The fact that they won't break $100. $20 in food and won't break a$100. They would prefer to loose a order then break it. This day & age things so expensive. $100 is not that much money anymore. It's ridiculous that mcdonals is the rudest and laziest mcdonalds I have been to!!

They cannot get an order right!! That manager there is the problem!!

I live 200 yards from the McDonald's here in Imlay City and I only get weekends off I don't drive so I walk to the McDonald's to try and get breakfast but the lobby is always closed. Hello! My name is Ronni McCard. I visited the location 3704 N Roosevelt Blvd , Key West Fl, 33040 on February 5th around 5:30am. I used my app for 6000 points to receive a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. I pulled up and I saw I received a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle, i went back through showed my receipt and he brought another biscuit back and me thinking surely they didn’t get it wrong twice, to get home and it be a sausage biscuit.

I also ordered maple oats to receive plain oats

saturday at 4:56 pm i oreder 2 big mc large meals . to make this short. the fries were not done , the sandwhiches tasted as if the meat old. the sprite drinks had a bad after taste. if i had transportation back to the restaurant i would have taken the order back.

the whole order was disgusting.

I’ve tried for the last six months to get a frappe or a milkshake at McDonald’s on South grand and fifth Street and they say that the machine is broke the machine is broke and I know that they just don’t want to clean it one of the workers told me that one night and I’m really frustrated because that’s one of my big items and helps my stomach settle and I had to go all the way over to sonic to get it I guess I’ll just make that my routine

The McDonald's in Hampton Iowa is the worst customer service drive thru I have ever experienced, the food sits on the counter for over 6 to 10 minutes before an employee at the window decides to hand it to you, he walks around talking & laughing, acts like he's at a get together instead of at the job, today is Saturday February 4 2023 at 9-45 AM. I went east 10th street to McDonald's in sioux falls sd, I ordered big breakfast plate and 2 burritos and they forgot the burritos, and then when I got where I was at checked and called the person who answered the phone supposedly be manager and was rude as heck and didn't even care that messed up my food and demanded a receipt when it should have been right there! It happened 2/4/23 right like 750am

I went through the drive thru at the McDonalds at Berrinba and got 3 Frozen coke no sugars and as we were driving out I looked at them and two were only 3 quarters full and the other one was only half full. I parked and walked inside to ask them if they could fill them up and they came back still the same.

The guy was rude and said we can’t fill them up anymore then that. I am a paying customer and I want a full large cup of drink and I can’t even get that. This has happened twice now and I am not happy at all.

I have been to a few maccas and I know it sometimes goes down with the air of frozen drinks but I never had a problem when asking to fill them up and they do it but this store is not good as I was told they can’t put more in it.

On Summer Avenue in Memphis Tennessee there's a couple of McDonald's you cannot buy a milkshake at either one any day of the week but you can at Burger King if you order a milkshake the response will be our machine is down

I was ordering dinner for my kids I got them the quarter pounder sharable meal it comes with 2 quarter pounds, 2 med fries, and a 20 piece chicken nugget. When I took the food home the fries were cold and I only got a 10 piece chicken nugget.

03. The sundae I received was just a lidded cup of plain vanilla ice cream with a spoon. I said" There's no syrup on this" and was told by worker at window " You only ordered a sundae". "This is just a plain cup of ice cream", I said, "sundaes should have a topping" I was informed that I was WRONG and that cup of plain vanilla ice cream IS a sundae.

I left without fussing, but was upset. Once home, I called to speak to person on duty in charge. She informed me that the worker was correct - that if you order a sundae and don't name a topping , you get plain ice cream.

EVERY definition of 'sundae' you look up says there is topping. Honestly it felt like a bad joke.

I went to McDonald's on Durham rd in wake forest nc. This morning, I ordered a #1 breakfast meal with medium coffee, they gave me my meal and told me to wait in the #1 service slot and someone will bring my coffee out to me, I waited 20 minutes and no one ever came, the who served me could see me waiting, because of a meeting I was late for I just left

I have few extremely serious concerns about the professionalism and lack of customer services of the staff (Night Shift Specifically) of Maccas Sunshine North, Ballarat Road, Melbourne. It’s been more than 3 months, i drive every night to this store as it is few meters from my house.

All I’m craving for at night is Frappes and every single time i was told there is no frappes available upon enquiring the reason there was no reasoning provided. Initially i thought this would be the time when they reboot their system but my frustration started increasing as i checked almost every minute post mid night till dawn and to my surprise this store’s staff was so persistent on their stance of depriving me from Frappes.

So, being a lover of Maccas it is my sincere advise that either remove the frappes…

Today, Friday Feb. 3 at approximately 8:30 am, at the Rt. , I ordered pancakes and sausage with an extra syrup and a large decaf coffee. When I got home, approximately 1 mile from the store, the pancakes were cold and tough as leather.

I could not cut the pancakes with the enclosed fork. The sausage was slightly burned. I did get my extra syrup as requested, but sometimes it is missing. One great thing was the decaf coffee was good and hot. I'm surprised the pancakes left the location in that condition.

Why is McDonalds on Free Pike Dayton Ohio lobby only open when they feel like it. This site has rude verbally abusive , lazy employees. All others in Dayton have the lobby open

This is my 3rd complaint, I went to McDonald's on Nederland Ave. In Nederland TX at 2:40am and was told they were shutdown, before the times were 3:20am and 2:50am. This is supposed to be a 24hr facility but they are turning people away.

We are just going across the street to either Burger King or Wataburger and getting food. You are losing alot of money turning people away because of lazy employees, the competition is gladly taking our money!

We went through the drive thru on 02/02/23 at 10:29 pm We ordered a large coke, medium smoothie and a basket of fries. When we received our order they handed us a large coke medium smoothie and a large Orange Fanta.

We told them we didn’t order the Fanta and we didn’t get our fries. The girl came up to the window and told us she took our order and we didn’t order fries we informed her we did and asked to refund the Santa she want nice at all very rude and

This morning I got served a very burnt McDonalds McMuffin and a very greasy hashbrown. I can understand a little letting the hashbrown go greasy without possibly tasting them every now and then but my McMuffin was very burnt. I enclosed a picture of what I found when it was unwrapped.

I went to my local McDonald's in Polson,MT I ordered a 2b which is a quarter pounder with bacon. And some. chickens. chicken and bites into it and he notices theres no mcchicken insude the buns. Than when im eating my cheeseburger I get to the middle of the burger and I notice that the outside of the burger was cooked but the inside was red and raw.

So only a 1/3 of the hamburger was cooked. I'll never spend my money there again and thats not the 1st time thats happened. The service is poor the food is bad. And sometimes you dont get everything you ordered.

The management is doing a horrible job running it. I'll go to taco bell before I soend a cent in that place again.

Order at the drive thru all screwed up. I ordered two mc. Hicken sandwiched s small fry, and a senior coffee with a creamer and a Splenda. I got one mc chicken, a medium and a small fry and the coffee.

So, I did not get the buy one get one for a buck mc chicken, and got three times the fries I wanted and paid full price for them throwing most of them away. The confirmation screen at the ordering station flashed yhe order almost long enough for my eyes to focus on it and poof! It was gone.

Your Mechanicville NY McDonald's has horrible service. Manager is making food but takes 20 minutes to get my order. Bun is cold and so are my burgers. I ordered a number 7 with extra pickles only got extra on one burger.

I came through McDonald’s drive thru in Candler,NC at approximately 1155 am. I ordered two kids meals with chocolate milk. When I got to the pick up window the employee at window was talking to another employee while holding both chocolate milks.

Dear Sir/Madam I am a citizen of Mauritius. I wanted to inform that the McDonald being served to Mauritian citizens is the worst I have eaten. Just 2 hours ago, I bought 2 Big Mac, 1 chicken and 1 Beef, via the drive through at La City Trianon.

We got 4 value meals, 3 quarter pounders and 1 double quarter pounder. Went through the drive thru. We got a few miles down the interstate and my kids started complaining about their fries being cold. I reached in the bag and I swear these were sitting out for a half hour or more. Not even warm.

Most of them got thrown out. All of our buns were dry and crumbling. These buns had to be 2 weeks old. I ended up eating a meat patty and most of the rest was thrown out. I paid $35 to feed my family and didn't get anything anyone wanted to eat.

Good Afternoon: My sister and I visited 111 McAllister Drive Saint John and noticed the heat unbearable. Other customers said they mentioned it to staff and were told some elsewhere controlled the heat. The person who served us was sweating profusely and when asked said to busy to get a drink.

I’m sitting in line at the McDonald’s in Ottawa kansas for 25 minutes waiting on two happy meals. I waited after they took my money and then I waited again on several orders as they made us lineup around the building and then they brought everybody’s food out at one time this is ridiculous, I don’t think I will go back to McDonald’s because they’re doing that now at all of them and the only thing that I get from that is cold food it sucks

Can not believe that you don’t get napkins or ketchup when you go though drive up. I’ve been to several and it’s like no napkins. Have you ever eaten a Bigmac without. If this is a corporation decision please shut the door or make your restaurants give napkins.

On Saturday 1/28 we stopped at store 12774 at exit 52 in Clinton, SC. There were 7 other people there and 5 of us. Everyone was trying to order, there were two registers there ,both closed and one kiosk. Everyone was told they had to use the kiosk , which was not working properly.

Eventually the first 7 people left with no food. We managed to get our order in and there was a note at the bottom on the screen that said pay at the register when went to the counter with a $30 order the lead employee said we would have too pay at the kiosk.

When I went back to the kiosk it said to start over. No way was that going to happen . We left and we to Hardee's, no problems there . 12 people walked out in 10 minutes at this location.

I explained to her that could not be correct because I only ordered a sandwich fries and a soda she insistently argued with me told me with an attitude am I going to pay for this or not when I told her to check again that I only ordered one meal she said oh yes I see two on here $22 are you going to pay for it or not.
