By far the worst Marriott service experience I have ever had. I am a gold member and brought my family here for my father’s funeral. We are here for four nights and this is the last night. Every single morning we have complained to the manager about them not cleaning our room. Every evening we come back to find it in the same condition as we left it. It is literally unbelievable. The general manager is to blame in my opinion. Each time we approached him he said he would take care of us, but seems to have ignored our feedback.

We will be attempting to contact the regional manager directly tomorrow.
