On May 24th I ordered 2 Lg pizzas 1 a meats lovers and the OTHER was the WORKS and had them delivered when I got home I had 2 pizzas and the both was MEAT LOVERS I called and talk to a manager and told him the deal and he put down my phone number and said he I put you down for next time a Supreme pizza well today is june 16th I go to put my order in and

My problem with this store is there a poor management going on there for night shift and there bulling there employees. My wife works at this store and all they do is go outside and smoke weed and not there jobs .

Even one of the drivers there smokes weed while delivering the food to people houses when they go out on delivery. They even make the food there when there high and have weed on there hands and that goes into there food .

And when it comes to someone delivery to go out the management overrides it and lets the other driver take it which it is not fair for the other driver . They don't treat there employees right . That's why a lot of people don;t go to this place to eat .

On may29 at 9pm I called to place a order thru the shepherdsville,KY. Store but for some reason the call service sent my order to mt. Washington, KY. So at 9:50 pm I get a call from the Mt Washington store say they don't deliver to where I'm at, I tell the lady that I told the answer ing service that it was suppose to the shepherdsville store and I even told them twice.

So the Mt Washington as tore tells me I have to reorder, so I call and try to place another order, and the answering service put me on hold n didn't return. 59 but now it's costing me $25. And some change n it's going to take longer , a hour to be delivered and it's 10:21 so it going to be 11:30 as lmost midnight n it's supposed to be my lunch hour cause im properlty maintenance.

My parents go to papa johns in garland off broadway nearly every Sunday after church. They asked me to place an order for them.. I did, & when they went to pick it up they said it was 8 dollars more this week from last week.

On 04/29/22 I ordered a pizza online at 7:30 pm. It was not delivered until 11:00 pm that night and it was not only cold it was not my pizza !

I have had several emails with Glee Moore, (who claimed she was in Corporate office), about the incident, and her offer was to send me a code for a replacement large "works" pizza when the one I had ordered that night had 2 gourmet toppings added bringing the price up 5 dollars more than the replacement she offered.

Someone else used my debit card information without my knowledge or permission on the 18th to place an order with Papa John's Pizza. I've tried to call and get help with finding out more information about the purchase like location of delivery so I can press charges against them.

A while back i ordered pizza for my family. My son went to pick it up and was told the order was cancelled because it was not prepaid online. I was told that $25 and over had to be prepaid. Please note that the TAX made it over $25. I was not happy but whatever.

Hello there this is something i should of complained about 2 weeks ago when i went to Pappa Johns in Largo FLA to pick up my 3 large pizzas with stuffed crust. I ordered 3 pizzas pepperoni with extra pepperoni, light sauce, extra baked/ Pepperoni with extra pepperoni And a cheese pizza with extra cheese. The pizza arrived hot and fast. I experienced the worse customer service by a store supervisor and driver ever. The store is located in Stedman, NC and I got the assumption that the store supervisor was racist, unprofessional, and extremely rude. I am a loyal papa johns customer and I have very been so insulted at any rest food restaurant ever.

This manager will cause people to stop ordering from Papa Johns. The driver left my pizza on the cold porch where snails and frogs appear. He didn't ring on the doorbell or knock on the door. The pizza was not good on top of everything and cold.

Called in for a large shaqaroni at7800 E Harry Store in Wichita Kansas. Lady on the phone said the pizza would be ready in 20 to 30 min. I arrived within 25 min, the man said my pizza wouldn't be ready for another 30 min or so and pretty much he was discouraging me to not wait.
