I’m a extended stay guest of 6mo. Today a friend needed a ride to the ER, we had no where to leave his dog so he stayed in my room. We were away for 4hrs. While I was at the ER the front desk girl called and left me a mean rude message stating I had a pit bull in my room and to get back right now and pack my things and get out.

He’s a spaniel/Dane not that his breed is significant. She accused me of having a dog throughout my entire stay which is completely untrue. I do not own a dog. The hotel has always promoted being pet friendly and many many other people have pets here on the property.

I stayed here for a few hours Port Allen La location. The room looked nice however it had a moldy smell, carpet was damp in sections and the air conditioning came on but didn't stay on longer than a minute or two and didn't actually blow any cool air. I checked in around 10 pm and left by 7:30 am.

I made a reservation friday 23,2021, check in was at 3pm my room wasnt ready til 6pm when I got to my room it was missing the bedding and was dirty I offered to clean it today sunday 25,2021 12am my toilet starts to flood water . I call front office for a plunger and front office said come down for plunger I go down to office nobody was in there .

So i come back to my room its now flooded with toilet water. I call office see where he is and he starts arguing with me that he was in the back washing clothes and i should have called or knocked on the door .

Never brought the plunger or came to my room to help me clean or turn off water . Went down a second time and still he wasnt there. Then came up to my room and kick my entire family out the room at 1am while my 8yr old son was asleep .…

After going through a lot just to get into the room. I couldn’t even think about sleeping in such a nasty room. This has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The sheets were stained, the smoke detector was in the dresser drawer and so much more.

I went to give the key back and get a refund. Only to see that I wasn’t refunded the full amount.

Well I got a room for 2 days in Williams az, stating sunday night 4/18 until today 4/20. The first room they gave me had bed bugs all over the bed. We didn't notice them that night because we came in at midnight and where super tired.

Hotel staff said we have to go put all our clothes throw the dryers to kill any that got on my clothes. Moved rooms but second room was missing microwave. Staff said they will give me a partial refund of $25 dollars not even a full night's return.

But I am not happy at all, knowing that I might take bugs home with me. I stay at alot of hotels and never ever had this problem. The worst part is they cleaned room and gave it to someone else.

Didn't even try to kill the bugs.

I booked a reservation through Travelocity for one night at the RedRoof Inn Albuquerque-Midtown at 2015Menaul Blvd NE for April 7, 2021. We checked in and went to our room; it was a disaster. It was filthy, absolutely filthy. I went to the front desk, complained, and we were given another room. It was roach infested.

Even though it was mid afternoon, homeless people were all over the parking lot and even the hallways. It was a scary situation for me and my wife. For our safety we went to a LaQuita by Wyndham and was able to get a room, it was like day and night compared to the RedRoof rooms. Never again. 21.

They said that the room would be cleaned at least once per week. In the 7 months I was there, the room was never cleaned. 00 was taken from my debit card for alleged damages. I went to the office one day after checking out for good and the manager refused to show me the damage.

She then said she had pictures of the damage but refused to show me those. Why?

i now have ants in my luggage due to how disgusting the room was. the floors had not been cleaned and there were ants on the walls. the front desk staff yelled my room number out across the entire lobby compromising my privacy and safety that is typically guaranteed at hotels/inns.

someone else’s soap was still in the shower. i paid $150 plus a $50 deposit for a room that should’ve cost me $30.

During my recent stay at the Red Roof Inn located off of I-95 in Fayetteville, North Carolina the service we received was horrible. I booked two rooms from April 13th (Tuesday) until April 16th (Friday) the front desk clerk upon checking in was very nice, however the rooms were not cleaned during our stay.

After I first night we received a change towels, washcloths, etc. ) neither were the unclean towels or washcloths, nor trash removed from our rooms. We (my mother, brother and myself) had to go to the front desk to request clean bathing supplies for the duration of our trip.

There was also excessive noise from other guests playing their music from their vehicles after 11pm at night very loudly. My father recently died so we have been traveling back and forth from Delaware to North…

I had a good stay until my last day there. I went outside to smoke a cigarette and when i returned my key would not work. I was so embarrassed. I had a guess with me. 00 for the weekend and I couldnt get in my room.

I was so happy that the maid came by and let me in. I went to front desk and she was like she was so sorry. Sorry did not make up for embarrassment. I came here because its a good hotel. I felt so embarrassed.

They kept our $100 deposit after the maid went in to check the room. Suspicious that she found one cigarette, that wasn't ours, and they kept $100 that pit us in a really bad spot The front desk was very rude.

Hello, I rented my first room 2 weeks ago. Room 245 at location in kanawha city wv. It was absolutely filthy. There was no safe in there. There was trash and food under the bed. Food beside the refrigerator and roaches.

With covid and everything I can not believe how dirty this hotel is. There are positive cases all over, the staff didn't even inform us of this. Now my brother is laying in ICU with covid. Instead of putting them in one building or something they are all spread out.

They are suppose to be in quarantine, which they walk around all over spreading it. The brown bags outside of rooms are covid.

Also bed bugs were found, (in the pictures). Someone had warned me about the bugs. Then I saw them myself in the room I moved to. I don't know how the health department has not…

Excessive damage to the room including the door being kicked so hard that it is now bent. Sunlight and airflow into the room now unavoidable. Thugs, Drugs and other undesirable scenarios that go along with this sort of program. The property end to end, top to bottom is filthy.

Only one trash can for the entire property by the front office. Feces on the ground (animal not human) that needs to be cleaned up. After 30 years in the hospitality industry I have never experienced a property as dirty and crime ridden as this one.

I had to move four times during my 5 day stay. I moved from Tuesday when I checked in to Wednesday.

First room: microwave, fridge and phone didn’t work. (this is during a pandemic and it’s very unsanitary) Third room: toilet wouldn’t flush Forth room( premium room; covers had blood and stains all on it and lamp shade was stained ( I used all of my cleaning supplies trying to sanitize and

make sure I’m safe in every room I had to move. Staff couldn’t provide cleaning supplies or to make sure our room was cleaned and I had to use personal supplies and ran out. My stay is during this pandemic and I didn’t like having my safety put at risk.

Management acted nonchalant and ultimately told me I couldn’t come back and gave no reason.

First the lady that worked morning shift today on 4/8/21 threatened to “kick the fucking shit out of your dog “ after she walked passed it.

Secondly she was on the phone with another employee and when I asked her a question I was called a “bitch” and the lady also said “she just blew me” “why is she being a bitch” . Red Roof Ashland. 4/2-4/4. Receptionist at checkin couldn't have been nicer. I was informed i received the last first floor room. Entered the room to a strong odor of cigarettes. room was two double beds. I reserved a King. ( not a big deal).

I left door open and brought my disinfectant spay in to try remove the odor. Only 1 working light by bed no over head light. Floor was flithy i remopped it myself ( with travel n Covid i have learned to bring cleaning supplies).

The sink and bathtub had large paint stains. Toilet paper roll just sitting on top of holder. Bathroom door was cracked and many holes in it. Many divets in bathroom floor. The Refrigerator wasn't plugged in. I moved dresser to plug it in.

There was a large amount dog food behind it. There was a dirty mask on the floor…

My family and I stayed here at the Roanoke Rapids North Carolina location and the service was very poor. The room was not clean, the shower was not clean, and they me that I had to wait on wash cloths and towels because it wasn't any clean.

We found big red spots on the comforters. Brown spots on bed linen. Shower curtain was ripped. Normally when we stay at this location everything is on point but not this day. It was terrible and I do not ever want to stay here ever again. Tub was also piling.

This was the worse stay ever. I also have pictures of this stay. I am unable to attach the pictures to this complaint because they are to large to send.

Checked in last night 4/2/21. Got the last room. Room was dirty. Leftover Food in refrigerator, someone’s big bar of personal soap on the bathroom counter, papers on county. Obviously this room was not cleaned. We are very concerned considering the COVID.

I have been here almost year and half.. I pay by the week mostly.. I'm in a kitchenette, still no refrigerator, room had no Tv. I had to purchase Tv for my own room.. cable box needs to be reprogrammed or replaced.

Once again I'm told management will check on it if she has time. Mean time I'm going on 3 days no tv again..

second problem my phone was stolen by one of Red roof inn. Again management and owner did nothing. Til I called cops to get my phone back. I could go on with so many compliments.. unfortunately this is the only place I can afford at this time..

I want better service from management and owners.

No one was at the front desk when I arrived. I called the number posted and rang the bell and it took the clerk more than 15 min to come to front. I asked what she could have been helping another guest with for 15 min and her answer was business and I should have called or rang the bell- which i did. I am fairly sure the pot smell in the lobby is her.

I am a single mother of 3 children. We stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Pigeon Forge on March 4-5. Upon check out my children even made up their beds. We fed the roaches before we left too! They looked hungry!

I stayed at the RRI in Charlottesville Va from 3/20-3/24/21. My experience was horrible. They put me in a room where construction was being done over my head, without telling me. m. I was freezing all night because the unit in the room didn't work. It was unsafe.

I tripped over the AC cord out in the floor. A roach was stuck in the blow dryer i was using to do my hair. Stained bedding. House keepers spoke no English. Floors filthy. Took me hours to figure out the fridge was unplugged. Moldy smell. Someone please call me. 813 730 0864

Address sends you to a OYO hotel in a less than savory area. After calling I was told, yes it is the correct address. I drove around due to the fact that it is a uncancelable room. Very unsafe for a older woman.

Upon checking in, I was told NO MASK NEEDED HERE-TX is WIDE OPEN! And Yet I was also told no amenities due to Covid. Kind of a double standard. Room is bare minimum clean. I try to stay in RRI's as I travel with a small dog.

But from now on probably not Very UNHAPPY

I got a jetted tub room at the mt holly nj hotel for the weekend for my fiance and I. After hearing about the new fast wifi red roof upgraded to I was disappointed to see that it was nothing of the sort.

My real issue though was the first night I couldn't get more than a third of the tub filled with hot water. We waited 4 hours before falling asleep and giving up. The next am neither could get a shower so I called the front desk. I wasn't able to.

We went out for the day and returned at 10pm. Decided to try the tub again and low and behold still no hot water. I called the front desk again and was told the hotel was busy and everybody used the hot water at same time and thats why it was cold.

So last night, this am, and tonight everybody's using the hot water. You know who didn't use it?…

I booked a room for two nights. We got to the motel about 5 pm. The room was nasty the commode had urine and toilet paper in it. The sheets was not clean and the room smelled terrible. There was trash bags in the hallway and the place did not fell safe.

We could not stay in a place like this. com.

I have been here for about 5 days I asked for new towels they told me no. They put me above the office and any step I take they call me and complain I'm being to loud. I feel harrased and I feel im being treated unfairly.

My first room I had flooded almost the entire floor and that room smelt like piss and cigs when they were telling me if I smoked in the room it was a fee yet they put me in a room that stunk. There's cigarettes burn holes in the curtains.

The staff are disrespectful and rude over the phone. I want a complete refund for the extreme horrible customer service.

We checked in March 25, 2021 in Arcata California. I assure you this will be my last complaint against your company name as I will never be staying in another Red Roof inn, again. We are on a budget and currently moving. We have pets.

From the moment I walked into the room I was met with the ungodly odor of what I can only call construction glue. The floors were so filthy the bottoms of my feet were black. I retrieved a magic eraser from my car and hand washed the floor.

As I went to shower I noticed no shower curtain. Settled with a bath. Upon turning on the tv the only picture we received on all channels was static and like watching through a snow storm. Nothing fixed it. Deciding to watch something on my tablet there was no internet.

I checked into Red Roof inn in Burlingame CA, I am disabled and was told that i would need to pay 15 dollars to park i explained i have disabled permit, Manager said it did not matter and i either paid the fee or get towed, I will never stay at another Red Roof inn and i will inform my company to remove this company from hotel/ motel list, Shame of you and any other companies that Screw over there custmers, ADA will contacted, Hope you can afford the lawsuit for discrimination, BAD BUSINESS

I wouldn't even good you a one star. This room was the filthiest room I've ever seen. The only thing that was done was the sheets had been change. The filth in this room didn't happen overnight it's been neglected.

I had to go and ask them to reclean our room. The lady at desk said all cleaning ladies had left for the day but she would get someone to come and clean. We return to the room after eating and someone tried to clean.

They wipe tops down which we had wipe off them ourselves. They sweep and mop, after mopping the floors were sticky. The toilet and bathtub still nasty they didn't even try to clean it. The clothes hangers had paint all on them.

The rack to hang clothes was filthy looks like its never been wipe down. The adjoining door the lock and handle has blue erosion on it.…

St Charles Missouri location. Let's talk about how do manager if you want to call him that Wesley knew at that hotel was being sold. Or he gave his employees and residence 8 days to get out of that hotel.

He is the worst manager that has ever hit a Red Roof Inn and you guys have him transferred to Hampton Forest Park. The place was not that bad in till Wesley took over the hote. I cannot believe is a company that Red Roof did what they did to their tenants there and employees.

However it's far from over. You made people leave there with Cove it going on when most people cannot be evicted from their homes. If you don't see that Wesley Cooper is your problem I'll make sure someone knows that he's the problem.

We have stayed at this hotel for 3 months (Conf# 1058-064383) while working as a hospital worker for the state crisis. We have not had hot water for 7 days and no one notified us anything was broken. Each day we called we got the same answer, "We don't know we are working on it".

I spoke to the manager today about getting a refund and she was rude and said she didn't want to rent to us because I was stressing her out. As a retired officer, she needs customer service skills and learn to deal with situations in a professional manner.

Stayed here March 11-14 2021. This place is not safe at all. Little did I know this place is on the bad side of town. Our last night a group of kids got into a fight inside and out front.

Which lead to gun shots. The next morning I was as I was getting ready to check out at 1200 like the door in the room stated. I was startled by the female owner that check out was at 1100 which went against what was on the door.

Upon going outside I noticed one of the bullets went through my driver side window, passenger head rest and it the passenger rear window. While waiting on the police to finish their investigation and review the security tapes and trying to figure out how we where going to get the car fixed to get back home.
