a supervisor name Dawn.

This was the summit fair store in Lee's Summit. She called several numbers to get this taken care of and have the refund go back on my credit card. I was in the store approximately an hour with this situation.

I was told by Dawn that they were going to cancel the credit, and my card would be credited back the amount that was paid. The credit had not been issued, so it would not be a problem. I called today to check on the status, and called several different phone numbers before someone could help me.

On Thurs 11/25, I saw an email received from Macy's. I was browsing and went over board with so many items. I spent several hours online and upon checking out, it popped on the screen to apply for Macy's card and get 20% discount immediately.

So, I followed the steps it asked me to do, I did get an instant approval as well, however it did not direct me straight to the Macy's credit card. At this point, I was getting veryannoyed and tired. So, I just did whatever it asked me to check out and finished my order.

After several days passed on 11/30, I received my part of the order. I was so excited, when i opened the boxes, noticed that some items missing, candles were broken, glass everywhere, I immediately got so disappointed again. I called the Macy's CS and reported.

ordered #2321347796 on November 28, 2021. was told I could pick up at Stone Briar Mall next day. Next day was told not available and it will be shipped free and I would receive by end of day November 30, 2021.

On December 1, 2021 was told it would be delivered by December 7, 2021. I love the product so much that I am waiting but extremely disappointed as I have decorated my tree and no topping. I will continue to purchase in store but online the service is not true and very disappointing.

11/20/21 I placed an order for a coat and hot and glove set, 11/21/21 I received an email that the size small coat was on back order. I called Macys to see if a size medium was available and it was.

The rep said she would swap the small for the medium. But she didn't. 56. 21. As of today, I received NOTHING. NO coats, No money. 57 in the hole and Macy's is sitting pretty with my money. This was a birthday gift for my daughters 16th birthday so she didnt get the coat, and because you took all my extra shopping money, I couldn't get her a gift because I didn't get my money back.

I spoke with customer service supervisor named Aye. She was very rude to me. She talked over me in order to make her points, not allowing me to complete my sentences. I have a situation which I feel warrants an exception to the return policy rule, but her response was to repeatedly tell me I couldn’t return/exchange suit separates pants.

She cited the return policy saying that she didn’t know why I didn’t make the return before! How dare she! She has no idea what we are dealing with in our family! These were sent to me in the wrong size-not what I ordered.

Now I have a Sport Coat in the right size (as I had ordered) with pants that are 5 sizes too big. I had hoped that Macy’s would be flexible in view of the COVID crisis the world (and our family) has been facing.

I purchased the Worry no more protection plan approximately a year ago and I have been given the complete run around. No one at Macy’s or worry no more seems to be reachable. I filed a warranty claim and was denied saying I had filed multiple claims when this is the first warranty claim I have ever filed on any furniture.

I paid $459 for a protection plan that has been nothing but frustrating. I’d like to speak to someone at Macy’s about this issue.

Ordered a California king quilt for my bed! Love the design but it definitely has some flaws which didn’t show until the daylight hours came and I had already discarded the packaging. The dark threads from it being stitched together show through on almost the entire quilt! Very disappointed.

The Lexington Macy's is very hot, I'm shocked the employees aren't passing out in numbers. Couldn't shop had to get out there. That was ery uncomfortable never had that experience before. Went back the next day to see if I was mistaken and again it was a terrible experience.

And I visit Macy's from here to California, the store isn't protecting the people from COVID-19 because it should be cold or colder. I feel very sorry for the employees

I placed an order #2283764531 for a Villeroy and Boch coffee mug and some socks. 00 . It was intended for a lady in Murfeesboro, TN and had her invoice in the box. I called Macy's , got a UPS and returned the item on November 1 tracking # 1Z6W64649092358498.

THere rep promised to reorder and ship my mug, I never go it. I called in twice and e mailed 3 times. Each time I was assured I would get my mug.

Finally, yesterday I called and asked for a refund. THey did in fact start the refund, but they want me to return the mug I NEVEr got. I have spent far too much time and energy trying to rectify the error made by Macy's.

I do not need to send the mug in as I NEVER got it. I returned the item I received. I WILL NEVER order from Macy's again after this experience

I ordered a formal gown online for an important event. As soon as it arrived ( in a beat-up box with untaped ends) I tried it on, I noticed it was not laying right by the back zipper and when I felt it , it was torn.

I also noticed a run in the fabric across the back. When I immediately called customer service, I was offered a replacement, but would have to wait for regular shipping. I explained that I did not have time to wait and asked him to expedite ship- he refused.

I also asked for a di""scount since I now have to pay to have it repaired and cannot fix the run in the back. He only offered me 15%! I asked for 50% since this was sent to me already damaged. He refused.

I always ordered from Macy’s without a problem. they were t shirts. What I received was a box of mens underware I called customer service, the person i spoke with said she will resend the items however one shirt was out of stock she sent me the refund of 7$ No problem.

I get another email after that saying I need to return the items sent to me which I never received in the first place! after having to tell this person the whole story she informs me they don’t have any of the items I ordered in stock!

Horrible customer service. I have called multiple times without resolution to my issue. After multiple calls, two reps were willing to transfer me to a manager and I was disconnected both times. Future reps would not help. I don't know if that's your way of avoiding customers but it is horrible customer service.

The credit department did not even try to resolve my issue. For some unknown reason my Macy's American Express Card was linked to in-store purchases. I NEVER wanted that. All I wanted to do was make a purchase with my Macy's store card.

I didn't have my card with me at the time. The credit would not let me make a purchase. They told me to pay some other way. This issue happened to me twice. Both times I left the store upset and did not make the purchase.

I had enough credit on my Macys store card to cover the purchase. I will not be making any purchases at Macy's.

I just went to the Redding sore and had to stand in line for 20 minutes. It’s ridiculous to only have two check outs for the whole store. Then the girl wanted me to use my Macy’s card and badgered me and wasted more of my time.

You really need to fix this problem before the shopping for the holidays begin. So disappointed in your store. It had always been fine shopping. Now I feel like I’m in a Mervyns or pennys. Customer service should be your highest goal

I returned an online order to Boca Raton, Florida yesterday. I purchased the item with my debit card and I don’t understand why do I have to wait 7-10 days for my money to be put back on my debit card? It’s like it’s cash.

I ordered a California king bed frame and box springs. The original delivery date was Sept. 16th. The warehouse called to tell me the truck broke down. Delivery was rescheduled for Sept. 21st. I had to take the day off from work to be home for the delivery.

Literally 20 minutes before my purchase was to be delivered, the warehouse called stating their truck broke down yet again. Delivery was rescheduled for today, Sept 25th. The frame was delivered however only one incorrect box spring was delivered and it’s not a beauty rest SET of box springs which is what I ordered.

Hi, Back in May my husband and I ordered 2 chairs along with 2arm covers. The warehouse had 1 chair that was delivered in May and we also received 1 arm cover. We were told it would be the end of July for the second chair. Well it went another month and on August 18th we received the 2nd chair. The chairs were purchased at Macy’s furniture store in Roseville, MN.

This is the problem, no one can find out were the 2nd arm cover is. I have talked to 8 people on this matter from Macy’s furniture store to customer service. They have e-mailed the vendor and no one has said to me that they have gotten a response. The Macy’s people keep telling me on the day I talk to them the arm covers are shipping today but no one can find a tracking number.

Could someone PLEASE help on this matter.

I have been a loyal customer, platinum, for many years. On Sunday, 9/19/2021, I attempted to purchase on line some products. This order included sales prices, 25% discount and Macy's Star Money due to expire by 9/30/21. The order was confirmed. Order number 2318424042.

On 9/20/2021, I received email notification that my order had been cancelled. I called customer service. Provided information. Was told the card had been blocked due to possible fraud. I was referred to two other people, then to a financial specialist.

The card was said to be unblocked and they could not re-order for me. I immediately re-ordered. The prices had increased, there wasn't the 25% discount and my star money was not reapplied. The charge was $406. The representative said she would revise the order.

Macys have closed my credit card account due to "inactivity" without ever notifying me via letter, phone call or txt. While they are not obligated by law to notify me, this is bad business. My credit score went down as a result.

I have decided not to get a new card from them which would further affect my credit score adversely. Holidays are coming and guess where I will NOT spend my money?? yep thats right! Macys. My hard earned cash will go to Nordstorm, JCPenny, Guess and others but NEVER AGAIN to MACYS.

Hell Department store national bank, I am writing you because your bank is connected to May's department store credit. I have returned an item I purchased on my may's store credit and I returned it on July 14th but I have not received my credit back on my account.

it has been over 2 months. I called for over half of dozen and I spoke to the customer service and every time I call they tell me we request the refund will take 3 to 4 business days to refund you money on your credit.

I ordered 2 vitamix on 08/14/2021 I was informed that they was on back order and had the option to cancel . I called and spoke to a representative and I informed him that I DID NOT want to cancel the order.

I went school shopping with my two young boys on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Macy's in Memorial City Mall in Houston, TX. While I'm shopping I start to see the same guy every where I go, so i am a very cautious person when I'm out and about especially if when I'm with my kids.

I continue to shop i notice another guy following me than another than another. All together they where four guys following me in your store while I school shop for my boys.
