First, what company does not have a way to interact with a customer via, phone, zoom, chat etc. to have any Company simply state calls will not be returned is the most outrageous stance, this could have been resolved easily.
Correct, you are a do-it-yourself store, however, it was your Employees, at the Avon, Ohio location, that suggested and steered us to the product we received, OUR ENTIRE PURCHASE WAS BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF YOUR STAFF ON LOCATION, we explained what are issues were and they recommended this product, they ordered the product for us, in addition, the installer was recommended by your store, they highly recommended the…
