In June of this year 2019 I called MetLife and spoke to a representative about my deceased mothers life insurance policy, She passed away on September 08 2017, and I was told it was cashed in 3 years prior to her death. and the representative.
He also gave me a name of a female who assisted my mother in the conversation to cash her policy in. Well that female does not exist in our lives. we know nobody by that name. It was fraudulently cashed in.
and I found my life insurance policy and a paper stating that since my father had passed away and he was the owner of my policy that would be the soul owner and to get a beneficiary . So I spoke to a representative and he also said that my life insurance policy was also cashed in.
