Came to eat breakfast at 832am on 02-24-2023. No one to take order inside dining room! Stood at counter waiting for 13 minutes. Another customer came, waited also. Customer went to pick up window and asked for someone to take order.

An older oriental woman came and hatefully said, You can order at kiosk. I replied you dont have my senior drink on the kiosk so therefore l cannot order on the kiosk. She speaks with extremely harsh Hateful tobe!!!!! I ask her name. She replies Angelina.

I doubt its the correct name. This woman lacks any custoner service and definitely is the most unprofessional person l have Ever encountered. The stores phone number is 817-284-4572. The receipt conveniently does not have a store number on it.

I was at the McDonald's on Mason road and Katy freeway this morning. I asked for an egg and cheese on a biscuit. I was told that they don't make egg and cheese on a biscuit. So when I asked if there were any sandwiches without meat they told me no.

I don't understand why McDonald's doesn't make a meal that does not include any meat. If I ask for a sandwich without me I still get charged the same amount. So I'm a little confused. The girl I dealt with this morning was rude and and I ended up going to Burger King.

I asked for an egg and cheese on a croissant and they gave me no problem. I was not charged a meal with that may have had meat on it, it was cheaper. It's not about the money, it's the principal.

Please let me know if in the future McDonald's will have a breakfast meal without…

Went thru drive waited 12 to 15 minutes. to recieve cold fries and a stale big mac and that wasnt warm either. I live about 3 minutes from Mcdonald. It began with the leadership and quality of food. First you couldn't pay with a card at the drive through, so I went in. The cheeseburger's I got were cold and the hot chocolate was weak and had no extra chocolate syrup in it. The shake machine wasn't working, very disappointed.

Your staff are rude and ignorant, they ignore you on the drive through when you try and talk to them and keep closing the windows, I'm sick of my orders being wrong and they don't supply napkins in the bags, the hot chocolates are always like water and cold, I don't normally complain but it's getting ridiculous now and I'm sick to death of it, we are good paying customers who don't want to go to a McDonald's anymore because of the issues raised. I went threw the drive threw at Barrett Road in Norwich this morning just to grab some breakfast as I had a long day a head of me i placed my order and asked for no cheese I then paid at the first window and collected at the second I then went to there car park just to check my order which on the label it said no cheese and

I live in Mechanicsburg, PA. I was excited to purchase three Shamrock Shakes for my family last night. At 7:05 EST I placed the order through the drive thru and was told the shakes weren't available. When I asked why I was told the machine was being cleaned.

Frustrated, bu t I decided to to to try an area McDonald's five miles away. At 7:12 EST I placed my second order of the night for shakes only to be told that shakes weren't available due to the machine being cleaned.

I find this absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. You've brought back an extremely popular promotional item and are turning customers away at 7:00 without shakes due to machine cleaning? Disappointing.

NEVER. I wait anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes, and that is when I leave. All the lights, drive-thru menu, everything looks open, however no one serves. It is consistently never open at 5 am.

My order was wrong again! Ordered 20 chicken nuggets, got 18. Order 2 double cheeseburgers, got 2 regular cheeseburgers instead. Got two bags both had a basket of fries on top so the order could not be checked in the car.

McDonalds has become the restaurant you can never trust. We don’t eat out much do to the higher prices. When we do go 90% of the time there is something missing. Ripping off your customers is not cool. I uploaded the receipt so you could see which McDonalds, good luck reading it.

This is the only time I have ever reported something like this, just fed up.

They called my granddaughter in for an interview and once she got there she was told the interview manage wasn't there to come back the next day. So I drove her there the next day and only to told that she was training too many kids and she don't need anymore.

She needs someone who can work mornings Wow. The manager should have known by her brith year she was a young school 16 year old who is trying to get her first job like all of us once did. But Royse City Mcdonald still have now hiring sign up for a new location and that is why we thought she was being called in for an interview not to be told I'm training so many kids now I don't want to train anymore.

so i go to mcdonalds alot and have noticed a drink upcharge on a meal that already comes with a drink i have asked the employess and they say there is no upcharge but clearly it says drink upcharge on the receipt and the other employee said they were having issues with that but i think its crazy i spent 10.50 on a meal and upcharge for a drink that it comes with

Since Covid reopening of the dine in restaurant section at Endeavour Hills, the cleanliness has been totally neglected it seems. Today we had to specifically request toilets be cleaned and paper restocked, table and seats to be cleaned, and we assisted in picking up handfuls of litter around the children's playground. 30pm.. lunch time! It was appalling!

It appears the manager no longer prioritises cleaning if toilets of restaurant area and service remained focused only on drive through and take away. I wish I'd taken a photo of the aground table and seats before they came and cleaned them ...

There were dried drinks over the table and even foot prints evident! A photo of the women's toilet floor below. Feet stick and slide in the restaurant's greasy floors also.

This occurred at 8:00 pm; Monday February 20,2023. I purchased an order and the customer service was poor at best. The young lady handed the order to me and I thanked her; no response. I went back and asked for a manager to suggest that they help her with her customer service skill set.

She stood behind him and mugged and made faces. I called to ask for the manager's voice mail They hung up on me. They are the most unprofessional group that I have ever encountered. The alleged managers name was James no last name.

She became aggressive when my special needs daughter was trying to get the hamburger we never got with our meal she stuttered and said excuse me sir while trying to correct herself. Your manager got very ugly yelling that she was a mam when my daughter was trying to say sorry I meant mam .

She was the manager of McDonald's. She came up to the front to help after a dozen customers had waited over 20 minutes OR MORE to place an order or get their food. 50 minutes to eat at McDonald's is ridiculous.

There is something wrong with this location if the short haired mng/owner isnt their the service you get is insulting. This is not my 1st bad experience of extreme wait times and beyond rude staff.

Fuel denatured alcohol being used at the McDonald’s at the Centre Alabama location. From what I understand, it’s not supposed to be. I heard the general manager talk about hiding the fact that’s what was being done. I do have a few photons showing this, however, they are too large to attach.

Hi. I just wanted to complain about one thing on the mcdonalds app witch im sure others have already. My old previous order that I've already paid for and gotten is still in my order section and won't let me delete it so I can start a new order.

This needs to be fixed or what's the point of anyone being able to order mobile as I don't want to rid my account lose all my points just to start new, place a new order and go through it all over again. Love the app but this is one thing that needs to be fixed asap as it's frustrating to deal with.

I've tried many ways to delete that order that I've already gotten and there is absolutely no way. Please address this for all mcyd lovers. Thank you kindly

I live in Las Vegas Nevada and I go to McDonald's on Rancho and Washington. This is a 24hr store. Every night between 1am and 2am they close it and say our system is uploading and please come back in 25 to 35 minutes.

I was told the system doesn't upload every night? and they should be taking orders by hand and cash only if the system isn't available. in all the years I have never had this happen until the New Manager started .

for the last 2 or 3 months. last night on a Saturday 2/18/23 he turned away 5 cars back to back. and tonight he closed again and is sitting in office with his head down . It's the only food chain on rancho open 24hrs. It's ridiculous.

I’ve had several online delivery orders for pick up for customers and everytime I go there at around 1-2am they tell me they don’t have enough food to prepare the order. I get told this on a daily when I’m delivering orders late night.

To my understanding the McDonalds on Fort Oglethorpe is opened 24 hrs. So why do they not have enough food to prepare a customers order? Or only taking cash when I want to order something for myself? I have to decline an order every time I get a request and that’s not fair to the customer who spent money on their food and it’s not fair to me as well.

I’m a shift manager at a restaurant and I would never decline or refuse to make an order. Highly disappointed.

I just left the McDonald's location 2443 Lauren's rd. I did not get to place and order because they told me to hold on and then continued to take the other lanes orders and never came back to me. I left the lane and parked to go inside and nobody ever came to the register.

The manager Yasmania and her workers were so disrespectful! I placed my order which was ice cream cones, McFlurries and large fries. Waited over 25 minutes for the order. The manager came out and said wait I’m telling you what’s wrong.

They didn’t have the shamrock flavoring for the mcflurries. I told her come I will just had plain Oreo mcflurries. She didn’t even fill either one of them up correctly. I told her I still have an ice cream cone she told her other employees nope.

Of course the kiosk didn’t give receipts even when you asked for one.

Jacob, the guy working the drive through told me to pull up to second window. I waited over 15 minutes for my coffee, then I go inside to politely inform the very nice young cashier lady and she went over to him and asked for my coffee.

He had it the whole time, while taking other orders. I must of counted eight cars he serviced before me. He refused to do his job. This happened today, 02-19-2023 at 16:04, according to my receipt.

I only wish that the condiments on my sandwich could be close to the middle of the sandwich but unfortunately it’s off to the side down the side and on the wrapper it comes in I happen to like extra ketchup no pickles add mayo double cheeseburger and always a mess. I went there last night to get a Oreo Cham rock shake and a high C. The Oreo shake was very poorly mixed together but that wasn’t the issue. The issue was that along with that, my hi-C was straight water.

Usually it’s not an issue. I went in and told the manager nicely that their hi-C was out and needed to be changed. She told me it was completely out and I waited around 25 minutes to get a drinkable drink.

She waited till I tried the Dr Pepper, sprite, and hi-C before she told me that they were apparently out of EVERYTHING but coke. If she was nice about it I wouldn’t have complained or showed at all she was sorry about waiting 25 minutes for a drink.

If I could give them 0 star review I would. A month ago we went thru McDonalds memorial dr for breakfast. We ordered hash browns amongst 20 dollars worth of other items. As I'm eating my hash brown I bit down on some round hard object hard on something, hurting my back tooth.

I spit it out and find it was a white, round, hard peppermint candy similar to a jawbreaker but was the size of a gobstopper that had been sucked on. I called in and complained and all I got was I will talk to my employees that's gross.

Then said all of my employees say they haven't had not been chewing or sucking on any gum or candy. I was so nauseous the thought of some worker spitting out a piece of candy and placing it inside somebody else's food!!

Hi there to whom ever may be reading this but i have a very concerning matter to discuss about the mcdonalds located at 301 W Broaddus Ave, Bowling Green, VA 22427, United States. Many of your employees who come into work are not sober working especially your night shift.

It took forever for me to even be able to pay for my order and then it was a long wait till we got it. I had to ask multiple times for our drinks and one of the employees was rude.

The bathroom was the NASTIEST thing I have ever seen. My burger was burnt and the fries were soggy and the tea was watered down and gross. I left unhappy and will never be a paying customer again at this rate!!

One thing I have always struggled with is confrontation. I have issues where speaking up for myself is concerned. Worse, I hate calling out employees in the food service industry whenever a mistake is made because mistakes do happen and complaints over the slightest slights are plentiful, so if I can avoid it, or it’s not that big of a deal, I tend to hold my tongue and let it go.

Last night, I went on the McDonald’s app to order a meal for my nephews, myself and a friend. The new McDonalds at Gilbert and McKellips in Mesa, AZ is ran very poorly. The customer service is poor. We have been patronizing this establishment since it's opening on different days at different times has only proven the same end result, mediocre food(product cold and old), self service of condiments/drink stations is non existent or constantly depleted, cleanliness of bathroom was fair at best!

Lastly and more importantly, customer service stinks! You have to wait an unacceptable amount of time when using counter cashier. There is no greeting of customers. I visit McDonald’s maybe twice a month in Rosamond Ca. This entire staff needs to take a customer service class because obviously they don’t know the first thing about customer service plus they all act like they’re absolutely miserable and they’d rather be anywhere else but there.

Seriously this team that’s working has an awful attitude and it’s usually worse at the drive through windows. I’ll give it a month and visit again. I sincerely hope there’s a change in the right direction and a whole lot of an attitude readjusted attitudes from your employees.

Poor service. Busy and messing up orders left and right. I spent over a half an hour to get a few orders of fries and a couple cheeseburgers. Brung the wrong food out and took it back and gave it to someone else after that.

Had my receipt taken and then no one could find my order. Poor service altogether with this experience.

Orders are consistently messed up. Drinks are overfilled so they spill in your interior. Once they hand them over. Customer service is a joke. Interior of restaurant is barely open. The McDonald's location in Mukwonago is pretty much a joke.
