Every time I go to this McDonald's there is an issue. Out of ingredients, lack of customer service and appreciation. I feel disrespected every time I visit this McDonald's. The employees disrespected my wife today right in front of the manager, and the manager sided with the employee and told me I was hostile, and rest assured, I didnt even raise my voice.

I was more confused on how/why I was being treated/talked to the way I was. There was a problem with the app, and they told me that they can't help with a free large fry that I've earned thru my rewards on the app.

And, for the 4th or 5th time I drove away from this McDonald's with out food and feeling disrespected. This a horrible representation of the McDonald's brand

I have a complaint of a person on manage ment team giving poor customer service to a paying customer. At the Newport and Bradly store in Menifee. I went through the drive through. I order ×2 of sausage egg mcmuffins, ×2 hashbrown,×2 apple pies,1large mocha frap. Was my order.

00 and some change . 00 and change. Went to the next window was handed my drink and asked to park in #4 slot. I watched all the customers before me and after me come and go. Sat there the a young lady running orders out to the cars to the drive thru parks which was almost everyone one going through the drive thru.

The manager or one of the assistants don’t know her position was rude disrespectful and threaten me with refusing to serve me. It was around 11am at Brewton Msdonalds. I was trying to discuss my order and that I wanted to use a deal from my app only if it could be used with a 2/$6 deal they had.

The person that took my order( not manager) could not figure out how to void one deal and get the other. My neighbor was with me and she was shocked at how the managing person spoke to me. I did not use profanity or disrespect anyone the manager came to drive through acting very short and I simply tried to get my order voided so I could reorder.

Every time McDonalds shows a "special" on food, the McDonalds in Sherman, TX NEVER has it. They say the special ended when it was just announced or the other excuse is it's a mobil app only. If that's the case the commercial needs to state that and it discriminates against those that don't have fancy phones and apps and live on their phones.

My husband went this morning to get the 2 for $3 breakfast special and the worker there said it's not at that store or mobil app. It's a constant with the Sherman store. Prices have gone up so high and food keeps getting smaller, McDonalds used to be our go to place for food but it's gotten outrageous. Sherman needs to get it together and give the deals that we see on TV.

Every time I go to MacDonald's thornton at around 2 o clock in the morning the staff say our computers are off-line we can't make an order now before there were computers im pretty sure MacDonald's was still selling burgers what's wrong with the idiots that work there can't they make a burger and count in there own heads or write it on a peice of paper

Ordered breakfast via the app to collect. 05 when I reached the front if the queue that I would no longer be served breakfast, even though I had pre ordered in time for collection! Spoke to someone called Lee who was extremely unhelpful and suggested I reorder and wait again!

No alternative offered or attempt made to help. Left with nothing and a crying daughter as this was supposed to be a treat. Terrible system and terrible service. All orders made via the app within the correct time frame should be honoured as queue times to collect are not within a customers control!

At McDonald's Kauniaistentie Palomiehentie 2. At about 12:40 on 29th January 2023, the manager Viivi Walker has thrown food stuff front of my face and turned back. This is not acceptable because it was totally inhuman. Is this the customer services training is given to staff? Please check cctv footage and. I bought a medium spicy McChicken meal today and wasn't happy for the price. My fries were only about 70% full and only half cooked. The image of the Spicy McChicken shows a slice of cheese which I didn't receive.

I did not realize that there was no seating area downstairs. I found out after I paid for a fish, a chicken sandwich, fries a Diet Coke and chocolate cookies.. I was tired and hungry. Mc zDonalds has been my go to place worldwide.

France, Spain, England, and several cities in the US. I saw two ladies go upstairs. The electronic doors had to be opened by an employee. When I asked him to open them for me he said urge section was closed.

I asked him could I eat inside. He said no because the restaurant was closed. Onbthe positive side, a female Spanish speaking employee helped me to order the food from the machines. I still have a hard time doing that.

The food were good, the cookies were delicious and crunchy. Cooked to perfection. The chocolate bits inside were melted to perfection. Too…

I went to McDonald’s in Smith County Tn Carthage at approx. 6:20 pm on 01/28/2023 and I wanted to order a Strawberry Milk Shake . I was informed that they are not selling Milk Shakes right now . This has been the 3rd evening I have tried getting a milk Shake from this McDonald’s, and every time (different weeks) they have informed me they weren’t selling milk shakes at this time.

The machine wasn’t down because I ordered some on day shift purposely to see if the machine was working.

Second shift just refuses to sale milk shakes. The employees on nights are also very very rude ! I’m not the only one that has had these two complaints about this McDonald’s but it’s poorly ran on that shift and corporate should step up and handle this issue . Thanks

Ate lunch at McDonald's. Mattison Ave. Champaign Il January 28th. The hamburgers gave me and my son diarrhea 5 minutes after we ate it and we threw chicken sandwich away also,undercooked. Il never go back to that McDonald's again!

My local store in Hudson New York their service is really bad. They can’t even make coffee the right way this morning. Slow table service and the rude manager on duty Ms Sheila on 27 Jan 2023 at 11am at Jurong Spring CC.

We placed our order at 1030am but the manager on duty was very rude when I asked why the table service order took so long. We eventually got our food served at 11am only.

Ms Shiela somehow reply my query rudely and even showed her unhappy face. There wasn't a long queue waiting. Hence, the lateness and slow service was questionable.

Her attitude was simply unacceptable for someone in the service industry.

All tables very dirty and we had to wipe it down ourselves, and no dressing on salad and apparently we asked for it. The manager said doesn’t come with dressing even though on the kiosk it was added.

The McDonalds at 6695 Dixie Hwy in Clarkston Mi gets my vote for worst service ever. I ordered three Big Mac meals one night and when I got home with the food I discovered all three Big Macs had no meat on them.

Then this morning I ordered a sausage and egg McGriddle only to find out there was no egg on the sandwich. I told the employee working the drive thru not once not twice but three times what I wanted and she still got it wrong.

Why does the Manchester, GA McDonalds run out of CO2 every other week? Drinks are your biggest seller! They tell me the truck doesn’t leave them. Then someone needs to speak with the warehouse! 4019 E. Chandler blvd Phx AZ 85044 I was treated with extreme bias in this store, and I was the only white person in there. I was ignored, and racially abused by 3 of the non white staff. When I called to speak with a manager I was hung up on.

I had to call 3 times until they answered. The person who answered said she was the regional manager, and refused to give me the store number for the complaint form. You need to rectify this pronto. Or I am taking this to my attorney for being racislky abused in McDonald's.

Mcdonalds location at Main and grant ave in Columbus, Ohio. Steak bagel, ordered with extra sauce and well done. They didn't not put the onions on the sandwich. The onions and sauce makes the sandwich. Ordered thru the mobile app and picked up at the window.

Mobile order drive through. Got my order finally. He said 2 cheeseburgers right? And yes that was part of my order. Then when he came back I told him I was missing French fries and nuggets. He snatched the bag and said well that’s not your order then.

I am a African American paying customer dining in a Bloomfield, NJ location. At the time I was the only customer in the store dining in. There was other patents that came in to the store. When I ordered I had to go pick up my order and bring back to my table, however another customer of a different race was able to receive their food hand delievered?!

I literally waited over 30 minutes to receive my food. When I got it there was no straws for dri KS, fries where cold and hard. The lady next to me waited even longer just for a drink. The car on there other side was still waiting g as was o e other. I ordered unsweetened tea. And wow yet again. It had sugar.

This store is in no way in line with corporate standards. We all got a different excuse as to each of our own set of issues. One. The was a screen problem, 2 there was a problem with the drink machine, 3 we ran out of your meat.

Refused to give me my order after charging me, employee called me liar to her manager (Anna) after I told them my card was charged and my mobile receipt reflected that same charge, did not disclose her name after asking several times. All of that made my experience awful.
