My I was totaled my truck on Dec 7 2021, I have a 2012 ram 2500 Cummins, so progress decided to compare my trucks value again 2 gas trucks and one diesel. I then said that was unacceptable, so they came back with 2 diesel truck to compare against, except they were from a old deal add in Sept 2021 and not even forsale, so not current with market values.

They wont budge on their low ball payout offer of $18,200. I found my same truck with similar miles at dealers for $30,000! And sent them numours listings!

I filed a claim back in October! I still have yet to have my vehicle returned! In the meantime I have fell behind in all my bills and loss my job due to no transportation! I was unable to afford rental insurance and the claims agent acted as if me losing my job was not an issue!

I am writing to try to get in contact with someone – an actual human / claims agent – to file a claim against Progressive regarding one of your insured drivers – The alcohol related incident involved fleeing the scene and a subsequent arrest.

I have been attempting by email and telephone for a number of days to get through to a claims agent in order to get the process underway to transmit digital images and estimates for repairs on the damage – so far I have had no response except the one below - obviously automated - and indicating a response within 5 days, it’s been almost twice that now. Neither have I been able to get through to a real human by using any of your telephone numbers which are all designed to help your insured, but apparently not the victims of your insured. . .

On September 28, 2021 I was sitting still waiting to pull out on the highway. There was traffic coming from both directions (2 lanes & a turning lane) a woman attempted turning into the parking lot I was waiting to turn out of but she turned right in front of oncoming traffic!

There was an 18 wheeler coming down the road & when she turned right in front of Him obviously she was struck pretty hard & it then threw her truck directly into the front of my GMC Denali causing quite a bit of damage. So I call the claim rep assigned to my claim Shawntelle Hanson left a voice mail, She specified I would receive a call back if I called before 3pm same business day. I phoned in at 6:45 am. 2 days later no call.

Dont say your going to do some thing and not for 1. 2nd ever time I call the phone never rings it always goes straight to voice mail. ed up it needs fixed. I've had progressive for year's and never had any issues until now.

Very dissatisfied disappointed with Shawntelles handle on the situation.

If I could give none stars it will be the best rate for Progressive. I submitted a claim with Progressive on October 15, 2021 and today is almost a month and still issue persist. I had my catalyst converter stolen from my car while I was at work, imagined it was not my fault at all.

I spoke with Tina my claim rep and specifically told her this is my only vehicle to go to work as well I was not aware I was not cover for rental insurance, another thing they did not help me since Progressive categorized all clients to get rental insurance as a temporary due to accidents but once again I was no involved in accident my issue was theft that was reported with police.

However, Tina was very unhelpful because she still made progressive took my car to an awful shop and till this day my car is not…

I was in an accident on 10/29/2021, and I called to file a claim. No one has contacted me yet and an adjuster has already been assigned for my claim. No one has called me to find out how the accident happened, nothing.

I have 3 differ vehicles that have hail. I got 3 different adjusters. I asked them to assign to one rep and I was told by 3 different people they couldn’t. Then they told me to take all 3 of my cars to the shop and drop them off for their appraiser to go look at them.

I don’t have rental because one of the cars is an extra. I asked them to send someone to my house. I am 6 miles from the shop so I am close and it is more convenient and makes more sense for them to come to me then for I to be inconvenienced and

On the August 22, 2021 I was rear ended by a Honda Civic my bumper was smashed in pretty good the Honda Civic was undrivable On the same day while pumping gas it clicked like it was full I assumed that it was the pump but it did it at every pump I went to for two months until I got it fixed so it took me 15 or 20 minutes to get a half a tank of gas.

So common sense is it happened from the accident progressives is telling me no it didn’t it’s a common thing with the ram. So when I talk to the adjuster the said it’s the best thing to do is not to say that the problem happened with the accident.

I have never dealt with an insurance company with poor customer service. My vehicle was in an accident on 9/13/2021 and they just told me it is totaled. I had one claims person that if I didn’t call her she didn’t call me.

Now I have another ones and I have e called Angela 3 days with no response still. I will never recommend this company based on this experience and will go back to USAA where they actually care about their customers even though I may lay a little more.

I like to be valued for my money.

hello my name is adrian After sending them photos of the damage, a film and a valuation from a Nissan dealer where the price for the repair was $ 5,900 subtract my deductible $ 2000 = $ 3,900 Mr. accidents are from 3 some other accidents which is not true.

The next day, he called me back and said that he assessed my damage at $ 1000 and they could not pay me anything, and they took the money for months, years and years very willingly. I now need almost $ 4,000 to repair my car, and they are giving me a serious problem.

Wogule did not answer the phone and only called once a week. They played very badly with me from the beginning. They advertise on the tv that they are helpful and solvent, and in fact it is as described above, thank you.

I was involved in an accident in my truck I have taken all those necessary steps with my agent to file my file my claim and get my vehicle inspected further damages to have it taken to a shop to be fixed this has gone on for almost a month or over a month my car is still in my yard has not been looked at The communication is terrible I've been told my car's total and nobody's even seen my vehicle This is very frustrating as I need my vehicle to go to work and I have kids And it just seems impossible to get anything done about this

Claim #: 21-4368567 Accident on 9/4 and YET to receive a phone call from rep!! I’ve spent hours waiting on hold to get a claims reps to help. I look online today and cargo van is a “total loss”. My vehicle values at 46k repairs per shop is 14k.

I was hit by a car on Sept 2. Until the agent can confirm liability I file a claim with my policy. From the start the agent began by telling me what their not going to pay. It was determined that the driver assumed 100% of the liability.

My phone was damage and I own the phone instead of charging his insurance $1200 for my phone. I told them I would settle for them paying the deductible. I'm 100% service connected vet so I went to the VA hospital for my X-rays and Doctor needs.

I bent over backwards to lessen the impact of the driver and progressive treated me like I was trying to be less than honest with them. The agents want you to do all the work and then when you call and check on the claim.

They're beside themselves cause you want a little info. Bunch of jerks.

It's time to renew my policy. I pay for 6 months at a time. I've had to carry an SR-22 bond which is due to expire November 6, 2021. Their telling me that they cannot adjust the new policy so that I don't have to deal with calling them again on November 6 and have it taken off the policy.

They also want my money paid in full and then I have to wait for a refund. This is a company that I am paying for their service and they can't run my info and print out a new 6 month policy so that it's taken care of for the next six months?

They want to make it a hassle for me? I think that's really sad they are that lazy. I'm not renewing the next 6 months with them, piss poor customer service.

The estimator made a repair shop try buffing direct metal paint off my car even though he was told by numerous people it wouldn’t work. Now my new car is full of round scratches from the solvent and buffer. I have called every number I can find, nobody answers and nobody will call me back.

We took our Mercedes to the shop in March of 2021 to re-address an on going issue with the sunroof leaking and was told by the mechanic that they had damaged the drain tubes trying to clean them and that caused water to pool in the floor car and because of that the leveling system was now damaged in the car and needed to be replaced at a cost of $1500.

When said to fix it and was notified a day later by Mercedes Benz of Durham, that due to some corrasion on the line leading to the leveling system the estimated cost would now be around 15K for a wiring harness as well and wanted to know who had the warranty to the vehicle.

Someone hit me back in July 22, 2021- today is September 8, 2021- It took weeks for them to get an appointment for me to drop off my car. In the end Iv waited over a month for that appointment(supposedly made by the agent) when I arrived At the dealer to drop off my car on August 30th, as i was told too- Gunn dealership told me there was no appointment.

Wow after waiting this long. I then made my own appointment while I was there, the earliest they could take me was September the 7th. I dropped my Vehicle off 8:30 am on the 7th. TODAY is September the 14th and the dealership just sent a text that NO ONE from Progressive has went by to approve repairs so they can get started.

I think I need to terminate the insurance with Progressive. I have been insured since last 3 years and now first time my car impacted due to the flooding and I am not getting proper response and communication from Progressive.

It's been 10 days now but still my car is at my home location. Towing company is not coming to pic-up the car and Progressive is not keeping the current status. It could be very minor things to my car but still nobody looking into it.

Only SRS warning and TPMS lights are blinking now and car floor needs to clean up and dry it. Earlier the check engine and VSC indicator was blinking.

My payment due date was August 29th, and my payment needed to be loaded on a debit/credit card in order for progressive to process my monthly payment. So on August 25th which was my payday I made sure I had loaded the money into my card in which progressive has my account info on in order to receive payment each month from me.

( The money for my September payment which was due on the 29th was on my card sine the 25th. On Sept 2 after work I'm checking my email so I have an email from progressive stating " make payment to avoid policy cancellation" .

road side service is horrible; On August 30 we blew a radiator hose while up in the Santa Fe Nat'l Forest. Good road, not a problem. I have full coverage but they said I was over the miles, paid $46.

Then contacted about the furthest tow company and then didn't finish the contract with them for payment. I called them and they were still waiting for Progressive to respond. Then another tow company called me as they went to him.

They told us he was 110 to 220 minutes out. He was 6 hours out and he actually had told them that. They told him we had a Tahoe, we do not, we have a full huge 4WD Suburban, and the guy admitted he did not have the correct tow vehicle for the weight of our vehicle.

I had a claim filed against our policy. Our vehicle was not damaged. This incident occurred on 8/1/2021. This claim has been assigned to 3 different agents. I have caught each one of them in lies and submitting fraudulent documents. I can't get real answers. And now that I have called them out on their lies and fraudulent documents no one is responding to me! I have emails and other documentation.

The claim it self is a fraudulent claim and when I asked for proof of an actual investigation I was lied to repeatedly. It has now been 23 days after the incident, and they now want to try and investigate. How do you investigate something that happened almost a month ago?

I couldn’t pay my bill online so I called 16 times with 21 hours and 14 minutes of wait times until I finally reached a rep. The rep said my policy cancelled and she had to reinstate it. She had me pay the amount to reinstate and said I was all set.

Now my policy still shows no coverage. I called in and they are saying she gave me the wrong amount to pay and it wasn’t reinstated. They said I can pay the remainder and they can reinstate but she had to check with a manager.

Manager came back saying they cannot reinstate. What is going on at progressive? I have no insurance and I have a verbal commitment and a payment associated with me having insurance. Please help I so exhausted from this experience.

Called for Emergency Road Service Saturday evening around 7:30pm EST. Waited for over an hour on a dark country road. , On Point. They claimed they couldn’t come because they had 2 flat tires! Called Progressive back and they were clueless and finally said that they would dispatch another service.

They ended up dispatching the same people! I ended up calling 911 and the police helped me. The worse part is Progressive didn’t call me back until Sunday afternoon!!! They are the ABSOLUTE WORST! ’

This is not a just a question. A vehicle that you insure struck my car from behind at about 65 to 70 mph. Traffic slowed down just like the orange signs said and he just didn’t slow down. This happened on 7/29/21.

I had progressive insurance for 2 years and it was a commercial policy for 1,000,000 dollars. Took me days to get my papers and I never got a declaration page that was needed for dot. Took over a week. Numerous times I got a payment back and policy was cancelled.

Sammie William's was my agent and when I would call I'd get the run around and never her 90% of the time. I wouldn't recommend them for anything.

Honestly, If I could rate this company a "0" I would. I brought my car in over 11 days ago, with not a single phone call or email regarding the damages yet. I was told it would be 2 days to hear from someone about the appraisal.

I called and emailed after 5 days with not a single email or phone call back. I called rotary collision hoping they had been there and could give me some sort of information, NOPE. They haven't seen or heard from them at all!

The fact its been this long and not a single person has given me any information or even looked at my car is just outright ridiculous. I get people are busy, I work in retail myself but I would never treat my customers this way!

Picked up my cabrio convertible today with new top. Man said it was the first convertible top he had put on that insurance did not pay. He did say he would pass along that information. He said insurance had paid for tops what ever the damage to top was. Why not mine?
