Unfortunately, I’ve had the worst experience with progressive. I filed a claim May 3rd and you can look up the recorded calls, but I literally called every day and talked to a new person who claimed they would get me set up with safelite.

, filled with broken promises. They would say we have you set up with safelite you will receive an email from them. I would and safelite would say you can let set up yet call your insurance. It is May 13th and I just now got an appointment with safelite after having to get ugly.

I wonder how long it would take if I actually got in a car wreck to get my car in the shop? Who knows maybe a month with the way the handle things here. I loved wasting every morning on the phone, like I don’t have anything better to do.

I called after having a claim (214928083). Your automated service is poor as it takes several calls to get what one needs. I spoke to Claims person by the name of Farah, I explained I needed a car while vehicle in shop as result if my accident.

She needed full name of shop. I called immediately after w info, recording stated she works till 4:30 it was Mo day before 4:30 she would call at end of next bus. been yesterday, NO CALL so far, and too many messages later sll I get is her recording.

Frustrating is an understatement, very disappointed in your service.

00 with the claim that my driving history has changed. Which is a false pretense, my driving history has not changed since after they ran all of my reports just a few days ago. Their bill is completely ridiculous and I will be going in tomorrow and calling corporate to hopefully resolve this issue.

I would hate to have to retain a lawyer to battle out this bill with progressive, especially since the bill is being sent to me under false accusation that my driving record has changed. I have solid evidence that clearly states that the progressive agent ran all of my driving and credit history before coming up with the final bill that I payed in full, and if my driving record is ran again it will have remained the same.

Hello my policy cost has been increased by about 25% after only 6 months for no reason, our policy hasn’t changed in any way. If you think the pandemic is a good excuse or reason to increase policies by this amount, you will lose customers, we didn’t miss any payments even if some people did.

If that’s the reason charge them more not the people who continued to pay their policy throughout the pandemic. If you do not correct this, you will be losing this customer

I've had them for years. Had to file a claim. They placed me at fault based strictly on hearsay. I mentioned to the adjuster that there are MULTIPLE private and publicly owned cameras on that city block (Midtown, Atlanta), and she told me that if I wanted to explore that, then I could do that on my own.

" Regardless of whether or not if it would help or hurt me, all shows is that they won't fight for clients any more than the bare minimum. Needless to say, I am dropping them.

We do have Progressive insurance in our boat and our policy have a cover for a name storm that was Uri February, 2021 In Texas was declaration national federal disaster Storm URI. The agent Kimberly and supervisor mr. jones was giving excuses that doesn’t exist in our policy’s.

Please call us to 2102641537 We feel we were treat unfairly and rude when they didn’t bother to read our policy. Someone above them have to call because the next step will be report it to the government insurance. We have 12 years paying our policy and never make a claim.

My question is why we paid insurance to deal with all this horrible experience and wasting our time interruption and hours at the phone when we need our insurance well they have every excuses.

On 5/1/21 I contacted progressive road side assistance via mobile app as my car was not starting. I received a call from roadside assistance for detail of the situation. I told the lady the car probably needs a jump start but to make sure whom ever is coming has a flat bed toe truck in case the vehicle can not be started.

This is honestly the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I was hit by one of their drivers in February, it is now May and I still haven’t received my check for the damage done to my vehicle.

I was recently in a car accident on 4/27/21. Filed my claim on 5/28/21 with Paige. Was took my information down and reminded me that i was fully covered for damages. She ensured me that someone will reach out to me.

On 5/29 I spoke with Dan, took my information and informed me that an office manger will be in touch by the end of the day. I did not hear from anyone that day other than Matt who had informed me that there were additional damages from after I sent original photos of my car at MJS Towing.

I have pictures before and after the incident, I also have a video of no damage on the right side of my car and progressive it’s not only not cooperating with me by not calling me back, they are refusing to pay for this damage. Was falsely accused and credit reported on an accident that i did not cause, i had a witness aswell in my favor that said it was not my fault. The person that Tboned the auto mobile had Progressive insurane along with my Room that asked me to drive her automobile and drop her iff at work to then drive her Grandmother later.

Both insured automobiles where covered by same company. I had an errow in left turn signal. The traffic on the other side of Ferguson where coming to a stop when all of a sudden im being hit AIRBAGS ALL CAME OUT. THREW THE CAR.

My claim was poorly dealt with and after 3 weeks of unresponsiveness from the adjusters end, they are claiming that their driver is stating the accident never happened. I submitted photos, had all of there information and contacted to file the claim right when the accident happened. The only step I did not take was to file a police report, as I was trying to be nice and have that individual forgo receiving a ticket (lesson learned).

They do not do their job. I get the run around 24/7. No one communicates and nothing is ever done properly which has caused me several bad days since I have switched my insurance over to progressive. Do not go to progressive.

Horrible experience and I will share with all friends family and colleagues. I run a large commercial brokerage with offices all over the northwest including Alaska and Hawaii.

My camper was damaged by a hail storm in March. I filed a claim with insurance because we had serious water damage because the hail beat the rubber seal off of slide out. It also ruined the awning. This was our home we were living here up until this point for 3 years, we are now homeless.

Progressive claims the seal broke due to age. It was fine when it was checked in the fall, it got us thru the winter and would have been reinspected and maintenanced for anything as soon as warm enough. But because it hailed and stormed before those soon weeks came our claim was denied.

I've paid my insurance dutifully and for them to play this sneaky card because they could is wrong. I counted on them when I insured with them and they totally let me hang. I'm now homeless and all anyone at Progressive…

I added and paid for roadside assistance with Progressive as they advertise it regularly and it seemed more convenient and a wiser decision than obtaining an outside plan with AAA or another agency. Last week, my daughter's car died and we called progressive at 3:30.

They took the call and dispatched a towing service with an approximate time of 90 minutes. We waited 90 minutes and still, no one showed up. I called the towing company who asked me "to leave the keys in the car and leave the car, and they would call me when they got there.

Without talking to anyone, I receive a check from Progressive for $648 and change. I deposited it not knowing anything except that this must go to the cost to repair my car.

For three days. I’ve been attempting to call progressive to cancel my policy. I was put on hold each time and the last time for up to hour and a half. I had to hang up each time prior because of personal obligations.

I then needed to call again. I finally got a representative on the phone today; Mr. Randi who was pleasant enough. The company overall is horribly challenging to get in touch with which includes emailing . We removed our son from our policy, he got his own policy with progressive. For over a year our son was still on our policy but it didn't show up on our paper info. I found his name on our account online.

We got him removed AGAIN after rep found his account and verified that we had, in fact,been paying all that time for our son thinking he had been removed. The rep investigated and assured me we would get a refund check in 6 to 10 days.

Its been 13 days now, I called to see why we didn't have our check, talked to a rep and her supervisor and they said it had been adjusted and reflected in our payments. This is SO WRONG! We are owed a refund, not a one payment adjustment on our policy and will contact our attorney if no response to this complaint.

I called to file a claim , and the claim Representative Tabitha Toreki was VERY rude to me from start to finish. She told me that she saw that I had a lapse in my insurance from 2/22/2021 through 3/11/2011 and she needs to know what made me pay my balance.

She also stated she was asking me that question because she needed to know when the accident happened . I called to report a claim on April 6th 2021. I told her I didn`t understand her line of questioning as to why did I make a payment after it lapsed. She was very unprofessional.

She went as far as to ask me to send her text messages and screen shots of who I called to tell them about the accident and If I didn`t want to coorporate that she would just put down that I refused to answer her questions and close my claim.

BE WARNED! THIS AGENCY IS NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY! I’m Active Duty Military and PROGRESSSIVE canceled my policy without consent or prior notification while I was on orders. 00 dollar penalty from the DMV. When confronted, PROGRESSIVE told me it was MY FAULT for the unannounced cancelation, and that I would have to pay the DMV penalty AND the balance due ON THE CANCELED POLICY!

They know it costs the average person more to dispute the wrongdoing in court than to simply pay the fees, but I didn’t expect this kind of dishonest business practice from this company.

If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased my plan in full to have it cancelled without notice. They said it was because of underwriting. When they were getting information they wanted me to put someone I live with ( WHO ALSO HAS PROGRESSIVE AND WILL NEVER DRIVE MY CAR) on my policy, increasing my costs.

I told them I would not be paying extra and to leave it cancelled. Now I have a $128 collections account. The representatives have given me different information. One stating that even if I exclude the person I would still have to pay ( which is why I didn't reinstate) and now one stating that all I had to do was fill out a form stating I decline to add and accept fees.

We were rear ended not our fault. Progressive the other parties insurance paid us for our car but lead us to believe all of my bills for my emergency room visit would be paid. We settled and later found out there are over $10,000 in unpaid bills.

I think it’s deplorable that they knowingly cheated seniors and have no remorse. Is this really what the company wants us to think of them. I’m losing a year of social security in this one.

their website specifically states that uninsured motorist property damage covers when you get hit by a hit and run. BUT when you actually go to file a claim, that's when they tell you you have to get their plate number or ID to be covered. I've had this hit and run insurance for several years and they are not covering anything!

About two months ago, progressive took over $2000 out of my account. When I called I was told that it was because there were two drivers on my policy. When I first got this insurance, I called and asked for a quote with just Driver One as a driver on the policy.

Since the quote was too high for my liking due to this driver's history, I asked for a quote for just Driver Two. The quote was less for this driver since he had a good driving history so I proceeded to buy the insurance.

They won’t answer calls for active claims They dont try to resolve claims in a speedy manner and are rude to the customer talking to them as if they are wrong or being scolded like you would a child. They change your claim agent mid claim without notice.

This was due to their inability to retain their own employees then instead of taking care of their customers they just want to close the claim as soon as possible without care for their customers in the accident or their actual cost to the accident I ended up paying for an additional month of rental vehicle because they couldn’t get my vehicle repaired in the 30days that they do cover in rental coverage or try to get your deductible back once you have payed it

Got insurance through progressive in December. Paid a pro rated fee. Was told I needed to sign some paperwork. Never got any emails.

Finally got some papers from them in the mail in January, however my name was spelt wrong. So I called them and said you spelt my name wrong on my policy cards . They said ok we need you to sing paperwork.

I said im not signing anything until my name is spelled correctly. I said I never received an email to sign anything anyway. They said I need to get the progressive app on my phone. Which they never mentioned before so I would I know that.
