i cancelled my order at mcdonalds timog avenue corner tobias st, because they only accepting only 1 order ( code) per device/app, compare to other branches they accept 3 orders per device/app per 1 day, as per theyre manager on duty

This is 3rd time this week I've ordered a breakfast meal and they put no meat on the sandwhich or the hashbrowns were cold in the middle the mcconnellsburg pa.store needs to hire combatant employees or not let teen ages work together without an adult to supervise this store is getting very bad

I often get 6 nuggets and always ask for sweet and sour sauce which 9 times out of 10 is not included. This happened again today at the macdonalds at Marsden. Because I generally go through the drive through do t realise it’s missing until I get home.

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and marry messed it up 3 times marry at the first window was really rude and I was really upset about it

Every time I go to the McDonald's on old Atlanta Rd in Suwanee Ga is horrible. The fries are old and never filled the big Mac is not fresh, This is everytime I go through the drive thru for years and as the time goes on it gets worse.

I stopped going for a while and forget my last experience and go again. This last time I call and complained I was offered to replace the meals the next time. I went a few nights later to get my meals and I asked if the fries were fresh they told me yes.

They were not fresh the mixed the old ones with the new ones amd they were gross. This is the reason I stopped going to McDonald's in the first place. I guess I am back to going to Zaxby's or chic fil a. Thank you, Tracy Barbalinardo

I do not remember the last time I went to the McDonald’s drive thru on 127th st in Palos Heights IL where I received a correct order. Whether it’s not getting all of my order or if I check the bag before driving away I later find incorrect orders.

Like all of the burgers ordered for my family tonight were given to us plain even though we did not ask for anything plain. Even the fries were unsalted. This was the last straw. I feel the management at this location needs to be updated.

The employees don’t care to give correct orders or even finish making the food before giving it to customers.

On Sunday 2/26/2023 we went to eat inside at McDonalds in Denver, Colorado off I-70 and Quebec I am not sure if the exact address but it was by Central Park Blvd, the Manager was rude and so unprofessional, she didn’t care if you were a customer or not, people would come to the counter and she would yell and say you need to order from the computers because we are busy, so many customers left.

My order came and she sort of just threw it on the counter and walked away, my order was not complete, I said I am missing my extra egg McMuffin she said I’ll have to charge you full price, I said no that’s not right This is what I ordered, she said don’t talk to me that way you can just leave, I said not without my order, I stood there for about 5 to 8 min and she brought over my sandwich and…

I went to the drive through at the store on Tritton road in Lincoln and asked for a happy meal cheeseburger with added bacon ( which I paid for ) and only ketchup and cheese . It came with added bacon written on top of the wrapper but there was no bacon inside at all and it still had the gherkins and onions and mustard .

I also asked for a few packs of tomato sauce and we got none .

Finally we waited ten minutes for our incorrect order so my latte was cold by the time I got to drink it .

I used to stop at the McDonalds on Gilman Avenue in Marietta, Ohio five days a week. On my way to work I would get a Mocha and sometimes a breakfast sandwich. Our office is just a few blocks from the location so we would occasionally get lunch from there too.

I had stopped going there most mornings about a month ago because the Mocha would be delicious one day and undrinkable the next. On Feb 26, 2023, I went thru the drive thru,location on Blackburn Lane, Dry Ridge, Kentucky 41035. I ordered at Big Bac meal at approximately 6:30pm. The burger must have been under the lamp for hours, as well as the fries obviously being very old.

It was the most disgusting meal I've ever encountered. 1 bite of each and I nearly threw up. I would be so ashamed if this were my company serving food like this. Im surprised someone has not been deathly ill from the bad food here!!

I waited in the drive through line for over 30 minutes within the first lane as over 7 cars were taken care of in the 2nd lane before the first lane was taken care of. If it were not for the cars behind me and on the side, I would have left.

I ordered two Shamrock Oreo McFlurries and neither were thoroughly mixed at all. There was lime-green drops on the top of it and pure white ice cream at the bottom. It looks ugly and not shamrock-like and I was disappointed.

The service at this location is not customer friendly. This was on a Sunday in Memphis Tennessee. The manager was outside of counter asking for her food ahead of customers. Counter people are eating at the counter. This is the store on South Third and Bell. This was around 1:00pm

Was at the location on hwy 29 in athens. Been waiting on food for 30 min. Number was never called out and when we asked she laughed and said she gave our food away. Very rude and I will not go back or recommend.

I went to pick up some breakfast for my grandson and his two friends attending college. When I got home, I realize that my order was short. I went back to the store and spoke to the manager her name was Maria and I tried to explain to her what the problem was I had purchase the items that it’s buy one get one for one dollar.

Complaint is about the poor services provided by one of your branches located at Sherouk City Cairo Egypt. For the past 5 years, this branch has exceeded my expectations in delivering the worst service that any restaurant could every reach. They claim that the delivery service time is 30 minutes up to 45 minutes. While in reality we are talking about a minimum of 90 minutes. Food is always cold when it gets delivered.

Do note that this complaint has been communicated serveral times through the so called local customer complaint center, with no luck to reach any solution nor any improvement.

The order was cold and the berger where dry no sauce and fry's was like rubber and nuggets where under cook I spent 40 dollars for nothing and iv tryed calling numerous times and no answer

It took three minutes for someone to walk away from the back to come help me at the register. Every table in the dining room was dirty. The two garbage cans were overflowing so much that we couldn’t put anything on top.

The McDonald’s off of interstate four in Florida at exit Martin Luther King Blvd. is a terrible restaurant. There supposed to be a 24 hour restaurant.

Store 10427 Broollyn Ohio 44144. Ordered 2 coffee's, one iced coffee and a frappe. Took 20 min to get 2 hot coffee's and the iced coffee, took 30 minutes and a complaint for someone to say yhe frappe machine is having issues.

Why would you give us the HOT coffee before the frappe, so they get cold, we did not want it cold!

I am in the McDonald's on north main street in Madisonville kentucky. It is 10 am in the morning. My wife and I brought our grandchildren to play and wait for lunch. The bathroom has tolit paper on the floor with fecal material present from the previous day.

I saw food in the play area, and their is an ice cream dump in the floor as well as the cup and spoon. I hope some improvement can get done. The management is not very friendly.
