Worse customer service at night. Especially drive thru line. Waited 30 minutes for a cheeseburger. Employees were on phone and not paying attention to drive thru

Poor service order taker got my order wrong had to order another item at the pay window because the order taker did not get my order right no receipt very unprofessional services .order my cheeseburgers with out mustard they had mustard on them. When I got my order .the keep to good service and good customer relations is to listen to the customer they are who you want to please and make happy.

The staff is usually nice and either then a random half hour wait things are okay. but everytime i order food i always get shorted. I don’t go there often but it’s always something. I ordered a large fry and a sandwhich with extra sauce and i finally finished my long drive home and there was no extra sauce and it was a mess in the box.

sandwhich wasn’t really even on the bun, no sauce, less then half filled cold stale fries. If i do go there it’s late i don’t like complaining to the workers because they gotta deal with other people like that. but at this point it’s costing me money.

I was in the drive thru,I paid for my food and when I went to the second window the lady that gave me my food forgot to give me my soda , she starting making threatening remarks. I asked to speak to a manager she refused.

After yelling at me I demanded to speak to a manager immediately. A manager over heard this and Gave me my soda . The girls name is Alicia and she works at the McDonald's in neenah Wisconsin on green bay road.

Do better these young employees are rude and disrespectful most of the managers are too. It's a shame how these so called employees keep there jobs with ridiculous attitude and rudeness. Bad enough you wait almost a hour just to place your order, on top of slowness you have to endure Unprofessional and disrespectful employees.

This store at 700 west 4th Street Wilmington Delaware 19801 is never open on time. The store is supposed to open at 7 am however when I try to go before work the doors are always locked. I arrived at 7:25 the other day, which is well after 7 and could not get in.

Briefly, I went to 370 N Deshong Rd, Stone Mountain, GA 30087 to pickup an order. After 45 minutes the manager cursed us, calling us “niggas” & “motherfuckers”. Then she called the cops on me while I was writing their Google review.

The next day the drive thru was wrapped around the corner, while customers were waiting in the lobby & the manager was right outside the restaurant door smoking with other employees. I captured it on video & I’m emailing the CEO too.

I placed an order on March 19 for some breakfast order. from door dash. Well my meal of Bacon , cheese and Egg Mc Griddle was missing plus the hash brown they charged me $10. Plus change and I never received the items.

I was just a the McDonalds located at 1499 3rd Ave and 85st. #2814 There were customers wanting to use the restroom. The manager female Hispanic woman was rude to all the customers wanting to use the restrooms. I said to the manager these are the same people who are cleaning outside the restaurant.

She said to me mine business. Then she started to say bad words in Spanish. Not knowing that I understand Spanish. I guess she was shocked. Then one of the employee to me calm down [Boy]. Which is very offensive to African American.

The McDonald's in Monroeville alabama us a BIG JOKE. We waited 47 minutes in the lobby. We ordered from the kiosk machine and waited. People came and went.

Finally my daughter went and ask about the order (I was in the vehicle at this time). They said they didn't get that order so she ordered again. We waited. I finally went in, they had already locked the lobby and I pointed to my daughter.

Homeless people bringing their personal bags of dirty clothing and who knows what else into the restaurant. This happens on a daily basis. This is a Health code violation. They also cause a disturbance by talking loud and scaring off customers.

If this isn't resolved soon I have no choice but to report the restaurant to the Health Department. I will not bring my family to this restaurant because of this and notice other people leaving when they walk in and see these people.

I went to the McDonald’s on Mike Padgett Augusta Ga. I ordered a coffee in which I asked for the cream and sugar to be added inside of it. When employee brought the coffee to I asked if he added the cream and sugar in it he replied no in a very nasty and disrespectful way.

As I was trying to explain that I asked for it to be added in he closed the drive thru window in my face and walked off. I or any of my family members will not be attending this store ever again.

There are three McDonald’s in Altoona, Pa. I purchase from two of them just because of their location. I choose to round up my order of one egg McMuffin every time I order for the Ronald McDonald house. I usually stop about three times a week.

I am disappointed that 1. I get a tiny bit of frustration from the cashier because they have already punched the button ready to take the money (which I understand inorder to keep the customers moving) but it disappoints me because of the cause. 2.

Went to McDonald's with my teen granddaughter and two friends in Atmore Alabama. A lady asked for a refund because they ran out of breakfast which I had also ordered . One of the employees basically cussed the lady out using the F bomb in front of my teens as well as other children that were present.

Several people left after the employee continued her rampage and headed out the employees entrance after the lady she cussed out. I tried to contact customer service but after being on hold for over an hour I gave up.

I went to the McDonald's on southwest highway in palos, Illinois. They would not let me order at the drive thru order they told me to pull up to the window. when I never ordered yet. I placed my order after, asked for a big Mac and quarter pounder and large fry and received a double quarter pounder with only ketchup and a quarter pounder and stale fries.

Mcdonalds on International speedway and Clyde Morris drive thru is open and very long line. But when we tried to go in, there's a bunch of people waiting because the employees closed the lounge with no reason or notes on the doors.

Other times they are just very very slow service inside too. They need a new owner or manager. This is a very busy location in Daytona Beach and customer service is very bad. If they want to stay open they need to step up their game or simply just do their job?!

Okay, every single time I go to this same location I experience such poor customer service as well as cold food! And when I bring it to there attention they not only have a crappy attitude but try to tell me that they have replaced it with fresh food but that's absolutely impossible because it only takes them literally a minute to come back with different food.

I was humiliated, lied on and defamed by the GM Ryan that works at 6222 Wilmington Pk Dayton Ohio 45459 . I was told I didn't watch any training video when I actually took notes and can prove it. I recently visited your location in Edinboro, PA. Upon pulling into the lot I noticed the drive thru lanes backed up, so I decided to park and go inside. I went to the first available to kiosk to place my order.

I was unable to complete my order because it would not process credit card for final payment and had to take receipt to the register. The wait at the front register was over 10 minutes due to other customers in line and inexperienced up front employees.
