I feel that I am being charged a returned charge fee unfairly. On February 25, I made my monthly payment that was due by February 29 and received a confirmation email. A,few days later I was notified by email that my payment did not get processed thru my bank.
I called customer service on March 4 and paid by debit card. Now I get an email saying that I owe an extra $20 or $25. No one can give me proof of the 1st payment being declined by my bank.
They tell me to contact my bank but says they do not have any information that I can use to give the bank about the declined payment. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
