I wanted to let someone know how unhappy I am with my last three repeat deliveries. With each delivery, some of the cans of dog food were so terribly dented that I couldn't open them. When the first shipment arrived with a few cans dented, I thought it was an accident.

Then, I recently purchased 4 cases and each cash had dented cans. Naturally, I have cancelled my repeat delivery and will now purchase my wet dog food in person from a new store that opened in my area and stocks the Hills wet dog food---Pet Supplies Plus.

We took out dog to your petco vet clinic in 1483 NJ-23 #14b, Kinnelon, NJ 07405 earlier today, first of the lady name Nancy claim she is the manager, but she handle the problem so very unprofessional, and i heard the male vet argued and gave a hard time to his client next to me, both Nancy and the male vet are so rude and nasty.

I saw a couples of customers just walk out the clinic, because both if them gave them hard time, I mean this is a business and should be professional, Nancy don't even know how to operate the system in there, she has to ask the store gm to help her. I can't believe it.

If I could give a 0 I would. I realize these people are "Just working there" and they are relying on the fact the a corporation like petco is just too big to care if they loose one irate customer.

Honestly really disturbed that I went into pet co and saw a dead fish in the tank that looked like it had been dead for several days. It was DISGUSTING and concerning that the dead fish would be left in there for that long.

It was so gross I was genuinely brought to tears over sadness thinking they’re not even taking care of these fish enough to notice one’s been dead for days; aren’t fish supposed to be fed daily? How haven’t they noticed?

Are they not feeding them everyday? Is that why they haven’t saw it yet? Who knows. All I know is that I am extremely DISGUSTED In pet co

I ordered items to be delivered from petco. Total of 4 items. One item was being delivered today (by DoorDash per the petco rep Bobbi). I did not receive that item. I paid petco for this so I called petco.

Bobbi at petco told me that even though I paid them I had to go DoorDash but she had no info for them for me. There is no way for me to find any DoorDash information that I can see on the website.

The picture that is shown doesn't give a number. On my door dash account, this delivery is not shown. So per Bobbi on that phone call Im pretty much screwed. Is that the way your customer service goes? Why is there no link for the people you subcontract hire to deliver our packages?

How is anyone held accountable? How do I get either my package or my money back? I would appreciate some help…

I was very disappointed when I took my dog to his grooming. I walked in said good morning n didn't get a response back n I stood there for a few minutes n wasn't even asked if I needed help.

She kept typing away n then when she decided to help that's what she did. She was very unprofessional. I did not get her name. When I came back to get my dog, I was not acknowledge either. I always take my dog there to get groomed.

My complaint is not with your customer service however your Chaska Minnesota store is currently undergoing renovations which they are doing a wonderful job with however your reptile care is significantly lacking at this store. Two weeks in a row now I have visited your store to pick up insects for my reptiles and have found a bearded dragon deceased and a Australian whites tree frog also deceased, these two animals were not recently deceased but clearly dead for a significant period of time.

The bearded dragon clearly decaying, and the tree frog completely bloated and floating upside down in the water dish. The associate I told the bearded dragging about was clearly distraught about it and took care of it immediately the associate I told the tree frog about didn’t seem to care whatsoever.…

I placed an order for a flea and tick medication and within 5 minutes of placing the order realized I added the incorrect medication. I used the chat feature and the rep told me that cancellation was not guaranteed!!!! I said it had not even been 15 minutes since placing the order and the vet was closed so verification and approval for the medication wouldn't even happen until the next day.

Still said it would not be guaranteed. True to their words I got an email within the next 20 hours that the medication had shipped. I immediately called and explained the situation and rep and the following manager said they could do nothing about it since it had shipped.

I was very upset because it's as if they don't care. How hard is it to make a few clicks in the system and cancel an order?!?!?…

I had my dog, Murphy groomed in Petco in Hanover MA last Saturday at 8am. When he came home he was shaking his head like there was water in his ears. Within 3 days he had a severe ear infection. I had to take him to the Animal ER in Bridgewater where he had to be sedated have his ears cleaned out and medicine applied. He is no on antibiotics for 10 days - he was in tremendous pain. The bill was over $300 and I missed a day of work due t the negligence of the Petco staff at Hanover, MA.

I would like a refund for the grooming bill plus the medical bills and we won't even mention the cost of an engineers salary to be off work for an entire day. The most painful thing is that poor Murphy suffered needlessly - and that poor dog was dragging his head along the floor - couldn't walk straight.…

My daughter and I came to the store searching for a bigger tank for her beta fish. A woman who worked in the fish store was “helping” us.

Any question we asked her, she would look up on her phone. That was the first clue she truly had no idea about fish yet there she was working in the fish section.

She told us to use purified water in the new tank. She added that it was better for the fish. Little did we know that this is the worst advice you can give to a fish owner. As a result , he was poisoned from the water and died a few days later. A different pet store took him for us to place in their sick tank. At least they tried. The manager said he was sorry and would speak to the staff member. Offered nothing else. He said that it was most likely too late and the fish would die.

I normally only shop at PETCO until todays visit when I noticed the price of canned dog for was exactly .50 cent an can higher than Petco. I asked after filling my cart be more realizing if they match the local PETSMART pricing which they said they do not match. Now I have four hungry Goldendoodles so I get 5 cases and a XL bag each time. I ended up going to PETSMART saving $60 on just the canned dog food.

Sorry PETCO but you are going to lose customers including this one, not that you probably care.

I have been using PETCO grooming for almost 10 years at the Potrero location in San Francisco. About a year ago, when services resumed after covid lockdowns, a staff member by the name Angelica began telling me that she did not want to groom my dog anymore, stating he was "too dangerous".

My dog is a 20 pound shit-zhu. He is a licensed and trained ESA animal and has never demonstrated any signs of aggression in his life. He has been getting groomed his whole life. The groomers e's had have always done an excellent job and no one has ever reported an issue except Angelica.

I came in June 1st looking for things for my turtle I was going to buy a tank, water treatment and plants. she went looked at them and all the stickers that were underneath the aquariums were dated for 5/31.

I asked her if I could still get it for half off because it wasn't my fault that the tags were still there she said no because y'all were short-staffed and they were still pulling tags.. 12:00 in the afternoon.

My repeat delivery was interrupted. According to the customer service representative my credit card was not being accepted. So I gave them a new credit card. According to the customer service representative again stated that all has been rectified. But it has not.

I’m still not getting my repeat delivery. And incidentally There was nothing wrong with my first credit card according to my bank. This is caused nothing but frustration. I’m not sure if I’m going to get my delivery or not.

If I wanted to go to the pet store to get whatever I needed that is what I would have done. But because I’m 75 years old I’ll need it delivered. Get your act straight or I’m going to Amazon.

I been to petco 3 times on highland and park in Memphis tn. I live one hour away and I have been told they couldn't sell me any fish even though I came between the hours I was told to come they didn't say anything to me and

I have been a customer of Petco for many years and have always been extremely satisfied with the service. On Sunday, June 3rd. I visited the store located at 77Street and 31st Avenue. The store was filthy, what I thought was water on the floor was urine and it was everywhere.

I used the bathroom and the top of the toilet had not been cleaned in weeks. A film of dust and dirt covered the top of the toilet. I will never visit that store again and it is my hope that you institute the same procedures done at other stores where the shopping experience is a pleasant one.

My May 24th, 2022 same day order still has not arrived on June 2, 2022. It has been 10 days since the same day order was placed. Besides being out of dog food for the past 7 days, I am pissed that I was taken for a fool to believe that same day delivery would actually occur.

i've been having my dog groomed at Petco since 2020. i have this app on my phone which is supposed to provide me with a free groom service after the 8th time. i've called on more than one occassion to get an understanding of why i hadn't gotten a free groom service yet and finally last month a rep told me that there were two accounts she would merge into one and

I went to the Ann Arbor Michigan location off washtenaw. I have always had great customer service there. But I was extremely upset leaving the store today. One of the workers (not running the register) came up to me because my dog was growling at people.

She came up to make a comment about my dog making noise. Now she is just a puppy and we are working to get her socialized. She gets very scared of other people and skeptical of them especially when we are in a store and she feels like she is getting back into a corner.

Having my puppy lot up in a cage for 7 hrs to be seen by a Doctor whose doing surgery that day. My puppy never been lock for no more then 3 hrs for a hair cut . Took her in at 10:15 am and have to go back at 6 pm to get her so they can see why her ear is red.

If the doctor is doing surgery that day why don't they schedule people to bring their dogs in on a another day or later on in the evenings when the doctors finish up doing surgery I am passing off because this is the 2 nd time this happen to me . And then when I get my dog home she stress out for being lock all day.

My dog swallowed a possible object. Knowing this detail, the veterinarian gave him an ejection which prevents regurgitation. We took my dog to the emergency room and were told that due to taking this injection, given by the Petco veterinarian, they can not induce regurgitation, and if it turns out he does have a lodged object, surgery will be required.

Petco should have never given this injection prior to conducting an x-ray exam.

Hi I recently moved to Laredo, Texas. We have 2 Petcos here and since moving here in 2018 we have struggled getting worms and crickets for our lizards. They never have any food for these pets.

Also when and rarely whenever they do have worms, they're always already expired worms. It would be nice to have available food for my babies. Being we only have those 2 choices for food gets annoying and frustrating. Please fix this problem soon.

I brought two dogs to Petco to get their nails trimmed. On one of them they did not trim all the nails now they’re crawling up into her paw. They charged me full price which was unreasonable. The second dog they did a really lousy job on trimming his nails.

I feel like they didn’t even take the time to try to trim her nails properly know my little dog is suffering from this. I am totally disappointed in your grooming services. when I made an appointment with I was there to get information I was kind of pushed to make an appointment.

Treated rudely by Sean, PetCo employee at Rolling Hills Estates,CA store on May 20,2022. Immediately after purchasing items I noticed the price I was charged was significantly higher than the prices on the PetCo app. I told my cashier and she told me that if I had told her at beginning of the transaction she would match the price, but that she would still refund the difference.

Staff was very rude twice over me not coming in early for grooming because they were available. The cancelled my appointment twice without proper notification. They have been grooming my pup for almost one year after todays visit I can’t be seen going forward because my pup is too nervous funny how it happened after I answered back to management and remind them I pay for service it’s not free.

I visited the north Little Rock AR store to purchase 6 small goldfish. The lady began to interrogate me as to where the goldfish were going. I told her my home. She asked me the tank size I said I wasn’t sure bc I have a tank and a pond that I will be putting them in for entertain inside and outside my home .

I called the Petco located in Asheville, NC at 825 Brevard Road. The reason for my phone call was to see when their brand, Wholehearted, would be going off sale. The representative put me on hold and came back and told me that they had no idea but it was corporate who decided when items would go off sale.

She suggested that before I came to the store was to look the item up online and if it was on sale but not at the store that they would honor the online sale price. it's called price match guarantee.

I find it odd that this is their own store.

They will select certain customers and swarm. The dog groomer acts like and claims to be the store manager. When you call and ask to speak to the actual store manager they won’t connect you. It’s a carnival going on there.

Tonight I made my second attempt to patronize the Sanford, NC location. For the second time my family and I were met with contempt as a short haired "lady" seemingly barricaded the door with her body. " Then she proceeds to yell directions to that store.

Well, that was the best thing about this visit as a) I'll NEVER attempt to set foot in Petco again. B) I'll tell EVERYONE within an earshot to avoid this place like the plague, and c) that "lady" has made me a lifelong loyal customer to your competitors.

On April 7th I took my dog in for a groom at the Fallbrook Petco location. A fairly new groomer, Parus L groomed him, but when we took him back he was in extreme discomfort and when we got home was scooting his butt on the floor and biting his tail/ butt.

I checked him the following day and noticed that he was slowly getting a rash. He was extremely nervous and was biting himself from the pain. He didn't want to stand, he couldn't walk, and I couldn't even pick him up, he would just kick and cry.

I took him to a vet and they gave us an ointment so that it wouldn't get infected. This is unbelievable, a pet could get seriously hurt from something like this and in all honesty, I wont be coming back.

We took our dogs in to get their nails trimmed and buffed. We have taken them there for years and have had a good experience. When we arrived today the groomers were busy and even mentioned that they might not have time for us.

We offered to come back at a later day without any problem, but they moved forward regardless. Our dogs are anxious and can be difficult when it comes to nail trims but we try to be upfront about it. One of our dogs, Grayson, was having a difficult time and was struggling.

The groomer, Juan, became very rough with him and was strong arming him, trying to finish quickly as they were busy at the time. Once he finished he took a spray bottle and sprayed Grayson in the face before taking him off the harness and returning him to us.

I had an appointment at 2:45pm and they had me wait over 30 minutes to get my dog groomed. They didn’t even take an hour to groom my dog and when they called me to pick him up his paws weren’t shaved , he still had pieces of hair on him like he wasn’t brushed and he was super wet.

He never had left the grooming place like that ever. The worst service today ever. Not going back the manager didn’t even help me out with anything. Location was in federal way. Super disappointed with todays appointment and stylist.
