We went to McDonalds in Selma Ca last night and our burgers weren’t even hardly cooked at all.It looked like they put them on the grill and turned them over once on each side and took them off.Not only that they park almost all there customers and we sat there for 30 minutes.McDonalds is getting very bad and disgusting

At 10am they tried to not take 1 100 dollar bill because they'd have to ask their manager to change it out and literally told.me they didn't wanna mess with it. Low and behold that's all I had and the lady at the 1st window in tompkinsville ky then jerked it out of my hand and made me wait a solid 20 minutes before she even hollered at her manager.

I took my children to the Jedberg South Carolina McDonalds route 78 . The doors were closed and I had to use the drive thru at 430 PM on a Saturday afternoon. I got the happy meals and chicken tenders ok.

Nevertheless, we had to eat our food on the curb.

Furthermore, there were no waste cans available. This is a very poor way to run a business. 00, This was a terrible experience for the children and can you imagine if a child gets run over in the parking lot while attempting to ear!

Went to drive three.. waited for 20 minutes before they took my order waited another for someone to come to the pay window. The guy that came to the window apologized for the wait.. I then went to the window to get my food.

The girl ask what did I have I repeated my order. She leaves window and stays gone for at least 10 minutes. This time a guy comes to the window and ask did I have a pick up order. I said no and again repeated my order.

He said nor you did . I said hu. Maybe they got the orders mixed up he said you didn’t pay. I said sir I just stopped at the 1st window and paid. He said not you did not. There ain’t even a drawer back there and I’m the only one taking payment.

I was at 81 st and 112 ave NW Edmonton. I said I would know that for tomorrow night.. I waited and waited I asked again she told just one minute ,another 20 min making it a total of 50min to go to the window and now a different lady She said u can't order throu I explained my situation and

that I have already talked to the manager and it said my order is ready. Or return my money she said 'I can't help you there is nothing here (cause I gave her my name and showed her code 'NI62 Then she slammed the window.

I will be going AGAIN with exhausted to make a major complaint which is out of my way to do this This McDonald's has a very poor attitudes towards there customers and also rated 1 star . I was so upset to the point of tears of frustration Thank you Roanna Casey 825-966-3713

One hour in drive thru!!!! And when I got to window my order was completely wrong! I had to wait 20 more minutes for my order to be done! They asked for my receipt to verify my order but they hadn’t even charged me yet! They were completely unorganized!!!

The McDonald's on hwy 74 in Shelby NC has to be there he worst McDonalds. The line in both lines are long; however, they're only taking literally one order at a time. I'm a manager in SC. If my store operated like this, the entire staff would be FIRED. This is absolutely crazy!!

Don't blame the shift manager. This is on the GM and how it's always happens. Usually, they take two orders where I come thru. Now it's one and still waiting in line.

Cannot get menu selection correct after 4 tried. 50 bundle menus item bacon mcdouble. (Supposed to be served with small fries as b part of the bundle) had to give this order to two different attendants 3 times, order still wrong, tried to correct at cashier window.

When I picked food up fries were missing, notified server. When I sat down to eat, recieved a double cheese burger. NO BACON!!!! DOES ANYBODY KNOW ORUNDERSTAND THE MENU ITEMS? , Englewood Ohio.

No napkins, straws and 1burger was overcooked and cold. The Franchise on Kalamazoo Ave in Kalamazoo, MI should be closed. The lack of customer service is appalling and the fact that employees are allowed to have their pants hanging off of their body is not only offensive but against health code.

Just ordered French fries they were threw across the counter at me and several other customers it was your manager. I waited 15 minutes for the French fries and they were inedible and threw at me I hate to complain but this is terrible service

McDonald's is located in Lafayette, LA down Evangeline Hwy. Waited literally 25 minutes for cold food! If I'm waiting on my 30 minute lunch break for food then I expect the food to be hot! Ended up having to rush back to work and heat my food because the fast food restaurant gave me cold food that I spent my ENTIRE break waiting on. Just ridiculous! Absolute worst service ever!

We are customers and spend about $100+ a week on mcdonalds. And was told today after us doing this for over 4 months that we couldn't park here n sit. We don't trash. We dont bother anyone. And some random dude that we never seen before tells us to leave and he is a supervisor over mcdonalds. . Different area.

Now I don't believe it's ok to talk to customers like that when us paying customers don't bother anyone but everyone can deal drug's in there parking lot??

Waited for a four piece chicken nugget, small fry and cheeseburger for over 15 minutes at the Michigan st mi location. To get my burger and it had so much ketchup on it the inside bun was soggy then the fries were cold.

Bought a egg McMuffin and it was terrible.the bread was burned black - both pieces.could not eat it.the cheese was a glob hanging off the side.the meat was overcooked and was uneatable.whoever cooks at the McDonald's in Dallas NC at 7:15 am should be fired.they are sending out this terrible food and they are making you look bad.never again! I ordered a meal at location #15130 one Barnum street , the meal was a complete mess the Filet-o-fish was not made to order the 2 sweet teas were not sweet at all and the 2 McDoubles were supposed to be w/o cheese

$16.77 for nothing a complete waste of money and it does not sit well with me being a customer of the establishment for many years the service has severely decreased and this is only getting worse. I would like a refund for bad food and poor service.

Hello, My husband went through drive thru today at our Davenport Iowa McDonalds on Locust Street. He ordered me a bacon eggs cheese biscuit and a sausage egg cheese mcmuffin.

however when I was eating the mcmuffin, I got a mouthful of eggshells. The rest of my sandwich was inedible. I understand mistakes but this is the second time this has happened to me at this store. The cooks need to learn how to crack eggs so as not to get any shell in them.

There was 2 girls at the window a older white lady and a younger black lady when I got to the drive thru speaker they would not answer then I drove up to the window the ask me why I didn't stop at the window and I told them because no one would answer me then they where just plain rude for no reason and would not let me order anything I even drove back around to the speaker again and

Ordered MC doubles for my wife and I yesterday about five pm at the store in lock haven pa. They had flavor I can only describe as Franco American spaghetto sauce. Is this a permanent change? I know kids like that sauce but I don't care for it.

My wife and I both work early ,everyday. these same employees are ery unpleasant ,this is everyday. I’m a senior. I brought my five-year-old granddaughter in to get ice cream. The young man that was at the register was so rude to me. It upset me so bad I will never come there again. I was totally embarrassed.

I went thru drive thru today and ordered 4 piece nugget and double cheeseburger. I got the wrong order! So I had to go inside and asked for the right order. I’m assuming the manager made my order and literally slung it back at me.

I ordered with my credit card. They never called my name when my meal was ordered and my bag sit there for 45 minutes freezing. And when I asked him about my number in my mail, they were very rude.

They did not offer any apologies I did not offer to change my food out and that ordered to dine in. They gave me an a bag freezing cold meal in a bag 45 minutes after I ordered it, worst service ever had anywhere in my life that’s the McDonald’s on White Lane and 99 in Bakersfield California next to the motel six worst service ever.

I Iwent to the Mc. Donald’s in Hollister , Mo. and was accompanied by rude inappropriate acts of the employees and even the manager, l told them i was going to call there main headquarters and they didn’t seem to care.

Today, May 27, 2023, I went to MacDonald's at 1401 W. Pipeline, Hurst, TX, to get a Sausage and Egg Biscuit, with a small coffee. As soon as I got to the parking lot, at approximately 5:57 AM, I noticed a person in a truck, who appeared to drive off in a fast manner, without getting served, via the drive through.

As soon as I got in line behind a car, I could tell that this driver had been there awhile. From my car, I asked him if the restaurant was open. He just shrugged his shoulders. He appeared to be upset.

I waited another couple of minutes. It was apparent to me that no one was taking orders. There was only one car in the parking lot, so I can only assume that someone didn't show up for work. At 6:02 AM, I left without being served.

This restaurant is supposed to be a 24 hour…

96 for 2 large fries and a Filet O fish and lots of BBQ sauce NO 40 Piece nuggets what so ever, unfortunately, I found out of the mistake when I got home. called the store no one answered and I call my Credit card company to dispute the charges.

I want my full refund and on top of all the food was Cold when it got to us. a horrible customer service at that store I saw 2 customers before I requested to cancel their order and left the store if I would of know I would have done the same thing.

I ordered 2 spicy Mc chickens a delux spicy mc crispy 10 pc nugget a Dr Pepper and a large fry. When I got home to eat my dinner I was missing my 2 spicy Mc chickens and my sticky Mc crispy was not a spicy Mc crispy.

The window worker was flirty and was slowly running her hand down my boy friends arm, made us feel uncomfortable as well as mad that she forgot our food , no receipt was handed to us, they weren’t using the system cause it was down. We were there around 2:20-2:35 in the morning

This restaurant had me waiting for over 5 minutes before someone helped or noticed me. After several minutes a female comes and states are you ready to order!!! Takes the order charges and walks away to food bin. There she gets on here phone and starts talking to someone in Spanish.
