The workers had dreds flapping all over. The lady taking orders had missing teeth and my 1/4 pounder tasted like slime. It left a slimy tast in my mouth until I could get to listerine. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! WHEN WILL THIS STORE BE CLOSING? IT IS UNSAFE!!!!!

Got wrong order. I ordered a bacon egg bisquit meal and a sausage mcmuffin. Got home and had 2 sausage mcmuffins no bacon egg bisquit and no hashbrowns. Very disappointed

Hello, I went through the drive-thru at store 7527 on 28Apr2023 at 4:54pm. On this order I missed that a kids meal was not put it. The guy at the pay window talked before I could here him, so I also did not catch this.

When I got to the window, I realized it and was told to go back through the drive-thur and I was ok with this as I missed that isn't was wrong. I ordered the kids meal; however this time I checked the screen.

It was wrong as I only wanted a four piece chicken nuggets not six. I told the person I only wanted four, then I heard her say something in Spanish and start laughing. I said hello after four cars had went through the other drive-thur spot and she just laughed again.

45 we were placing 11 single orders for the group home that we work in. The girl at the till was pleasant and patient. She was done taking our order but the drinks needed to be put in a drink tray there were no people behind us at the till.

She took the initiative to go and help to fill the order. While we were ordering we noticed that the supervisor was yelling at the staff in the back and we did mention it. While the girl was filling our order a gentlemen came in and was very demanding and did not want to wait.

I told the girl that we had more time and she could serve him. She went to serve him. The supervisor came from the back and started to reprimand the staff yelling and demeaning her in front of us. Telling her that she needed to finish the one order first. Etc.

The mcdonalds on Secor rd in toledo ohio was not only slow but extremely rude and unprofessional. After finishing a long shift at work I was looking forward to a nice spicy chicken sandwich and a milkshake as well as treating 2 of my close friends to a meal.

I went to McDonald's to get a Mocha Frappe. The line went smoothly to get the to speaker to place the order. After that, it was downhill from there! There were probably about 4-5 cars in front of me. When I got to the drive thru window, I must have waited at least 6 minutes or longer for them to bring my drink.

My husband and I went to the Tecumseh Okla store Saturday night. We ordered 2 Quarter Pounder meals with drinks. The burgers were so heavily peppered we couldn't eat them. The fries were so heavily salted they made us gag.

When we went in to complain to the person at the register, she said, "they are always made like that" Well, guess what? No, they aren't. We have eaten at other McDonalds and NONE of them were like that. We will never go to that McDonalds again.

Placed an order on app. When I arrived at store I was told to pull up to the window. I waited about 5 minutes and then was handed 3 beverages. A few more minutes went by and I was then asked to park in a waiting parking spot, which I did.

25 minutes later still waiting I went inside the store to find out where my food order was. No apologies or anything questions other than what was your order. They start filling my order. Hand me my order and that’s it. 40 minutes later, after I had arrived I have my food. I should have just ordered at the window like the dozen or more customers had while I waited.

I gave drive thru code for my free item. She still charged me. I asked for manager and she didn't speak English. I was not refunded. Fries were extremely cold and had salt, I asked for no salt. I want my money back.

I place a mobile drive thru pick up, they send me to a curbside number to wait, no one came out after 15 minutes waiting I had to call and let them know what was going on with my order and still after that I waited 10 more minutes. I went to McDonalds on 150 Gaines School Road, in Athens, Georgia. Upon entering the restaurant I waited behind a lady in line to order food. We were the only two in line to be waited on. It was approximately 2:15 pm when a lady behind the counter told us to order at the kiosk.

I had cash in my hand since I don’t carry a debit/ credit card. Your employee was rude in insisting we use the kiosk irregardless that we had cash in our hand. I’m sure she was a manager since the other manager had on the same attire.

I ordered a meal from my nearest location and they told me to wait up front and they will bring my food out, I was waiting out there for 25 minutes so I went in and they said oops told me to wait in the dining area and I waited for another 20 minutes then they gave me cold food I am very disappointed with this location.

Ordering off the app means it takes them over 30 mins to get your food to you. They make you sit for 15 mins at the drive thru for them to take your order and when you express your frustration with how things have been going the lady in the drive thru window says just don’t come back then. I went through the drive through in Madison VA and ordered a mcflurry and an ice cream cone. I didn't even pay attention to the first window and just drove up to the second window. The guy waiting on me handed me my order and I tried to hand him my money and the manager came up to the window with a very bad attitude that I had bypassed the first window and needed to pay there.

I asked if he could just go ask the guy what I owed and I would pay at this window. I asked what I owed and he said I don't know so said again go ask the guy at the first window. And still he wouldn't.
