Never been the best quality but I have expected that. Last night, Sunday evening, received call stating need a clearance from vet for grooming or my dog’s appt for Monday 1:30 will be cancelled. Sunday evening?? Seriously?? The vet was doing surgery Monday morning so of course can’t get the clearance.

When called Petco and appt was cancelled, was told could not reschedule for same week. While I was stating this was unacceptable service and I would share my story with others the groomer told me to have a nice day and hung up on me.

Outrageously inappropriate when Petco caused this problem in the first place. Clearly don’t care about their clientele at all, makes me wonder how they’re really treating our fur babies!!

I wanted to share my horrible experience at Petco in Glen Cove. C. registered breeder. My Dog Theo is enrolled in two different programs, one in training for service, And for obedience at the k9 center on Long Island. C. K. C. website.

There I saw Petco in Glen Cove, I finished Obedience 1 and 2- with Christen the trainer and then enrolled for the 6-week program with Christen. Which I completed- during that time- Christen many times canceled the class as well as setting a class and never showing up, I called the manager a few times and explained my frustration.

I sometimes would show up and there was No trainer, giving me tons of excuses.…

It was my first time going to petco W-Dundee store number #00647 I was helped by Angelina. She never greeted it was like if I was forcing her to charge me for the item. I will never go back to this store again.

I prefer going to the one in schaumburg, the have better customer service. You guys need to start hiring people that speak Spanish and people that love working.

I been sending him for full grooming from the beginning knowing and trusting that they do the full service. till the last visit that was on 3/5/2022 that the groomer informed me that they couldn't get to his ear this time!

and that I should take him to the vet for cleaning it because merlin was biting them witch I did. I called the vet and I took him on Tuesday the 8th. and I tell you it was the hardest time of my dog life so far, the Vet told me his ears was never been touched or cleaned and it took 4 people to hold the poor dog and

clean his ears witch we found out he had an ear infection from the amount of hair inside. I will send you pictures and you can see yourself. he has been going there for 5 times since he came home.

I am complaining about the company not returning dog food that made my dog sick. com on Jan 2022. Since this was the second time I was prescribed prescriptions dog food that made my dog sick I wanted to return it and get a store credit.

The store refused because of their"30 day policy but even though the vet already took $3000 and I spent a lot of money changing his food, I feel I should be able to return it since it made him constantly throw up . The order number was 80561990071066

00, plus sales tax. 5 lbs. That part was great, however the bad part is I have been trying to purchase the disposable tray and blue crystal litter. In Kokomo it is never in stock, I was told today I could go on line and order it, to fuel my anger to order it on line it is "out of stock" .

00 plus tax for a box I cannot use. I certainly feel you should refund my money for a self cleaning litter box that I can't use. I have purchased many items from Petco and I am sorely disappointed in the service I received.

Now I will either have to go back to my old litter box or find one on amazon. I certainly will not do business at Petco again. And the Kokomo store is terrible. I have been in sales for over 30 years, it is really a good thing to wait on people and maybe help them.

I took my dog into the groomer at Petco back in June of 2021 they cut her nails so short and cracked one in the wuick for which a few vet visits later had to have my dogs toe amputated...my dog also contracted a secondary infection that has left her in bad shape....my dog was completely healthy and now her health has declined to the point that I probably will have to have her euthanized....I would never....ever....recomend anyone to your grooming facility

The groomer at the front desk was not friendly and they overcharged me for a haircut for my small 10 lb. pomeranian and blotched my cocker spaniel's haircut- I attached a picture here. I will not be going back to Petco for grooming.

I place an order on February 16th for 1 case of Hill's Science Diet cat food. When it had not arrived by February 23rd, I went into the chat room. And I also called. Neither agent could find my order.

They also informed me that they cannot use a customer's name to find an order! They use the zip code or the email address. Petco could find neither. This is the year 2022 and they cannot find an order using the customer's name? This is rank incompetence.

They also informed that they could not refund me because they could not find the order.

After wasting more than 1/2 hour on the phone and in chat with this incompetent company, I filed a dispute with PayPal. PayPal. But PayPal wants the order number or an invoice but Petco did not send me one. However $50.39 was deducted from my PayPal…

Took my baby in for a bath and trim and she came back with cuts and plugs. No one called me or notified me of the mishap. I noticed that she was nipping at herself for a couple days but thought that maybe she was trying to clean herself but after inspecting her, I noticed that she had been cut with the clippers in 3 different places.

Dyllan didn’t say anything and because of her spots, it wasn’t immediately noticeable when I picked her up. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO HER. I should’ve listen to my baby when she was reluctant to go back with her.

Everything I ordered was supposed to be on repeat delivery price and they charged me the non-repeat delivery charge on top of that they charge me the tax that goes on top of the non-repeat delivery charge so I’m filing a complaint with my credit card because I’ve contacted them five times about this issue and although they changed it one time they changed it right back and yes they gave me pals rewards but that doesn’t even cover the prices I should have been charged for repeat delivery

I placed an order on January 18, 2022 for same day delivery. When the order was delivered, one item was missing. I called the local store and the elderly clerk told me to come and get it myself. the reason I was getting a delivery was because I have a broken ankle.

He did not offer to help me and wouldn’t even contact the DoorDash driver. I tried calling the driver myself and of course it was a non working number and she didn’t respond to my text message either. I don’t understand how she can deliver an order with a missing item when the delivery tag specifically stated 2 items to deliver.

I guess knowing how to read isn’t a job requirement. I feel I should be compensated for all the trouble I had to go through to finally get the rest of the order delivered 6 days later. And although…

Last Tuesday I placed an online order to be delivered the same day. Later that day the order was delivered but an item was missing. I called the local store and the elderly clerk told me to come and pick it up since he can’t reach the DoorDash driver.

I had purchased a Halti harness for our puppy based on your stores recomendation. 4/19/2020 The Puppy did not do well with it and fought the Harnees, so we brought it back. We were told the store was not excepting returns at that time and to hang onto it and the reciept for a full refund. We then purchesd a new EZ walk harness. I called the store several times to be told each time they were not taking returns yet. Today i was told this iisue was to long time ago and I could only recieve a store credit. I have called and spoken with two C/S reps at 877 738 6742 to atempt to get a resoluton. The first put me on hold for over 20 minutes and never came back. On the return call, the second call hung up. My son and I were just harassed by 2 employees here. We were the only people in the store at 730pm. The first women came excitedly out of the back towards us with a handful of useless masks and asked if we wanted them.

Anthony, the store manager, is extremely rude. The store is an absolute mess. The bathrooms are beyond disgusting with piss on the walls and toilets. I over heard Anthony discussing what seemed like private matters with several of his employees in the front of the store where everyone could hear.

I also had to wait several minutes at the front waiting to be helped while he "took a smoke break" right in front of the store by the doors. (disgusting to smell) Will not ever be back to this PetCo because of his unprofessionalism and how dirty the store was.

I've been to the Greensburg location multiple times over the past few months to grab supplies for all of my animals and I've noticed a significant decline in animal care in the past few weeks. I understand the holidays were happening, but I don't believe that should be a reason to let your animals suffer.

Checking out the small animals I've noticed a lot of them did not have any food. I know hamsters can be prone to hoarding their food elsewhere, but I don't think I've ever seen a guinea pig do such thing.

Their waters were nearly empty and they had a very large guinea pig in with a very small, maybe couple months old guinea pig. Moving on to look at the birds I noticed the same thing; the food and water dishes were close to empty.

There were also so many birds in one singular enclosure…

I order an item online. The item was backorder and I was not billed at time of sale. When I cancelled the order they then billed me and the customer service rep said that my money would be returned in 7 days for an item I never had in possession and only billed after cancelation.

I messaged with Jeffery and he said he would give me a $10 coupon for the inconvenience. He didn't send it. So I spoke to another representative and he said he would only send $5. When I contacted the 3rd time trying to understand why I was still billed for the item that was canceled and to find out about the coupon they were even less willing to help or explain.

Jordan explained she is just doing her job. This wasn't a good experience. I then orders on chewy for cheaper and it shipped in a 2 days.

so I moved my two dogs there for grooming. Jessica left and Maddie took even greater care of my dogs!!! NOW I'm told Maddie is gone. no matter what questions I had asked her. I did NOT appreciate being talked to like I was a child.

When I initially called this morning I asked for her days of availability so I can call the CARPET team to clean our carpets while the dogs were getting groomed. This is how we always coordinated our baths without ISSUE!!!

Marissa TOLD ME she had availabilities next week to call the carpet people first and book them then call her back. I DID just that. she grew upset by this and the call went downhill from there. So I had to call the carpet people again and rescheduled their appointment.

My dog's grooming appt was for 3pm on 12/30/21 at the Pflugerville, Tx location. When checking in for drop off, there was four groomers on shift that I saw. Around 6pm I had yet to receive a call notifying me of my dog's status for pick up so I called the grooming and store line multiple times.

NO ONE was answering either line. Since it was getting close to the store's closing time and no one was answering the phones I went ahead and drove back for pick up. When I got to the grooming desk there was no one tending to customers who had arrived to check in on the statuses of their dogs.

My initial appt was set for 12/29, Petco contacted us requesting to reschedule for 12/28, we were happy because our puppy got sick 12/24. On 12/24 we made an attempt to contact Vetco on Ave. Y as our pup was not feeling well.

They were closed and we had to visit a VEG, where they recommended we follow up with our vet on next appt. We arrived 20 minutes late due to pup still experiencing some issues. As we arrived we were told that we were late and could not be seen.

My cats had worms . Went to petco to buy Bauer dewormer. Called first was told yes they have it. I am disabled senior and when I arrived at store. There were no shopping carts. When asked for a cart was told by a heavyset guy.

There is none do you see any. I told him I couldn’t walk all thru store and carry litter and big bag of dog food. He let out a loud sigh and I apologized for being disabled. It’s not my fault there are no carts.

If I could do zero stars I would. This is the second time that I used the grooming service at Petco. The first time was a dream. The groomer was so sweet, asked me several questions to make sure she understood what I wanted for my Yorkie, Ella.

She did exactly what I asked her to do and she even came out asked if everything was fine and I told her how good she looked and thanked her. TODAY, however, was a completely different experience. The groomer I had prior was not available so I had set the appointment with Sierra.

When she came to take Ella back, she was very cold and non-personal which gave my daughter and I some concern. Ella's fur was quite long and had gotten matted so I knew that she may have to be cut short, except her head was fine.

4 fever and was not feeling well. She completely ignored my health and told me I had to come in at 8:00am because there was no other openers. In fear of my job, I went into work and could not function correctly.

After an hour of working I had to practically beg Leslie to allow me to go home. She responded that it was my responsibility to work this shift and nobody could come in. Eventually a worker in the grooming salon saw how sick I was and volunteered to take my shift and let me go home.

I’m wanting to complain because Leslie Rains is not fit to be an authority figure at all. She is lazy, disrespectful and does not care about the well-belling of her employees. I am still sick and trying to recover from this illness (I just took a covid test so I will find out soon if it is covid).

A month and a half ago I placed an RX order #72989322144383 Code FKX628. O. Box 66500 St Louis, MO 63166-6500. After several weeks I never received and e mail or my order. When I called Petco, the CS Agent told me that was an old address I was given and she told me to mail it to: 17014 NE Sandy Blvd Portland OR 97230.

Poor customer service. If you work in retail where you have to interact with the public you must be personable. I was standing in line for over 10 mins and not one sales rep excused themselves while 3 stood at a register helping someone do a return.

To that end another associate went over and started doing a return on another register. Just piss poor service. Working with the public you need to know who you’re dealing with and watch out. The world isn’t always so kind.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is very, very poor. I had a 9:00 am appointment on October 16 --I stood in line after a lady with two of my dogs and at this time there was 1 customer in front of me.

One of the workers with blue hair came from the back and walked right passed me and checked the person's dog in who was clearly behind me in line. The only difference that I can see was that we were not the same color.

My puppies needed to be groomed and clearly their hair was too long, but I did not want it cut that short, but the guy was telling me that their hair would need to be cut about a half an inch above their skin. DROPPED MY DOG OFF FOR GROOMING ON 10/3/2021 AT PETCO BURLINGTON VT. I GOT A CALL 2 HOURS LATER SAYING THERE WAS AN INCIDENT WITH MY DOG AND TO MEET THEM AT THE LOCAL ER. WE CALLED PETCO BACK WITH NO ANSWER.

, located in Simpsonville, South Carolina. On September 27, 2021, I arrived at 8 am to groom my pet dog at this location. The manager named Kaylee, asked me for his vaccination record. Unfortunately, I did not have them, so I told her that I would be back with them.

Before leaving the store, I asked Kaylee where I could read the vaccination information. This is where things went left… It’s not what she said but how she said everything. Kaylee treated me as if I asked her to do a crime or I didn’t have the right to question her.

Would give it zero stars if I could. My husband brought my showcase golden retriever here because our usual groomer( who is amazing) was booked too far out and we needed a trim. Poor dog was clipped with add on brush, looking like someone went with scissors on her piece by piece.

Think farmer clipping a ship. Not only they destroyed her coat and undercoat, it was done so poorly that apparently there is no guarantee her coat and undercoat will ever come back to the same texture. When I called the owner she refused the refund and said 'bring her back in so we can fix it'.

There is NO WAY this place is ever touching any of my dogs again, and if you don't want to destroy yours, I would stay away. Best of it - their excuse-your husband signed the paperwork!

Regarding Petco, Monroe Ave. Rochester. N Y. My dog had an appt for 10/12/21 but on 9/20 received phone call from a rude groomer that needed to reschedule appt time for earlier in the day(after already rescheduled 2x for date and

time) She then went on to say no one cleared it with her and looking at history my dog had an overload of mats and she was refusing to groom him. When asked to speak with mgr she quickly hung up the phone and left me and my dog high and dry.

This is unacceptable behavior for someone representing your store! My dog has been groomed by Petco(also Culver Ridge Plaza) for years now and am no longer going to be supporting your stores. This was more than rude to me and very disappointing of your groomers. Thank you
