What kind of management y’all got going on. 00 so the girl gave me $4 back maybe I’m stupid or I don’t know how to count but she gave me $4 back. Now my complaint comes in where her and her family members put they hands on me that was totally wrong I’m a manager myself and customers always right.

Now I would let the $2 dolllars slide but to put they hands on me is totally unacceptable. And then when y’all lock your doors I thought at every establishment or any fast food restaurant when your doors lock you not supposed to let any family or friends inside the building.

My daughter Sarah Hodges ordered and picked up through the drive through at the above location to pickup our food. She got chicken meals for herself and my two grandsons and a big Mac meal for me. Well she and I both got Dr Pepper for our drinks.

They both tasted bad so bad we had to pour them out and of course we paid for them and didn’t get to drink them.

Also my Big Mac didn’t taste right either so basically I only ate my French fries for my dinner. I didn’t have her go back up to complain because I know the history of your employees being lazy and rude to customers.

I regularly take my grandsons to drive through inPontypool. I went there yesterday ordered 2 meals and dropped them at their house. I was a little taken aback at the price. 50. The assistant taking my order did not seem to know what she was doing.

45 plus 3 bags of chips instead of 2. As I was not there when they ate it I was not aware of what I had been givenI call in today my earliest opportunity only to be told there was nothing they could do about it. Brilliant customer service!!!!!!

Brattleboro VT m McDonald's. Ordered food through my account in store. Waited over a half half hour for food and order was wrong. Went back in and spent another 10 minutes waiting for 2 chicken nuggets. Food cold and stale fries.

When I went to the counter and asked what was taking so long . Food was handed right to me. Guess it was just sitting there for 20 minutes. Employed told me someone else was doing the order but she was there the whole time I was in store.

Wendy's will be my now go to spot.

Yet again I went to get breakfast at our local McDonald's and order was wrong!! No cheese on biscuits I was charged for and a Sausage egg and cheese Mcmuffin short. Have wrote several times and still always alike going there.

Tired of having to go twice to get correct order. They get more money now and screw up worse. Sandwiches are higher and still wrong.

Also think it's sad that other towns have the Bagels and we will never have them again. Bad management overall!!

50pm on Sunday 5/3/23, it took 40 minutes to get the coffee and the rest of the order 10 minutes later. This is second time we’ve been here and service has got worse, the table serve is nonexistent and the place is not cleaned or bin’s emptied.

The self order machines don’t give you a receipt so you rely on the staff to bring your food. This restaurant do not cater at all for walk-in customers only drive thru. The management of McDonalds franchises needs to get act together and sort this out and it appears to be understaffed and the restaurant is in need of serious upgrade.

I hope this gets the attention it deserves. McDonald’s prides itself in serving but this fall way short!!!

At your location off Illinois here at approx . 10:40pm I returned a order that specifically said no salt unto which it was anyway two days passed until tonight. Went to McDonald’s deception bay on the 5-3-2023 ordered what we want though the drive-through got told to park and wait . When we got our food I checked and found a burger missing. My husband went in to ask about it and got told it was not paid for so we had to pay again.

This is hard a lot at this store. The staff either suff the order or don’t order what has been asked for . So over this happening. They read the order back and it is right until you get the order and it’s wrong .

Maybe your staff need to be retrained in getting the orders right the first time. Not a happy customer.

This place is terrible. It doesn't matter what time of the day it is everytime I go there they is never taking orders. The employees is so disrespectful and always have an attitude. The wait time is way to long.

I sat at the speaker phone waiting for someone to take my order and no one never did. I pull up to the window to see what the problem is and the drive through men was so disrespectful and said they couldn't take my order.

Apparently you can't take it at the mac or the windows. But I know one thing for certain I will never spend another cent at McDonald's. And I will not allow my family to spend there money at a place like this.

I attended a McDonald's franchise located at 40 Sportsworld Drive, Kitchener, Ontario, Canada on February 26th 2023. I have never been so disappointed in the quality of food in all my years as a faithful customer. I had ordered a Big Mac meal and two cheeseburgers. After receiving my meal and started eating, I found my fries to be cold and all of the buns on all three burgers were hard and stale. I paid good money for this food and should not have to worry about the quality. This franchise has deteriorated in the last while and I will not be going back. I hope in the future you started holding your franchises accountable for their quality and service.

I visited the Saline Mi McDonald's today 3/4/23...when I got home after spending 36.00 I noticed the large fries were only filled half way and were wayyy undercooked, and had medium drinks instead of larges...I opened my quarter pounder with cheese to be welcomed with Human HAIR sticking out of my burger, we pulled out at least 5 strands of long blondish hair..I tried to call McDonald's to complain and they took their phone off the hook!!

On 3-3-23 I attempted to place an order no one answered the intercom so I drove to first window you come to on the drive thru and a female employee was sitting down at the window she motion her hand for me to go to the next window. Nobody came.

This was at 3:50 am. Every time I attempt to purchase food no response. grand blvd exit and never answered the intercom either

I was just at the McDonald’s in Pasadena Ca located at 1320 E Colorado blvd Pasadena ca 91106. I arrived approximately at 1:30 am the store hours state that they are open from 6am - 2am when I pulled up to the drive thru the person said “door dash or Uber eats” I said neither and they immediately said that they were closed.

s because they apparently are still serving door dash and Uber eats. This in my opinion is extremely poor customer service

Mc Donald's restaurant #6926 let me order Carmel mocioto 2ea for my dinner along with the rest of my meal. The machine that prepares the Carmel mocioto was down but for some reason they could not refund me my money for the Carmel mocioto.

So the shift supervisor issued me a rain check for the two drinks! Today I went in with the rain check and they wouldn't even honor the rain check! I never known Mc Donald's to be so unprofessional. I'm 57 years young and have been eating at Mc Donald's my entire life!

Had a long day on route 10 hour day needed something quick and simple. Mcdonalds would be simple and quick. Service was terrible. Took 20 minutes to get my meal after I placed an order on the kiosk out of paper no receipt given. i even put on the kiosk i wanted to spicy buffalo sauce the hispanic brunette forgot to put it in the bag, i asked kindly for some she only brought out one but instead of handing it to me tried throwing it in the bag and missed and it hit the dirty floor. McDonald’s in Johnstown Ohio. Had to wait over 20 minutes for a 2 hamburgers small French fry and an Oreo McFlurry. While waking another customer asked for ranch dressing when given their order, the employee told the customer in a mean tone that they should ask for the at hen giving their order, it’s easier on us.

Also they were throwing orders up very roughly. I also heard an employee said whatnthevF…ck . I used to work for McDonalds as a manager under training. Very much different in a bad way. Normally I don’t complain, I just don’t return, but I have a great niece working there and I hate to see her learn bad habit.

I would suggest you shop this store and see for yourself.

I placed a mobile order for a large Coke and an ice cream cone, using my rewards points for the cone. I gave them YN 44 as my pick up code. The screen showed someone else’s order then it showed mine.

I drove up to the first window and no one was there, so I went to the next window and they asked for 8+ dollars. I said for a Coke and an ice cream cone? They told me my order didn’t go through.

I didn’t understand why it didn’t go through when it already gave me my pick up code. The manager Bianca told me I had to pay for it, and I explain to her there app won’t let me close out that order to re-order more and I only had $100 bill and wasn’t going to break it for a free ice cream cone, and a Coke.

Order Never arrived at my car. I submitted my order at 6:11 PM EST on 03/02/2023, at 6:43PM EST I left the parking lot without my order after watching the drive thru empty 3 to 4 times. The Person in the pick up location next to me who arrived before me also waited until about 6:30pm before they got decided to go into the store to get their food. They where in the store for about 10 mins before they came out with their food. The App stopped showing my order in progress at about 6:20pm. I suspect they just packed my order put it on the warmer and bumped it off the screen then forgot about it. I did not go in because I don't trust a them not to have been holding my food in a warmer the full 30mins, and I did not want to wait even longer for them to remake it.

Every single time in the last 6 months, the ice cream machine is not working!!! We wait on line for sometimes 15 mins only to be told “WE HAVE NO ICE CREAM TODAY”. It’s outrageous!!! Even at mc Donald’s in the ghetto, in far Rockaway, the ice cream machines are always working.

I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal with extra fries, ranch, and chocolate milk. They gave me apple slices and there was no ranch. I also ordered a Dr Pepper with no ice and there was ice in it.

At the window, the employee handed me my drink and then a minute later handed me the chocolate milk and never looked out of the window or said a word. I say there for about 5 minutes with no communication and then was finally told to go park in a pick up lane and they’d bring it out to me.

Have been customer at port Macquarie a long time using it 3/4 times a week. Almost always sent to waiting area for mostly 10 minutes before order arrives. Frequently the milk shake machine does not work. Today no milk shake work so ordered 2 iced coffee.

Sent to waiting area after 8 minutes guy turns up with 2 hot coffees. Went to pick up in drive through to to sort it out. Staff were most unhelpful and spoke to manager who did not seem to care. Asked for money back.

Will now take my business to HUNGRY JACKS.

Today at lunch I went to the drivethru- waited, no one there, called out twice. Drove up to pay at window. No one. Went to second window and finally helped. Then I was told I needed to go back through the drive thru after I explained I had been sitting there and waiting.

I let them now I was not going back through the drive thru because they were trying to make it my fault no one assisted me. My order was taken with terrible attitude/service, then my card to pay was taken.

I had to ask for my card back and then for my receipt. When I received my receipt it was crinkled and ripped up as though they put it in a ball and thew it away. Then I was told to pull up and wait by the trash can because the cars behind me had placed their orders and I had to wait.

Service took ages, when I received my order the chips were stone cold as they had been left out ready for someone to serve them. The cheese burger was not hot either. This was all due to only one person was serving both the drive through and the counter. Not impressed.

I went to the drive through ordered 3 meals 2 of them was very bad.

First sandwich was a double quarter sandwich suppose to have dehydrated onions got the dehydrated onions and that was all on the sandwich no meat no nothing. The second sandwich was a fish it had no top bun on it at all.

I live approximately 10 miles away I did not the double took it back and they still had to donit twice to get it right. needless to say I did not go back and threw the fish away. I will not be going back to that one ever again.

This is not the first time my orders are wrong . Happens all the time

apparently not at the micky d’s in jonesville, nc.. it’s happened before and now it’s happening again and now i’m complaining.. my cup was stickier than a 2 yr old eating pancakes.. i like mcdonalds and i would think that the people that work there would like it too or why else work there..

I ordered a big breakfast deluxe with hotcakes and a second order of 2 sides of scrambled eggs with hash browns. After receiving the order I pulled out of line because there were cars behind me. After checking my bag, I only say 1 side of egg.

I got back in line and ordered 2 side of eggs and coffee because there was no receipt paper I could not prove I paid. The cashier remembered me and called up front to let them know I should have gotten 3 eggs total.

I've ordered McDonald's from door dash several times. They've forgot to put my items in the sealed up bags 70% of the time. I'm fed up. Today they forgot the oatmeal I paid for. Door dash will NOT credit my money back.

Door dash will not resend a new driver. I've lost several dollars. I can't order from another McDonald's on the app. I love McDonald's. This is why I pay my money. But enough is enough. I called the store they won't answer.
