there's alot of issues that have to be addressed frm the previous owner stealing money from guests bank accounts to the management on staff and members become so nasty with the guests and the lack of communication between the management and guests is beyond sad and how they have been treated by the people who work at this particular location makes no sense ive seen a employee who supposed to be in management try to force her way into a room and

Our stay at the Red Roof Inn Vicksburg went perfectly as planned until time of checkout. We had requested a late checkout upon arrival, which was to be 12:00pm. I had been sick (throwing up) & requested an additional 30mins to an hr tops to allow my fiancé to run next door to Kroger to get some medicine for me.

We even offered to pay for this additional time,& had considered extending our stay for an additional night, as I was not feeling like riding in the car back home. I had a reservation about a week ago, and about 2 hours of being there I had to go down and complain to the front desk because people were smoking marijuana beside us. It was not resolved so I called at 1 am (after being woken up by the smoke and smell) and was told she could move me rooms but it would be on the same balcony.

I told her we would just leave. She said the manager would call me in the morning about a refund. Never got a call. The next day I called. He “wasn’t there” so they said that they would have him call me. Same thing. No call.

First off I do not want to give this motel a 1/5 it should be ZERO! The room was absolutely disgusting it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, carpet filthy and not vacuumed, counter tops filthy, Sheets stains and burn holes, towels with stains on them. Water came out brown! I have never in my life stayed in such a disgusting motel! No remote for TV. Cob webs all over the room! I don't know how this motel can charge $65 a night! I literally went to Walmart and bought sheets just so I could sleep! Who ever runs this motel in Fresno should obviously doesn't care what these rooms look like...it's ran like a homeless flop house! I booked a few nights at the Red roof Inn on i-45 in spring Texas. It was pet friendly that's why we chose to stay there. We stayed one night and although the room was disgusting decided to stay the other few nights we had already booked.

My husband and I went to a doctor's appointment the next morning after staying one night and unfortunately on the way back from the doctor's office our truck broke down there was no fixing it ourselves we had to get it towed to the mechanic who said it was going to be almost a week until it's finished took an Uber like $60 Uber back to the hotel and promptly went to sleep as it was late.

I booked a Room trough the "Bring Fido" App run by Expedia and booked a room. When I arrived on April 7th I was told I did not have a reservation, so I was charged a second time at a higher rate. Both Red Roof Inn Arcata and Bring Fido confirm I was one person in one room, and each puts blame on the other.

I was told eventually by Red Roof Inn-Arcata Management they would allow for a refund but it must come form Bring Fido, Bring Fido now says Arcata won't refund me because the charges never happened.

This is ridiculous and I am not paying credit card fees for this. A screen shot of the charges is attached. What is the issue. here? I want to be refunded for the higher price.

00 in CASH on April 7 2021 and did not enter the room , and went back to front desk to want a Total Refund because of the gang people who where hanging by my door. The place in Naperville I’ll was terrible!!

Our bathroom was disgusting. I was unable to bathe my children in the tub. The ceiling was also stained and peeling (did not take pic) the shower walls look like someone splashed bleach on it. The toilet didn’t stop running.

The air conditioner was so loud when it kicked on it would wake us. My kids and I travel a lot and have used red roof before and never seen anything like this.

My family and me stayed over night at red roof fairgrounds in tampa on 6/11/21. We got 2 rooms.

First thing we walked in and was getting high of the smell of weed in the rooms. There was no pillow cases on the pillows in room 240 and the phone cord was pulled off the phone so we could not call front desk.

The other room 230 again smelled like weed. Had cigarettes butts and ashes in the drawers. Remind you they are no smoking rooms. The tubs need redone bad. The curtains in the rooms have littles holes in them. 24 for 2 rooms that looked and smelled like shit.

I have stayed in your red roofs many times and I never seen something so bad. They was sold out so we could not even get a new room. I feel the next time we stay at a red roof we should be getting a refund or 2 free nights.

Upon entering our room, it smelled like smoke so we thought we would turn in the vent. It did not work. Upon further exploration of our room, we found a cracked sink, a shower curtain rod that was not attached securely, and a tv remote that did not have a “menu” button which resulted in a limited choice of tv channels- or maybe that is all that had?!

Outside there was the “party” atmosphere. People drinking and standing in outer halls-quite loud. Upon exiting our room this am, this atmosphere continued with the trash laying around outside, including clothes and a door that was left open (we assume by staff) because the smell of skunk weed was horrendous.

We Checked in May 29th 2021 Purchase through Priceline Upon Arrival after I received my Key to room 205 in Trevose Pa I notified the desk we had no heat Tempature was 50 degrees unseasonably cold and Raining We also had a Microwave and Mini Fridge not working I complained Several Times about the Situation.

The issues were ignored I lost food could not Heat up or store food. I am totally disappointed and not happy with the lack of Hospitality we never were offered a different room . I really wanted to love this place because of the free pet policy and the location. Everyone was super nice but our room key stopped working and we had to get it reswiped several times per day.

Also the bathroom was in need of a serious remodel. Rust, dirt in the corners. The noise from the pool was inconvenient because I had to get up at 4am the next morning to catch a flight. I understand kids having fun but the screaming was unnecessary.

We travel to Lubbock once per year. We would like to make this our go to lodging for our trips. But I will be considering these factors when we make our plans for next time. Thank you for your time.

This Red Roof Inn discriminates against certain guests. Although all guests supposedly pay the same rate, certain guests are denied certain services, such as “Do not disturb” signs, no FREE COMPLIMENTARY breakfasts, and receive poor services. Management is rude, and often, insulting to guests.

There is definitely a significant difference in the way certain guest are treated, which I consider discriminatory.

My husband and I checked in to Red Roof Inn in Brunswick Georgia. Upon entering the room the first sight was a cracked window held together with tape. When I went in to check the bathroom there was urine on the seat of toilet and the floor. Nothing looked clean. Doors were all filthy.

The front entry was discussing also. The carpet was so dirty our shoes stuck to it. Unacceptable. We did insist on a refund and supposedly it was given but that will have to wait until our charge card bill arrives. Never again

I booked a room at the Rockford IL Red Roof Inn on 5/28. When we got into our room, it was disgustingly filthy. It smelled like stale cigarettes and ass. The mattresses had bed bugs, verified by your employee and I have pics as well, at this point we were absolutely disgusted.

We decided to go to another hotel. We were denied a refund by your GM there which is unbelievable. We were in the room for less than 10 min and it is not my fault the room was that disgusting.

What is the GM doing that she lets this place get as nasty as it is, she should be embarrassed. Bottom line i want my refund, you guys advertise your "Commitment to safety and cleanliness" which couldn't be further from the truth.

Last week we arrived at the Red Roof Inn in Dandridge Tennessee with hopes of a comfortable, clean affordable place to stay for our 3 nights in Dandridge. What we found was quite the contrary. We were given an upstairs 2nd floor room.

We pulled around the side of the building facing the freeway that our room was located. What we saw at this point was horrifying! it was awful. We parked and proceed to walk to the area of the elevator and realized at this point the elevator in fact was abandoned and clearly broke down.

The doors were ajar and pigeons were ROOSTING inside the elevator and bird droppings and nests were EVERYWHERE. It was disgusting. We walked up the ramp to our room and as soon as we opened the door the room smelled horribly of stale cigarettes.

I am staying at the Home Towne Studio and Suites 2130 Highway 6 South, Houston, TX 77077. Room 144. I have paid for a reservation from 05/27/2021 through 06/06/2021.

1. My room is infested with roaches and nats to the point i bought a can of RAID bug spray to try to combat this situation.. I have killed 6 roaches today alone since awakening an hour ago. I did not pay almost $450.00 to share my room with nasty insects!!! 2. The first day I was here we had hot water for part of the day then the next two days we had none , the staff stating they were waiting on a part. Yesterday we had hot water then again this morning we do not have hot water again. I do not take cold showers!!!

I find this to be unacceptable and am very disappointed in the quality of this motel.

Drive to Pensacola Florida from Nashville TN for a trip for my children. I did not get the room I paid for they gave my rooms away to someone else. Placed me in a disgusting room and over charged my fiance's card as well.

Did not give us the veterans discount the manager stated due to memorial day we couldn't. Our room was not clean and the beds are horrible. Everything was broken and nasty. Never in my 6 years as a hotel manager I've never seen anything so disgusting and this will be reported by the health department.

Employees were being rude and also discriminating. I will be filing a discrimination suit as well. They charged a white couple 50 dollars for a hold and us $100 per room. Not right. Below are the pictures and videos of our $1400 stay. Disgusting!!

My Husband and I booked a stay at your Red Roof Inn in Troy MI, for us and our daughter and son in law. Two rooms. This was on May 13 & 14 2021. Our room was 106 I believe.

The second we opened the door there was a very strong odor of cigarette smoke. Despite the non smoking signs on the window. The smoke detector was not in tack it was on the mini fridge. The floors were dirty.

The bathroom door handles were loose and it kept getting stuck due to the front and back panels separating away from the frame. Our visit was for a funeral, therefore we did not take any photos. The stench of cigarette smoke was sickening.

The employee in the lobby was not hospitable at all. The overall appearance of the place was very run down and dated. Our daughter, room was 126 and it was in much worse shape…

We recently stayed at the Cleveland/Medina hotel from May 21 to May 24, 2021. We were informed that there would be no housekeeping service when we checked in, however due to not understanding what was said due to a language difficulty, I didn't know this until I called to find out why our room wasn't cleaned that afternoon.

From then on I had to make the beds, take out the trash and go to the laundry room to get towels, washcloths, hand towels and bath mats. This was unacceptable to me. We could not go to a different hotel as we have a small pet.

I think something needs to be done at this location. We were in Ohio to attend my nieces Memorial Service and I really didn't need this. Thank you for your help.

My husband and I stayed at this location the end of April thru the first of May and we were able to have my medical assist dog and 2 cats with no problems. Upon check out our room was in excellent condition garbage taken out and room clean.

The security and management both tell tenants to smoke down in the designated smoking area, and we can't socialize outside our room, only in the designated smoking area. Tonight a family gathering was going on and security called the cops on us and told us we had to go back to our room, we were not doing anything illegal.

They cops said it was because security called them. I find this behavior to be highly disrespectful considering we were doing exactly as managment and security told us to do.

My Son and I checked in on May 20th, 2021. We checked in, left and came back later on. We went to lay down and pulled back the covers and the sheets, pillow cases and top sheet were filthy and stained.

The room looked like it had not been cleaned either. I tried to get clean linen but to no avail. The Mangers Name was Sandi Patel. He tried to offer me a new room but all I wanted was to have my room cleaned properly.

I stayed at the Red Roof Inn on 1980 Haggard Court Lexington KY. I like the dog policy and tend to support the chain because of it I come here every year for the Bluegrass Stock Dog Classic at Masterson Station. I noticed a lot of my competitors and friends staying there as well.

The fact that I've been forced to live in my unit with it flooding from the people upstairs room every time they use their toilet or bathtub. This has come down all over my freshly bought groceries and all over my personal items.

I've taken pictures and documented everything. At 715 Kipling st unit 248 lakewood, co 80215. It's bio hazardous and I've been forced to clean it up and deal with it alone. After two days of this they offer to move me into another filth infested room.

No mention of the money I've lost with loosing all of my freshly purchased groceries nor my personal items that must be thrown out. This place is worse than living in a ghetto with a slum Lord. I reserved 2 rooms at the Red Roof Inn Lorado, today I went there to check in with my 4 small kids. The lady at the front desk was very rude and unfriendly. She wasn't going to check us in until my 3 year old put on his face mask.

Red Roof Inn Orlando South - Florida Mall--- Where do I start wow. I drove from Miami 4 hours at night got there at 12 Place was closed. I was told to speak with the guard when I got there that he will have our key or to use the call box and someone will help us .

I would like to cancel my Redi Membership. The stay reserved for May 7, 2021-May 9, 2021 was terrible. I traveled from Crete, IL to this location to find that the original reservation for standard double was filthy. still, no face cloths though.

I couldn't bring myself to stay in the room, so I requested another. He placed me in a premium king. I ordered from uber eats and went to warm my food to find hair on the plate.. 5 hour drive, I had to wipe down this room with my own wipes, clean the microwave plate, and stand in the tub on a towel to shower quickly.

Room was dirty. Stains and cigarette burns on blankets. I had to buy new linen and had to clean the room myself. Door was filthy. The tub had no stopper. I had to buy new towels due to the ones provided being dirty.

The other tenants knocking on door late at night,outside yelling and fighting blasting music and smoking weed outside of room. My room had no phone no microwave no fridge not even a clock. This place is horrible and Red roof inn should be ashamed!

Sam was very rude and would not work with me or Priceline about any of the issues . This is in a low class neighborhood in which I am scared to visit now tht I went there last night/ early morning and had a colored lady knocking on my car window demanding I open my door.

He also would not allow any flexibility in check in times. I don't want to leave bad reviews everywhere but my hands being pushed that way with his behavior. ty for taking the time to read this! Have a great day!!
