The member service I spoke in the phone today had the worst customer service. We don't deserved to feel unvalued. Very disappointing with Navy Federal.
I’m being punished for fraud on my acct. they revoked my debit cards w/o a word on VETERANS day. My husband is deployed. My son has rsv. I have no way to get meds or gas. All my bills are connected to my debit cards.
Annnd I can’t even Zelle MY money to another institution. They think sending a letter in the mail after the fact is an appropriate notification process. There were no prior warnings or indications that this would happen. It’s complete and utter bullshit.

Calle Navy your customer service dept ref. to my credit card expedited, and not receiving it after 3 days. I waited 30 minutes to be connected to a rep. After I explained my situation I was put on another brief hold for at least 20 minutes or more can look at time I waited for your representative, and finally I was able to talk to a supervisor, Eladgia (sorry if I misspelled the name),who after I talk to him for more than 30 minutes, that and

Hello I called navy federal on date October 30 2022 @ 8:30am for 20mins and spoke with an operator who didn’t announce her name. She was hostile, rude, disrespectful and plain out distasteful. I asked for help and further elaboration but she kept repeating the same exact words and voice grew louder with a smart tone each time she repeated herself. Very dissatisfied!
Customer service representatives should be trained to understand, help and if members do not understand something to help them understand as much as possible. This woman was entirely unreasonable and overwhelmed me little did she know I have learning disabilities and needed help understanding what she was saying !

Magda at Navy Federal's Heritage Oaks branch is rude and condescending. We went to open a new IRA for a rollover and not sure what just happened. She talked down to us and acted as if we were stupid. We did not open the IRA because at the point that she decided to actually do it we have lost faith in her ability and Navy Federal.

My complaint is I got scammed out of a lot of money starting from late last year to the beginning of this year. From the looks of it Navy Federal hasn't cooperated with the agency I reached out to for help.
Hopefully this rebuttal letter that the agency sent me will have Navy Federal cooperate with them. All that I ask is for Navy Federal to look at my situation and move forward with my case from there.

When i asked to speak with a manager i was transfered to a Matt that would not provide me with any information other than some script that he sticks to. I asked to speak to underwriter that looked at my loan i was told they do not talk to anyone, then asked for his supervisor and was denied to talk to them as well. I applied for a home loan which I wanted to refinance through navy federal. The process has been ongoing for 5 months, at first i was promised one quote via my goad faith estimate of closing costs $13,096 on 7/6/2022 then when I asked for a revised estimate i was quoted a new good faith estimate in the amount of $16,936.

I had noticed at the first of the year that several thousand dollars had been taken off of my cash advance on my NFCU credit card. I contacted the local branch and to find out what was going on. We went in to the local branch and went thru the charges with NFCU and they told us that they would do an investigation and they would determine what to do after the investigation.
After a couple of weeks, we were contacted and went back in at the local branch. They asked us to sign some paperwork and that they they had found out whoever hacked the account to get the cash advance. My fiancé and I visited a local navy federal branch in Glen Burnie, MD today. This was our first and last time using this branch. We went in simply for help resolving issues regarding the title/lien of my car. I had fraud on checking account so I had my checking account changed at Navy Federal branch here in Jacksonville Fl. Once completing at branch I was told to call 888-842-6328 and ask for security. I requested a wire transfer. org I did this June 26, waited 48 hours to no response. When I called on the 28 Jun they said the ID copy was blurry to resubmit. I did and I have since then been left on 2 hour phone hold waiting for security to verify me.

NFCU Credit Card Fraud Department through professional neglect has failed to respond to our Credit Card Fraud complaint for reimbursement. We were mistakenly charged by a motel (Comfort Inn Suites) whose General Manager agreed was a mistake (in formal writing). When all the evidence was presented to the NFCU Fraud Department, they simply elected not to support us, a faithful 32-year customer (despite the fact the vendor formally asked that NFCU process a "charge-back"). This is a terrible example of poor customer service and care. To top it off, the NFCU Fraud Department will not place us in direct contact with their chain of command.

The representative was unwilling to take a payment for my mortgage because my voice was not of a female.
However, all required information was verified and provided without any problem. It is inexplicable how in this day someone is telling you that they will not take a payment because of how your voice sounds. This is unacceptable and both representatives I spoke to in my opinion broke the law and are making my payment delinquent.

I normally use my passport as Identification, and had used it when having notary done on court documents. I had to turn my passport in to get a visa to travel overseas. Same Notary refused to notarize my instrument despite my explanation or other job id or pictorial Copy of the passport.

My Navy Federal Credit Union account was overdrawn when the childcare tax credits were being issued earlier this year. Navy Federal took it upon themselves to add money to our account to make our balance positive before the credit was added.
They were not given permission to do this, and in fact when they did this for an earlier stimulus check that was distributed, we contacted the bank and asked them to stop doing this. They refunded us for money that was deducted from our account to cover the cost of the money that had been added without our permission.

hi, I was a customer for about 5 years. Over the years I have had some fradulent activity on my debit card. 95. I am a Senior who has pretty much been bedridden for the last few months. I lost my car two years ago, I was having a stroke and left my car running while I went inside my new job.
After that I fell and was told I was having a few more stroke episodes. Anyway after the fraud dapt called me I told them it wasn't me. 10 comes out of my account monthly and I didn't want to lose that.
Also since the strokes, I have problems with passwords, etc because my memory has been affected. But the rep told me she had to cancel the card and send me a new one. I objected but she said it wasn't my fault just wait a few days and she'd FedEx the card.

I PCSd from Germany to Missouri in April 2021. Our 2019 Audi arrived in the summer and I registered the car once I had the title from NFCU. I had to submit the title to the local DMV who in turn had to sent it to the main DMV a couple of hours away from my residence.
Missouri was hit hard by COVID and I have been unable to retrieve the title to send to NFCU. 2 % to 15 plus %. I did and will continue to do everything in my power to get you the title but I'm just shocked as a valued member of NFCU for 35 plus years.

My brother, Harry Rogers and I, Floyd Rogers, attempted to cash a check made payable to our brother, Author Rogers, on March 14, 2022. Author Rogers is hospitalized due to having several strokes. Harry Rogers has a Kentucky General Power of Attorney to cash checks, sell personal and real property, make decisions, etc for Author Rogers.
Both Harry and I have accounts at Navy Federal Credit Union. A copy of the POA was provided to the Credit Union. We were told that the Credit Union could not cash the check but an account could be opened up in our brother's name even though he was not an eligible Credit Union member.

So, evidently, Navy Federal Customer Service has deprecated to a similar or even lower level than companies like USAA, COMCAST or similar. Not good and very low.
I've been with NFCU for more than 25 years and this is the first time that in such a short time I experience many issues with their mobile app and absolutely no support is provided through the online number. No way to get a "ticket number" for tracking purposes and clearly no way to move forward requiring customers to go physically to a branch.
I even got away from USAA due to the same poor customer service.
I can only ask myself then, why is the mobile capability offered if it will not work when the customer needs them?

Katherine mislead me into completing the application she never again had a conversation after I reached out to her several times. Once I caught up up with her she was very unprofessional because I'm african american she had a nasty attitude and out right race played a part in my application with navy federal.

I live in columbus ga and they only have two locations. It never fails when I come to the teller machines they are ALWAYS broken and not working. I am currently waiting in this line for the last 35 minutes just to use the one teller machine that is available. Ridiculous!!

When I got it, I sent it back right away and notified Navy Federal. The store revived the order, but I did not get the refund. I sent all of the information to Navy Federal, pdf copies of everything. I don’t have the merchandise.
