I was not told/warned about lack of delivery drivers before placing my order my order took over an hour to come it wrong I then called the store they told me my order was cancelled yet they issued me a cheese pizza anyway if my order was cancelled why was I sent a cheese pizza their excuses does not make any sense and customer service was useless in the situation they offer no help nor a resolution in any form

I am very disappointed in the service I have gotten with my last two visits. I love papa John's but I am done with this restaurant. A couple of months ago I placed an order. When I got to the store to pick up my order the door was locked and there was a sign saying closed.

A girl who worked there was coming out and I told her I was there to pick up my order. She advised me they were having trouble with their oven and couldn't fill my order. That is fine. I understand things happen but a telephone call to let me know this would have been nice.

Also the associates attitude was an "I could care less" attitude. Yesterday evening I placed an order online. I got an email at 555 stating my order would be at my residence in 35 to 45 minutes. I kept checking the tracking device and it had been on…

I have been a life-long fan of Papa John's pizza.

However, I ordered two large pizzas (epic crust) one with Pepperoni and the other with Pineapple and black olives. Both pizzas were to have extra sauce. Both pizzas maybe had a thimble full of sauce if at all, it was really ridiculous, and also the dough didn't taste as good as I remember.

This experience was at the Lancaster, CA store at 20th St West and Ave K. The date was 8/8/20221 in the afternoon. Maybe it was only this store but I won't be going back for a long time. Thanks.

Online order placed 815pm it is now 11:47 pm app finally shows delivered yet no order has been delivered. I have contacted store 3 times. They insist it’s on the way they are short drivers. I paid credit card with tip and never recd anything but the run around.

My wife is a trauma nurse at NE Hospital in Gainesville, GA. She received a Papa John's Thank You Booklet that was given out to nurses for the work they do and have done. She tried to place an online pizza order on the 3rd using the promo code in the booklet.

The order would not go through. She used the phone and was told the online system was not working. She placed the order over the phone but was not given the promo code discount. When she asked why, she was told the offer was only good with online orders.

The problem we have is how can you make an online order if the online system is not working? We did not make the order and called Domino's to have the pizza delivered. Thank you for your time and patience.

My husband and I wanted to try a Papadia . The bread was burned, the jalapeño s were dried up on the side. My buffalo chicken was drowned in hot sauce, very little cheese and only about 3 very small pieces of chicken.

His had couples bites of beef and cheese. On his Philly steak and cheese. You should be embarrassed to serve such disgusting good. After a couple of bites we trashed it. Never again will we go to Papa Johns.

I went into the papa John on wax Rd next door to the Sally’s beauty supply . I was greeted and told , he would help me , after he finish taking his pizza out . After waiting ten minutes , I asked him the price and told him what I wanted to order , so he could make my pizza since he was already in the area and had me waiting .

I worked for papa johns for many years. Got our pizza tonight from the store on Williams Blvd in kenner, la and they put the garlic cup right in the middle of our pizza as well as put breadsticks in our cheesestix box.

The manager on duty was very rude. This is very unacceptable to me. To top it off they weren't even busy.

I order a Philly Steak pizza on 7/6/2021. When I took my first bite I nearly broke off my tooth because there was a bone in my pizza. The bone looks like a broke off tooth. I called to tell the store and a young boy answered and he apologized and said he would refund my money.

While he was talking to me the manager was talking to him and said "we don't refund anyone's money. " When I told her about the problem she instantly said, "Mame we don't have any bones on the counter with the ingredients that we put in our pizza!

" I told her that no one touch the pizza except for them. She got very mad and said again that they do not keep bones on the shelf with the other ingredients. I did offer to bring back the pizza with the bone and she just hung up on me.

Thats last 3 times i come here order says 15-25 min and it takes more than 45 min they always put my orders picked up 20 min before i actually get my order so i cant even track it its ridiculous!! They make it seem like there getting the order out on time in reality its really backed up im going on 50 min for this order i just places on june 22 2021 like why can it give me the correct time when i place my order!!

I ordered a pizza from Papa John's on 8th April 2021 from the store at 1984 North Hill Field Road in Layton Utah. The pizza I received was only four slices of the pizza had any toppings, two of them only had pepperoni, and the fixings slid off when I picked up a slice.

Pizza was cut into no resemblance of a slice, where some of them were really thick and big. The garlic sauce was cold damn it was like butter that you had to scrape out with a knife and spread on your pizza.

I will never recommend Papa John's again to anybody.

I always order POA fromPapaJohns but the one delivered on last Friday was cold and did not have what I ordered on it plus they always wait till I get to the door as I am 92. They just set in onthe ground. I’m o disappointed.

Store 1776 Margaret St, Jacksonville, FL, scheduled a DoorDash with me. When I arrived at the store Kyler, MOD, told me that he had one of the staff delivery drivers deliver the order. DoorDash chat wasn’t available due to the massive orders.

So I had to cancel the order which significantly affects my DoorDash ratings. I received no pay from DoorDash and had driven to the store. Kyler should have cancelled the order or allow me to complete it. Kyler was absolutely insensitive to having send the order to me and then giving it to a driver.

He didn’t care about wasting my time. Kyler does not reflect well on Papa Johns. I will no longer accept DoorDash orders for this store and many DoorDashers are also not accepting Dashes from this location.

0 - I am writing as a brief employee by brief I mean two days. On day one, I noted a person wearing crocks, another person eating a cookie as she wrapped up a delivery to go. Swearing at all levels. I was trained for 1/2 hour and taken out for a delivery by a very helpful and the only asset you have in this Merritt Island establishment Lisa.

On day two, I had made a delivery and forgotten the Pepsi - yes, I was in error. However the scene performed by the manager Emilee in reprimanding me, was one that would not even go into a "not what to do scenario".

I placed an online order on 10/26/2019 to be delivered at 11:45am, After the order didn't arrive by that time, I placed a call to the store @ 12:15pm to check on the order. The young lady who answered the phone was very rude as I asked about my order.

As I asked her how long will the order be delivered, with an attitude she stated, I don't know. I informed her that I was a former employee of Papa John's and that's not how she should be handling this matter.

So, she placed me on hold without asking me to hold on. When she came back to the phone, I asked for a refund.

is subject of my complaint. I have given up on tying to order anything for delivery on a friday evening, due to the fact that they turn off their online ordering. The excuse is always the same "we only have one driver". What the hell!

You evidently have some "Piss Poor" management at this location. I just wanted you to know, that I will no longer use this Papa John's location for anything! It is the only store for delivery in my area. You figure it out!

I place an online order to be delivered by the Papa Johns at 1241 Maple Street Carrollton, Georgia. The wait time per the online app will be 120 Minutes or 2 HOURS ? REALLY ? I am not waiting 2 hours for a PIZZA NO Way.

I am reaching out in efforts to take steps to improve the current conditions and up keep your business along with Subway within the plaza. For the past three weeks trash with your labels on it. No one is taking the time to keep it clean up, now it coming across the alley.

What steps can we take to partner with Subway to improve and maintain cleaner conditions. i have to live with this condition. Normally everyone is good about the upkeep. I see alot of activity with the employees taking time outs, but no efforts to help.

Placed order on 06/29/2019 for a x-large and lg two topper. The driver called me and informed me that the reason he was late was due to the train and he would be her in 20 more minutes. (ok! no problem) I received that call at 2:53pm.

Food was delivered 30 minutes late our lunch was over, tried to call the store in Laurinburg North Carolina to get info in our order they never picked up the phone. Saturday night we decides to have a papa johns so was inputting the app which then gave us £15 off our order over £30 so we ordered £35 worth of food and expected this to be taken off the final receipt when the order went through it hadn't I phoned the number advise to be told not her problem as its to do with the internet and she can not do anything? the young lady I spoke to advised that she was management and still nothing can be done I did advise her not good enough and that I will be complaining she advise to cancel order and then I would have to wait 5 days for the funds to return to my account. not a good look for a franchise attempting to change the minds of how folks see it. because my experience last night on 6/7/2019 makes me question the change or if there has been any REAL changes made. just hire staff crew and defiantly Management that don't have a problem or issue servicing your customers no matter the color of their skin.

I have tried speaking with the restaurant as well as completed a survey with no response. On 5/31 I ordered a large 2 topping pizza with garlic knots and bread sticks. I called the store 3 times regarding my order that when placed said at least 60 minutes. At an hour and 15 minutes I called to check on the order and was told it would be just a few more minutes he was leaving to deliver, 20 minutes after that I called again and was told that the driver was out for delivery. I was a first time customer and I ordered online philly steak pizza, the meat pizza and two sides of wings. When I received the pizza the philly steak only had meat on two of the slices. I called to report it and the staff was very rude.

He told me to hold on and the next thing I knew the phone had a dial tone and they never called back. 48 for papa johns and wasn’t happy. The staff was very rude and that’s not acceptable. If it’s possible I will like a refund or gift card or etc.

I called into the Carrollton Papa John's to cancel an online order that i messed up. I called immediately after i pushed checkout. The "manager" was very hateful!!! She told me that she already made my pizzas and they were already thru the oven, that she couldn't fix it.

I literally mean all this happened in a matter of 2 minutes. I never raised my voice or anything. She told me that she has black listed me. This is NOT the 1st time the manager has been hateful to me.. Horrible customer service!!!

Complaint against papa john at 25 Talbert Blvd, Lexington NC - telephone for plAce is 336-236-7272. At 8:00 pm on May 24, husband called in order for 2 pizzas to be delivered to Smith Avenue. At 9:00 he attempted to call to check on delivery - he and I separately were put on hold 6 times and hung up on.

Husband eventually got through and told them he was checking in order for delivery that was called in at 8:09; he gave the address again and waited — it is now 11:00 -we never received order —we will never order from pap John’s again - don’t want Pizza - someone just needed to know the kind of business that company is doing - never called - never showed up - awful and I will be telling others about my experience -and I think someone from corporate needed to know - good evening

i order online. there is no problem with the pizza or service. my daughter always wants extra garlic sauce. i cant seem to order it online. i said something to the manager and he said you could always choose online.

I give a neg. -1 because I have called corporate and submitted a verbal complaint and was told that the district manager would give me a call in 48 hrs. Well its been a week and no call. 28 and for what know one will tell me.

00 reward. 00 credit. Instead, I finally gave up after an hour and I called an order in for a large pepperoni pizza to be picked up. I have ordered pizza from Papa John's for many years and I really enjoy the pizzas.

When I got home, the pepperoni was not round and it did not taste like pepperoni should have tasted. It looked as if they chopped it up and spread it over the pizza. At 77 I am getting particular with my pepperoni, I don't like that at all.

I ordered the 2 for $22.00 large pizza after they used my debt card and said the total was charge 37.60 I said I thought it was 2 for $22.00 he said don't worry I did not enter your card, when I looked at my Chase app they charged me $37.60, I called he said he would credit me in 15 min, its been about 2 hours. a few weeks ago i ordered a pizza from the JFK location in North Little Rock Arkansas. I order from here frequently as papa johns is my choice of pizza.

However, this is my second complaint on behalf of this location. I will provide a picture of the pizza. When I opened the box it looked as if the pizza had been turned upside down or maybe even the delivery driver dropped it and threw it back in the box.

I still managed to consume my pizza because it had been a long day at work and I was hungry and didnt have the time to call and complain about the order at the time as it was getting late as it was and of course afraid they may do something intentionally to my food because of the complaint and because of prior issues.

I visited one of Papa Johns restaurants in Fort Worth, Tx on April 25, 2019 , 12:19pm. Restaurant #1785. When I entered the restaurant the manager was on the phone taking an order, after finishing with that order he proceeded to take my order.

After touching the computer to take the phone in order and taking cash and handing back the change, the manager proceeded directly to the pre-prepared pizza dough on the pan and started handling it with out washing his hands or putting gloves on. He put his hands on the topping also.
