My complaint is when I used my free points and made reservations to come to this hotel when I was about to check in my 6-year-old needed to use the bathroom and I was told that the lobby was not public and then I asked if we could get checked into the room I was a customer and I was told yeah you can go ahead and

check you in and you can use the bathroom in your room however when I told him that it was okay that's not a problem I have always used the lobby restrooms at all Red roof's and he said to me that he was not going to check us in now so from now on I will never go to another Red roof ever again and I wouldn't go here if I were you owner manager whatever the person that was there his name is Nick No customer service at this hotel

I recently traveled from Panama City Florida to Ft Myers Fl with my elderly mother after a long 7 hours trip I checked into the Red Roof inn in ft Myers at 13000 N Cleveland ave north ft Myers Florida. Upon entry of room 140 as soon as I opened the door the smell of mold hit my mother and I.

Being so sleepy and worn out from the long drive we got into our night clothes and laid down. Within 20 to 30 minutes our noses started to run our throat started to get scratchy feeling and nauseous. Not to mention spider webs and the filth of the room I was willing to overlook to get some rest.

I noticed we started getting sick very quickly we tried to just deal with it but no longer could we got dressed headed to the office and asked to be moved. The gentleman (not the same guy who checked us in)…

The owner kept my hundred dollar deposit just because the dog shed and they accept pets and all pets shed and I called the corporate office and still didn't get my money back. Did i mention he had the shadiest meth head people I ever seen working for him and they appeared to want to rob my room.

This was at the red roof inn in Brandon ms. I even went back and picked up the pet fur and he still wouldn't give me my 100 dollar deposit back I think the owner was on drugs also because I heard him screaming at the other meth head working there saying "why didn't you get her credit card number"?

Because he wanted to get even more of my money but luckily I paid cash.

We stayed at the Red Roof Inn Myrtle Beach and this place needs to be closed by the Health Department. I’ve never stayed anywhere that was so dirty and dilapidated in my life. Normally I love the red roof inn.

I believe that they are using COVID-19 as an excuse to never fix anything or clean their room between guests. The safety latch was broken on the door, the shower head was also broken. The tv remote did not work and the dirt from the prior guests including the dried up puke in the trash can was still there when we checked in.

July 26, 2021 I booked a stay at the Red Room Inn, Dover, Delaware from 7/22 - 724. There were not a lot of choices and I had not stayed with your chain before but was happy the have gotten the room even though they were really pricey.

Upon my arrival on the first day, there was a musty, old, moldy type smell. I was only there long enough to put by bags down. When I went out I got some Febreze to try and eliminate the smell. It did work so I that was taken care of. I found a dead bug on the bath room floor in the corner that nigh. I tried to brush it off because I was so tired. Thought maybe it was a lint ball or something. To my surprise the next day, it was not a lint ball. Checked in around 4pm saturday night on july 24th went to room it was very dirty. There was roaches,bed was still not taken care of , floors dirty, sink was flithy with hair still in sink, called front desk she said they would have housekeeper come clean room. We left for couple hours came back they only took out trash and made bad but didnt change the sheets on bed still had same dirty sheets on bed, we called and got more sheets sent to room and changed sherts ourself.

When I checked in I asked the nightly rate and the gentleman said $77 I asked him if that was the rate online as well he then said he was sick of people coming in to get a room who couldn’t afford it . He also said he was tired of people trying to get over on him.

I explained to him that the owner told me on previous occasions to come directly there and reserve a room not to go through the 3 rd party website , that’s why I asked the initial question I asked him. I have stayed at this particular location on many occasions but after this experience I do not think I will be giving them my business anymore .

I stayed at another red roof because the one i normally stay at was fulll. I called several of them within a radius of 10 miles of where Iive. This is something we do to get away especially during this difficult past year.

We generally in the premium room that only has a shower with a grab bar in their asnegatives. I walk with a cane and its more accessible for me. I was there all of 10 minutes after checking in (7-16_21). My wife went wipe down the toilet to use it and flushed before using it and it was clogged. Call the front decks and he gave me the plunger and im the paid guest.

We stayed at The Red Roof Inn Carrollton, GA on July 16th and 17th 2021. I rented 2 rooms with double queen beds. Our room numbers were 217 and 218. In room 218 after checking in, we found numerous issues.

The beds were not made up completely. There were no bedspreads or bed skirts on either bed. The shower curtain had mold at the bottom. The luggage rack was broken and unusable, The closet rack was broken and unusable. The a/c vent had numerous q-tips stuck down in it.

I recently stayed at two different RED ROOF INNS. Since we were traveling with our pets and RRI welcomes them, it seemed like a good idea to book rooms at our 2 destinations at with this well-known chain. The first one from June 19 - 21, 2021 was in Bowmansville ( Buffalo/Niagara), New York.

I already wrote a review for the Bowmansville property. It was perfect: basic but clean, well-maintained, affordable, the staff friendly and professional. From there we flew to Tampa, Florida where we had booked the RRI at 4999 34th St N. in St.

Petersburg, Florida, with a plan to spend a few days looking for an apartment. That turned into more than 2 weeks due to the difficulty in finding a suitable place to rent. What a rude awakening when we arrived at the St. Petersburg, Florida property.

I stayed at the red roof in in Southgate MI on Eureka Road. The lady working the front desk was very rude when I checked in at midnight. She was very unprofessional and cussing out the customers her daughter was being rude and got into it with another customer the line was out the door in the lobby for people waiting to be checked in.

Had a reservation at Red Roof Plus West Springfield MA for June 26th for 2 rooms. When I arrived one room smelled like smoke, the other had previous residence' hair coverings in the drawer and evidence of bed bugs was on the mattress in one room.

We complained but were told there were no other rooms available. We left and had to drive all the way to Worcester to find two rooms. I immediately called Visa travel and explained the situation and they called the hotel to verify what happened.

I have contacted Visa several times for a refund but they said it was denied by hotel manager Liz. This is totally unacceptable and the refund should be approved.

As a former employee I can assure you nothing gets fixed. Every room has been smoked in, duh. People do what they do. To "clean the room" we had this bioactive enzyme odor eliminator to reduce the smell. In rooms 131, 212, 220, 221, and 222, the wall falling apart where the air conditioner is.

The door handles have fallen off during my shift. I cannot tell you how often I have said the same lies (that I've been told to tell) about this place about the state of these rooms. I assure the guests that it was my first time hearing about the issue (eye-roll), or that I had been made aware of the issue and it would be fixed the day after they check out. They're disgusting.

We had two different families stay here under the table (iykyk). That's illegal, no? There were rooms we couldn't rent…

As a Business Owner who deals with Customers on a one on one basis I must say Red Roof Williams, AZ has a total disregard for the Customer. From 80 dsp Leaf Blowers for Hours while attemping to use the Pool to Employees from Your corporate office who couldn't care less. I did not stay at Red Roof to be in a Construction Zone. My Wife and I have stayed at this property 8 times last year and 3 times this year. That's it. We can understand a few things. But running Gas Leaf Blowers that require Ear Protection for HOURS is Incompetent and plain Lazy.

This Inn needs to be closed down. It is a motel for hookers. The sheets had blood on them and the staff called me the customer a liar about what was on the beds. There should have been nothing on the sheets.

There was a drunk sitting out on the front area drinking beer and they did nothing to make him leave. As a retired soldier i will make sure that i get this out on social media how one of your franchises treated me.

You as a business need to be aware that it's just a matter of time before you close all your locations if this is what to expected when people arrive at the different loactions.

Staying in Salem Oregon and have a toilet not functioning. Told we have to wait for maintenance who admitted yesterday when I inquired about my personal items that I left by accident the previous week we're not in a lost and found but in the trash I am forced to stay without proper functioning toilet beyond disgusting.

Not to mention I woke up to find some junkie trying to enter into my trailer that is parked in the lot. The hotel has a homeless camp behind the back parking lot . The reservation says No Smoking yet there are people standing on balconies and in breezeways smoking .

I have stayed in hotels from Seattle to crescent city and every where between an d this is the worst experience by far.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Since checking in I have notified the desk of deficiencies in the room. TV doesn't work. Safe was closed and cannot be used. AC doesn't function properly. Have had NOTHING done. In addition, fitted sheet had burn holes in them.

Room amenities were NOT as advertised on the website. Bedding dirty. Coffee cold. I understand that this is not a top of the li e hotel, but service should at least be adequate.

The room smelled horrible when we entered. There was a LARGE amount of mold on the wall above one of the beds. The ceiling was peeling and flaking off. The light in the shower was falling and was a huge safety issue.

When we told the manager that we wouldn’t stay another night ( only stayed that night because we arrived at approximately 10:00pm) we were told they had a 2 night minimum and would be charging us. Absolutely THE WORST place we have ever stayed.

Also, there was insects (slugs) on the floor.

I was so disappointed with red roof inn . It has changed so much in the past year. I have stayed here before and the service was fine. Now it is so undesirable now. I booked 5 nights in Gadsded , Georgia.

I drove up here from Port Charlotte,Florida to enjoy my 4th of July with family. To start things off the key to open my door did not work and I had to walk to other side of building to have it reset.

I still had problems opening door. It looked did not work properly and takes a bunch of inserts with card key to open it. There are tons if dead willow Flys laying all over the walk way and hall ways.

No one would sweep them up. The air condionter makes real loud noices soinds like a big commercial work truck outside. No one came . The bed was messed up , nasty floors, no fresh soap,towels…

Nos entregaron una habitación con un agujero en el lavamanos (imagen anexa), lugar por el cuál salieron ratones durante los 3 días que nos alojamos.

Salían en la noche o cuando estábamos fuera, por lo cuál sólo nos dimos cuenta de la situación la noche anterior a salir del hotel. Esta plaga contaminó nuestra comida y pertenencias, apareció una bolsa de pan rota y con los trozos de pan mordidos en el mueble cajón superior y en el piso (imagen).

I stayed at the red roof in in St. Louis , June 25 Thur June 27, this inn is a disgrace to the red roof inn name, I am sure there have been no improvement since it was built, the ceiling is falling, bathroom toilet leaks when flushed, bedding not clean old used soap and

First, upon arrival the older gentleman behind the counter couldn't have been more rude over a online error caused by the server! After a few moments getting lectured about usage of a credit card and explaining to this guy I absolutely had funds on the card to pay for the night he finally agreed to accept my credit card.

My family and I stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Feasterville PA. The entire experience was horrible. We checked in at 11:00 pm after driving 7 hours. The man who checked us in was on his personal cell phone on speaker phone talking to someone and ignoring this paying customer who just wanted to get into her room.

I am fairly certain he was also high. We booked an non-smoking and when we finally got our key and went to the room it smelled like an ashtray. The bathroom had mold all over the peeling ceiling and we had one bath towel for 3 people.

We stayed because it was late, they were sold out and didn't have any other options. I went to the front desk where two young men were behind the desk. One gave me a smart remark when I mentioned that my non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes.

Property recently purchased by Red Roof from Days Inn.

Overall condition of exterior extremely poor with concrete, macadam and associated signs and paintings in poor or non-existent condition. Created a very negative visual impact upon arrival. ) people loitering about. #2 - Interior renovation's started but poorly completed. External and internal doors to Room 105 closed improperly and external door grossly abused.

I have stayed at Home Towne Studios on Taylorsville Road in Louisville, Kentucky, for 300 days. Presently, I plan to stay here indefinitely.

However, in April, an incident occurred that I addressed with the on-site manager. It was not resolved to my satisfaction. Based on the facts, I deserve compensation. I prolly stayed at the RED ROOF INN at New Braunfels,2 hours tops for a nap & a shower then left back to hospital .

First of all I took a shower with cold water , I was in a rush so I didn’t care at the moment . When I came back later on around 12 pm I tried taking another shower and water was still cold , I was frustrated about it , tried to blow it off and

shake my sheets and get ready to lay down as I was trying to lay down I got real itchy , so I checked the sheets to see if they were clean and the ones underneath had other ppls hairs on them , as a looked closer I found bed bug eggs and bed bugs on mattress .

I have an ongoing issue with the manager at this property. It began as an attempt to throw me off the property because I had a guest over that brought his pet. From there it has evolved into him sending me an eviction threat which I've already shared with you.

Since then he has charged me unjustified late fees and over charging me for my stay. My boss pays my bill and on at least 4 occasions now they have charged us a 30 day fee. After a day or two sometimes hours he has his staff call me to tell me my stay will be shortened by as many as 5 days due to under charges.

Mind you he himself has charged our credit card a 30 day fee and changed it again once the transaction was finished. I am a long term resident here due to the covid shelter in place. My stay began on December 26th 2020.

My wife and I have stayed here several times in the past couple of months. Almost always in Room 110 or 111. Typically we’ve had to walk to the office to request towels, washcloths, or ice bucket. On June 21, 2021 they checked us into Room 111. The carpet was soaked, but we didn’t know it until we stepped on it, after removing our shoes. The bathroom floor was sticky, as if some sort of adhesive was on the surface. There was 1 washcloth, one hand towel! No bath towels. No ice bucket. The rate with military discount is always $54.61

I had made a reservation for this Friday Nught and Saturday night @54.61.

We ended up traveling within 70 miles of Somerset tonight, so we called ahead and reserved the same room (110) for an additional two nights. After driving that distance, the desk clerk…
