Also he broke or lost 1 of my lugs and went in my property and stole 1 of my lugs didn't even mention it to me that he was suppose to use Midas materials to replace what he destroyed. He tore up I car and I want it fixed please.

I lost a son last year 7-4 now here it is again coming so I'm already depressed about that now this I didn't need another heart breaker. He tore up my 2020 car. He need to be fired for lying like that taking advantage of older ppl is really sad this GM needs to go.

Even when I pulled up to work asked me what happened to my car. Sicking

It started with the rotary 2 mths later it was doing the same Thang for $400. Today 6-4 got 2 tires and a alinement with road side added almost $500. The guy that test drove my car ran up on something whatever it was its white I got a witness that can say that damage was not there the gm was like he was trying to cover it up I'm a senior citizen and

I'm not going to let this go if I have to go to legal aid or the news that's what I'm doing no more Midas for me. And I would like my refund on the road hazard back. Shame on yall

warning me that I had a wobbly tire that looked like it was about to pop off. While still driving, I could see that my back passenger tire was indeed wobbling. I managed to get home because I was close.

I had a mechanic come look at it on May 14. When he took the tire off I heard things fall. my tire was only being held on by 2. were loose. He then checked my other back tire, to find that those were loose as well.

I looked through my maintenance recents to find that the last place to work on my jeep was Midas. He urged me to talk with them because they failed to tighten everything before putting my tires back on. The service was completed on 4/10/2021.

The mileage was at 149719. As of May 31, 2022 my mileage is at 151616. based on the mileage and to go speak with Midas. I went to Midas…

My complaint is with regards to the sales personnel i had spoken to on the phone.

Firstly he was very unprofessional , no people skills whatsoever. He didn't understand what car the Ford Fiesta was and how many models are currently available. When i asked him a few questions he started to become defensive and rude and replied " that he had other customers to attend too" so am i not a customer ???

This guy is represents your facility and if this is what your business is representative off , then I'm sorry i will not be supporting it or recommend anyone too support it. For me if he didnt understand what was asked off him , maybe he should have called someone to assist but he didnt , he just wanted to be rude and move over to the next customer .

I had my fiancé bring my car (2009 Chevy Malibu lt) into Midas on breiel blvd in Middletown ohio 45005 , where we were only looking to get a alignment, mind you my car worked perfectly fine enough to drive from a and b and elsewhere , when they put my car on the rack I was told they couldn’t align my car unless I bought a tire from them in which now I have a 142 tire that I cannot afford , not to mention they now say they still can’t align my car & now my tire rod isn’t on correct or neither of any of my wheels , now my car cannot drive what so

ever , and to fix this they now want 600$ which I don’t have and my car worked perfectly fine I need to find out how to take this to court.

I took 2 vehicles to the Midas on 315 North Dale mabry Tampa that has some exhaust worked on I felt the $1700 he was gonna charge me for one with overpriced the 2nd 1 I let him repair I thought our price was OK I had left the vehicles there for 3 days and he had charged me $360 storage fee the problem I have with that is that he did not tell me that upfront that there would be a storage for vehicles left When I want to talk to him about the Storage fee It was very rude and

arbitrary I will never do business with Midas muffler again or recommend Midas muffler to anybodyI have been in the automotive business for over 40 years and dealt with hundreds of customers and have never been treated like this before this person does not belong running a store or having any contact with customers

I had a code p430. I needed converter on my jeep to get my e check. Payed $1100. Day i drove it after complete i hear a leak where converter got replaced. Went back was told bolts broke so they had to put a wedge in to hold the converter at the corect angle and "sealed" it. Metal expands and contracts.

Soon as i drove it opened up. They then want me to pay 2500$ on top to fix it the correct way, or he was just going to put JB WELD in the area it leaks. I was not told the bolts broke or any options.

They acted as if it was good as new.

On 5-14-22, I had brakes, rotors and calipers replaced and I felt I was grossly overcharged. 00! I needed to get this taken care of right away and didn't do my homework! I'm going to compare prices now because things have settled down a bit.

I need to speak with a WOMAN in corporate. Matt, the apparent manager, is a SEXIST! He was making multiple comments about the Roe v. Wade decision, insinuated multiple times I could not "pay my bills," and told me I either need to pay this ridiculous up charge price or tow my car home.

He ended the awful experience by calling the POLICE after I finally had enough of his verbal abuse and sexist comments spewing out of his mouth which resulting in them saying that he is a BULLY and to go elsewhere. He is a piece of shit!

Get a new manager who knows how to speak to women.

Long time customer here. Had free oil change as a health care worker. Turned me away my first appt bc i forgot my work ID. Rebook go back 2 wks later Helena at desk was on phone on hold. Never acknowledged me.

Mechanic takes my vehicle in never asked about tire rotation. Hands me keys back and never says a word about any concerns with my vehicle. Didn't rotate tires yet on bottom of receipt said to come back in 100ks to get tires retorqued.

Disappointed in this visit and my not go back. After going there for at least 5yrs i didnt just show up for a free oil change but of course i was going to take advantage of it. New owners? Thanks

The Midas Store on Ben White Blvd in Austin has messed up my car 3 times so far, and the third time almost got me into an accident.

First strike, on Mar 29th 2019 when i got my brake pads replaced, they changed the pads but forgot to replace some lugnuts on my tires. I drove off, and luckily, when i stopped somewhere, i noticed there were missing lugnuts on my tires, i immediately came back to the shop and they replaced them.

Second strike, on November 26th, right before the pandemic, they performed several services for me, they replaced my engine intake airfilter but failed to put the filter assembly back, causing my car to stall on me a few months later (when i started driving during the pandemic). Having used this location for over 4 years I was used to their excellent customer service and way of doing things this time it was a completely different scenario . They have always offered a free tire change from summer to Winter/ Winter to summer with your oil fuel lobe and filter change and that was what I had booked.

I took my car in . after waiting for over an hour the receptionist came out and told me that I needed new windshield wipers which I agreed to. 10 minutes later she came back and said one of your hubcaps has died sorry he tried to take it off but it cracked OK I said OK accidents .

I went into Midas to have an oil change. During the oil change they discovered that I had some wheel bearings that needed to be replaced. They told me that I needed to also replace brakes and rotors. I called them back after leaving the store asking them could they just do the bearings and they told me no, they had to replace rotors also. I new that this was not true so I took it else where and had bearings replaced. I just wanted someone to know that this is not good business and I won't be going back, especially when my brakes and rotors have less than 10,000 miles on them.

I spent 1803 for my car to stop stalling i came in because of the check engine light the guy said fix these things ans your car will be fine i did and did an easy pay thing and I have no more money or anything to pay to get this done.

This is regarding Midas, 18783 N 83rd Ave in Peoria, AZ. oil changes, tire rotation, front end allignment. I had an appointment this morning for a routine oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived, I was told that Midas no longer wants to do business with me because all I ever get is oil changes, tire rotations and front end allignments.

The clerk I spoke to was quite rude and unapoligetic, and stated their new owner only wants to do high end vehicle maintenace. the parking lot was empty and the workers inside the shop had nothing to do; they were sweeping the floor.

Snatched a hundred dollars of the counter and and broke my lock on the driver side while they were diagnosing it and never put it back after I was scam with different and Charges and told different things from my warranty claims department from the lies Midas on Cottmon Ave in the North East gave me I have all my paper work to prove it because I Snatched it from the underhand manipulative person that put down different prices so

Very dissatisfied will never ever be returning and never ever recommend. I spent nearly $1200 on a service and break pads and rotators (I was charged twice for labour; once for service and again for break pads which I think is ridiculous).

Within the same hour leaving Midas my car broke down on the FREEWAY. it had a massive diesel leak. I had 3 special needs kids in car and was working. I called Aman who told me he would organise a tow as I had to leave with the kids to get them off freeway.

I left my keys in the car as I was told the tow truck was 20 Mins away. I called Aman for help (at Midas) because the issue arises literally 45 mins after leaving his shop. The next day he told me it was not his fault and proceeded to charge me $300 for the tow when I could have organised it for free…

Master cylinder and brake booster replaced November 2021. Returned to the location February 2022 because I was experiencing the same problem. Location is closed, store fixtures removed. I contacting the customer service number on my receipt ... three calls have been made, each time representative stated they would have the regional manager to call.

I have yet to receive a call. If I could give a negative star, I would. I'm left with having to redo the poor work that I now doubt was ever done. $900 down the drain.

The Midas store at 2712 W. William Cannon Dr Austin, TX 78745 caused damage to my daughters vehicle causing to replace the engine. I have video stating the manager Walker stating he did not know about some bolts in regards to replacing a timing chain which one fell into the engine and they could not get out.

As I stated I have video, and pics of the vehicle. I want Midas to pay for the engine replacement. If they didn't know what they were doing, they should have stated this up front instead of taking our money and now making it cost us more.

My daughter has been without a vehicle going on three weeks because of this. We have removed the vehicle from your shop and getting an estimate on the damage Midas has caused, which I will send to ya all as well.

Don’t stop! Keep going!!! The guys at this location are not POC friendly. Took my vehicle for a simple tire patch, lost my lock to my wheels, then gets mad, aggressive and confrontational when I ask about replacement. The manager John did nothing to diffuse the situation when he’s the one that’s lost my lock in the first place.

He allowed his co workers to be rude and aggressive, throwing middle fingers at me and yelling for me to come inside and fight. Weird. But, beware if you leave your car or have left it they test drive in the nearby neighborhoods doing 100 miles dogging peoples property.

Of course I’m taking the corporate route next!!!

It is my worst ever experience dealing with such company in Jordan. I purchased a very expensive bedroom, and upon requesting maintenance or transfer of such bedroom from one apartment to another, Midas said they stopped offering such service or any after sale.

So, do I have to sell it and buy a new one from Midas, so that they can transfer it to the home. They just say it is forbidden from the new management in Kuwait. This leaves very bad experience for customers, such that I would not ever think of dealing with them if such fact was already known to me.

I will also alert my group on social media from dealing with a company like this.

My catalytic converter was stolen so I took my vehicle to Midas to have a new one that I had purchased installed. I had made an appointment, but my vehicle set there for a week. When it was finally ready for pickup, I received a bill for over six hundred dollars. 00 off the total. 99 in labor.

99 was for four, three-inch welds for the install. I feel like I was robbed again. 00 per hour. 00 per hour. It should not have taken over three hours to install a catalytic converter. I am older and disabled but I'm not stupid. 00 a foot.

Went there for synthetic oil change. And they didn't do what I paid 89 dollars for. Didnt type off any fluids. Almost ran out of fluid that goes in my radiator .

Also they didn't rotate my tires even though it came with the coupon.

Also I was trying to show them coupon on phone on a discount. And they were no help with that. I have been going there for years for both of my cars. My Kia and Jeep. Wont ever go back again.

78 at the Midas on Winchester Rd, Huntsville, Al for brake repairs. A week later I had to have the right rear brake pad replaced again. Two weeks ago I took it to the local Ford dealership and they found why I was having these brake issues.

I have a broken rear axel. How is it that the technician did not see this when he did the brake work the first time? I now need to have the axel replaced and brake work redone. I feel like I have been robbed!

Checked Canadian Tire oil change complete $62 including tax. Midas offered deal at $49 plus tax. Got I’d done final bill $67. Got in car glove box door fell off, they wanted to change cabin filter for$30 no installation charge.

Got a fram filter at Canadian tire for $15. Checked stuff this morning washer fluid empty. I have to check everything now,do not trust the work. This was done yesterday Jan 15 at the highway Midas here in Nanaimo,bc. Canada.

I’m 75 years of age,this is the worst oil change I’ve ever experienced!!! I’d like to think that this is not usual??

com online with coupon. Form led me to book an appt with a specific store in Lynnwood, WA. Never got a call back but got an email. Called the store to verify the appt. They didn't have it and weren't going to honor coupon.

com and they don't get most appts. I asked to speak to customs service. Very frustrated when I called customer service and talked with Mikia. She said she couldn't and wouldn't do anything but fill out a form as a suggestion. Very poor experience. Who runs this company??

I went to get my vehicle an oil change on 1/12/22 around 4:15 pm. My service took about an hour they gave me my keys and I drove off. I live up the street so it wasn't far but when I turned into my subdivision my car started making a loud noise and grinding against the street.

When I pulled into my drive way I noticed that they had not put the cover back on at all. It has hanging off and scrapping the ground. I called the store immediately and the told me they could not send anyone out and why couldn't I drive it back.

I explained that the car is scrapping the ground and cannot move it. They put the store manager named Richard on he was very rude and hung up on me. He originally said he would said someone out to put zip ties on, and I asked and then what?

I originally had work done at the Midas in nashua nh on Amherst st. I had a Cadillac converter and a blend door replaced. After about six months the Cadillac converter went bad and I made them replace it .

After about a year the blend door stopped working. When I went to them and told them they acted as though I was crazy and tried to come up with every excuse to not fix it . They claimed it wasn’t the part but after I provided the part number he had no choice to fix it and I threatened to take them to court.

They all lie for one other and do not stand by thier work. The manager was Bill at the Amherst st midas.

Brought my 2007 bmw 328i in for an oil change that took an hour. Way too long. Then i get in my car to rrive away and when i step on my brakes there seems to be a grinding, rubbing sound.

It didnt make that sound before i broght it in and im sure it didnt make the sound when the technician droce it into the bay. But it does now, and the manager, who wouldnt forward me to a district or regional manager told me it wasnt their fault. I am really angry.

On September 2021 I had an oil change service performed by Midas located at 194 US Hwy 9 North, Englishtown, NJ 07726 on my 2016 Acura RDX vehicle. A few days later notice oil drops on the ground and smelled oil burning but stopped.

I thought it was just from the extra oil that does spill during a normal oil service. Occasionally I did see and smell some oil but didn't think much about it. Then on December 16th and 17th there was a large amount of oil leaking from my vehicle on my driveway.

I thought I had a valve cover leak due to the amount of oil on the floor. So I took my vehicle to Acura on Route 18 south New Brunswick, NJ to take a look since I had a warranty from them.

The problem was found last night in my driveway I take protective brake line cover under the car and locate the leak. The pipe was corroded to situation with fingers I separate part from the still brake pipe. I crimped the damaged pipe ends to make the car brake system temporally functional until reach the nearest car repair shop Midas less from 1/2 mile with emergency flashing lights.

I paid over$1400 to fix my Dodge van 3500, which needed the front right wheel made straight up and down. I was told it was shims... apparently it was the upper control arm but midas chooses not to work on this area for liability.

2 weeks later the wheel was back to the camber that cissy over $1000. I told head quarters but they said it's an arm. Looks exactly alike. Oh, and my blinker was broken out. Plus my passenger door had a dent in it that went from 3in to 10in wide. Crowbar marks for sure. 00 in small tools.

My ratchet screw driver set.. 2 pipe wrenches. Plus my tool box was dumped out. It was full but after midas it was scattered but all the good tools are vanished.

I’m not satisfied with the service or the customer service. I called Thursday morning and spoke with Israel; he assured me my car would be done the same day before I gave the ok to do the work on my car.

This is also the reason I had no issue with paying the amount because he was going to have it done the same day. It wasn’t done on time. I struggled getting in contact with them after that point but whenever I got through they assured me it would be done the next morning.

That went on until Saturday morning I called and got no answer so I went in person to see what was going on, They once again assured me it would be done that day before the close of business. About an hour before they closed still no word from them.

Went to midas for an oil change and the COMPLIMENTARY tire rotation ( as advertised). Picked up my vehicle and informed the manager that the tire rotation was not done. He assured me it was, I let him know that I marked the tires so I can be sure that it got done.

I dropped it off the next day and they called and again assured me that the “ technician” did in fact do the tire to rotation. I again informed them that the tire rotation was not done because I’ve had this issue in the past so I marked the tires!

The person John has provided nothing but poor customer service. He first repaired items I did not ask him to costing me over 500. I bit that I have taken my car to the shop four times each time my car have been there all day and nothing was done other that the repairs I did not discuss with him.

I took my car yesterday I was waiting in line an old white gentleman yells out ahead of me is my ready yet he left me at the counter to go check, I then said to him John I am standing here he immediately became ias if he was irritated I told him I had an appt he said no you don’t your appt was lat Friday or Saturday I called my daughter because she is the one who made it with Joel !

I had my car serviced for the heater.. @ the Prospect Park, Pa location which cost 898.00 dollars.. breakdown 601.. was total in labor which I think is outrageous !!!!!.. that would have meant 6 hrs of labor .. when I was out in 3 hrs.

when I had the bryn mawr location put my tires on all four for 95.00 per hr. labor..

On 23/11/21 I bought a battery from above. 00. It was the wrong battery. What should have taken 15 to 20 minutes took 1 hour and 16 mins. The assistant wo served meadmitted he gave the wrong battery. Other than batteries i have been buying from midas for many years, this is the first time i have been sent to someone else to fit the battery.

Brought car in a 2014 Chevy Cruz not having any heat. 00 drove car for about 4 days starting smoking called said probably oil burning off. Called next day because no heat AGAIN. 00 and no heat again. Is it because we are woman.

00 to fix it and you did not. I want my car fixed correctly and I am not paying another cent or give me my money back and I will take it to a garage that will actually fix it right.

99 . My brother and I just replaced only the rear struts,and the cam had to be set in the rear only. After the service, the young lady told Me that I had to pay both The inspection fee and the alignment fee, I had asked her twice before the price of the work.

If the car had failed I understand the charge for labor, as I have been in business for 46 years, but this was past my understanding. If I had known this was your practice, their was other places in our community I could have gone to for $100 and save me some anguish over this.

Beside this the young lady was very rude, but at the same time the mechanic was a nice guy and after I told him that we replaced the struts he "understood" and did what was necessary. I appreciated his work and gave him some cash for his lunch.

99 special right here in Grapevine, Texas; clicked and got the coupon - "click here" it said to set up an appointment; so I did and selected a 4PM appointment for next day and the site said the confirmation will come within 30 business minutes. then waited over night, called the store next day of the appointment around Noon.

On October 3rd I have bring my car to Midas auto service at 1410 avenue in Newburgh to get and inspection done while the guy was looking at my car he noticed in my car is leaking oil nothing was done to the car besides the infection he said that I need a velvet cover gasket change while I drive back home I talked to my brother say let me take a look on your car I noticed that my cover for the motor is missing (GDI) for my Hyundai sonata I go the next day and

I ask him why that is missing he was like oh is missing so he went to the back and look for it he comes out with something that does not belong to my car and I told him that's not the part that belongs to my car he was like it's not and I was like no my car is Hyundai sonata and I had the motor cover says GDI brand new looking thing…

On 9/25/21 my Jeep went to Midas ,999 Bald Hill Road, Warwick RI for an engine light issue. 72( Invoice # 0067163). The next time it was driven, the light went on. An inspection revealed a broken fuel fill pipe, a disconnection under the car and a faulty part installed & multiple code lights activated.

I went back to Midas Sat. Afternoon, ( closed) and again on Sun( closed again) . I brought to to Cerronis' repair. I had to have it repaiered and I needed my car. I called Ron and requested a refund.

he refused and screamed at me and continued to scream in spite of numerous attempts by me to de-escalate his out-of-control tirade. I repeatedly told him ot dial it down. He adamantlly refused and told me he wan't going to stop.
