I stopped by McDonald's this morning 3/27/23 ,I ordered the burrito meal with a small coke,they had me pull up and wait for my order after a few minutes someone brought me my order out, when I got home I seen I didn't have a hash brown that comes with the meal.This location is bad about messing up your order so I decided to seen my complaint here rather than go back

I went to the drive-thru. They got my order wrong and they charge me wrong they would not give me a receipt. The supervisor tried to blame everything on me she was extremely rude and abusive I don't appreciate this I want her fired

I order a crispy chicken sandwich and they gave me a spicy sandwich. There was no apology from the manager she look straight through me. And just said " so u want a deluxe" went to the back made my replacement sandwich. Not friendly at all!!!!!

We ordered two McCrispy chicken sandwiches. I think you should rename it McBurnt chicken sandwiches. Both were extremely burned almost black.

McDonald’s app was a horrible experience, couldn’t order certain items, and was charged twice for the same order, when I went thru the drive thru they didn’t have the order and when I should them that I was charged twice they manager said they couldn’t refund me because I used the app, I called customer service and they said they couldn’t refund my money because they couldn’t find the account even though I had the transaction information from my bank account, Very disappointed with this level of customer service.

I was at McDonald’s store# 35831 in Osceola parkway in the Walmart plaza I Jennifer the manager won’t take my order and told me to place order in kiosks I told her I don’t know how to use it and told me in a rude do you read she was not respectful I had to leave the store because she won’t take my order. It started from the moment the guy came on the speaker. He was rude, and you could tell he didn't love his job. I ordered a fish sandwich without cheese because I am allergic. I then asked for a large coke and small fries, fresh, please.

I lined up, gave my money, and no receipt was given. Ok, no big deal. Then, I got up to get my food, and he handed me my coke without a straw. I asked if I could have a straw because they were pulling me away.

" That's not what I asked for! I then get my food, get home, and go to eat it, and it was made with cheese and no tartar. I called several times to make the complaint and no one answered the phone, and since I live too far out to go back to town, I'd like my money back since I didn't get to eat my food.

I ordered a double deluxe qtr cheese, i got it and I'm driving down the road and I went to eat my burger and it definitely wasn't what I bought. It was a little one piece of meat burger. With nothing on it.

I called them and told them, and she got mad and said she wasn't gonna refund my burger and hung up on me!!! Bc I told her I was driving and couldn't answer all the questions she was trying to give me.

On 10:30 am March 18 I went to the McDonald’s store at 103 S. McDowell Blvd at Petaluma California to buy breakfast. I waited for more than 5 minutes and people after me started to stand a line. But the employees inside asked us to order at the kiosk digital stands and refuse to let us order from the front counter, even if I said I pay cash.

The female manager said the store owner told her not to serve the front counter. I visited different McDonald’s stores every week across different cities and I never encountered such experience. I want to know here if the franchise has such policy now not to serve the front counter anymore or if the franchise allows individual stores to make their own policy to deal with customers.

I went to the McDonald's on 2 separate occasions. On 2 separate Friday night/Saturday morning. On both occasions I was told that they are only doing uber eats and door dash orders. What kind of McDonald's is that you can place an order.

Last weekend I went and they said they were having computer issues, same thing this morning. 10401 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32817 on Saturday nights around 2 am they say you can only pay cash. I am an uber driver and this is the worse store I have ever been at.

This has been an ongoing issue at this store. I have a video of my encounter at the store with them telling me unless I am uber eats or door dash I csn not get food. I tried to upload here but it would not allow me to.

Visit store #5250 3/24/23. Dine In. Order incorrect. Ordered #2 Large meal, chicken sandwich meal medium and 6 piece nuggets. Was told order would be brought to table. I watched the Order placed on counter, several employees and members of management team looked at the order several times.

Walked from my seat to the counter and asked if the order was ready. Told waiting for the chicken sandwich. Told employee to exchange cold fries for fresh fries. Instead of Employee placing partial order on new tray. Grabbed with his hands the cold fries and placed them on counter.

Put fresh fries on tray and watched him touch a fry that fell and put on top of our order. I carried my order to my seat. Hamburger was incorrect. I only ate fries that were not touched by employee.

I went to go buy my 2 little girls some happy meals which i asked one to be 4 piece nuggets and the other 6 amd i got both of 4 pc and i was charged for the 6 count but i didnt notice until i got home and i sat my girls on the table and opened their food

I don't expect to pay $10 for a cold Big Mac meal. All my 3 meals were cold. Do you eat cold food? I don't.

McDonalds is the nasty McDonald's on the state of Georgia. I am talking about the one in Montezuma,Ga. The staff was rude,the restaurant was not clean. The staff was more interesting in the hanging out with the high students than takein orders.

McDonalds west 26th st. Erie Pa... they did not give our grub hub driver the full order, he asked and was responded to rudley. Needless to say it is not his fault he asked and the bag could not be checked because they are sealed.

With thst I called mc donalds and the person who answered the phone put the blame on grub hub, did not apologise,did not show a bit of remorse or offer any type of solving the issue just ssid take it up with grub hub and hung up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND BAD BUSINESS.

I ordered a large mopa frappe on the mobile app and tried to pick it up curbside stall number two on March 21st at 3:53 p.m. My order number was 1942 After about 20 minutes, I got out of my vehicle and went inside the store to find my frappe sitting on the counter melting. The old, cross-sided woman yelled at me and was quite belligerent about it and waited on a drive up window customer before she would let me have my frappe that was already made and melting.

I left Mc Donalds and brought my food home. I ordered chicken nuggets meal for my son and a cheeseburger deluxe meal for me. I said no onions and it was full of onions. He tasted old and the next day me and my son had the runs. I will never return.

On numerous occasions for breakfast never have food waiting time is horrible at drive thru coughing in speaker smoke coughing service is pitiful and they want you to settle for two items on entire menu .

Your south side McDonald’s located in Ottumwa iowa continues to have weekly problems. This is my 3rd complaint in regards to this facility. The constant lack of product is one of the biggest concerns. I bring my child through each week with being constantly told they’re out of one of the following items: Blue Fanta slushy, Dr Pepper, Sprite , and or coke.

I’ve also ordered chicken nuggets and been told they were out. The inconsistency in what you can or can’t purchase.

On 3/17/2023 my husband and I were trying complete a door dash delivery. We arrived at McDonald’s on stadium Dr. Kalamazoo MI to pick order up at about 9:40pm. The lobby was locked although it’s supposed to be open until 11pm.

There were a few dashers that tried to get I. And couldn’t. We noticed people in near the counter non employees eating food while smaller kids ran behind the counter. We decided to go through the drive thru lane .
