She forgot my order ...when i botvto window and was missing something i ask for receip nope it didnt wrk...so i ordered 3 shakes and lg fries when i got home large fri was only a small with hardly nuthing inside ....uggg im pissed this is not only time thos store screes up look at the reviews it should have a better manager !!! I went to McDonald's on June 25 2023 at 2:25 pm I needed to use the bathroom badly almost peed myself I just opened the first door I saw not knowing the door was the woman's restroom by accident the woman employee was very rude called me out you not supposed to be in here & called me out in front of her employees multiple times there's a nice way of correcting someone. I went to this establishment as I ofen do. I never order any food, only drinks. Today on June 24 at 8:30 am I entered this McDonalds on W. Waters in Tampa, FL. A family walked in with a small dog, ordered food at sat at a booth.

The dog on the table and seats. Are you kidding,- this is violation on many levels. The staff did nothing. Also homeless in facility. Staff a joke. I will never set foot in this McDonalds. This is incredible.

Had went to drive through on S Florida in Lakeland and the food was disgusting. I know it was late but that’s should be no excuse. 945 pm ordered 6 Big Macs 6 lrg fries no drinks cause don’t like soda.

I stopped at a macdonalds in Jackson Tennessee located north of Jackson just off of hwy 45. I ordered 1 large and 1 medium mocha frappe at approximately 1:30 pm. When I got to the window the person working at the window first only handed me 1 med frappe.

The McDonald’s in Anna TX has a lot of young kids and all but some are even adults. The evening people that work watch tik tok . I am a door dash driver and the people even managers see’s me there waiting and they don’t even ask if I am waiting on something.

There has to be better customer service. As a door dasher we are trying to make our customers happy as you are and it start by giving them order as promptly as we can. I know for a fact last night there were some kids doing nothing and the line outside was wrapped around the building another gentleman that was also a dasher left angry cause no one bothered to look over to ask him anything.

We stop and order Iced Mochas 3 or 4 times a week. Usually have no problem but two days in a row ordered was messed up.

Every time I try to go to the McDonalds' located at 167 Main Street, Binghamton, New York, I end either waiting for at the very least 20-25 minutes or I just leave and go somewhere else.

I have gone at all times of the day and the same thing happens every time. I even waited 22 minutes for a drink and by the time I got it, the ice was melted. The food is always cold because of how long I have waited for my food. The drive thru has almost every vehicle pull off to the side to wait for their food. I think this is because they are trying to keep their drive thru times down which is a total joke.

I went through the McDonald's Drive-through and Michigan City Indiana on michigan boulevard. I sat in that line for 15 minutes and another 5 minutes trying to get to pay. I paid out went to the next window the employee handed my food out to another customer.

When I use the app the restaurant is unable to bring up my order. This has happened several times and makes the experience unpleasant, especially when another person is picking it up.

I used the McDonald’s mobile app online on 6/10/23 for the first time At the Claycomo store. I chose to have my order brought out to me. The were about 10 cars in the drive thru lane. They all went thru the line.

So I had to go inside to get my order. The manager was sitting at a table, when I walked in she got up and said can I help you. I saw my order sitting under the order screen. She went over and picked it up and said , I’m sorry, the internet must have been slow.

The door states that they open the lobby at 6am and at 6:20am went to the door in the pouring rain to find out it is still locked (Bad management of the store own rules are not followed) 9 put of 10 visits to this location is meat with a longer than 5 minute wait to order while management says they will get with you when they can while she is in her phone texting or on social media who knows in the past year this store just keeps getting worse.

My last visit was just meat again with locked doors and when went to the drive through I was told that don’t say I didn’t warn you “you will get sick eating here”. This McDonald’s really needs to have better management and more than often audits if this is how customers are going to get serviced.

I complained to corporate about the MacDonalds on 1550 a 108th. They replaced my 1 star rating from June 6 2023 to a good review I put in 4 years ago. Wow and all time low. After getting yelled at by an employee because I park in the wrong spot you changed my review to show up first.

Never go there drive a little farther. Food bad never gets your order right every slow and getting yelled at by an employee and MacDonald does not care.
