19 back for the night we didn't stay. And the staff always looked high and I feel thats not a safe environment at all for any family. We left and we will never stay at another Red Roof Inn ever again.

Also I call the front to ask for my money back and the lady yelled at me to leave and we left but I feel like either that location needs to be shut down or need better staff with more respect.

Also they don't give you your receipts after you pay.

Last night I found out that not only was somebody using stolen credit cards to get hotel rooms but they were also selling drugs out of these hotel rooms not only drugs but crystal meth I called Mount Pleasant describe them in detail told them everything and Mount Pleasant did nothing to stop it. I even called the Mount Pleasant cops and told them and they said that because Red roof didn't report it they can't go out so you just let whoever pays you money do whatever they want in your establishments

Red roof inn Niagara Falls location The front deck rep Lisa and her manager, Are extremely rude. I understand politics are set in place for certain reasons. But the way she treats guests is appalling. Her bad attitude is very unwelcoming.

If she doesn’t like her job in customer service then maybe she should do something else not involving people. The manger is very unprofessional as well backing her bad attitude. You have a 1 star rating in customer service and I completely see why.

I hope she gets out of her miserable life and finds a job she could find happiness out of.

Been staying at this red roof for 3 months. We were just moved to a new room because we were told we have to move every 28 days. I am now told that we have to have cleaning every tues which is great because they never offered to clean our first room.

However i am told that my cats have to be out of the room and i have no where to take them so the manager Josephine said we have to leave. Why, if my cats dont bother a fly and would hide under the bed.

I asked if i could clean with their vaccum but was told no and to get out at end of week.

I canceled my room on the same night I booked it . Do to it being nasty with dog hair , smelled like cigarette . Cigarette burns and ashes everywhere. I got the room on 08-27-21 and canceled with in minutes.

This is our second stay at this red roof inn we are usually very happy when we stay at red roof inn but we are relocating to this area from another state and since the first stay was decent we decided to book here again and possible book again for 2 weeks while we found permanent housing so we could start our new jobs, the first time we stayed it was reasonably clean and

I spent the night of August 9, 2021 at the Carlisle location. There was a new girl, from an island off Barbados, but most recently a Burrough in NYC. I believe her name is Ariella? I realize she is no longer there. How do I know? SHE TOOK MY PHONE NUMBER FROM THE REGISTRATION AND HAS CALLED ME 3-4 TIMES, MOST RECENTLY THIS PAST Sunday, Sept. 5, I believe. Red Roof Inn Hermitage, PA Hello I am writing to express my total disappointment with the Red Roof Inn of Hermitage,PA. com. I arrived late in the evening to the location and was greeted by a filthy walkway and lobby.

Upon receiving the keys I was instructed to use the back entrance to access the room. The back door was unlocked and surrounded with rubbish and other trash. The staircase was litter w/ trash and spiderwebs. My room was filthy with cigarette ashes and dirty linens.

The tables were dirty also. I asked for a new room but unfortunately one was not available so I asked for new sheets due to the time leaving would be a great burden. 1 sheet was available and no new towels.

I was carrying my baggage and some food items, camping utensils and plates and Tupperware items that contained food. I rented a room at Hometown Studios in at 2130 South Texas 6, Houston Texas 77077 on July 2, 2021 - July 9th. Was not able to pay and we got kicked out. They didn't let us take our belongings. Then we called and tried to get our belongings and they were charging $100 for our private property. They ended up throwing everything away. Food, clothes, medications, Electronics, Priceless stuff. I recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Williams AZ. The place is filthy and unkempt. The linens are grey, threadbare and the bathroom was dirty. The shower curtain had what appeared to be toothpaste on it, there is no way on earth a person would shower in there.

In addition, I had to sterilize the room, the light switches, etc. While I realize that I didn't pay a lot for the rooms, I do know that the covid protocols are not being implemented as advertised. I was traveling with my 80+ year old mother and was unable to seek different accommodations or I would have.

I stayed at red roof at 824 capitol landing road in Williamsburg Virginia on august 22. I had 2 rooms, one room had extensive amount of mold. The clerk changed rooms. My main complaint is the next morning I was awakened by the dog barking in room next to me.

I contacted front desk at least 2 times with no resolution. Upon checking out at 10:30 the dog was still barking. I understand pet friendly hotels but not when it disrupts other guests. The desk clerk I spoke to did nothing to correct the situation.

In the future I will not stay at this location again and definitely not at any location that accepts pets. I had to drive 3 hours home without proper amount of sleep

I have been staying here since Thursday, and plan to extend my stay but I have not received ANY housekeeping service since I been here. The trash pile up in my room and I sit it in the hallway. I had to go to the dollar store to buy my own towels because by the time I get back in the room to shower, I go down to front desk and ask for towels and they tell me housekeeping gone for the day.

Room was FILTHY I would rate this hotel a 0 if I had the option to . By the looks it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time !! The carpets and floors had dead bugs, crumbs,dirt, grass, and stains everywheres!

There were stains on the sheets crumbs all over the beds. The bathroom had mold on the walls grime underneath the shower mat and smelled like mildew. Stains all over the walls. Toilet seat was dirty toilet paper all around it.

Cracks in the light switch by the bathroom sink. Tissue holder was completely out of the wall and empty. Microwave was filled with rust inside. A big hole in the wall from the door handle being pushed in not even fixed.

Black mold on the ceiling, mold on all of the walls, you cant use the tub unless you turn on the sink. No hot water at all, when complained about it, literally handed me some primer and some hydrogen perixide and told me to paint over the spots.

The hotel conditions at the Red Roof Inn in Akron, OH on Arlington Rd are terrible. We (my son and I) stayed at this hotel this past weekend on the night of August 6th and 7th while we attended the Hall of Fame ceremonies in Canton, OH.....To be extremely blunt, this is by far the worst hotel/hotel room that I have ever stayed in. Red Roof in Tampa Fairgrounds and Casino is the most disgusting run down hotel I've ever seen. It should be condemned! There was black mold all over the room and on the ceiling. The ceiling was peeling and had various other stains.

There was mold all around the tub, which didn't even have a shower curtain. The curtain on the window was throughly disgusting with what looked like blood stains. There were stains on the bedding and flies all over the room.

I arrived at the Hotel and I immediately saw Homeless People hanging out on the Property, trash out by the rooms, NO towels or Shower Curtain in the bathroom. I stayed4 days and they never came to clean the room and not even when I asked them too.

After I checked, I went to my room turned on the lights and tv, and then left to do a little shopping. When I got back to my room the lights were off as well as the Television. I was a bit confused so I went down to the front desk and confirmed that it was my room.

Im a retired police officer and was in the city of Independence Ohio to train with other working and retired officers. I live about 30mins from the location where the training was taking place but wanted to hang out with the guys after and not have to get up as early by staying at the RR.

So to start I had a reservation I made on line from June 14th to July 14th. I got to town to check in after driving through Nevada and my ac died on me it was 109 degrees that day.

When I got here all I wanted was shower, food, bed time! So I got to my room and ran to the rest room after the road trip first thing I needed was the facility. This is where stuff starts to go awry.

Made a reservation at the Hickory,NC location. Arrived and was told that I could only have one pet in my room the others would have to stay outside. Have stayed at a lot of Red roof sites and never been turned away receptionist stated that this policy is on their website and if it was wouldn't have made a reservation.

I've been staying at you're hometown suites Red Roof Inn Augusta Ga for about 5 or 6 weeks. The back side where I've been staying is very trashy every evening when I get in from work. The desk clerks and manager are not kind people expect for Jessica.

Spent the one night on July30. I needed to use my tablet but it would not connect with the code they gave me at the front earlier in the day. I called several times only to be told she knew nothing about it.

I walked down to the office only to have the girl accuse me of harassing her and threaten to have us removed. The girl would not give us her name but it was about 9 pm in Marion Virginia on July 30th.

My wife Kasey made a reservation at the Madison Wisconsin location for a week. She is a traveling nurse and was needing a place to stay for an extended period of time. She was charged nightly rates. On our second night there we noticed the sign by the road said weekly rates.

Gale your general manager left me the most demeaning and unnecessary email today. I had called to report a complaint on her and discrepancies that were occurring. I also was filing on three residents who had actually broken the smoke law, called me a nigger a fucking cunt and left harassing notes on my door.

BED BUGS, DAMP MUSKY ODOR & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Prior to arriving after 11:00PM on 7/23/21, I made several attempts to contact the site by phone because we were traveling across states and expected a late arrival. When we arrived and I called standing outside of lobby - Looking at staff who still didn’t answer the phone.

When finally able to check in, the room was damp with a musky odor and the rug was sticky. The furnishings looked as if they were pulled from a curbside collection of discarded trash. Upon lifting the mattress to inspect, alarming discovery of suspicious debris and a dead BED BUG.

We returned the card/key and CHECKED OUT WITHIN AN HOUR. When requesting a receipt or verification of checking out, the desk clerk said he was unable, I’d have to speak to the booking…

Several issues with hometowne studios could not find my reservation gave me a different room the booked smelled like smoke it was dirty no remote for 3 days no maid service till the last day the elevator was not working had to haul my stuff n beaded dragon 3 flights up n down the place was trashed got locked out of my room could not find an attendant for almost an hour then given the wrong key then I called about deposit it was never refunded to me
