The worst airline company personell service ever.
First and foremost they denied me to board the plane when it was 1 hour left for departure. Reason why I had just 1 hour left was because I did not recieve my covid documentation paper in due time from the doctor/lab unfortunately.
I explained the situation 3 hours prior to the flight but was fallen to deaf ears. So when I finally got the papers 1,5 hour before take off they still wouldn’t let me board the plane citing the gate is close and ordered me to wait on the side until the plane has so I could speak to the manager/captain.
Which was all lies at the end. So I had to go ultimately go home and rebook a new ticket from my own pocket. They didn’t even take responsibility or gave me an sincere apologies just regjering to the boarding…
