While booking a cruise to the Greek Isles I spent over an hour on the phone with an agent and a significant amount of time in your booking engine. I was linked there by Google directly to the cruise page.
I also received mailers with the same promotions depicted in the booking engine. The “Get All Free at Sea” promo. Only AFTER booking was I made aware that “Open Bar” and “Free WiFi” and “Free Premium Dining” were greatly limited and had significant terms and conditions that apply.
The link at the bottom of the booking engine for “Additional Terms and Conditions” is greatly obscured by the “Chat with Agent” button or is dead completely. Nor was it explained to me by my personal cruise consultant that these terms “Open Bar” etc were not in fact what the names suggest.
