On 16th March 2016 Flight Reservation YX254V Name Jasvinder Kaur Sahota Outbound Manchester to Amritsar. Inbound originally booked on April 2 from Amritsar to Manchester but was changed to 4th April 2016 QR0549 (Airlines Choice) Flight Reservation was the same as above.

Meal was booked as gluten free, there was no indication of vegetarian or non-vegetarian. Mrs Sahota was offered non-vegetarian instead of vegetarian gluten free as booked. There was nothing else they could offer so she had to resist eating anything else. The return date was booked at the Qatar Office, Jalandhar and the receptionist was told about the problem she had on inbound flight so I made a request to book gluten free vegetarian meal for my sister. My parents arrived at the USA on Qatar Airways #QR 725 on 17th May 2016.They travelled form Kolkata,India via Doha.The Airline PNR# is 36YLY9. Names of passangers are Alaka Mishra and Arabinda Mishra.

On their arrival at Chicago ORD international airport all the checked in 4 baggages with booking numbers QR537218 QR537216 QR537217 QR537219 were claimed at baggage claim belt# 5 at the airport.However baggage #QR537218 was not recieved. We could not locate it on the baggage belt.

The loss of baggage number QR537218 was reported to the lady personal of Qatar airways on duty at the said baggage number 5 belt point. She noted down the baggage number and our contact telephone number to take up the matter for retrieval of the loss baggage.She also escorted us and checked for the baggage herself…

My mum flew to the USA in June 2015 and was expected to return on November. She was unable to fly back at that time so I had phoned the call center and changed the return to May 2016. When i called to confirm the ticket I was told that its not valid.

All proof of changes I have and when I asked them why they could not tell me this when I changed the dates, i receive no answers but that she never show in November. So why do i have a confirmed status for May.

I have been complaining to Qatar for 2 weeks now with no positive results. So I have a ticket that can longer be used and that I have to purchase a new ticket. I find their service and attending to problems very poor.

I am not frequent traveller of Qatar Airways, but had an opportunity to travel twice on your Airline. Both the times , I had a very bad and bitter expriences.

Firstly, I travelled on the 28th of August 2014 from Goa-Dubai and had lost my lugguage. After lots of waitings, calls and delays, I, had managed to get it back nearly after 12 hours.

My 2nd travel was on the 14th of April 2016 from Dubai to Goa, via Qatar. I checked on time , but the flight got delayed from your side, and I missed my second flight from Qatar to Goa and had to stay in Qatar for 24 hours. I had a very impotant appointment in Goa in the court which I missed because of your flight.

Dear Mr. Akbar CEO Qatar Airlines,

We are residence of UAE working with a well known family.

I'm British Citizen, head of group for a local owner whom owns hotels worldwide. We decided to travel South Africa on this occasion using Qatar airlines, despite using monthly basis Emirates Airlines.

It was biggest mistake ever, due to some irresponsible ground staff at Dubai airport on 11th May 2016, flight leaving 00.30 on 12th May. Where ground flight staff refused to board 3 passengers whom travelling with me, the visa is valid in passport mentions on it, trveling with HIS EXCELLENCY, off course as you can appreciate the owner wil travel first class on Emirates usually and team fly on other airlines.

I flew from Birmingham to Qatar and from Qatar to amritsar on Sunday April 10 2016 on Qatar business class. All was fine and very happy. However On return on Monday 03 May 2016 from amritsar to Doha Qatar, the plane had a fault so had to land in Karachi Pakistan. This obviously was very distressing. I had to wait for another flight from Pakistan to Doha Qatar which took 6 hours. Considering this was business class I should have had least had a upper hand for your company to relocate me convenient hotel, which I never did!!

I booked a ticket from a travel agency at my place to travel to Dubai by Qatar Air ways from Beirut to Dubai via Doha . At beirut air port , Qatar air ways baording counter forbid my entrance to the aircraft by Mr.

Ayman the supervisor of Beirut Qatar airways staff saying to me that my Dubai visa is valid for this same day 23/4/ 2016. 11: 59 pm as long there is no issue for my entrance to dubai as confirmed by emirates general security and emirates embassy in Beirut.

We left Colombo on the April 9th by QR 665 to Toblisi to attend our long term friends wedding on the 10th April 2016. As we had 01 hour transit time when we checked in Colombo we requested rapid transfer. Flight landed about 30 minutes late and on arrival we were given new boarding cards for the 10th April leaving Doha at 1405. At that time we informed the officer the importance of our going on the same day as going next day would not help us to attend the wedding.

This is a complaint on behalf of Ranjit Singh and Angela McIntyre. Both were on board flight QR 727 -- March 31st from Doha to Philadelphia. For the entirety of the 14 HR flight, none of the in-flight entertainment was working.

Qatar Airways was chosen due to its reputable first class services, including a passenger's ability to choose up to thousands of entertainment options. Since the in-flight entertainment was not working, it made for a very long, frustrating, and uncomfortable flight.

But Qatar Airways prides itself for being the "World's 5 Star Airline", with the idea of comfort and concern for its people as a top priority. Therefore, to rectify such an experience, we ask for some sort of compensation -- vouchers, miles, or even a complimentary Armani Amenity Kit.

On my collect flight from Dammam to Johannesburg on arrival at Doha after first leg i was informed that my flight to Johannesburg QR1363 was overbooked and i had to wait for 7 hours for an available flight to Johannesburg. 00 voucher which i was suppose to collect at Doha before my flight and redeem in Johannesburg on arrival.

I made an inquiry on 3 different info center before my flight but nobody of Qatar airways assisted me to get the promised voucher. The manager that attended to my problem at flight desk was Mr Usman.

I came on flight qr78 from Berlin txt to Doha to transit to Colombo on flight qr 656. While checking in your staff took away my pendulum from my handbag. It's not written anywhere that this is not allowed,. I do need this to pendel my food when I'm eating outside, as I'm allergic to different foods!

Flight no: 523 Goa to Doha - 9 March 2016 Connecting flight - returning to Heathrow. Transferring from above flight no 3 (Heathrow) with wheelchair assistance. Thunder and lighting - horrendous storms , no provision made to keep passengers dry and I was soaked through to my underwear.

Fast tracked to flight 3 and had to sit in wet clothes all the way to Heathrow (6hrs). I took my outer clothes off and was given a blanket to put over my soaking underwear for the duration of the flight.

At my age - 67 this was not conducive to my health and on the following Friday (11 March) I ended up in hospital with pneumonia of the lung which has also prevented me from going back to work resulting in loss of wages. At check in the girl at check in told me i could not fly without a return ticket from the Philippines,as i would not be allowed to enter the Philippines without an exit ticket. I asked if i could leave my bags with her, but she informed me that it was not possible.

The "ticket" was printed on A4 sized paper, with numbers, letters and mumbo jumbo. The flight was delayed by one hour and i was too late for my connection in Doha. the delay was not a problem for me,but i am convinced the check in girl and the travel agent are working a scam on vunerable older people.

I m travelling from Amritsar airport paying business class fare...as I m an well known exporter in Jalandhar being awarded by Indian government many times and for I need to travel for business tour.. I got an entry permit visa from Sudan But while boarding the attendant said that u r not OK to board.. I was flying back to Edinburgh from New Delhi (flight QR 565)with a change over at Doha (flight QR 031) on Saturday 27/02/2016. The flight from New Delhi was was due to leave at 4.35 am but when I reached the desk I was told that the flight was an hour late. When the flight had been boarded by all the passengers we then had to wait in the plane for another 3 hours before the plane took off. I do not understand why I was not informed before I came to the airport that there was a delay. Surely it would have been better to put us on the equivalent flight the next day as we were now going to miss the connecting flight!!!

When we arrived at Doha we were put up in a hotel and caught the next flight to Edinburgh the following day. The result was that we landed in Edinburgh over 24 hours later…

On February 5th 2016, I traveled from Ottawa to Montreal (AC 8986), Montreal to Doha (QR 764) and Doha to Shiraz (QR476). My checked in luggage consisted of two suitcases with one external black and white strap around each of them.

I had a very long transit time in Doha and finally arrived in Shiraz, my final destination. In the airport in Shiraz, I spotted one of my suitcases with the right color strap, but the other one I waited a long time for it and could not easily identify it.

Finally, I checked the tag and realized that a suitcase is mine, but the belt is all black. I went to Malaysia via Manchester International Airport on the 25th of January.(Flight No. QR46) I was traveling Business class. I had no complaint on the outward journey. As a matter of fact, I was quite complimentary on the service I received. However, the complaint arises from the return leg of my holiday. I was meant to travel on Flight No.QR 847 flying from KLIA to Manchester, UK via Doha.

At the airport in Kuala Lumpur, your ground staff ask me if I would travel on an alternative flight as your flight had been overbooked. I had flight with Qatar airways tickets No: ETKT 1572497809496 from Tehran at 23 Jan at 4:30 QR491 to Doha and from there to Manchester UK with QR45 at 7:30 local time but airplanes had problems in Tehran and my flight changes to 6:30 and I couldn't get next flight from Doha and they put me to another flight at 13 on Qatar time and

I arrived to Manchester at 18:15 on local time. All my family had hard time and my self as well and I believe I can complain for delay and get compensation.

After winning a complementary upgrade for myself I thought it would be a good idea to upgrade my husband as the opportunity would probably never arise again. I had some Q miles so contacted reservations to enquire about the cost of upgrading my husband, at the time there was promotional flights available and was informed that the cost for the upgrade would be £837.40p for the full return ticket but as I was a privilege card holder it would be probably cheaper to purchase Q miles and to get in touch with them.

On December 9th 2014, I and my mother boarded a Qatar Air QR 900 (ETKT-0000942463018/9-2)from Nairobi to Perth for a three months visit. At the end of my Visit( my mother remained behind on an extended visa) I would not get the ticket confirmed for the return portion.

On our return journey to Edinburgh from Colombo on the 25th of January our luggage was misplaced and we did not receive our luggage till late afternoon on the 26th of January which was a major inconvenience for us, talking about rubbing salt into the wound this experience with Quatar has been a nightmare.

I brought 4 tickets from our local travel agent to travel to Bangladesh in the 10th if December. We purchased 2 adult 2 child tickets.The purpose of our travel was to visit a family member who is ill. I arrived at Multan airport on 9th dec after waiting 5 hours the flight was cancelled in that time not one person came to tell us what was happening in the end i went in the office and demanded to know why.I was offered a flight to Lahore the following day, after a 7 hour drive to Lahore and an overnight stay at a hotel ,i went to catch my flight only to be told it had left 2 hours before hand. I wondered around the airport for what seemed like hours being sent to different places i managed to get hold of a member of your staff and waited a long time for the person to arrive who could sort the situation.

I wish to make a formal complaint to the Qatar Airways corporate office about the poor level of customer service that was provided by your staff on Qatar flight Qr904 from Doha to Melbourne on 31 January 2015. This was a return trip for me and my two sons, one of which was an infant. After having difficulty with seat allocations in the flights traveling to Vienna (flight QR 183 Doha to Vienna on 1 January 2015), where I was not allocated a seat with a bassinet, I ensured that I booked my seats 1 week early on the advice of your staff and got the seats allocated 10K and the neighbor seat. On the preceding Monday, I booked seats online and received an e-ticket which confirmed a seat allocation for my flights with access to a bassinet.

I have tried and failed on 2 occasions to contact Qatar Airways corporate office and did not get any response from QR on 2 issues: My daughter's damaged suitcase in April 2015 - photos emails and chase emails sent. My QR FF card number is never accepted in online bookings and has therefore not registered my flights nor as a consequence given me any points.

I traveled with Qatar Flight number QR 574. Was seated fairly near the front (row 9 I think). My chair would not recline & as I suffer from 3 slipped disks this caused me great discomfort!

Also suffered food poisoning after this flight, upon arrival in Delhi! Flight number QR 1339: I simply could not believe my "bad luck" when once again; my chair would not recline (row 9 seat A).

Also the head phones had a problem with only one speaker working! hostess had to request the passengers in front to raise their chairs for the meal service. What if that person in front didn't want to eat & was sleeping?

I am Dr Elian Raphael, I was on my way back from Sofia yesterday date 04/10l2015 to doha, we arrived at 22:00. My ticket number was 1572350900405, and my seat number was 17A. After i took the bus I remembered that I forget my jacket, it is a red jacket brand Ferrari, as soon as I arrived to the ground,I went to the ground employee to ask her if she can request my jacket.
