Waited around 20 mins for my order after I payed , the lady at the drive through didn't know what I ordered or where my food even was. She finally gave me a bag of random food( definitely not my order) .

I went inside to correct the issues only to get frustrated and demand a refund , the " manager " was extremely sarcastic and struct me as wanting to pick a argument and make rude and very unprofessional comments. Guess because I'm not black ?

Anyways I'm calling the health department and local labor board after what I witnessed and how I was treated , also be filing a complaint with bbb ( not that it will matter).

Today I went through the drive threw for a carmeal ice coffee but the customer service guy gave me chocolate instead. The employee was very rude in the drive thru. I ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin, Sausages egg and cheese McMuffin and a coke. She rudely said you’re ordering the same thing so I repeated and then again she was rude and said all you need to say is one with cheese you’re ordering the same thing which is not the case.

I told her she was being a smart mouth and then she told me I could just leave her drive thru. Something needs to be done about the people you hire to work with the public and this should not stand.

There was no sense in her acting like that and being rude for no apparent reason. McDonald’s you need to do better!!!

the McDonald’s here in Shafter have not been opening on time for the past couple of weeks, there are people that have early shifts for work and go by to get a quick breakfast. Almost every morning they have turned many people down because they aren’t prepared. They are always understaffed.

Many people have been complaining about the service here at the Shafter McDonald’s.

I was denied service due to not electing to use the kiosk to place my order which I consider very user unfriendly so I don’t use it. This was the first time I was denied service by electing not to use it.

So the McDonald’s by Morrisons in Cribbs causeway I ordered a larger Big Mac meal with a large Fanta and I found hair in my burger and with my chips

I have gonna to the McDonald on 820 Culver Rd Rochester ny several times every time I go there they always forget something like today I went there and they forgot to give me my Oreo, flurry and the apple juice for my granddaughters. Happy meal.

I did a mobile order and drove 20min out my way to get to the McDonald's for them to tell me there system is down so then I go to the next closest one which was another 20min out to find out they are taking cash only and didn't have half our order available and then didn't even get half the order we ordered!

After having to go to a ATM to get cash because they said they only could take cash orders! I work nights and my son does as well so when we get off and want our dinner and can't because of how messed up the McDonald's was and how they treated us all the way around!

Then drive a hour home at 3:30am! I was beyond passed and never will we go to McDonald's again! The most horrible place ever!

There is no way to complain about a McDonald’s franchise in Grand Baie, Mauritius island. The outlet is dismal, with permanently shockingly dirty toilets as an example… they don’t even bother putting sauce in the burgers any longer either - plain patties and bread is a regular occurrence, this is not even a joke.

Customers complain daily in local queues , nobody cares, as there is often no manager on duty… the drive through has two conflicting entrances, which causes regular fistfights between customers jockeying for position in the queue…. The whole thing is appalling and creates not only health and safety issues but also creates a terrible name and image for McDonalds locally.

Was at Amsterdam Ny 12010 McDonald’s placed my order waiting at drive up window waiting 10 mins then was told to move forward that they would bring my meal out in 30s seconds waited another 10 minutes still nothing went inside finally got my meal poor service there

Consistently puts out undercooked food and refuses to properly fill orders from doordash customers. Haven’t received one completely correct order in over 4 months of using doordash, when visiting location in person the entire staff treats you like they want you gone.

2023. I had a coupon for buy one get one free, no one knew how to imput it, 2 different people attempted and then I asked for a manager and she tried and then said to me rudely that the code would not go in,I said it went in last week so you don't know how to do it.

On my way to work this morning I stopped by your store on Riverfront Blvd. in Dallas. One item I ordered was iced tea. Simple, right? Wrong! It was obviously left over from yesterday's brew and had an unbearable acrid taste.

We order out quite a bit, sometimes drive thrus. Sometimes McDonald's messes our order up We have to go inside to get it. Or they deliver 3/4 of our order,, but today we spent $40 on a deliver fries, one drink was missing.

2 burgers were made all wrong. I don't like mustard, and it was flooded with it. Your McDonald's in Ennis Tx is 1 of the worst. I trashed my burger, and will never order a meal from here.. $40 dollars shot to ----.

My visit to McDonald's is usually always pretty consistent but on one of my recent visits the mobile app deals were not available and I wished that instead of not being able to use the app due to issues on the restaurant's end that I would have gotten comped the deal that was being offered that I couldn't use. It was the deal if I spent $2.00 or more on my order I would receive any size free French Fry. I had to pay full price and was disappointed in that as a loyal customer.

I was picking up DoorDash orders and waited in the lines for hours just to have the nightshift manager refuse to make my orders specially on 2/12/23. The manager and a worker refused to make my orders and cancelled my customers orders for no reason at all even when i would wait.

I want to complain about Ampol Reedy Creek Mc Donald. It’s been my local burger shop. In the last 18 month the food has deteriorated. The burger often come out burnt and it’s like they have been reheated also badly wrapped and thrown in to the bag.

I don’t know who’s managing that shop but they should be ashamed of themselves. Disgusting!!!!

When did we start just wiping off the top of a bun when no onions are ordered. We ordered a triple cheeseburger with no onions and revived a plain triple cheeseburger. After looking at the bun, they wiped everything off the top as there were still onions in the wrapper.

You all want 15 an hour, yet you can't do a job correctly, and you take the shortcut way out.. if you do that to someone who is allergic to onions, you would be sued as there were still onions on the bun.

drove from New Orleans going to a church in Gulfport Mississippi this is the second time this has happened. This service is very poor on 02/05/2023 I waited 1/2 hour in line for service, finally drove to window still waited for someone to come.

Some customers got out of line and went to complain inside. 37 for 3 hash browns and a bottle of water. Will be going to Burger King. Service not good there.

Horrible service and wait times. The staff is constantly trying to keep up with stupid Uber eats and will actually ignore the people that are in the place. The staff usually doesn't speak English so that's a problem trying to communicate.
