on 08/19/2023 I had purchased food from a McDonald's located I Henderson kentucky and had the worst experience I have had in my 35 years of life I ordered a French vanilla mocha and a employee put vanilla ice in it I ordered 3 plain double cheese burgers and two mcchickens plain and 6 piece nuggets and they gave me one double cheese and a4 piece nuggets when I try to correct them I was yelled at by an employee and

told to leave the store that my order was right and infact it was not .. i would like my order refund or replaced if possible please I am one very unhappy McDonald's customer

Who gets priority service at McDonalds? The person using the app, the drive-thru guy or the party who used your kiosk inside to order? Also, what is the average amount of time it should take at a moderately busy restaurant to receive an order of bisque and McMuffin Egg and Cheese - no drinks. I am still waiting on my order #31 and it was placed last Saturday.

I went through drive thru and ordered $40 worth of breakfast and I ordered oatmeal . They forgot the packet of apples and raisins that go with it. I called there and they said they couldn't do anything for me unless I come back and get it.

They said because it was just the packet of apples and raisins that they wouldn't do anything for me. That's bull crap. I'm not going to waste my time and gas driving back there and I shouldn't have to. It should have been in my bag like it's supposed to be.

The employees and management at 1661 4th st s, st. Pete, FL are ridiculously rude have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. when I ordered my meal and gave them a code from the app. The employee said that their app machine wasn’t working today very rudely and if anybody is familiar with the app you can only open one deal per day so I told her I understood I’d go to another McDonald’s but

could she please write a note stating that her system was down so that I would be able to use that code at another McDonald’s and she said no I asked for a manager and he wouldn’t even do it and I asked him why and what’s the big deal of him just writing a note to state his location is off-line with the apps so

I went into the McDonald's on West Pensacola Street in Tallahassee only to discover a scruffy dirty person lying unconscious across the seats of one of the tables. I was informed the manager and she shrugged her shoulders walked away and left him m there.

My daughter and myself were in Center Texas tonight around 2am. My daughter loves McDonald's fries and I had a large fry on my app that I was going to use my points on for her. This particular McDonald's is 24 hrs and I had already pulled up the use at restaurant code as pulled into the drive thru to order.

We waited a few mins for someone to acknowledge we were there and when the person finally did he informed us that they were closed. I don't understand why because there didn't seem to be any issues with electricity and there were no customers there and you could see other employees there in the kitchen.

Truly disappointed as was my daughter and I lost 4500 points as I was unable to redeem the code

We pulled in the drive thru at McDonald's in santa fe tx and tried to order a carmel frappe and they told us that the machine was broken and we pulled forward and asked and were told that the frape maker was told not to make anymore because they were too busy

I ordered McDonald's today and almost threw up when I saw little green WORMS on the lid of my drink cup. There's probably more in the lettuce. Fucking disgusting. AMD of course the image I took is "too large" to upload.

I made a complaint about McDonalds in South Charleston West Virginia in January of 2023 regarding the drive through/asked to pull up and waited and food never brought out, etc. In June I received a phone call from Jessica (304) 613-6422 who left me a message saying she receives issues once it goes through cooperate/higher management/local level, etc and she wanted to know if I would like some coupons to use at any McDonalds. I texted her my address on June 16th and I received a reply with "will get those mailed out" and as of today (2 months later), still have not received anything from McDonalds. I sent a follow up to the same number, no response. I am disappointed in how McDonald's has handled their customer service.

First of all No Beef burger is available (Any Time).

Secondly, the outlet does not seem to be a standard Mcdonald outlet as anywhere in the world. On 12-AUG-2013 around 04:10 PM I placed the order as per the attached receipt. The ordered chicken burger's Patties were not only fried in a dirty and smelly oil, but also the chicken meat appeared to be raw with very pungent smell.

Me and my wife immediately threw the burgers and moved on. I have been moving around the world for the last 40 years from US to Japan and Europe to Middle East and South_East Asia, It never happened anywhere. To me it appears to be a substandard, locally…

I went through Drive Thur and my order was wrong. I asked to speak to the manager (kierra Banks) but the manager (sherita smith) tried correcting it I was asked to pull down and I sent my daughter in to retrieve the correct order only for her to walk in and

hear ( kierra banks) talking about me so badly my child ran back out the store completely upset about this. At this point I walked in and again I waking in to her (Kierra banks) talking about me badly to all the other employees .

At this point I asked for a complete refund for my whole order . I’m upset because not only did I hear one of y’all managers talking about me but other customers and my child did as well that was very unprofessional

Was charged double on my debit card for my order. Called next day when I realized it. Manager said I would have to come back to get the refund. He took my name and the amount I was to get back.

I don’t live near this place. Made a special trip to get the almost $40 back. Young man behind the counter gave me a hard time. I asked for the manager but was told he was too busy to come talk to me.

It was like pulling teeth to get my money back. Since when is a manager to busy to talk to a customer with a problem. No compensation for my troubles. Will never go to that McDonalds again!

Poor service. Long long long waits. Messed up orders. Ran out of ice. Ran out of cream for coffee. Ran out of large cups. Shove napkins into bag and gets them greasy. McDonald's appt at local location is not working a lot of the time.

These complaints have been steady for months. This is not a one time occurrence. One day in particular I was the only car in line. No others near nor around and I waited 5 min to give my order of iced coffee and a soda and it took over 10 minutes to get it!!!!!

They change help like a Mother changes diapers. We have been coming to this location for years and ever since they renovated the service has gone down the drain. Poor inventory control. Poor presentation of sandwiches that are thrown together and half wrapped. Absolutely Poor wait time.

I ask for fresh food when I ordered my food when I got to the window I noticed the employee acting funny so I checked my fries the taste and looked hours old so I told him I don't pay for old nasty food he just smiled never said sorry or my bad just rudely took my bag and poured my fries back in the frybeen and

Mcdonald's has gone down hill so much. I went to the drive thru on Stellhord Rd in Ft Wayne Indiana tonight. I was behind 2 other cars, the lane next to me also had 3 cars. I pulled up at 9:47 and by 10:17 None of the cars moved.

The lady 2 cars ahead of me left, I followed her, and 7 other cars followed me. There is no excuse for this what so ever. Horrible service, employees outside smoking and vaping when they should have been inside doing their job.

They were closing at 11:00 and could have waited to smoke and vape after they closed. The manager should be re trained or just fired for not doing their job, how can you call it fast food when it clearly isn't!!!

25 minutes later, our order was brought out, they forgot our drink, then upon inspection of our food, our crispy chicken was unedible!!! Burnt, and couldn't even chew it, like it was microwaved too long! We order 2 medium fries, 1 was 1/3 full and the other was 1/4 full.

Ordered 2 double cheese burgers and a basket of fries and a quarter pounder with cheese from McDonald's in Clearfield Pa (the 1 right off of 80). The quarter pounder was pink in the middle and the double cheese burgers were slimy and tasted bad not sure what was going on there. I don't know how the burger didn't have time to cook I had been setting probably 10 or 15 min after being told to pull up and wait.

The last three times I have visited the store at 3rd and philadelphia streets in Covington, Ky. 41011, your customer service reps. tell me there is no ice cream as their machines are down. I believe your manager does not want to clean the ice cream machine.

Your stores are supposed to be full-service. I believe that the manager can do whatever they want as they own the franchise. There is a very lazy attitude at this store. Please notify the manager at this restaurant about this issue.

I went through the drive through today and ordered a fish sandwich combo and 20 piece nugget combo. As returning back to work I then realized that I was given a ten piece chicken nuggets and a chicken sandwich. I called the manager and was told to return for the order to be straightened out.

I wasn't able to leave work again. So I am requesting a complimentary meal voucher or a refund in full.

Went thru the drive thru the lady taking orders just kept saying huh and then when I get to the window to get my food is when I find out she got it wrong. Now I may have known this when I paid if I could see the receipt.

What's the point in giving out a receipt that can't be seen. I asked if I could add the one double burger that I didn't get at the window but nooo I need to get in line because they messed up.

This isn't my 1st bas experience here. Yall really need to get some decent workers.

Most of your stores in Philadelphia are either under staffed or have rude employees or don't want to take your orders at the drive thru , u can hear them talking & laughing but won't take your orders I have seen a lot of people leave because of this. Maybe your company don't care anymore about the public anymore.

I think the only thing your company cares about is your profits. I know I am only one person & I probably don't matter to your company, but it is a shame u don't listen anymore.

I places an order for 2 large teas. It took 21 mins to get from the speaker to the window. I did try to go inside , dinning room was closed . The young man at he window seemed to be the only one working.

I went to McDonald's on Saturday 8/5 to get a breakfast sandwich. Rhe person tak8ng my order was very rude. I waited a long time and inquired about my order. She tried to give me another person's order and I told her it was not mine.

She shrugged and said well I don't know what your order was and walked away. I wanted my money back. 00 dollars to be mistreated. I will never go back. This was the McDonald's at Deilman and Olive in Olivette in St. Louis MO.

I work in the McDonald's on Beville road in Daytona Beach Florida. Because of my daughters previous complaints in regard to myself and tramika my manager, because she is concerned about me. When I went to work yesterday, Sunday. I have worked for McDonald's for about a year.

I did not know my daughter had made a complaint here in regard to my experience working under one of the managers, tramika. My GM, was speaking to me about what my daughter had wrote and again I am making it very clear that I did not know my daughter made a report on Friday.

While speaking to her Tramika, one of my other managers, overhearing the synopsis of my daughter's report which was being translated incorrectly, became very hostile again, I say this because when the GM leaves the store she is extremely hostile…

I work on San Pedro store at mcdondls and I have tries talking to mcdondls office and HE and manager about the situation that is happing at this store ... I am being harrased by employess and managers also bull's me a harrases me and curses ans swears at me yells at me as well ..

Also they scream at customers and don't serve them as they should be ... I am very ashamed to to work at this San Pedro store because of the service they give here and treat me and customers ... The people here are a discrase to Name MCDONALD'S ..

Stop taking orders when there are 12 customers waiting inside the restaurant for their's.

On top of having to wait 15 to 30 minutes for an order, there is a dead rat in the parking lot. Disgusting, if I would have saw that I would have went somewhere else. 0.5 is the highest rating this place deserves.

Wigan McDonald's next to Primark, staff are appauling they talk to customers like crap they bully kids they pick at any kids that are being to loud or getting giddy it's the summer holidays I'm disgusted by my visit yesterday, I was there with 4 of my kids now I was down stairs sat near disabled toilet as the upstairs was closed everyone had to use the disabled, now I suffer with fibromyalgia so I'm disabled anyway, I was there a while had to rest for abit cause I had a flare up I was in pain, when we had finished eating my kids asked a member of staff to open the door for them to the toilet he did and

I had bin speaking by appologising for my kids being hyper my son has ADHD and my daughter's do to they're nearly 12 and my son's nearly 5, I asked the same member to open the door for me…

Called about not receiving my complete order and was told I wasn’t missing anything! ( rudely) Hashbrown and pancakes were NOT with my “ Big Breakfast”….. Asked about fixing this or refunding / crediting back, and was laughed at and told the breakfast hours then hung up on!

We only have 30 minutes for lunch at 2:00 am . We goes to the McDonald's in whiteville NC. And they can only take 2 orders the other customers has to wait until the two orders are completely fix before they can take any other orders.

Really poor service when we are limited for time.. Something really needs to be done about the poor customer service..

This was the McDonald's on slide ,me and my son went in to get him some chicken nuggets after I used the kiosk to order I got my receipt and went to the front to pay but no one would pay any attention to me several workers walked past I think I stood there a good thirty minutes before and body waited on me .

this store in kentwood is a total mess, wait wait wait. unorganized it’s terrible. wanted coffee and waited as i knew i would at this restaurant. they said when i got to window we’re no taking orders for 20 min.

went inside waited and after listening to a lot of hollering they waited on me. only to say we don’t have coffee. everyone knows about this place, but thought it would be safe to get s coffee. this is a terribly mid managed restaurant.

you can order one burger snd you will be asked to pull up front and wait. I for one am never going back
