Dear Qr team, I am flying with QR since 2011 as a customer with blindness - always picking up QR because of its very helpful staff at special needs lounges during my unavoidable transits. Being a frequently flying passenger, I am mindful of the fact that times are busy.

Hello, we (OM BASNET, RITA DHAKAL, SHIKHA SHARMA) were scheduled to fly from RIC to Kathmandu on October 8th at 7:15 PM. We were at the airport more than 3 hours ago to board our flight. There were two person who were trying to help us check in were unable to check us in mentioning that our tickets were not in the system.
The representative called the Customer service for technical help.

WE COULDNT ATTEND An important event, was planned 2 years ago because of Qatarairline negligence. The story begins when we purchased the tickets online. when tickets were purchased there were no covid traveling restrictions, except PCR test. Our PCR results were WITH US NEGATIVE.

I got horrible service experience from Qatar Airlines checkin desk staff which I never imagined. Yesterday, my wife was halted at IGI airport for some issue. Inspite of several requests the Qatar guy didn't give any solution to my wife and disappeared from the counter. After wasting so much time the guy returned with cancelled boarding pass. As it was so urgent to reach my wife to UK but due to very bad and inhuman behaviour of Qatar Airlines she missed the flight and gone into mental trauma. Apart from monetary losses she was blanked and under utter depression. Somehow I managed to counsel and make her understand it ok after that booked a hotel where she checked in Delhi during the mid night for single lady who is residing in UK since a long time.

I travelled from Nepal to LA, USA on Aug 6. As an International student, I had very important stuffs inside my luggage. It was misplaced and even after I tried thousand possible and 3 visits to the DFW qatar airline customer care, after 2 months I am here frustrated by the lack of accountability of such a reputed airline.

On our last trip from Tehran to the Washington DC ,on August 29, we both had a business class tickets. Flight was delayed for almost seven hours to reach to Washington DC , without any previous notice. While seated in our cabin , the door of my sister’s cabin was malfunction, they had to change her seat .
After this move , no one asked her what she wanted for her breakfast . After an hour my sister asked the crew for food . After half an hour they gave a food that she never asked for. And it took them another half an hour to give her something to eat .
These are really unacceptable from the airline the calls itself the airline of the year . This was the worst and tiring and very bad experience. Paying so much money and getting this kind of treat. and act upon it .

On the 3rd of September 2021 myself and my family was neglected and abandoned at Philadelphia International Airport while trying to fly Qatar to Nigeria. June 11 – At the Houston Airport, USA before leaving, Qatar Airways check in counter was offering a promotion to have 3 bags checked-in for free per person as part of our tickets. The person at the counter before our departure made sure we were aware of this promotion and asked if we had any additional bags we wanted to check in for free. My recent return trip by Qatar airways was from Lahore to Guinea-Bissau from July 26 to August 7 . Ticket number 1573599822197 . According to the ticket itenery, there was only 2:15 hours stopover at Doha airport in return from Bissau,but after reaching at Doha airport it was found out that the next flight is on August 08 at 8 pm so it was 20 hours stopover.

Good day my dear I have booked on your respected airline on 20th of this month from DOH (DOH), Hamad International Airport to Cairo. On the 20 June, I have been denied boarding on QR933 from Manila to Nairobi, through Doha. The reason: Qatar deemed that my evisa application was not complete. I have showed them evidence that the requirement for evisa was actually neither mandatory nor exclusive.
The Kenya Airport Authority (KAA) still allowed delivery of visa upon arrival in Nairobi for eligible nationalities. As a Canadian, I am eligible. 6). I flew 2 weeks ago with Qatar airways from Canada to Tehran via Doha, I paid 225$ canadian for my extra luggage and requested to put fragile label on it all over the box as well the top of box was marked by arrows. When I saw my luggage on conveyor at destination my box was upside down also it was damaged and looked they throw box multiple times from a height despite all fragile labels.

I was denied boarding based on "the wrong visa" but then was allowed to fly 6 days later with the same visa and the airline refused to compensate me for a 6 day delay which was entirely their fault for not passing on the relevant information regarding my visa to the swedish side who eventually realized that i was eligible to fly once i got a hold of them directly!!!

On April 20th, I scheduled a last minute flight for my father on April 22. My grandpa had gotten critically ill and was admitted into the hospital for a medical emergency. We found out that same day that my father’s passport had expired 2 weeks prior and the only available appointment with the emergency passport agency was on the 22nd.
