m.. The employee at the first window was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I handed her my money, then slammed the window shut and gave me a hateful look. I waited for my change that she owed me, which I did not receive.

I am referencing the McDonald’s located near hey 394 & Steger Rd in Crete IL Employees are always rude, unprofessional and racist towards blacks in our community. I brought the attention to. manager named Maria that her employee was rude and she just brushed it off like she didn’t care to hear it!

I then asked the manager Maria for the rude employees name and she stated she would need to contact her manager. It’s not the first incident at this particular McDonald’s where the staff is rude and unprofessional to the public.

I will be taking this matter further

I was in drive thru. The car ahead of me was giving a on line order. I could hear the staff telling the person to drive forward. They cannot process their order. After 20 min. I began to honk. The white suv refused to move forward. I was pinned.

The suv ahead of me, and cars behind me. I kept honking. , 3 cop cars appeared and said a report that there was a fist fight. I believe the staff reported this. They should have gotten out of their safe place and come out and instructed the customer to move forward.

There was no fist fight. Just a lot of honking. Your staff needs to be advised how to handle this situation. This is not the first time I have found myself pinned in a drive through. Apparently, this is a fun thing to do in a drive thru at McDonalds in Charleston, IL.

The McDonald's at Ford road and Radcliffe gave us terrible service tonight. We went there for a celebration our son won a basketball game he just wanted chicken nuggets. Well they first were out of quarter pounder, then they forgot my son's chicken nuggets, then the fries and mc chickens were Rick hard and cold. Bad experience all around. Not the first time at this location, but the first time I felt compelled to complain Something has to be done about this McDonald's they usually forget an item or are.frequrntly out of stuff.

I worked for McDonald's for several years and never did I need to tell a customer we were out of something or something wasn't working. The frappe "machine" at the McDonalds on Hartle0y Bridge Rd in Macon, GA has not worked for over a month.

Tonight they did not have cinnamon rolls at the one on Eisenhower Pky in Macon, GA. What the heck is going on with McDonalds???

4301 s market Street Wilmington nc Is the address of the McDonald's I'm referring to. The corporate manager that comes in, her name is Pat, she will not allow any homeless people in the building whatsoever. it's not right. She humiliates them, she tells her employees not to allow any of them to buy any food.

She says their money is no good there. Something should be done this is not right, they are not animals!

First I would like to say, this wasn't my first visit at this McDonald's. I leave out for work at 4am and I am able to stop there and get breakfast in the mornings at times and sometimes in the evenings, I stop by to get me some dinner so I visit this location often.

Wednesday, February 8, 2023 I visited and got some dinner in the evening. Now I dont know if this day was off, or if now, that store is slacking with food preparation and selling contaminated food or not being sanitary when preparing the food but I was food poisoned and was admitted to the hospital to be treated for food poisoning.

I don't want to file a complaint with the health department and have them go to that McDonald's and shut it down if there is in fact some food mishandling and unsanitary conditions. I am still not…

The store on the south side of Bloomington Indiana. They have been very bad on it service . We have hone there several times and they do not give all your order to you. Pluse the food has been cold snd taste nasty.

I placed an order on the mobile app for curbside service, pulled up entered the curbside number and pressed finish and pay. Error message suddenly pops up I go to the drive thru give them my app code they claim they don't have a record of the order and tell me to go inside which I do so.

The kiosk doesn't have any record of my order and the cashier is acting dumbfounded and says we don't have a record of your order and we don't have any control over the kiosk or app issues. The manager clearly sees there is a problem and snatches a receipt from the register and walks away.

They claim to have no knowledge of my order but had no issue with charging my card 4 times for the same order they claim to have no knowledge of. I order the same thing pretty much every other day never had an issue…

2-9-23 at approx 6:50am I ordered 2 sausage mcmuffins with egg from the McDonalds at 711 Lancaster Road Manheim PA 17545. Had to wait about 10 minutes but I would rather wait and get hot, fresh food than to get cold food.

Not only was the food not hot but they didn't put egg on the one sandwich. It may seem petty and I'm pretty sure I won't hear anything back or receive any type of refund for not getting what I paid for but to me it shows me you don't care enough about your customers.

This isn't the only incident I've had at this location as there have been many, it's just time I needed to voice what has been happening. I've been sales for 34 years and have learned if you don't take care of the customer they will go elsewhere.

I Arrived to the McDonald’s located at 735 Fort Worth Dr, Denton, TX 76205 i ordered my food items and proceed to the first window to pay I was never greeted I waited for my food until told to park and they would bring my food out I got out of my car twice to get my food or ask what’s going on and they were really rude, I after waiting well over an hour asked for a Refund and

I was checking my order at the drive thru I found I was missing an item. It was just a buffalo sauce. The woman working at the window and the lady behind her argued it’s in the bag you just can’t see it.

I said well I’d like to find it before I leave. She got angry and said it’s in the bag bye now. I said if it’s not I’ll be in. She said okay all sarcastic. Well I dumped the bag in the seat and no sauce.

I am absolutely so upset I go to the Northern Pike location in monroeville Pennsylvania frequently. I just had my order replaced because my first one was messed up. And to make matters even worse the second one was crap and this was for my children!

Id appreciate it very much if someone would reach out to me I'm a very very upset customer. I'm to my point now where I just don't ever want to go to McDonald's again. I takes alot to upset me!!!!

Store #4735. 815 South College Ave. Newark, Delaware 19713... Worst store ever!!! I have been stopping here almost daily for a year. Have tried to be patient. EVERY DAY, I am asked to wait in parking spot to get my food.

THE FOOD IS NEVER READY!! I use other stores and am never asked to wait. This store has nothing prepared. To make matters worse, today I was again asked to wait. I waited 25 minutes to get my food.. 6 other cars came in after I did and received their food before I got mine. BAD BUSINESS!!! IT IS CONSISTANTLY BAD.

I'm complaining as a former employee of McDonald's that I was falsely accused of stealing money by the general manager as well as I've had issues with the general manager due to the fact that I talked to the district manager for her showing favoritism to a male employee as well as her trying to fraternize with an employee. I was also confronted by her because the district manager told her who made the allegations against her when it was supposed to be confidential information.

She proceeded to send the video footage to all of the employees which is exposure of employee confidentiality as well as slandering me.

Also on the video footage the time and date are wrong. She pre recorded the footage on her phone when she showed me which is illegal.

Ma. 00 for 2 filet fish meals (requested reg size not super) and 6 piece chicken nuggets. I asked for receipt, watched employee in window to receive food, read it , pack my order, then throw in waste bin. I didnt get full order, due to the location, turning around was not an option.

2 lanes of traffic as well as being yards a way form busy intersection wouldve of taken us ten minutes to return to this to location to redeem missing item without a receipt that I had requested. The frustration of paying that much at McDonalds drive thru w so little and not getting order filled correctly and being the only people in lane is quite frustrating.

,Greenville, SC, 29607 (864-297-9244) to make an order for a crispy chicken deluxe sandwich, a fish filet sandwich, & a small order of fries. We waited in the drivethru for a total of 42 minutes. After we ordered, we waited 15 minutes before we ever reached the pay window.

After paying for our order, which was over $15, we were then told to pull around to the front door & someone would bring us our food. We pulled around only to find 3 other cars in front of us also waiting for someone to bring their food out.

And more cars pulled up behind us also waiting. A few employees came out asking who ordered each order & it was a complete fiasco. Cars well behind us we’re getting orders way before the cars in front of us.

Everything I go to store 1380 in Paris I'll I have to wait , today there were 0 cars in the drive thru and 2 in the lot and I still had to wait , my family or myself frequent this store often do to we live in a basic food dessert , I have many friends who also frequent this store and complain about it as well , this issue needs to be resolved or you will be losing alot more customers other than me and my family there should be no reason for this waiting everytime we go there expspecially when they are not busy

The Branson West location still had the buy on get on for $1 10 peice Mc nuggets yet the manager refused to honer it becase and I quote... She didn't have an arm to take it down... This location is getting a very bad reputation for treating customers poorly and giving sub par service...

Since installing kiosks after remodel at Yorktown McDs counter service has been noticeably slower.

For the second week in a row our local mcdonalds store #25186, Waukee, Iowa, we have gotten a messed up ice cold order. When ya call yhe store ya hear the usual, sorry without any meaning behind it, it's like talking to a robot, and then if you come back we will give you what we forgot for free.

Ok, first it's NOT free, because we are paying for the gas to go back and get what we should have received and paid for already, so it is NOT FREE! They should bring it to us and actually make us a whole new order because our food was iced cold also!

This store needs to either straighten up or close!!!!!
