I ordered a Preston coach watch for women with expectations per they're email to receive item expediently. After almost 2 weeks I called customer service to check the status due to the tracking number response of item acceptance pending, awaiting item.
Mind you the post office is right around the corner from my house. I paid them a visit to confirm tracking and all they could verify is that item had not arrived. Customer service assured I would receive watch before Christmas due a delay at USPS.
All they do is lie. I called back on 12/21/2031 to find out that order has been cancelled. I received no email notification of this. I could have purchased item some place. And the customer service clerk could not understand English nor speak it fluently.
