You made my order 3 minutes late I hate when my orders are late

On Saturday March 11, 2023 @ 4:10pm I put an order through the McDonalds App. Everyowas good until I was asked to pull up to wait for my order. Two employees came and gave me an order that was not mine.

I patiently was waiting for them to figure out what happened since there was two orher customers in their vehicles waiting for their orders. Then third employee came out who they said was the manager by the name of Juan he approached me and snatched the bags out of my hand and walked away.

As he walked away my sister told him “there’s no need give attitude” he then turned around and came back to my door aggressive saying that he was no longer going to give us our order and that he was just going to give is a refund, which I was okay with taking the refund.

My daughter bought me a #1meal, and when I ate a fry it was ice cold, the worst part was the Big Mac, the bun was hard and I could hardly bite into it, so I opened it up, the lettuce was turning brown and wilted, and the cheese was also hard so I ended up throwing it away, I was worried about getting sick off it

I went to mcdonald on pearl road parma hts ohio and order a large coffee that it made me wait move to third window nobody was behind me I ask them why and they laugh at me will not go back to that mcdonald afraid to drink my coffee acting so weird

i was at lunch and went to drive through and my filet of fish was given to me at the drive through. when i got back to work my cheese was melted on the outside of my bun. that is a first for me.

I ordered a double quarter pounder no pickles 6 nuggets with a bottle water. Got my order it was wrong . No fries no water . Went into the restaurant and the manager goes to show me the receipt. I only paid for what I got .

That’s not the way it works . You made the mistake you correct it . I had to get out of my truck and go into restaurant. This happened at Lawrence east by Brimley. I will no longer go to McDonald’s .

You need to train your employees if the mistake was there’s then they honour it .

What a bad experience. We went to McDonald one on Fort Drive in Centreville, VA today, 3/11/23 at 12:30pm. There was a small miscommunication in the order. She could have just refunded the difference or apologize. She took the situation lightly and wanted to move on.

The price difference was about a dollar so the money was not the issue, but her attitude was. When my wife wanted to correct the issue, the staff raised her voice and said ‘no refund’, ‘go’. ‘go’. I finally got upset and told her ‘don’t talk to me like that’.

She just walked away to the kitchen. Extremely unprofessional. Her name was either Idiana or Idaina. Her manager was there too but was not helpful.

The restaurant in Opelika Al in tiger Town is disgusting. It is so nasty and smells like sewage. I will never go back. The health department needs to be called.

I was in drive through at my local Mcdonalds. pulled in drive thru at about 1246 pm. I was in the outer drivethru lain. Pulled up, heard recording are you using your mobile app today. I said no, then NO ONE came back to take my order. I watched 4 customers and heard them place orders in first drive thru then pull around. I said hello!!!! several times with no response. I finally just left. Very frustrating not even having a real person acknowledge me. I dont know why I keep giving them another chance after boycotting this location several times. I was the first customer In line and more than 20 people came in behind me and order and was served their food before me. I ordered 2 13 cookie totes and they put the cookies in the oven 30 mins after I ordered.

Placed for 6 large quarter pounder meals. I got home and had 4 small meals. Small fries were half full. Went back to get the other 2 meals. They refused to give them to me. I spent nearly eighty dollars on 4 regular quarter ponder meals at Idabel oklahoma McDonald's. Never again. Poorly run restaurant.

In the Iowa Falls, IA store, the boss Nicole is known for having affairs with employees (I know for a fact that it happened to one person, ME) and when things do not go her way, she cuts their hours and makes their life complete hell!

I ate at the McDonald's on Broad River Rd in Columbia sc on March 3 at 3 am and I order the quarter pounder meal and 2 cheese burger and 2 drinks and I got a raw hamburger I called and called the store no answer. I did a online report and they got back in contact with me send me a check for my refund but the bank tell me they can't cash it.

So McDonald's gave me raw food don't want to fix the issue and give me the run arounds. I think this store needs to be investigated I will never eat at this store again

Took my 3 grandchildren to McDonald's per their request last Friday evening (3/3) on Hwy17 near Hwy526 in Charleston, SC. The place was filthy, the employees were non attending to anyone inside the restaurant. I stood at the counter 5-10 minutes to ask a question as I was totally ignored by all.

One employee pants were hanging down to his knees showing his underwear as he was picking up stuff dropped. My 8 year granddaughter was disgusted and will probably never go to McDonald's again. I know help is hard to get but that was the worst experience ever!

I think it has made us decide to never enter a McDonald's again!

I ordered Mac chicken meal yesterday location in Walmart at 1900 Major Mackenzie dr. Maple Ontario. The bun and patty was burnt like black I showed the lady on counter and she said we served like this now ( I ate after longtime) fries was cold.

I came to the McDonald's at 6546 Normandy Blvd. I don't have a vehicle so I can't get the drive thru. Someone in the drive thru line offered to order my food for me and all I wanted was a m&m m flurry and they said the ice cream machine was down.

With a new shake out I imagine that's not a good thing. It was terrible service and the manger couldn't handle her job.

Manchester New Hampshire 2nd street location is a big problem. My name is Nick Mansfield and I have been there few times and every time I had an issue with the food. Out of the times I have been there I had raw hamburgers twice then 1/4 pounder like rubber and a shamrock shake that was watered down and didn’t taste good.

Shake wasn’t thick and I have been unhappy with this and won’t be returning there. Food is expensive and can’t get good food at this location. I saw an employee at this location who went into bathroom and didn’t wash hands.

Ft. Apache/w tropicana las vegas nv. There menu sign has been broken for over 2 months. So drive thru u can't order if you cant read menu. They have a shitty attitude there also. When u say something its, yeah we know!!!!

The franchise on Winchester is hideous. This McDonald’s has no leadership or customer service. There are no workers and the ones that are there is not working, food is being prepared throwed together and to top it off you’re sitting at the drive thru at least ten minutes before order is taken.

Customers are just pulling off because there’s no management team to lead these young adults.

I went to this one McDonald’s in Denton, TX restaurant #18781 on 2930 W University, this is second time that I went there with my kids and we had food with hair in there, and when I came back they had an attitude about it. Didn’t even refund me the full amount.

Bolivar had lack of staff on at 10:30 after attending Ed Sheeran concert. Waited 20 minutes for our order and that was drive through. Ended up getting out of car as there was a hold up on hot apple pie.

Hi I have a complaint about a McDonald's in Warren ohio the store is disgusting the managers are bullies and so is the owner. The general manager threatens employees and customers. And when told and complained about he brushes it off and doesn't care what kind of respecting establishment allows this to happen especially on a owners watch they have very little employees because the gm fires or makes people quit with her bullying my friend tried killing herself because of the general manager who was a regular manager at the time.

Monday March 6, 2023 aprox 9 pm I went to McDonald's in Apache Junction, Arizona on Apache Trail and Delaware. This is the 3rd time in a row in a weeks time I have asked for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, mayo on both sides of bun with heavy pickle.

ALL 3 TIMES I've received one side of mayo, and one pickle chip. What is so hard to understand about heavy pickles!! A lot of your Arizona stores are GREATLY LACKING their customer service SUCKS.

The McDonald’s in my town is pretty bad but last night made me leave in tears out of frustration. I ordered via the website and got a nugget combo meal with a frozen coke and cookies- a whole dozen of them.

I live alone and a dozen cookies will last a few days and it’s easier to run to Mickey D’s and spend 10 bucks a day on food rather than destroying my kitchen for more money and time. So I know every time I order cookies that they’ll take a while and it’s rude to make people wait in line, not to mention they’ll hand me my food immediately and still make me wait 20 minutes for the cookies so the food can get nice and cold.

So I always do curbside with cookies, and I know it’ll take forever but I’m a patient girl and like my music time. So 20ish minutes goes by and a flustered dude rolls…

I was at McDonald on getwell in Memphis tn I waited in drive thru for 15 min the worker took two orders and never came back and said hold on or nay I take your order. I pulled two the window one worker said we changing shifts it’s only 3 workers here that’s unprofessional to change shifts between the hours school let out along with a line with no communication.

As a customers this the only McDonalds run things the way they want to run which is not very business friendly. Hogansville, Georgia store This has to be the worst McDonald-s on the face of the earth. People at the pay window don't say "Hello", "thank you", - nothing. IF you get a receipt you can't read it because no one is capable of putting new ink in the printer.

I ordered an iced mocha with no whip cream. Got to the pick-up window. Not only was it not ready, I was told that someone else would have to make it because she did not know how. I pulled up and waited almost 5 minutes.

Kalamazoo Westnadge. Every time I go there the workers are rude, the ice cream machine has been broken for over 4 years. Which seems silly as a business owner to be loosing money & customers.

Also I can barely understand a lot of the workers in the drive through. They mumble and took very soft vs. clear and speaking up. I truly feel as a business owner myself that most of these issues come from poor management itself.

I’ve tried to be patient and keep coming back, but after 5 years or longer with the same issues, i will no longer visit this location. The location on Westnadge in portage as wonderful and ran great. It’s the Westnadge location in Kalamazoo, Michigan that’s a complete goat rodeo.

06. I had several dollar bills and most of them were brand new and sticking together. Anyway I count out 12 dollars and there were about three that were sticking together as new dollars do. Then I gave them 6 cents.

So I pull up to the next window and the manger tells me oh no there were only $9. I said than let me see the dollars I just gave you because I know what I just counted, by the way I’m a bartender and count thousands of dollars every day.

I buy a large vanilla coffee every day w my code for ice coffee The 2-3 weeks I get McDonald’s and I pull over to the side in the parking so I don’t hold up the drive through When my app comes up then I get in the drive through line By the time I get to the window to pay apparently app has timed out ???
