Lazy workers. Was told that lunch would be served starting at 10:30 at the BWI airport. I waited to order and then I was told that it would not be served until 11:00 because they had not dropped the food yet.

So I went to a different store in the airport and spent $40 to get food I did not want. Then when I walked back by the McDonalds at 10:36 they were already serving lunch.

To whom it may concern, my name is Christopher m Wilson and I have a qenuine concern about my career at that McDonald's brand , have been working for company over 25 of experience in the corporate standards of operations and I have a conflict of interest to General Manager Regina Brown and would like to continue my career with the McDonald's corporate brand..

Why have a drive thru if every time you order .. your asked to park and wait for 15 minutes or more for your food. I was even told by drive thru.. that skip and Uber come first.. before customers that show up.

I have complained to head office on several occasions and all I was told is I'm sorry. The clock is ticking when it's drive thru and they are timed. But never offer anything free for the time and gas you waste.

Not my fault that the business cannot handle online orders. Used to be if they make you wait .. your order is free. Maybe time to bring that back. Being parked for an ice coffee.. is ???

Has McDonald's changed there roasted coffee? but on weekends it does not have that aroma or roasted flavor. the store is in Ringgold Georgia store # 5276. Thanks Barbara Hill

On July 30 2023 at McDonalds on Turney Rd and Rockside I had a mobile order (1644). Food was to be ready in 5 minutes. I watched numerous people come in and get their food before me. I watched a worker by pass my ticket to give someone else an order.

I tried to get the manager attention but was ignored. About 30 minutes later my order disappeared from the screen. I went to the counter and told a worker what had happened.

Finally I got my food. This was ridiculous. Want refund.

I ordered 6 Big Macs and only got 2. This was unacceptable and very expensive for me. My kids didn’t have time to eat because I had to work

Hi I’m writing this because I’m very disappointed that you went to mobile order and pay to use you deals. I’m a senior citizen and don’t use that. It’s moe confusing than it should be. My sister and friends meet there a few days a week.

But don’t go there as much because of that. McDonald’s has always been our favorite place to grab lunch. We would like it if you could go back to the chose either mobile pay or use in restaurant. I know it’s probably easier for your employees but it doesn’t help the older people at all.

I’m speaking not only for me but many seniors who have gone to other restaurants that offer in restaurant deals. Thank you

This is the second time my drive thru order was missing a meal. This time it was a 10 piece nuggets. The location of the restaurant is 3805 northlake Blvd, palm beach gardens, fl. As I am sure you. An understand, this is very frustrating when you are grabbing drive thru food for hungry kids, especially.

McDonalds should be called McGreedy based on the current prices of their food. I am disgusted about the price gauging McDonald's feels they are entitled to. I get it: you're shareholders are the most important part of your business but I guess so is screwing the customer and raise prices significantly.

Until the prices come down, I'll never eat there again. Burger King doesn't do this.

Just went to McDonald’s. Drive through located on Dysart and Indian school rd in litchfield park, Az received my order I checked my bags before pulling away and noticed that both my double quarter pounder with cheese sandwiches were singles , I gave them back to the male at the window waited and

he handed me the bag with the two sandwiches in it ,I came home we sat to eat and opened the boxes to the same dam sandwiches they did not correct my order they handed me the 2 I gave back to them , McDonalds customer service and take outs are getting worse and prices are going up it’s ridiculous.

My son had an interview today at 230 at McDonald's in Amarillo, tx on western st By 3 o'clock he had not been called on and a few minutes later the guy that came in after him had been called on. My son never got interviewed.

He is a pretty big boy and I would hate for that to be the reason why he was deliberately over looked. Will never have anything else to do with with McDonald's.

In less than 60 days, I contacted you regarding the horrible customer service at the Tabor City, North Carolina location. I frequent this location at least weekly (if not 3 to 4 times per week) and have done so for the past several years and am so frustrated because I have seen the quality of the service go down rapidly along with the non-caring attitude of a few employees increasing rapidly.

What is going on there? Your other close locations to me in Loris, South Carolina, North Myrtle Beach, SC, and Whiteville, North Carolina have wonderful service. Went for a quarter pounder meal today 7/23/23 at approximately 12:30. The whole restaurant was a mess. It seemed like two other families received their meal before us as they used the order submitter after us. Nearly everyone that had ordered had to go back up and complain they did not receive all of their order, or it was not correct.

There was no salt, no catsup, the trash was overflowing from the deposit bin. The employees were just sauntering around. The french fry machine beeped constantly without being tended to. Our fries were overcooked, the quarter pounder had dried out quite a bit before we got it.

Pulled in drive through, person on speakers speaks and commences with "yeah". I said I'd like a large drink. He says something that I could not understand. We were at restaurant 6910 in Kingsland GA. The cashiers were relatively new. The female cashier had long hair in a ponytail. She was playing and twisting her hair while standing at the register. I did mention it to her.

I attempted to order your mix n match and the order taker simply couldn’t grasp a simple order and miss-input it 4 times backing the line up further.

Staff refused to honor a valid receipt presented to them for a discount as stated on the receipt. Staff claimed that the receipt came from a store out of their region. Store #174 Order# 49 I ordered A large Big Mac Deal, no lettuce and a Chicken Crispy Sandwich, no pickle. We ordered inside, to go. When we hot to the car, I noticed that they had downgraded my large fry to a medium but didn't change the price of the meal.
