Took 20 min. To get are food today. Probably be still sitting their if I wouldn’t have went in. The fish sandwich had cheese hanging on the bun, not on the fish. All I was told by the guy was, ( I wasn’t up here).

I had ordered the new Chicken Bacon Ranch McCrispy Deluxe through the drive thru. After receiving my order I had taken a bite, was confused and proceeded to look at my sandwich. The sandwich had no bacon or ranch on it.

I then went back through the drive thru and had told the staff that a couple things were missing. After waiting in the drive thru, they had “remade” my sandwich, however it was a completely different sandwich. They had given me just the chicken deluxe sandwich.

If I could get this resolved I would greatly appreciate it. I’ve contacted the business before on different mistakes but they usually don’t get resolved as nothing is offered or they say that they will help, however they never do. Thank you!

Terrible,Terrible, Terrible! Can't order at register, no registers open, very long waiting times for kiosk, wouldn't use kiosk, would take even longer. Longer lines in drive thru. Waiting time can range from 15-20 minutes just to order coffee let alone breakfast items.

Sad, very sad that this restaurant at 3050 Carnegie in Cleveland ohio has gotten worse than better. Get it together or your business will lose many more customers and money which l will and I'm sure many others will turn to other restaurants.

as soon as they entered they were asked to leave! When asked why the old woman said only 4 kids at a time no groups of unaccompanied children. Okay fair enough but my child and her friend are not trouble makers.

I'm sure they could of let them in and monitored their behaviour then if any trouble asked them to leave!! So they sensibly ordered their food in groups of two only to be told to eat outside! I have been in that store and I realise some groups of kids are awful and yes need to be asked to leave,not to tar every kid with the same brush is unfair and unacceptable!

These kids spent money in your restaurant so have every right to eat in it without being hounded by the overbearing staff you employ.

Once again, Lemars McDonald’s thinks it’s justified to lock their doors for the lobby with no note on door or explaination. Wonderful for Dashers If you can’t get there to get their food, God forbid you go to the drive-through and then you get chewed out by the employees.

Call them And it continues to ring and ring nobody answers. This McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to ever they have more problems then any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I don’t Think I’ve had a decent hot meal there ever.

The employees have pants hanging clear down not wearing hair nets not to mention sweat pants and slippers I’ve seen. What happen to uniforms. Half the time I go in there they are coming out of the office with their cell phones in their hands or while making food.

I went through the drive thru at McDonald's on hwy 62 in orange tx. m. I just ordered the 20 piece nugget bundle. I paid and then was told to park at one of the curbside pickup spots. I was told they were waiting on my fries.

I parked, and constantly watch other people get their food and leave. There is no way this many people did not order fries. I then checked the time on my receipt and I was sitting for 20 minutes. I then went in and came directly to the counter with my receipt in my hand.

I was ignored by all workers including the manager.

Finally I stopped a young girl and told her that I have been waiting for 20 minutes for just a simple order. She then grabbed my receipt and started grabbing my food. I continued to watch another worker deliverer food to several people outside who…

The McDonald’s in Fitzgerald Ga. Store #6346, is a very unprofessional place. There are people that doesn’t care about customer service. And it comes from the top. I waited about 40 minutes to get my order. Besides the customers that was in front of me.

I have just experienced the most coldest restaurant ever. This was your restraint on the Wyvern estate near Pride Park, Derby. It was that cold it was hard to distinguish between indoors and outdoors. The were only 5 people in at around 5.30pm today 14th March.

The 3 of us varying ages, 50, 64, and 79 was that cold that we ordered, waited, ate and cleared within 18 mins. The food was excellent as usual by the way. I'm all for saving energy and so on, but there is limit....

On 3-13-2023 at approximately 1:30pm, I was in the drive thru and ordered a senior coffee with 2 cream on the side. I was rudely informed , "we don't have Senior coffee". I then ordered a small coffee with 2 creams on the side.

69, then informed me "we don't have any coffee". I told her there were approximately 8 cars ahead of me and would she please start a pot of coffee. She then informed me "No, we aren't going to make any coffee".

I asked why, and she said "we don't sell coffee during the day". That is the most ludicrous statement I have ever heard at any of your stores and I stop almost every day for a coffee in the afternoon as I am a traveling nurse and am always tired.

I love McDonald's coffee, but I have never in my life been so rudely treated. I won't ever go back to that…

I went to McDonald’s two days ago and spent $30 of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had in my life. The french fries were greasy soggy. The 20 piece McNuggets were cold and hard . And the big Macs were not that good either Ray Kroc would not be happy .

I had to asked three times for sauce for my nuggets and she gave me a dirty look. I may never come back to McDonald’s ever again , especially that one. It was store number 506-4101 lamp and lantern Village town and country MO 63017.

I placed an order this morning for breakfast in the drive-through. I didn't like the heavy set black lady's nasty attitude with the big gigantic eyelashes glued on her eyes who took my payment. I was in the middle of trying to show her that the receipt was printed with barely any ink on it & before I could finish she rudely cut me off and said there's nothing she can do about it with a nasty attitude.

The McDonalds in Mechanicsville Virginia has gone down hill. Not only have I had bad service but others in my town have been sharing their stories about this particular McDonalds too. Someone needs to do something about this unsanitary place, like soon!!!!

The Management is terrible, the wait time for food is ridiculous, the store is disgusting on the inside (no soap in the restrooms, sticky floors and tables, ripped seats) and they never get your food order right. Its a shame because this used to be the best McDonalds around and now its the WORST!

I went to a local mcdonalds restaurant today in Burnside Victoria. There were two boys in the kitchen who were working extremely slowly, literally dragging their feet and moving as if they were half asleep. The manager was doing her best to motivate them and they continued to ignore her. Customers were frustrated.

The fryers were beeping and ignored. The two boys came out to tell the manager that they had run out of hotcakes trays. The manager instructed them to get them from the store room, which they ignored, she had to go and get the trays, leaving the front counter unattended.

The front staff were waiting on food so that they could fill orders and these two boys could not have cared less. Neither boy was wearing gloves or a hair net. It was obvious they didn't want to be there.

The McDonald’s in Fairhope Alabama sucks. Is this the way y’all run a company? Every time I go there in the evening their freaking lobby is closed and have to sit in line in the drive-through for at least 45 minutes and the employees don’t give a damn.

I’m sure I’m not alone in this but we would appreciate it if y’all could do something about this show a little pride in your company and to the customer what happened to customer service I mean this is a joke just because they don’t want to do lobby work. McDonald's store #4679 when the new owners took over the service and quality when down hill most of the time you cant get what you want the equipment is always broken for months when I went to 4679 on 3-7-2023 we wanted OJ the machine was broken, the employee told me the OJ machine, the ice machine was broken and several other machines were broken when I asked to see the owner I was told that the owner never comes around they haven't seen the owner in months and that the supervisor just goes in and yells at employees in front of customers no one likes the supervisor you can tell from that the employee morale is very low IT IS QUITE APARENT THAT McDonald's DOES NOT CARE CUSTOMERS

McDonald from el centro ca 92243. It not one it been more then one not good service. Today march 12 night crew was really bad and slow. I waited like 5 min to place my order drive true. Then at the window another 10 min employee just gave me have of the order 2 and then couple minutes she came back to the window and told me your still here and I was yes you haven’t have me the full order.

My experience at this Racine Wisconsin McDonald’s was HORRIBLE. I was given soda water in my beverage when asked to please be remade I was told that how it comes . The medium beverage was also half full literally because I requested no ice so I was told that’s all I get because I asked for no ice.

Because the manager had such a nasty attitude towards me and my family I was afraid to tell them I was missing 3 items and two items were made wrong. When I tried to tell them I was told to leave now or the police will be called .

So I spent 41 dollars to be treated as such when all I did was politely asked can I receive my missing items and a few other items were made incorrectly. So I sat and waited for the police to be helped out because I don’t get help from the manager at all I was treated…
