On June 15th I hit a ladder on the freeway that had fallen off a truck insured by Progressive. The damage to my car was a shredded front passenger side tire. The cost to replace the tire was $310. I have been waiting (and given the run around) for a month for Progressive to reimburse me for the cost of repairs even though they acknowledge that the driver of the insured truck was at fault.

I am fortunate that I was able to pay for the repairs myself and get my car back asap but this is unacceptable.

We had an accident 3 weeks ago, we are told by the adjustor and the website that the car is totaled and someone else calls and says it isn't. This has been going on for days. On top of that we have been called liars.

We will pull all of our accounts from this company and perform to the State.

I am extremely disappointed in Progressive Insurance and their denial of responsibility for my vehicle that was damaged by their insured driver. All though no ticket was issued, the police report clearly states that their driver was responsible for the accident.

Progressives claim representative would not give any reason for their denial and only stated that their not giving me anything for the damaged caused to my car. Progressive's insured driver turned left into oncoming traffic and is clearly at fault, the facts are backed up by the official police report and yet Progressive Insurance will not accept responsibility.

This accident has caused me great financial hardship and it is truly unfortunate that Progressive Insurance with billions in assets would simply waive responsibility.…

I have five kids, one of which decided to try and save money by changing his policy from State Farm to Progressive. Today I took my son's care into the dealer to get his air to blow cool. I thought, whom', maybe I could get his cracked windshield handled at the same time.

Kind of like killing two birds with one stone (lol)! Wow, my experience with Progressive and their relationship w/ Safe light.! I spoke with over ten employees and was transferred between Progressive W2 employees and affiliates and third party entities etc. etc.

I have the worse treatment with customer service my agent could not changed my parking address to new garage address I have to call them and I was treated with no respect if my money was not worthy paying what they decided without any explanation. I paid the policy they decided that they woul not change my garage address, today I have to renew my Policy and they decide that garage address is going to stayed with the old address . Ok until you need to use one of there services then you really see how things work. Tried to use there road side assistance and after what I had to deal with changing insurance companies after being with them for 18 years.

4 hours later and no help or anything from progressive side. Multiple dispatches they say and nothing. But I did get a lot of excuses from progressive that's one thing the company is good at.

I just started a policy with progressive. I had on my sheet that my suspension date was on 6/16/21. I called to pay but they said it cancelled on that Sunday. ( I am glad I do not drive my vehicle everyday.

I drive for a living. My vehicle was at home) Now I go to check on my registration for my vehicle and get my policy number and it is suspended again. This time for not having a copy of my license.

Your client 17 years old hit my wood fence on June 10th. The girl did not call Progressive to inform them that she hit my fence. I have chronic back pain!! I was informed to get my estimates as well as the pictures!!

I live out in the country . I am still waiting on Progressive to fix my fence. There simply is no one that does wood fences. I did get my neighbor to agree to fix my fence as he knows I am a senior with chronic back pain and he is able and willing to fix my fence.

Yesterday, 18 June 2021, at approximately 1500 hours (3 pm CST) while traveling east on Hwy I-10 at about mile marker 615, just before the exit ramp connecting to Texas Highway 130 North, my Forest Green, 2015 Chevy Silverado High Country Edition pick-up truck was involved in an accident. In front, and slightly off to the right, in front of us, a Dodge Ram Dually pick-up truck with a two-axle, fifth-wheel trailer on it, threw the driver’s side, rear axle tire and wheel.

Pictures taken later make it appear that the axle bolts all sheared off, giving the wheel and tire the momentum it needed to do what it did. The wheel from that vehicle’s trailer blew off the trailer and went airborne.

It landed directly in front of me, slamming into my front bumper, and then seems to have continued end…

I had a vehicle stolen and left at the repair shop it was stolen from. Progressive has left me high and dry. They advised me to let the mechanic at the shop it was abandoned at check it because it would cost too much to move it to a reputable one.

When a half inspection was done progressive said they wouldn't help because it was less than deductible. They never discussed my stolen property and never did a test drive. Now the Leon holder has repossessed the vehicle. Because we wanted a more thorough inspection.

That's it and we are being told oh well. I pay for insurance to get nothing. And now the agent is lying saying I chose to keep it at the original place. When I practically begged for a better inspection.

Rock hit our windshield. Progressive set up a time to have Safelite come out and replace the windshield. We have zero glass on our policy so they should be covered . The day before they are to replace the windshield there is still no verification from Progressive for payment.

I've been on the phone today two hours just to be slammed into an agent's voicemail that doesn't return my call. Seriously, Progressive! Not happy with customer service in the claims Department at all !! If Progressive cannot handle a simple windshield, I would certainly hate to see how they handle something major, that I might need to file a claim on.

Seriously thinking this may not be the insurance company for me.

I have Been dealing with nothing but crap from this insurance company the day I switched thinking that this would be a great switch and it is not! My insurance rate has gone up tremendously I was told from a claim that happened on a previous vehicle that now they have decided to Jack my rates up!

Now my vehicle was stolen totally new vehicle I was able to get my vehicle back no damage on the outside of the vehicle just something wrong with the front end! Progressive told me I could pick a mechanic of my choice I choose Marc Motors where I had gotten the vehicle.

I reached out to an agent of yours who deals in other things besides insurance. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue, or figure it out, he resorted to threatening messages and blowing up my phone. He jumped to a defensive mode instead of an offensive and working for customer satisfaction.

I was called numerous vulgar names, and was told that I would be reported for fraud. I was also called 6 times back to back by this individual. I can provide all documentation upon request. I am astounded that you accept individuals like that to represent your agency.

Yes I updated my policy over the phone with no problem. I don't control the weather! Car was parked & a branch fell & hit the windshield. Can't control that. Policy been red flagged & gotta send this n that to prove myself b4 it can be fixed.

But no problem when it comes down to paying & receiving my $ no red flag on that! Got a txt on 6-11-21 from the rep. Called him right then no answer all the way up to now. I left messages I txt through the app.

Nothing bk from him not even today 6-14. Safelite came to do the work didn't saying coverage hadn't been verified . But nobody answers or replies who were handling my claim. Would give a zero if I could. "Bruce" was very unprofessional and constantly talked over me, and when I asked a specific question, instead of saying he didn't know the answer, he just kept stating what I needed to be done.

Rates changed 3 different times, and they said a report came back that it was in an accident, which it never has been. But they can't give you any information about what they obtained.

My car was hit by a progressive policy holder on 5/31/21.... today is 6/10/21 and I still do not have a rental car, my car JUST got towed, and they are stating that they will only pay me $50 per day for each day of work that I missed, even though I make well over 50 per day.

I have had 3 adjusters, spoke to 2 supervisors and the experience has been poor all around. I started with Ashley Hernandez, Ryan Singer, Nicolas Carol, and Jennifer Harmon. I called on June 2nd to cancel car insurance because the car hasn’t been working in almost 8 months. I spoke to a man who told me he would cancel my policy and issue the refund same day. I have been waiting on the refund.

I just called again today June 9th and spoke to Shica J and was told the policy was canceled on June 2nd but not the refund. The person told me the refund will be issued on June 12th. Could not tell me why the refund is taking so long.

Windshield shattered by a rock - had it replaced 4/19. Used Safelite as requested by Progressive. Rearview mirror just fell off. Progressive claims agent said they take no responsibility, I have to call installation company and complain.

I have reported an accident that happened 5/26/21 to my vehicle. My vehicle is not drive able. The accident is not my fault. I have had to rent a vehicle with my own money. I have not heard back from anyone from Progressive or the other parties insurance company.

I have been passed around different claim representatives Adrian, Kia and Nicolette. I am busy, I need assistance, a vehicle and a supervisor to contact me regarding this accident. The rental car was supposed to be back yesterday- I have had to extend until tomorrow.

None of this should be my problem. My vehicle was parked and hit by a driver in a company vehicle that was not in any condition to have been driving.

I had progressive and switched to Esurance because I got a notice that my teenage driver was added to my policy without my permission. My son did and does not drive any of my cars. The Esurance policy I signed up for quoted me a California insurance quote because my cell number 7603907816. I live in Oskaloosa Kansas. I purchased Progressive again with my son on the policy this time. You guys once again have raised my rate 50$ or more because of some misleading question that I answered. I have not had a lapse in insurance coverage for 10 years.

There is too much detail to go into but here are the highlights. I contacted Progressive to cancel my auto insurance. The Customer Service Rep assured me that my cancelation would be effective on that date and that my next premium automatic withdrawal would not occur.

Two days later, Progressive withdrew the premium for my canceled policy. I have been calling them and speaking to various supervisors for nearly 3 weeks trying to get my money refunded. Each person I speak with adds a new twist to the process.

It's like none of them know their own business processes. Three weeks to correct a problem that they caused. It's ridiculous. I will never do business with them again.

Customer service is about as low end as you can get. They basically told me my options were to pay today or cancel, there were no other options. The customer service rep was very rude and has a bit of an attitude that was unnecessary.

Policy number 02067624: On May 3, 2021 I had a claim filed against my company. When contacted by Progressive representing agent Brian Kamis, I informed him that I would be handling the claim myself, per my insurance deductible. I informed Brian Kamis not to get involved that the claim would be handled between Blade Motorsports and Tonys Towing and Transport Inc.

Brian Kamis in turn does an estimate and send it over to Blade Motor Sport. This violated my right to self insurance up to my deductible. After I received the estimate I call Brian and informed him I was not pleased with his actions, they were done without my authority.

My name is Matthew Troup. On Tuesday, May 25th,i was involved in an auto accident. The at fault driver had a progressive policy. I filed a claim that day,at which point they told me a rental car would be covered under his policy.

First,they forgot to file my claim for 3 days,until i called and asked them what was going on. Then they told me the person handling my claim would be in touch to give me the confirmation for the rental car.

The gentlemen handling my claim called me Friday morning while i was at work so i couldnt answer. On 3/28/2001, Progrssive insuree Truck BR 75452 scratched my car passenger door at 3:44pm, as he pulled into the ;parking space on my right. he left and went into the Jewel store and I tried to follow him but he disappeared at the back. I later found that he worked at Jewel and must have entered the back employee only area. Countryside police wanted me to come in and I filed report 2021-00003920 with Officer Gleespan at the countryside IL police station at 4;30pm. I wrecked my Goldwing motorcycle and everything was going great with the claim, but it has a oil leak from the upper valve cover and once I found this out I contacted my agent about it and let her know I found out why my headlights did not flash anymore as the safety device was damaged and this should complete my claim.

Progressive Claims adjuster rear ended me while I was stopped at a red light. He admitted in the police report that he was distracted. The impact damaged my truck but I was able to drive away from the accident. His car was totaled I was later told.

This happened two months ago. I suffered whiplash and continue to have issues with my back. Their representative has said they would cover any medical issues.

I bought insurance on the app. As soon as I did it it asked for proof of previous insurance. I called immediately to let them know I didn't have a previous insurance and see if I needed to cancel or what to do next.

Thae assistant told me it was fine not to worry price is going to stay the same and she would remove. When it was time to make a payment they said I would have to pay an increase. I was happy with the quick way they responded to my clam, and the price they gave me for the car that was totaled by my a tree that was not on my property but fell into my property. I was given a rental 3 days after this, all was good so far.

It took 13 days to get the car removed and the title taken care of. Not sure why so long but I was not worried. On the day I sent the title back I was told by the car rental company I had one day left of the renter, this give me no way to even check on a car to replace the one that was totaled.

I got in touch with the company and was told they were very sorry but how I got my next car was nothing they could help me with. In other words they did not care that I was left without a car to complete my loss.

Today, I received notice that Progressive will not renew my auto policy next month. I have been a customer since 2011. It took being transferred through three people before I was connected to Underwriting where I was informed - with no empathy or understanding whatsoever - that I should have been told that my policy had been sent to Underwriting for review and a determination about policy renewal.

I never received any such notification. I was rear-ended in October 2020 and am working on a PIP claim related to my injuries. Apparently, being the victim of an auto accident and filing a claim is enough for Progressive to tell me I am a risk and not worth insuring after a decade of loyalty and payments.

I've been with Progressive 10 years and I've always been satisfied till now. My daughter's car was flooded a few weeks ago took 3 in of water inside the car the car sat for a week and a half before she even realized it.

Progressive wants to fix the car for about $4,500 the value of 12000 they won't total it so they're saving $ 8000 I'm passing that law song to me because once it hits Carfax that car will be valued at about 2,000 thank you Progressive!! I've been paying them right at $500 a month for the last 4 years they will not take my money anymore.
