I went through drive up window. I was asking a question about a couple sandwiches she answered my first question and instead of answering second question I got told I don't know but you need hurry up I close down in 16 seconds! Bad bad business. Highly rude as well.

When I pulled up they were open. I simply asked 2 questions and get told we close in 16 seconds. I know when they close. I didn't need told. And I'm in there literally almost everyday.

Secondly she must have been in a huge hurry to shut it down cause my simple order was all jacked up. I didn't order my cheeseburger without onions. I wanted everything on it. And the drink I asked for she put in a large when I specifically asked for a small. Cheeseburger was awful.

On July 6 2023 at 545pm I went into McDonald's on south court st cirlceville. Ohio to get food the one of the new managers was one shift they don't wear name tags all I know is that she is short chubby and has blond hair she had a nasty attitude with me for no reason your food will be done when its done my opinion she shouldn't be a manager with that attitude its very uncalled for. The McDonalds on Thomasville Road N in Tallahassee Fl posts that it closes at midnight. I was denied service at the drive they at 1130 pm with cars still at the drivethru window waiting to pay. McDonalds should not post false information, it is a poor example of large corporate failures in providing advertised services to late night travelers.

I stopped to order a spicy mc chicken and medium fries. The fries were supee cold and very salty. The bread on the spicy mcckicken was very dried and hard even crusty on the edges. And the chicken very cold!!!!

Yes I have came to the same McDonald’s 3 weeks apart and now for the second time they say their shake machine is broken. Was unable to enjoy the grimace shake. I would assume that it would be fixed by this time around but no.

This is a very big concern for Savannah Tennessee McDonald's. I am a Dasher. The night crew needs to be trained to get orders out. The manager swears saying the f word and damn etc etc. And then tells the employees to watch their mouth because the customers can hear them.

I don't know what shift it is but it is early evening. I came to pick up food as I was doordashing. And had to wait a full 21 minutes for the food. Other door dashers are also complaining about it.

I hope they have gotten a hold of you also. When I am in there customers are wondering why their food is not being served in a proper amount of time. One customer last night told me so much for fast food.

The McDonald's in Conway, AR that are open 24/7 are never working and force my food to be refunded often around 12am to 3am. I work nights, and both Oak St McDonalds and Dave Ward Dr McDonalds have done this.

Drove up the order. No one in the other lane. Waited a few minutes. Another car drives up. Their order is taken. the lady then asks to take my order. I asked why she didn't take my order first. She said, "Oh Lord, here we go." I said, "Excuse me?". Then, she said, "Hi CC", and began chatting with them. I drove off.

The same lady did the same Chit Chat with a van while taking an order, then chatted more at the "Pay Here" window for about 5 minutes, holding everyone up.

I was at Bridgeville McDonalds about 30 minutes ago. After waiting for 25 minutes just to get to drive thru speaker to order food, I tell the lady I have three separate orders because there are three people in my car.

I was informed that I would have to go through the drive thru three separate times. So we decided to go elsewhere. While pulling around the building the worker started yelling and cursing at me in front of several customer.

Ordered hot fudge sundae! It was handed to me but lid was not on tight. Person said lids do not fit tight. It was all spilling out of plastic holder. It spilled into my car and me! So person took it and held trash can up. To put in in. Person made another sundae.

It had about a teaspoon of hot chocolate so I said that is all the hot chocolate? Person went away came back handed me the sundae and again it all spilled out again. This time all over my gear shift and my hands filled with chocolate and soft ice cream. What a mess!!

Went through drive thru ordered a daily double and a medium coke. When I pulled over to eat my food the sandwich was missing onion and tomato. I went back to store and went inside. There was no one at the line inside and lady approached me just looking at me waiting for me to say something.

Visited 2 different locations in Bartlett, TN to get the advertised limited time grimace shake for my 7 year old. Both locations had an excuse as to why they could not make the shakes. Why offer a limited time special if your stores cannot produce the heavily advertised product?

I went to McDonalds for breakfast food. I ordered two biscuits and gravy, two sides of bacon and cinnamon rolls. It wasn't cheap, but we were bungry. When I came home and saw my food, I was embarrassed to hand it to my husband.

Our gravy and biscuits consisted of a dry biscuit with a teaspoon of gravy that was stuck to the container and not on the bisquit. What a joke. How can they sell this and call it sausage and bisquit? My side order of bacon for two people was four prices of burnt bacon.

Just visited the McDonald’s on portage Road and Winters Drive in Kalamazoo Michigan and also I can say is that place is a complete dump on the inside. The bathrooms were filthy dirty. The windows and doors are filthy. Dirty floors are terrible service.

I visit this McDonald's every mourning for the last 4 years ( since retiring). In the last year the service (drive thru) has been awful! My orders are incorrect and the kids working there seemed undertrained confused etc. Well the last 3 days in a row and many others I have received egg and cheese biscuits with no cheese.

I have said something at the window when paying and been assured that the problem was taken care of. I tried to call the owners at 856-231-0261 but the in-box is always full.
