Don't ever order on long from petco. You get lied to by customer service numerous times. They pretend to be supervisors and have us nothing but excuses for 2 days. Now my dogs will be out of food tomorrow and we are out of town.

Not ever using petco again and will makes sure this is publicly posted.

My dog's image was used as the poster advertisement dog for the Vital Care program. I found that out when I went to petco yesterday to buy our dogs' food and there it was!! ll printed in the announcement. I asked that this be immediately gotten out of circulation. I NEVER authorized the use of my dog for a commercial reason. If it is not, I will proceed to file a lawsuit.

On 7/17 I scheduled a grooming appointment online with PetCo at 2340 Holcomb Bridge Rd. In Roswell, GA for 4:15 on 7/27. My confirmation number is 25234966. I completed all the information, including birthday of dog and medium size per weight chart from the website.

My husband and I rearranged our entire day around this appointment. We received several email and phone call reminders before the appointment and even on the day of the appointment someone called and left a voicemail asking if we could come earlier.

I tried to call back and let them know we could come earlier but no one answered or called back so we went at the scheduled appointment time. When my husband took Bucky in, there was all kinds if pushback on the appointment.

Finally the store rep claimed that he was over 13 years…

Yes I bought a fish from Petco that was a predatory fish that they had entertained claiming it was a community fish that a pretty low pierced and wiped out my tank at the house the corporate office told me they were going to refund me for all the fish and for my time in trouble will take several of the routes and the girl told me $300 they didn't deliver on that at all after 2 weeks and then told me I had to talk to the store once I talked to the store they called me at 8:30 in the morning it was a guy named Chris would not give me his last name so

Unprofessional in the absolute since that i can put this in. Its like going to a vet ran by high-school kids. Never taking my pets back there ever. Setting a appointment is more of a pain in the butt then driving the cat in its self.

The $10 per month pet package is worthless if they cannot even give you good service on a normal visit.. only take your pets here if your despite and have no options of other vets.

Cat grooming - for a nail trim is impossible to have done at any of your PETCO stores near me. I don’t mind driving to the two that are located within my ZIP Code area and the neighboring area but for me to drive more than 20 minutes to a store farther away is an inconvenience.

I was told one of the stores no longer has a cat groomer and the one I normally go to only has one and she’s on vacation and there’s no one to take her place. I just need my cat’s claws clipped but over the past year it’s been more and more difficult to make an appointment with a Petco store that actually has a cat groomer on site.

It is very disappointing- PETCO caters to dog grooming and does not offer similar services for cats. It’s not right. I am a consistent customer that routinely shops for cat food and…

Today, Thursday July 22nd, 2021, I called the Petco located on 1750 East Gun Hill Road in NY and at first I got some rude rep who knew nothing of what I was referring to and hung up. I was more upset that I didn’t get his name.

So I called again, and got Christine. Just by her voice alone, she immediately gave me a sense of compassion to help. I advised her of my dog and in need of a pain pill. I can sense by the background noise, the store was busy, but Christine immediately assured me that she will help me find the right product and will not get off the phone until she knew I was satisfied with what the results of her findings and she was right.

She recommended the perfect pain pill for my pup and within minutes I was getting dressed to head over there. I hung up the phone so relieved…

I have been Petco customer for a while and recently spent hundreds on a new aquarium sytem including all the needed chemicals.

I am no novice when is comes to Aquariums as I had some prety big ones in the past. I could most likely teach the people in the fish dept few things.

Today 7-21 -21, I went to the Middletown NY Petco for a couple of fish for my newly cycled tank . Just making conversation to the young guy in fish department. I happened to mention that my tank was newly cycled and these two fish would be the first in my new tank. He then went to get some kind a supervisor and he informed me that he could not sell them to me in an uncycled tank.. treating me like sort of a complete idiot . I tried to enplane the the tank was already cycled and do not need a lecture from them…

This afternoon July 21, 2021 around 1pm I went into the Petco in Danbury, CT on Sugar Hollow Rd. I went to the front of the store to ask the cashier for help in the aquatic department, there was one person on the floor no other person working the floor. When the cashier called for help I stood there for 7 -10 minutes. The racist assist manager or manager came towards where I was standing looked right at me and answered his cell phone turned around went to the back of the store, he didn't say excuse me or I'm sorry I'll be with you soon he said, NOTHING!!! I went to the front and looked at the two cashiers and they both looked at each other like "Why didn't he help you?!?!" So one of the Cashiers had to come help me and answer my questions!!!

I live in Hutchinson, KS. We have a Petco here in our town. Hutchinson is a small community. One of our teachers/ coaches was recently in a severe injury accident. Our community as a whole has come together to support and rally for this man and his family.

We made some donation jars to distribute at several local businesses. I took the jar into the store 2 nights ago and spoke with the manager. She was pleasant and said this gentleman was her coach and she is happy to help.

She took the jar and said she would speak with her manager in the morning. I also left my name and phone #. This morning I got a message from this man's mother. How many times does someone have to explain what happened? Saturday night, July 17th, I placed an online order for the Watertown, NY Petco store. When I went to pick it up, they didn't have the whole order. I ordered a 2 pk of Advantix, a 4 pk of Advantage II, and 30 lbs. of cat litter.

They did not have the Advantage for XL dog. If I ordered more than $50 I got a 20% discount. The clerk double checked for me, and they had Advantage for Large dogs, so I took it. I tried to tell them I should get it at the same price as the XL, but I was overcharged.

50 for the new large one I replaced the XL with. 32. So then I call the phone # for Petco, and get some guy named Daniel that I had a hard time understanding. He told me to e-mail him a copy of the transaction, which I did.

Amy from Syracuse Dewitt Petco (store 292- Erie Boulevard) is absolutely disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. Her tone and behavior towards a volunteer rescue partner of the store was appalling. It was implied by her that it is because she has a lot to do, but there should be notice taken that no one should be spoken to in that manner due to her busy schedule.

I don’t know any store or business that would allow their employees to speak to people in this way, so Petco really needs to step up and correct this.

I went in to purchase a fish for a fish tank my son had got recently. I told the employee helping me how I had a brand new tank that I just got that was looking for some fish to put in it we spent about 30 minutes looking over fish finding ones that were compatible and

then out of nowhere he refused to sell me the fish saying that my tank wasn’t suitable for those type of fish. He recommended I go with the beta, So I said let’s get a Beta then, Well he also refused stating the tank was it set up properly and I had to go buy some special ph, bacteria leveling components first.

I placed an online order Saturday night, July 17, 2021. I ordered a 2 pack of Advantix, a 4 pack of XL dog Advantage, and kitty litter. 73. When I drove to the Watertown, NY store on Sunday to pick it up, my order was lacking the Advantage II. 18.

I have had a guinea pig for over a year now, and this pig is my baby, I love her so much so I decided to get her a friend. We purchased a small 5 month old female from Petco.

When we took her out of the tank they keep them in, she sneezed multiple times as I was holding her. It's known that guinea pigs should only sneeze at most 4 times a day and she has already passed that number in the few minutes I held her.

I asked if the employee is her or any of the other guinea pigs were sick. The woman assured me she was not sick and that ALL their guinea pigs do that. She didn't seem to have any other side effects and they told me it would be safe to have my two pigs together once they were accustomed to eachother.

I took her home and all seemed well other than the fact that her sneezing fits…

I made a grooming appointment for my 2 dogs at the Federal Way Petco. I had to wait three weeks to get it on an open Saturday which is understandable. I showed up on time with their vaccination records. I was told that my oldest dog could not be groomed that day because he is too old.

He really needed to be groomed because of the 3 week wait. I informed the associate that made the appointment about all of the health conditions for my dogs and how old they were so I don’t understand why this happened.

My oldest dog is blind and deaf and it is very difficult handling two dogs when one can’t see and is scared. The lack of consideration and how rude the associate was at the time didn’t help the situation.

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. The grooming leader Kim, at the Sayebrook store lacks customer service skills. I made an appointment via the app yesterday for my two dogs who happens to be medium/large breeds.

The 5:30 and 5:45pm slots were available so I selected them. I had not chosen any groomer in particular because I wanted the availability. One of my dogs really needs a haircut because she overheats, and since there were two slots I decided to have my other dog groomed as well.

(Vet Clinic) Today, I had 2 appointments with my 2 dogs in Egg Harbor Twn Ship , NJ They needed 3 vaccines to each one. My first dog was very friendly and he got his 3 shuts but my 2nd dog was friendly too but he look a little bit nervous and that is a normal behavior because he was in a new place with new people.

Today I had a horrific grooming experience at the Ramsey office. Had this appointment for a month for three of my dogs. This morning a girl calls trying to cancel one of them until tomorrow because someone called out. I explained that I had two other dogs going today and could not go tomorrow and she told me just to bring him.

I showed up with my three dogs and another lady came in right behind us with her dog. I dropped the three of them off and not even 30 minutes later I get a call saying that she cannot finish grooming my dog because he's going to bite her whenever she tries to do his face, legs or chest and

that I need to take him to a vet to get groomed or sedate him before I bring him and come back another day.

Meanwhile, he was groomed there by Justine without incident on Easter…

My complaint is about the High Pointe manager, She is extremely disrespectful to Employees and never shows them respect. when I was there shopping I over heard her say that an employee didn't have the brains to do his job when she was interviewing a young lady for a job there.

She has also occasionally told a groomer that if she couldn't do her job then she's in the wrong profession when the groomer wasn't even fully trained because a groomer went on maternity leave. This manager either needs to get her act together or she needs to be fired because she has poor management skills.

I've been told I can't bring my dog to the groomer at my local petco. The first reason I was given was that I tried to get same day service too much, the next reason. I was given was that I don't have my dogs rabies shot updated, which by the way I was told when I was in last time.

So I got his rabies shot updated. After I told the store mgr this, I was then informed that I was banned from the store because I said "Fuck" when I was In last. And while I did use profanity it was because I had forgot the rabies shot paperwork it was not directed at anybody and was a general statement.

If I could give zero stars I would. We have a golden doodle and have taken our pet to be groomed several times. Today we took him to be groomed after waiting 3 weeks for a appointment.

First we were told they could not groom him due to his facial hair. We have never heard such a excuse not to groom a pet. Then we asked can you just clip his nails? We were then told our pet was too nervous!

Why are you even in the dog grooming business if your employees make every excuse not to groom our pet? I will make sure everyone knows not to use Petco in Peachtree City Georgia to groom their Pets. I feel this was definitely racially motivated being that the store is in a predominantly white neighborhood and we’re black!

I ordered food three days ago that the vet recommended. 99 deducted from my bank account. I have made multiple calls to Petco where my order stands. Every time that I call, I get some bozo from another country that I cannot understand.

I placed an order for Acana Dog Food same day delivery within the time frame it stated. I even spoke with customer service about my account the same day I placed the order. To find out, it was placed into UPS hands to be sent the next day.

If I could give my experience a 0 out of 10 I would. I had an appointment to get my dog groomed. My dog was barking as we were waiting to be seen. She finally came out after 5 minutes.

Looked at my dog and said she couldn’t do it because her hair is too tingled and said that my dog was too hyper. I asked if she could at least cut around her eyes and cut her nails , she said no and sent us on our way.

I planned my whole around my dog getting a cut today. I wish we would have known a head of time that they are not trained to cut all dogs. We have gone to other companies and we have never been turned away.

If she had tried and than told me she couldn’t I would have understood , but she didn’t even try. She seemed like she just wanted to go home and didn’t want to spend the time on my dog.

I recently subscribed for the repetition of food orders for my dog. I am very disappointed with the service. It resulted in excessive expenditure. 16 with taxes included. This is a deception and its promotion leads to error. Right now I do not even know when the shipment will arrive and I will most likely have to go to the store to buy food which almost triples my expense.

Petco in River Forest,IL , is where I go. I have 2 dogs. Vet told me that that one of my dogs has to be put down due to large tumor in his stomach, only a matter of time. I have been doing all of his favorite things all week which included going to the petco for his treats.

I spent a lot of time there just for him. I picked up a 25lb bag of wholeheartedly food, 2 bags of wholeheartedly treats (chicken stick treats) and a whole tray of cookies. My dog most likely won't see his next birthday in 2 weeks son bought a big birthday cookie.

A few people stopped to say hi to my dog. It made me feel a lot better. Issue came at checkout. Brandon asked if I had a rewards membership. I said yes and entered my phone number. I told him I thought I may have a free bag of food.

Cashier Zia at the 1878 Arden way store in Sacramento California is VERY rude and off putting. She told me because of my job which she asked me about that I “suck... like I literally suck” soooooooo rude and uncalled for.

She thinks it was funny or cute but it wasn’t. I will avoid this store at all cost because of her. I don’t know who gave her the right to speak to people that way but that should never happen.

I don’t even know why she would be hired to work at the front of the store if that’s how she deems suitable to talk to people that come in and are frequent visitors of this store. Regardless of what I do for a living I should never be made to feel this way by a Petco employee who knows nothing about my life.

Very upset with my dogs grooming just now at store #02512 helped by #403636. I will never go back to this store or Petco. I paid for a Anal Glands and Mini Make Rover. I made an appointment yesterday for bath and grooming, Fanny trim and nails.

They only cut one nail in the front and the back and didn’t to the rest of the nails. They didn’t do the sanitary trim or spray him! I’m am going on Yelp, Google and every search engine possible and write a bad review.

This is highway robbery and cruelty to my dog. Is this what Petco is about? How your still in business is a mystery. How does this store get away with this sort of so called grooming?

On May 24, 2021 I registered for Level 1 basic dog training with trainer Tamlyn Asari. Training was to commerce on June 21, 2021, I showed as scheduled and noticed the area wasn't set up for training. I inquired with the cashier and was informed the trainer quit.

Cashier called the store manager to see me, the manager said the trainer quit 2 weeks ago. I never received any notification from anyone informing me the class was cancelled and I am extremely upset. I made an unnecessary trip and didn't receive any apology.

" I find this entire ordeal unprofessional. Had I received a call or text telling me the class has been cancelled, it would have given me time to look for another trainer. Again this was extremely unprofessional and bad customer service.

So today after dog park , I’m going pick up my online order at petco 5850 Sepulveda Blvd Van Nuys, CA 91411. There have lil kittens for adoption, so my dog and I just walked by and see the kitten, my dog was really calm and no jumping no exciting, just sitting there really claim to watching the kitten.

and grant ave. in Philadelphia Wednesday, June 16th to buy fish. A Male employee was helping a customer get fish and there were three people waiting together before us. As he was finishing helping them, a female employee with dark, curly shoulder length hair, walked over and rudely demanded he stop selling fish and then walked away to her register.

She wasn't busy and didn't even acknowledge the customers with an apology. I am appalled and very upset. After waiting nearly 30 minutes, we had to leave empty handed and so did the people waiting behind us. This was around 7:30 PM, not near closing.

M. 1960 Houston Texas 77068. I was taking my dog here to get groomed and everytime I would pick up my dog he had burns all over his body litterally 15 to 20. They tried to tell me it was his skin so I trusted them and took my dog to vet.

Come to find out after using another groomer he was perfectly ok and smooth no burns . Other groomer stated the clippers were dull and hot to do that to my dog.

On Monday June 14, 2021 my husband dropped my mini schnauzer off at petco in Aiken, SC for a 12:00 grooming appointment with Stephanie not knowing the day was going to turn in a nightmare, Baby is a $1,500 dollar 16 month old puppy who was very active and very healthy.

When my husband picked him up after the grooming appointment life as we knew it was gone, Baby not only looks like he is from outer space camp he acts like he is also. My puppy has diarrhea, he can stand up for long, he is sleeping a lot, no balance and jumps at the sound of a fly on the wall.

I will never take him back there again. He saw his cry last week and he was in perfect health. I will contact a lawyer in the morning and see what rights I have in this matter. This puppy did not deserve to be treated bad nor get cut…

com for my dogs to be able to get in and out of the truck. The weight rating is 150 lbs and the steps collapsed under my 136lb dog on only the third use. The plastic pegs folded up and will not snap into or seat in the holes.

They wanted pictures of the item which I sent a week ago, and never heard from them again. Today on the phone I am told that the request for refund was never requested, and they want me to wait longer for their third party vendor to respond.

I did not buy from thirdpartyvendordotcom. I paid PETCO for the item. People who answer the phone only issue apologies and excuses, for an hour, all day, that is all they are good for.

I took my terrier in for grooming. When I picked her up she was lethargic and not herself. They said she was fine. Three blocks from the store she threw up a large quantity of pink foam! Clearing this isn’t normal.

I called and they said they never medicate dogs, I will not return for grooming or the other supplies I get there and will tell anyone I can.

My complain is about pet service in person I Make appointment clearly tell de crew members I want grooming bath full service first time for my dog when I went to go bring my dog employee told me the appointment meant was only a bath and the employee said she can make a new appointment the next week because they were busy it makes no since that it’s only a bath when I said I want a grooming,I wouldn’t recommend petco. The person in charge is unprofessional.
