I have a Pontiac G6 2006. Took my car to be serviced for rotars and breaks pads. They told me 150 just for Labor because I bought my own parts for my car. Long story short,I declined the service because they turned around and said 819$ for the service and removed my poor break pads and had me sign the paper at the end, knowing they deservice my car, making it unsafe and

putting my life at danger just so they can get more money out of me.

Took my SUV there for a diagnostic check on my rear passenger lights and they charged me $39.99 plus tax. They could not tell me what was wrong they said the exact same thing I was telling them that my lights doesn’t work. I’m mad and want a refund immediately..

They also charged me $105 for a diagnostic check on my check engine light. And couldn’t tell me anything but there are codes and I said I went to auto zone and they did that same diagnostic check for free. I came to you to get an answer not a code... I need my money back please!

I took my car to Midas off of Northlake in North Palm Beach, Florida in for an oil change on July 25, 2019. I received my oil change and took my car home. They next time I drove in the following morning, I heard the car making a loud squealing noise.

I take my car back to Midas. Many hours later I receive a phone call from John Gonzalez from Midas saying my oil gasket and cover needed to be replaced and it would cost approximately $2100; around $1000 for parts and $1000 for labor.

I asked John Gonzalez for the names of the car parts and part numbers to see if I could find them cheaper online, which John Gonzalez provided me with the names of the two parts needed along with their part numbers. I was able to find them $400 cheaper so I ordered the parts.

Midas at Woodbine/Danforth in Toronto, On. replaced the pads and rotors on my car in March 2019. It's a 350 SLK Mercedes Benz, 2008. Shortly after the work was done I started to hear noises. I brought the car back and Curtis (manager) had it checked over.

Said things were fine and that was it. and was getting wobbly. The mechanics at Midas did not replace the pins and springs in the front brakes. It has damaged my rims, put my life and every passenger whose been in my car at risk.

Curtis said "impossible, your car wouldn't be driveable". He then suggested the pins and springs were old and "worked themselves out" (yes, he actually said this). I was able to make an on-line appt on a Friday night for Saturday morning and had my car towed to Midas (in west bend, wi). No one called me on Saturday and I found out on Sunday by the owner of the land after she saw my car sitting there, that the store was closed for good.

Had to have my car towed AGAIN to another garage. The phone message and web site should have been updated !!! I'm super upset at the inconvenience - I really was counting on my car being done that Saturday. VERY poor business ethics !!

Went to the Barstow shop for a check engine light in order to smog the vehicle. They told me I needed a part that was nearly impossible to find, saying he would have to research and the part would be a few hundred dollars.

I asked if he checked Amazon and he said absolutely I took the car to a local shop for a second opinion. 00 I found TEN of the same part on Amazon when I checked. I have talked to a dozen people about this and Everyone of them had the same complaint. 00 worth of work. I want a refund.

Sewickley store. Had to have $1000 worth of work on our only car. Store manager told us he would take us home when we brought in on Wed for Thurs service. He did that. At that time he told us car would be done around lunchtime on Thursday and he would bring it to us.

Thursday, we found our that the manager was off and that no one was willing to bring to car to us as was promised by the manager on Wednesday. We have no way to get it. We live in a rural area with no neighbors and our children all live out of state.

I had to go back to the bay to get the lock to my rims for Tony the head mechanic and noticed he reeked of weed. After my car was finished I had the manager come out and smell my car, and he agreed it smelled of weed.

What unprofessional mechanics Tony and Ed are. he had tried before but it caused a whole lot of uproar. That is horrible that a manager cant do what's right and be backed up by the company. My vehicle along with 12 other vehicles were vandalized while at their shop and left on 4 flat tires. The manager Mario had us make police reports and asked the customers to pay for a set of tires even though all vehicles were damaged while in tje companies possession.

There was no sign saying we are not responsible for any damage to vehicles. He attempted to have me pay $400 for a set of tires and the company area was not fenced in. I attached a copy of my. Police report.

Paid over $4500 to the Midas in Michigan City IN. They called me yesterday day and tell me they are done with it but would not recommend driving it more than a few miles because the transmission is slipping. After 3 months of service and multiple lies that have been told to me I feel my only option is to contact a lawyer and settle this in court.

On July 10 2019 I went to have a oil change and tire rotation. After oil change I was told two lug nuts would not come off. I was told I have to replace left front wheel bearing hub assembly. 98.

My complaint is regarded to the meineke advertisement concerning Free A/C check for certain analysis of a problem for any one and the A/C inside their vehicles.

Nevertheless, this department still charged service fees for the analysis. Which contradicts their advertisement... i want retuned compensation if they're suppose to honor this Free A/C check advertisement at this department... If there is a fine print that we're not aware of, that needs to be explained.

Your Company charged me almost $ 1700.00 for work they didn't do.

First of all I made an appointment on Thursday for Friday at 11! I came in they told me they're running an hour and a half late and they would call me when they were ready for me! 2 hours later I called and asked what was up they said come in will be ready in 25 minutes another hour and a half later they finally got me in!

they did their diagnosis and told me I needed a tune-up among other things! I left here at 4:30 and they still hadn't started working on the tune up! I came back at 6 and they had just finished. I get my invoice and they charged me $198 for the tune-up. For labor!?

In November/2018 I went on Midas 5796 Pleasant View Road Memphis Tn, to get my car fixed. 75 and a week later I did the other part, because the risk of a serious accident. This place is extremely SHADY. My husband went for an oil change with a Groupon for semi-synthetic oil. 5 years ago new). They told him they could not put semi synthetic oil in the car, only fully synthetic (which of course costs more).

My husband agrees since we had already purchased the Groupon. They proceed to change the oils and return the car to my husband. As soon as my husband leaves he hears a really strange and loud noise coming from the car when he accelerated.

5 years old and purchased new. He goes straight back to Midas, the guy (only decent person in this place) who had processed his payment agreed to get in the car and take a quick ride so he could hear the noise.

Made appointment for brakes and rotors. They didnt have proper equipment so had to bring it back a week later. Brought truck in early but they didnt look at it until 3:30PM, even though i made an appoinment. I couldnt leave the truck there any longer and had to pick it up and use it for a full week before I was able to make another appointment, which caused the caliper to lock up.

So new manager Matt inflated the cost of repair. Almost $1500 for brakes rotors and a single caliper. NEVER was charged that much in the past, and always used Midas. I will be contacting headquarters directly.

I had my oil changed earlier today, after returning home I parked my car for about 3 hours and used a different vehicle for more errands. I paid $70 to have my oil changed about 3 weeks ago and suddenly last week my oil light was flashing off and on. I had it checked and they didn’t tighten up I think the filter and all the oil leaked out in my driveway.

Today I came in with the oil and filter to get the oil change. Since last year my check engine light was on due to an evap hose leak. After setting up the oil change, I asked how much was it to find the evap hose leak.

While on the lift I was called out to look at the work done to the exhaust pipes and asked if I did it. 00. while on the lift I was shown many leaks from power steering that covered the bottom of the underside. $400.

I have a 2 year old Wrangler Jeep Unlimited and had gone for my 3rd oil change. I had the appointment, oil changed and was asked if I would do a complimentary inspection done with my permission. Not a problem at all.

Purchased 4 tires but when I went to my appointment I was told they didn't have the ones I wanted I had to buy different ones then my allignment was terrible I went to the dealer two times to fix the allignment when I found out 3 of the 4tirea put on were the wrong size I called and told them they replaced the 3 wrong tires and said they realigned my car when it is still not right I have to go pay another 100 at the dealer to make my car right all because of a careless mistake I told the manager the car still pulls and

The Manager at Midas (5788 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC Canada V5J 1GB) advised me to carry out repairs and install new parts that were when in fact the work to that extent were not necessary and the parts were not defective and should not have been replaced. The Manager misrepresented and took the parts of the car out in my absence without my approval and ordered new parts when in fact the old parts were not damaged to warrant a full replacement which cost me more than $1,100.

This is a serious case of misrepresentation and fraudulent behavior by Midas. Please let me know the name and contact number of the Midas Management this matter needs to be brought to the attention of. Our complaint stems from a problem that we have with the Midas Shop located at 19550 B Frederick Road, Germantown, MD 20876. I will attach the invoices reflecting that we paid for services that were never done on our 2010 GMC Acadia and the wonderful Midas Shop further south of Route 355 in Gaithersburg had to do the work less than a year later and
