I have cancelled a Petco repeat delivery and still received the product three weeks after cancellation. When I chatted online I was told the order was not shipping and that I would be refunded. The next day I received the order and no refund.
When I try to contact Petco now I can't chat and I've been on hold with Petco for 37 minutes just waiting for a CSM to pick up.
Also, they have my payment info and won't let me delete it from my account. I want to be rid of them for good. They have been nothing but headaches since I started using them, first for my dog's flea and tick & heartworm meds, can't get the RX...
