Had an accident with a progressive client policy #03756378 on 6/11/22. Client struck right side of my vehicle as I was waiting for traffic light. My Claim #227047114. I have since sent my adjuster pics of damage. Multiple calls to voice mail and have not as of yet been contacted personally. I've attempted two escalations.

Filed my claim on June 6 2022. Talked to my claim manager on the 7th of June 2022. Was told the adjuster would be out the next day. Waited on a call from said adjuster and never received a call.

Reached out to my claim manager and no response.

Finally on June 13th I filed a complaint through the telephone with progressive and through Facebook messenger. Got a text from claim manager saying the adjuster would be in touch the next day.

Finally got a call from adjuster and claim manager had him in Ohio looking for my vehicle and I live in Arkansas. On the 17 th I talked to new adjuster and he had determined the vehicle was a total loss and my claim manager would be in touch with me.

On the 20th of June I reached out again through Facebook messenger and was told I should hear from my claim…

Your insured hit our vehicle on 5/23/22 , I filed a report immediately with you. We have police reports , pictures , etc. At first we were told you would be paying the claim but had to first investigate, but since then all we have gotten in the run around and flat out ignored!

The day of the accident YOUR insured “ had NO recollection of the accident”…… and then last week more than 2 weeks later said the van was stolen, so NOW you have to investigate more. I called all the law enforcement agencies in the county and not one of them had a report that that van was stolen on the day of the accident and there’s no report that that van has been stolen as of today, so there is no report.

I shopped and found a better rate with Progressive, so I switched. At the end of the first 6 month term (which I was told there was no 1 year term available at the time), my insurance rate went up 50%.

There were no changes, tickets or accidents... all they could come up with is that I got a discount when I signed on initially "online". I don't recall seeing or hearing anything that my rate would go up 50% after my first 6 month term; and I am sure there are no commercials on TV where Flo mentions that either.

So what's up with the bait and switch ??

President Biden implicated that all individual that paid insurance be given a refund from the insurance company, I have been a proud member of Progressive insurance company for many years now. Unfortunately your company will not send me a refund -I called customer service and was told "my check is in the mail" that was on 05/06/2022, I also went to my insurance retail store and didn't get any response on why my check hasn't arrived.

I would like to know where my check is, and why i haven't received it, Please contact me by email or phone listed above. If we can not come to a mutual agreement i will have no other choice but to seek legal action.

I have been a progressive customer for several years. I was in a no fault accident with an uninsured motorist. My experience with all my Progresive adjusters is the same. They don’t get back to you. I have been told by 4 of the adjusters that they would be the only person that I would have to deal with. That was not true.

I feel like they are treating me like I caused the accident which I did not. Horrible experience so far

This company will not return any calls or emails. My vehicle was rear-ended by a progressive policy holder and after over two months I still have no answer on what is happening with my car. Originally it was taken to an auto auction for "repair estimates" and was listed for sale on their website, while I am still the legal owner.

I had it moved to another shop and its been there for over a month. I have left many messages and sent many emails and still nothing. I finally went into the shop and they informed me that progressive approved the repairs and they were in the process of doing it, without my signature or approval.

This is truly the worse experience I’ve had with filing a claim with any insurance carrier. I’ve never heard of being asked to provide cell phone records and personal bank statements to be reviewed by an agent of Progressive or any insurance carrier for that matter!

They have been delaying our claim for weeks claiming they need further investigation. As if the Police Report and video footage isn’t enough.

Furthermore their agent continues to ask their customer to retrieve records and do their job for them. Had I reviewed their complaints I would have never done business with this company. They should spend less money on commercials and more on customer service and lack of.

I was involved in a car wreck where a Progressive client hit my van & im a commercial progressive client. My windshield was damaged severely with 2 cracks that come straight from the impact corner across the entire windshield. Progressive agreed to pay for all damages because it was a progressive progressive case.

Now that they have that they are trying to deny my windshield damage saying that there is a rock chip that was in the windshield. Bottom line is my windshield wasn’t broken before the wreck and immediately after the wreckage shattered all the way across to the driver side coming from the impact point.

This is absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service.

even so other companies for the same circumstances are not even more than 300 why are they so high. When I called them on their dishonesty they tried to offer me a partial refund not good enough. If you are thinking about it run like hell over to geico or mercury they are all overpriced but these are crooks who don’t even offer good customer service

This email was sent to my representative in charge of servicing me for progressive insurance and they will not return my call, answer my email or give any other correspondence. And he is in charge of my well being. This is not acceptable.

supervisor Irvine St. Jean hung up on me today and wont return my voicemails. The adjustor Elizabeth Rodriguez lied to me and said that the appraiser offer was issued and nothing more she can do that was the second week in April.

No check, no payment even issued as of today. They took my vehicle that I was driving as a total lose and rental car was only for 72 hours. I have spent so much money on insta cart and lyft for emergencies.

My kids have had to miss school and I am looking into an attorney......

This company sucks bad. I am the responsible one who has great insurance. They sell a cheap shitty 15K max policy to a gal that rear ends my wife because she was texting on her way to college. Our car has been in the garage for 4 weeks and still nothing from progressive.

They want me to use my insurance when they are the ones who insured the driver. I think I know their game. Sell as many cheap no coverage policies as you can and then always tell the people who your customers hit that they don't have enough Insurance and then you need to file against your own.

Basically they are a company that only cashes premium checks but they never pay out. STAYYYYYY AWAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Progressive Insurance in the worst insurance company on the planet. There was an object on the highway that came into my view after the car in front of me ran over the object that I could not avoid (due to drivers on both sides of me) and that I could not identify.

I ran over the object and it ripped a hole in my gas tank, and I just found out (2 to 3 years later) that Progressive counted that as an at-fault claim because and they said that I was at fault for failing to identify the object (on the highway, at highway speeds) and for not avoiding it, even though I was in rush-hour traffic in Atlanta.

The insurance laws in the state of Georgia are written in favor of insurance companies, and by counting incidents like this as at-fault claims they intentionally cause insurance rates to go…

I have had a claim (228821704) open for about a month now and have ABSOLUTELY NO CONTACT from Jerrica, the claims rep. I have not been notified of any changes, updates, offered a rental car, Nothing!

To say I am upset and disappointed is a understatement at it's least! I currently carry an insurance policy with Progressive, however, I will be looking else where for this exact reason! This claim has everything needed for quick resolution. We took pictures of the driver's ID, picture of insurance, and pictures of the accident. We also had a police report filed.

We have been without a car for this exact amount of time as well, NO ONE has contacted me with any help what so ever. This incident happened in GA, however the car is now in NC.

I would greatly appreciate at least a courtesy update…

Had to cancel state vehicle inspection because progressive has not been reachable by internet, app., or telephone all day and there is no way to get a copy of my insurance cards. Their website says it's down for "routine maintenance", something that is obviously untrue. This is totally unacceptable.

I am sorely disappointed at Progressive’s complete and utter disregard to me as an insurance company and the processing of my claim after an accident. It took them almost 4 full weeks to tow my vehicle to the repair shop.

Everyone, their own tow company even, says it should take like 72 hours. The absolute lack of compassion for my situation, the extreme absence of any assistance as to the delay and how to process the claim and their inability to support me in the situation is incomprehensible.

I would not recommend Progressive Insurance to the worst person on Earth. Once I have my vehicle back and am not relying on them anymore, I am filing a lawsuit in hopes that this type of matter does not happen to anyone else.

I got a rental car that was comprable to mine. I drive an SUV so I rented an SUV. it was the middle of winter and I drive 45 min each way to work, I own my own business and that's why I have an SUV.

I was told by one agent everything was covered , then I was told by another that it was considered an upgrade ! And last but not least I was told that they would gladly cover it because I was Alloted 5,000 from Progressive and my repairs were not near that amount. 00 bill.

They are impossible to deal with in every way. The last agent I talked to named Justin actually called me and said "I have great news for you everything is covered and I should expect a check in the mail" Do you believe this?

I submitted proof of Qualified Health Care Coverage to reduce my premiums. I have sent this information five different times via email to underwritingform@progressive.com and upload@email.progressive.com. Each time I called to find out why my premiums had not been adjusted, I was told that they never received the document/it did not qualify under the requirements, which it does. Finally today 3/7, I spoke with someone and was told to fax the document to 877-280-5587.

Due to the Progressive team stating that they didn't receive the document via email (proof of health coverage attached to the emails), my past premiums will not be adjusted to reflect a lower premium. I have been with Progressive for a long time, but I find this to be unfair and unacceptable.

I’ve called my agent 15 times in the last week left multiple voicemails and messages, I have not been responded to once, I’ve signed my titular over weeks ago and they have not even sent anything to my back showing the car was totaled. Service rep "Keith Overall" did the absolute worst job helping and staying in communication with us. We have waited 3 months to even have our car seen. Why would Progressive insure a car they aren't able to fix? There isn't a single body shop Progressive is willing to work with, none of them will service our vehicle make. My complaint is about the so called adjuster Michael Dickey I was in a accident on December the 30th 2021 today is March 1st 2022. Mr. Dickey has not call nor has he emailed me one time during this process. I've spoke with Mr. Dickey one time and it's only because he answered the phone. Our vehicle was a total loss and I have yet to receive the payout total. I have to call everyday literally and to no avail. This has been the worst experience ever. I reached a level gold rewards with their rewards program which included "small accident forgiveness". Had a fender-bender with no citation issued, however- my fault. There was NO small accident forgiveness. THEY RAISED MY RATES BY $$32 A MONTH. Then came my 1 year renrwal; they raised my rates another $$40 per month.

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my life! The way I have been talked to and treated is disgusting and embarrassing. Do not try and get any help from Michael Montanez or his supervisor Tyca Ferguson, who took no action or steps towards holding him accountable for the way my claim was handled.

They have lied to me, spoke down on me, they have pushed me to the point of crying my eyes out for the way I have been treated. Do not ever go to them for help. You are better off switching to State Farm.

And from the looks of the 1 out of 5 star reviews that they keep adding up, I think every one who has posted on here would agree with me.

I can not wait to cancel my Insurance Policy with Progressive. I deeply regret that I did not speak to my family before joining Progressive. They are a rip off and display no consideration whatsoever for their customers. I am kicking myself for not dropping them when they raised the rate on my Insurance only after a few months.

That was my red flag!!! I complained and they lowered it, which I was satisfied but still side eyeing them. I had been with an Insurance company prior to joining Progressive for 30 years and they had not gotten to the amount that Progressive has me at now.

My 4 wheeler was stolen and I called and filed a claim the adjuster was really rude to me and did not help me at all. long story short she ended up closing my claim due to not receiving the documents she requested.

When in fact I sent them to her the day after she requested them. Then I called to to follow up on my claim and she was even more rude to me and told me I was no longer with proggrssive due to being canceled.

I have been with progressive for years now and I am super upset about how I’ve been treated by this company and plan on leaving as soon as they eventually resolve my claim. I just got a renewal for my policy and they increased it by 30% what I was paying when I never had an accident.

Someone tried to steal my car and vandalized it and I made a claim two months ago and no one ever called me. I have never spoken with my claims rep(I called him 36 times and his supervisor and left dozens of messages over two months)and I’m out thousands of dollars trying to repair my car the way it’s supposed to be handled by you guys.

Change my card information so that it would not charge the account that I did have on file. They tried to charge the account that I changed it to and since it did not go through they went back to the old account and charged it putting me negative.

Then they tell me there’s nothing they can do. How about don’t fucking charge the account that was taken off, it was removed for a reason! I had a bad experience with a claim also

I was on the phone with an agent that called me to complete my roadside assistance request and he was so rude. I was trying to ask him if he could direct me to a website or send me information on my policy information.

He told me that my policy was out of date, there was a slight language barrier so I understood why he wasn’t answering the correct question. He was getting irritated with me asking any questions and hung up on me.

Im writing this review for hopefully someone to help me, i had a car accident in august 2021 my agent is rachel holmes and she docted 1,500 off my car for wear and tear when there wasnt any and i have called and called to get things worked out regarding my gap insurance they will not pay for my car due to her docing money that wasnt and

didnt need to be docted and i want to get to the bottom of it she its completly unprofressional ive called multiple times on this manner in the past few weeks and she hasnt gotten back to a single one.
