Unfortunately, I’ve had the worst experience with progressive. I filed a claim May 3rd and you can look up the recorded calls, but I literally called every day and talked to a new person who claimed they would get me set up with safelite.
, filled with broken promises. They would say we have you set up with safelite you will receive an email from them. I would and safelite would say you can let set up yet call your insurance. It is May 13th and I just now got an appointment with safelite after having to get ugly.
I wonder how long it would take if I actually got in a car wreck to get my car in the shop? Who knows maybe a month with the way the handle things here. I loved wasting every morning on the phone, like I don’t have anything better to do.
