I have cancelled a Petco repeat delivery and still received the product three weeks after cancellation. When I chatted online I was told the order was not shipping and that I would be refunded. The next day I received the order and no refund.

When I try to contact Petco now I can't chat and I've been on hold with Petco for 37 minutes just waiting for a CSM to pick up.

Also, they have my payment info and won't let me delete it from my account. I want to be rid of them for good. They have been nothing but headaches since I started using them, first for my dog's flea and tick & heartworm meds, can't get the RX...

Someone please get control of the Just food for dogs girl mj at the petco of orange !

For one thing, I didn't want the just food for dogs,food. But Mj kept on pushing it on me and if i said no she would get rude. So I said fine just so I could leave and planned on giving it to the cashier at the front to put it back without having mj pestering me to buy it, But Mj followed me up to the register!! As if i was going to steal the food!! I was so insulted by it, like I took your food now you are going to make sure I buy it ?!?! I wasnt even done shopping! I understand selling her food but to bully people into buying it is not alright.

And on top of all this, I find out shes not a petco employee! Which is confusing because she told me that she will take 12 dollars off my dog food from Taste…

Called to ask why they stopped selling GNC pets ultra mega digestive support for cats cat treats. And the young girl who answered the phone told me she had no clue and that she started a week ago, and that she was also the only employee available to answer any questions.

When I asked for a manager she said there were none there to talk to me. I asked if there were any other employees working who I could talk too and she said no, they’re all on breaks. Was very short and not helpful and rude.

On a visit to Pikeville Ky I went with my daughter to buy a small bearded dragon. In the process of inquiring about one A lady by the name Jenna immediately said she was not comfortable selling one just because of a tank we had in our buggy.

Instead of guiding in a respectful manner, she became sarcastic. After we told her to pick out what was needed since she felt better qualified, she said she sensed “aggression” and then proceeded to go into the manager’s office and shut the door.

The manager came out with her and we explained what happened she denied it. He never ask her to stop. She then came over while we were waiting on a guy that was over the reptile department and brought a larger bearded dragon and lectured us We had 4 of us together.

Hello Petco Please stop selling Bettas that are coming from overseas. This is very distubing. Plus not too mention ,Bettas needs a bigger space specially king bettas, a temperature ranging from 78-80 F. Those cups dont meet the Betta Standards.

Please reach out to local breeders. Every store here in Seattle has Bettas in cups close to the entrance door, now winter and cold days, the get this draft of cold air.

I purchased 2 baby guinea pigs 1/17/20. Upon observation at home it appeared one was showing signs of respiratory distress. I contacted and returned to the store in duluth mn, the following morning. The employee insisted the baby was fine and put him back in the tank and said he'd resell him.

Would not take him to the vet. I said if they weren't going to take him to the vet I'd just take him home and monitor him for a few days. By midweek both babies were showing symptoms, so I returned that Friday and insisted on vet treatment.

I dropped off my sister's dog this morning at 11AM for a shampoo with specific instructions not to cut the dogs hair. I agreed to pay extra for conditioner, and agreed his abdomen could be trimmed. When I arrived to claim dog, he had all his rear end hair cut off to about half an inch.

He is a long haired pedigreed pekingese. When I reminded her that I had specified not to cut his hair Carly the groomer became angry saying the dog got diarrhea and she had to cut his hair. I told her she could have simply called me, and i would have picked him up whereupon she became angry and started shouting "GET OUT" and "I WILL CALL THE POLICE".

On Sunday, January 26th, I went in to purchase a dog training collar, which I believe are called prong collars. M. During my time at the store (8220 Rosedale Hwy) I obtained the collar I wanted and the proceeded to look at dog beds.

As I looked through the dog beds, over the speaker someone announced that there was an LP issue with dog collars and all associates needed to walk the floor. Immediately I noticed an employee staring at my asking if I needed help from far away.

I said no because I was already being helped. Then, my sister whom came along was holding the collar and went to look at the fish. She told me that same employee was staring at her and it was creepy.

The last two times I have been in your store ( 7657 HWY 70, #16, Nashville, TN 37221), no one is at the cash register or even in view when I am ready to checkout. Someone yelled from the depths of the store, I will be there in a minute but I waited and no one showed up.

You need to have enough employees working to meet the needs of the customers. This is not the way to run a business. I went down the road to a locally owned store where I was welcomed and helped.

couldn't make it to the store so i ordered live crickets for delivery online, it said that live crickets had to be shipped the next day so extra shipping cost would apply. my total cost was $52, $15 of witch was shipping, almost 50% of my purchase, i also ordered something from amazon right after (free shipping), my free shipping from amazon shows up the next morning, my 50% of purchase from petco that had to be shipped the next day didn't show up for 2 days, i'll be driving to petsmart from now on, why say i have to pay extra shipping for next day delivery and

I like to make a complaint about the grooming service i had at the Petco located at 6751 eagle watch Dr Orlando FL 32822.

Phone 4072411646 The groomer named Ash with a bad attitude told me that i can't take my dog at this location anymore because he was bleeding from his mouth, i didn't bring him bleeding, and why she said that almost three hours after i left him with her?

I paid 60 dollars for a grooming service and even the dog hair was cut uneven, i like to get a refund, she don't deserve not even the tip.

This was my second time taking him to her and she didn't complaint before, how can she tells a customer to go somewhere else?

I think it was very rude and her grooming this time was not good at all.

Toms River New Jersey Petco has aptasia all throughout their saltwater system. I purchased a couple of snails and one had an aptasia on its back within a couple of days there were a couple more in my tank, I went back to Petco and their tanks were infested.

I have about $5000 worth of coral in my tank not to mention all of the live rock and sand. My tank is ruined. Last Sunday I go online an order a copperbamd butterfly to try and fix the problem.

It was shown as “in stock”, yesterday Tuesday I re dived no email so I contacted Petco and was rudely told the item was out of stock and they were contacting other warehouses!!!!! They stated they had 10 to 14 days to fulfill the order.

My money was taken quick enough and not so much as an email to explain anything then to be treated rudely…

If I could give the Petco on E. Thomas Road in Phoenix, Arizona 0 stars, I would. Completely unacceptable. The groomer (Courtney) completely shaved my Yorkie (Juice) all the way down, when we asked for a very specific cut in which we showed her pictures beforehand.

She called to say she was going to cut our dog without any further explanation. If she was in doubt about her abilities to groom, she should've stopped and called us to come pick up our dog so that we could've taken him somewhere, where he could've gotten the proper treatment.

He's almost completely hairless and we were still charged for it. The customer service representative hung up in my face multiple times when I called to ask for explanation. This is how you treat customers? We will NEVER be returning to this petco.

My wife had an appointment for 3:00 on Saturday the 18th of Jan. We got there and they told us we didn’t have one. We showed them the appointment they had given us at your grand forks location but they never put it in the computer.

Then they said we would have to make another appointment. We said we were from out of town and that we made a special trip here for it and we should be able to keep the appointment we had. They then said they would get him in for a haircut and shampoo at 3:00 and it would probably be around 3 hours which was fine with us.

We got a call at 6 o’clock and was told he wouldn’t be done until 8: o’clock closing time. Then when we picked him up he hadn’t been shampooed and only trimmed a little around his eyes. 5 hours later. Plus they charged us.

I owned and operated a chain of 3 pet stores , for over 20 years . been retired for about 15 years. Most of the time i had between 10 and 15 employes. That said on Saturday the 4 around 6pm i was in store # 1657 looking for tropical fish.

The young lady that was catching fish was nice and trying hard but was backed up with 4 or 5 people wanting fish. After about 45 minutes she got to me . 20 per fish. 00 worth. The only time i saw her use a net.

I also purchased several Tetras , which she caught using the plastic catch cup, sticking it into the tanks and chasing the fish into it. not using a net. took a lot of time and stressed the whole tanks of fish.

To Whom It May Concern, Just before Christmas, my son-in-law visited our local Casper, Wyoming Petco looking for a Christmas present for me. He found something he thought I would like for my dog and purchased it. After the purchase a clerk stopped him at the door and asked to see his receipt and empty his pockets.

My son-in-law is a business professional from Chicago! He is always well dressed, polite, and well-mannered! There would be no reason to suspect him of anything, except possibly one. He is black. I hope the way in which this was handled is not the policy of Petco.

I have a 12 pound Mal-Shi who is a cuddle bug and sweet as can be. I have no issues when I take him to be groomed at PetSmart. NONE at all.

However, unfortunately they don’t run the 25% off as often as Petco does so I take him to Petco when I have a coupon. After my dog was groomed today, I was told that my dog bites and nips so much that they could not clean or cut his inner ears, and they have a hard time cutting his paws as well.

Went to the Petco Store in Oak Creek, Wi located on S. Howell Ave on 12/23/19. I bought a bag of dog food as I normally do every week for my 2 dogs. Well when I went to check out I was greeted rudely, the cashier TINA asked me for my pals rewards phone number 4 times!!

And every time she asked I gladly given it to her and spoke a little louder than last, thinking hey maybe she is not hearing me correctly. Well after she finally heard me and rang me up. " Not once did I ever "yell" or raise my voice at this lady.

I’ve gotten multiple hamsters in the last 2 weeks because whenever I bring them home they die next day ... I have other pets that I take care of just fine and these hamsters have everything they need . I’ve heard from multiple people that they have got a hamster or live pet from Petco and it passed away a few days later .

I have read about this happening to people online , it happened to my cousin and 3 close friends . I’m very disappointed that the Petco I shop at is adopting out these animals that die next day, something isn’t right

I was looking at the cat towers in one part of the store when I noticed another section of cat towers on the opposite side. I walked over and noticed a harsh stench. I looked around the corner to discover the 3 cats in their condos to be adopted.

When they saw me, they started meowing in a yelling matter for help because I saw their litter boxes really full as if they haven't been cleaned in 4 days and I didn't notice water or food bowls. I'm disgusted with this inhumane treatment and I cant purchase from Petco again if this is how they treat their animals.

I called Petco about their free puppy playtime every Saturday and Sunday at 1 to make sure it was correct and that that the location West Jordan Utah Petco was participating and they said yes they have thoes classes and to feel free to come today. When I arrived I asked where the clasess were located in the store I was told that there is no clasess today, I explained how I called and verified that there was clasess today and the cashier was rude and dismissive.

I was so furious I dont live near a Petco I drove an hour and a half in traffic to attend these clasess just to be told there wasnt any today.

On 11-20-19 my daughter and I went into the Longview Texas petco to get hamster bedding, and was looking at the ferrets. The one cage had 6 ferrets in it. It also had only ONE VERY SMALL FOOD BOWL THAT WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY AND ONE SMALL WATER BOTTLE THAT had one of the ferrets trying desperately to get water while the others were searching for crumbs of food in the food bowl.

I promptly found an employee and showed her the one trying to get water. Her response was... He will get water when I get to it! Ok this baby was clearly needing water. For 25 minutes we waited and she never even came back.

I found another employee and her response was... He will be fine they fill the bottles and food bowl every morning! This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. This ISN'T the first time we have found pets…

I purchased a tag for my dog less than 3 months ago. It was engraved with her name and it fell apart this week. The plastic fell off and luckily I found it because my puppy could have choked on the plastic that fell off.

I went to the store to find outbid they would replace it. My dog wears it around her neck and it just fell apart. I believe it should have lastednlonger than 3 months. We returned to the petco in Closter NJ - I am a routine customer as I live in the town.

The store manager Cindy said it was not their problem since they can’t return it because it was engraved. I found this response to be rude and o can not understand how this would not be replaced. Please advise. Should a dog tag only last 3 months ?

Our dog has used your grooming services quite often with no problems that we were aware of. He is 14 years old and has dental issues that he has had since we began using your services. The groomer was aware of this since the beginning.

Today he was scheduled for his bath and cut. We got a call saying to pick up Scooter that the cut could not be completed. When my husband arrived there he was told Scooter was aggressive. He was sent home half cut and discharged from your services.

When I called the store for further info. I was directed to Clint the store Mgr who told me Scooter had been aggressive at his last visit. Nothing was relayed to us at that visit so why did they allow Scooter to be scheduled for today.

The live handler who got the budgie I purchased tonight seriously scared and injured the parakeet when taking him from the cage, the handler used a net instead of her hands to grab the budgie. While this isn't that bad, the bird was terrified, and she grabbed him in the net by his neck to get him to not flail around, but was just choking him, and twisted the net around so that it was stuck in that horrible position.

During this time I asked if I could please coax him to perch on my finger, because seeing her strangle him was horrible (I've bought budgies before and this is NOT A NORMAL WAY TO HANDLE A BIRD, NOT ACCEPTABLE AND ABUSIVE). I placed an order online for a Trifexis on 11/14. After placing this order I realized it was the wrong product I ordered. I immediately called to cancel this order and was assured by the rep that it was taken care of.

I have called customer service three times and my credit card still has not been issued a refund. This is unacceptable. I would like this to be taken care of immediately or I will have no choice but to call my bank a file a complaint.

I live in Hawaii and have ordered SEVERAL time over the years. 90 surcharge for anything shipping to Hawaii. I tried speaking to customer service, but since PETCO seems to outsource its 800 number it is VERY DIFFICULT to communicate with the customer service reps because their English Language skills are not the best, but that is ok.

I placed an order on line- order # 18304387939443 (11/8/2019) That order contained 3 different size PAWZ Rubber Dog Boots; XX-small (12.00); M ($15.00); and Small ($14.00).

The XX-Small were too small for one of my dogs I exchange at store #1686- for XSmall. And paid $7.56 more for the exchange. Very disappointed... That was more than the Medium size I had purchased on line. This is exactly why 80% of my pet purchases are made on line, and after this- I will search Amazon- i would rather make a return than pay $7.56 more for an exchange.

I went to PETCO today because I received a coupon about FREE dog food. As a college student working two jobs and being full time at school, I will obviously use this coupon. I went in and there were a few employees who were eager to help.

I know one of them. His name is Chad, he's awesome! There was also another guy, who is slightly on the thicker scale, with a very nice beard who helped me as well. They're AWESOME.

However, when I went to checkout my items (got a few toys for my dog), the guy was not nice at all. I asked to check for the prices and he seemed annoyed that I had asked them. Then when I gave him my coupon, he took it and didn't return it to me since there were other coupons that I could use.

To whom it may concern: I brought my dog to Petco today to get a face, feet and fanny haircut, trim her nails and teeth brushing after her training class sessions. Let me start off saying how her appointment was at 12:15 pm and I was called to pick her up at 3:56 pm.

She is a 3 and a half pounds dog, meaning she's pretty small. After waiting 3 hours and 41 minutes, my daughter picked her up for me and I am not going to try to word this out nicely. I was extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the final result.

I am a frequent customer at the Petco in Salem NH. The last few visits I have encountered an employee named Cassie. It seems she's always in a foul mood. Tonight after waiting 20 minutes for an employee to come to the fish department, Cassie comes along with two other customers. They wanted Ember Tetras.

My friend and I were planning to buy them also, but there was only one in the tank. Cassie was searching the tank for other ember Tetras and my friend and I said "if you're looking for the Ember Tetras, there's only one in the tank" .

She whipped around, gritting her teeth at us and snapped "I know that! I'm looking to see if any are behind a plant". If looks could kill I would have exploded in the spot. Even the customers she was helping took a step back.

For the last few months when we have taken our two dogs for grooming we are often treated rudely by associates at the Canandaigua Petco. Multiple times we have been told that we need to make an appointment for a walk in grooming service, which the results in us unable to get the grooming service we came in for.

Then when we do try to make an appointment for the walk in grooming service over the phone we are told we cant make an appointment for a walk in service. We then explain about having to make an appointment, and we get attitude because of it and are told it is a walk in service and we cant make an appointment.

My therapist suggested aquarium keeping as a way to relax. It seemed like a great idea. I have a 30 gallon tank that my 5 yr old son and I have lovingly put together piece by piece. He loves ot, I love it.

We've spent a good deal of time and money on our setup. I had never been to Petco. Your prices are significantly better than Petsmart for supplies and your fish enrichment area is stellar. I purchased quite a few fish and some plants from your Metrocenter location.

Upon purchase, all the tanks we purchased from appeared healthy. Shortly after, all of the new fish, except an albino cory had started to develop white spots, or ich. I immediately captured and returned all spotted fish. My tank had been fine.

I find the conditions in which live animals are kept in the Durham store are inhumane and in no way meet the animals' needs.

For example, in the aforementioned store, two ferrets are kept in a small glass cage probably not much more than a 50 in cube. There animals have nowhere to hide and no stimulation - apart from fighting with each other.

Not only is the company mistreating the animals but you are also signaling to customers that this is an acceptable way to house them. Mice don't fare any better having to live in small open spaces on shredded cardboard instead of straw and nowhere to curl up and sleep and feel safe and are only provided with clear plastic small 'bridges ' which don't give them a feeling of security. It's all totally unacceptable.

I wanted to order some things from Drs. Foster and Smith and I find out Petco has bought them out. Ok I'll order from Petco. The first thing right off I get a man who cannot speak American of any kind that I can understand.

, I tell him I can't understand what he's saying. His comment to that is - 'Oh'. Like he can't believe I can't understand him.

Finally we got around to me telling him that I didnt have an item number for the first item. I had to spell it for him which told me he couldn't understand what I said either. So after spelling it I thought he said he could look it up.

He said something about the number. I don't know what he said. I just sat there trying to think what he might have said. He spoke again. I still couldn't figure it out.

I am furious with Petco and will not be doing business with them again. I have been ordering from them for years and it took a supervisor to make me realize that I no longer will be purchasing any products from them.

I was continuously lied to and was spoken to very rudely. I had a repeat delivery on an item that had increased without my knowledge and I was rudely told by this supervisor that they don't have to tell me nothing if a price increases.

I told her that the previous person who transferred me to her was going to do a courtesy reduction on my last order but this supervisor said "no" that she was not going to do that either. Apparently you people seem to have enough customers that you can afford to lose a repeat customer that has been ordering from you for years.

My wife went to the Petco at 2615 Medical Center Pkwy, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 on 11/3/19 at approximately 10am for a walk-in grooming service for our lab. When she arrived she went to the grooming center where three employees were apparently trying to fix an issue with the store's printer.

Several minutes went by and not one employee acknowledged my wife's presence. Approximately 20 minutes passed and finally a female employee asked what she needed. My wife asked for grooming service and the employee asked if the dog had been at the store before.
