Culpeper Va red roof inn. They have terrible housekeeping services and management blames the guests to their faces very rudely and I’ve talked with some long term guests there who have told me much worse. Their management should be fired and so should everyone working there.

(My guess is they are all family) and they are all living in the hotel. I asked front desk (over the phone) for something housekeeping had forgot to give me and she threw it out the door and went back to bed.

This is the worst kind of hotel service I’ve ever seen and I worked many years in the hotel business and I’m sad to say I will never come here again or ever recommend it I will tell this story to the fullest.

I reserved a room for today for 7 days which from what I was told when I reserved the room the price was $283 total for 7 days, which I used the student discount. at check-in, the lady working told me a different price so I had to only rent for 6 days instead.

I got the room key and went up to the room. The room is filthy. I would not even think about sitting on the broken bed much less sleep on it. the security deadbolt is broken, the wall is molded and you can see inside the wall, the ceiling is falling in, the drawer to the dresser is broken off, there is urine all over the commode, and nasty stains are all across the floor, and the safe is broken.

I will not stay I this room.

I'm staying at Hometown studios an suites on 5959 Guhn rd an my AC froze up over the weekend I reported it several times my wife is disabled an couldn't handle the heat so I cleaned the outer coils of crud on Monday night an it was filthy but it's blowing cool again is their any compensation for the day we were uncomfortable an my having to do the job that should have been already done I really think all the units should be checked an cleaned in every room so

The Red Roof Inn Somerset Kentucky. This is a home for many long term derelicts. I'm extremely embarrassed that I chose this location for myself and family members while having to attend a family funeral. Rooms had dirty doors, walls, carpeting and bathrooms.

Family members refused showers and baths due to the filth of towels and wash cloths. Window seals of other rooms literally had garbage in them and people coming and going all hours of the night visiting the "long term residents" .

Even replacement towels were dirty. If we would have not arrived so late in the day I would have definitely moved everyone to a different hotel. I'm a Senior Executive for a Fortune 500 company and am very tolerant but this location is unacceptable for a Red Roof Inns standard of quality.

The receptionist (Kimberly) on duty when we arrived at the Red Roof Inn in Springfield, MO was very sweet and helpful. I parked the car and walked to the rear to get out my luggage I slipped and fell on a large oil spot.

My female friend helped me up and I reported this to the receptionist. She offered to call an ambulance but I told her that wasn't necessary. She left a note on the managers(Bob) door so he would see it when he came in the next morning.

When checking the next afternoon it took the manager over 12 hours to put anything on all the oil spills around the parking lot. These spots were large and slick as ice! The remote was broken when I tried to use so she quickly replaced it.

My family was visiting my mom's grave site for her birthday and we choose your hotel to stay at in Wisconsin we booked through price line. We got there and had another$56 to pay tax & deposit. We were not aware then open the room door and being a supervisor for a cleaning company I automatically knew the room was not clean so I swept it myself. And it was awful.

This hotel located at 2010 Zumbehl Rd, St. Charles, Missouri 63203 has gone downhill dramatically since the new manager, Westley took over. Trash cans are overflowing daily resulting in trash blowing around the property. Soda and juice spills are left on the ground as nothing is ever swept or cleaned. Cigarette butts are everywhere.

Dust and filth are all over the hallways and stairwells. Trash is stored under the stairs for days on end which stinks. Air conditioning units are covered in filth and that blows into the rooms creating a layer of dust and filth in the rooms.

The owner here is extremely rude and disrespectful. She doesn't know how to treat customers and let's her emotions get the best of her. She yelled at me and embarrassed and humiliated me in front of a lobby of people and called me a liar and threatened to call the cops on me for having my girlfriend over to the hotel room past 8pm because she wasn't listed as a person to occupy the room on the reservation.

Red Roof Inn Baton Rouge, Baton Rouge checked in Friday March 13, 2020. I reserved 2 rooms. The first room didn't smell too bad but had no towels. It had patched up holes in the walls, mold in the bathroom, Stained bedsheets, disgusting carpet, broken bathroom lock.

Double charged for room. They lied about dog pooping in room to keep deposit, dog has special needs and was never on floor. Blamed dog for pooping in another room, she was never even in! Said dog pooped in front of outside door!

Didn't have requested handicap bathroom for mother, she injured herself trying to get into restroom from wheelchair, I had to take her to restroom down the road at a gas station when she had to use the restroom. Yesterday I checked in at the Hanover MD location room 202. The guest next to me ruined my stay. They ran in and out, they yelled alot, they played loud music then more screams all night. I was unable to sleep and didn't stay through the whole night after that now feeling like I wasted my money.

A person whom I will not expose was able to walk in to the office and say they were a daughter of my fiance saying same last name she has and said she wanted to come in my room to wait for her mom to come back yes she was 18 and was easily able to get a key to come in. Here's a question.....

My husband and I stayed at Red Roof Inn for our 34th wedding anniversary. I went into the bathroom, floor was wet around the toilet. I thought at first it was because they had just mopped the floor, that was not the case, with every flush, the floor was wet.

One of the tissue rolls had been partially used. Only two hand towels in bathroom. Large towels looked so nasty that my husband and I left the hotel before check out time without taking a bath. We felt like something was biting us while in the bed. m.

When I booked this visit, I chose this hotel because it served breakfast. When we checked in we were told that breakfast was discontinued. The whole reason we booked here was for breakfast. When I spoke to manager about being very dissatisfied about it, his attitude was "oh well sorry". The room was acceptable.

I checked into a red roof in on hilliard rome road and renner road in columbus ohio and there was suspicious activity near my room. African American guys haging out and they were saying stuff to me. I'm a woman and I was alone and it was night time.

I recently paid for airport parking at "HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof Inn(SEA) Airport Parking". Attached is a copy of my confirmation. When we arrived at the HomeTowne Studio location and presented the confirmation at the desk, we were redirected to a sleezy open lot behind an AutoZone a few blocks away. This is a lot where the attendants (?) don't speak very good English and don't seem to have any system for parking an retrieving vehicles. It's at the back of the property behind some trees with no security.

Problem #1 happened in the Red Roof Inn in Cleveland/Westlake in Ohio in 2019 September. I had someone from your front desk at this Red Roof Inn call the police on me because they believed I damaged the room, and 3 police officers arrived to greet me outside of my door that morning. Nothing was found damaged in my room, but I was still harassed by police, put on the do not rent list, and evicted from the hotel without any justifiable explanation considering I was not a wanted man as police assumed when they forcibly identified me or threatened arrest, and I'd done nothing wrong to the room. The front desk staff also claimed they didn't have my ID on file, even though it was placed in the system 4 times because I renewed my information every day of my stay.

So I arrived Nov 2,2019 the comforter on the bed closest to the door was damp, the phone didn't work there was a light bulb missing from the lamp by the bed the outlet didn't work the heat didn't start to warm the room up until around 2:30 am. The room was filthy. Didn't look as if they ever cleaned. I called the front desk. They sent someone down with a wet mop and mopped the room. They didn't vacuum or clean the nasty bathroom. They were rude when it came to checkout.

I checked in 10/14/2019 (Monday) with Departure date of (10\24\2019) Thursday confirmation # 812-464741. On 10/23/2019 I called front desk and spoke with young lady to verify my departure date because I lost my copy and she informed me it was 10/23/2019 at 11am.

I was confused because I thought it was the 10/24 but the lady assured me it was the 10/23. 4350 commerce rd 23234. We were given room #251. I took the broken handle to the office the clerk gave us "the last room". Room #256. Room 256 was horrible. There were large active bugs crawling around on the walls.

There was absolutely nothing that I like the hotel. The bed sheets had spots on them, the room had a bad smell. The face towels were thin, when i took a shower a spider crawled into the shower, there was only one light in the room, the carpet was old.

I stayed at your Red Roof Plus on Plymouth Rd in Detroit, Michigan recently and have never had such poor customer service. I checked in on October 13th and checked out on October 16th. When I checked into my room, the toilet ran continuously and never stopped.

My husband was in U of M Hospital so I left very early the next morning because he was having surgery so I didn’t get a chance to stop at the office and let them know about the toilet. I got back to my room about midnight and the toilet was still running and wouldn’t flush.

I called the office at 8AM the next morning and was assured that they would have the maintenance man take care of it. I got back to my room at 6PM that night and the toilet still wasn’t fixed. ” Are you kidding me ?!?!

First off manager came outside to our vehicle in front of other guest and straight no hi how are you nothing just attitude asking if I had reservations like that’s anyone’s business out front of that motel other than mine and my wife’s. Room was dirty. There was a dirty sock on floor upon arrival in bedroom. Hair in the bathtub. Mold in the freezer. Dead bugs in floor. I cleaned the bathtub. In the morning I went to front desk and asked if they could just make sure the room got cleaned because it obviously wasn't if housekeeping missed the sock in the floor.

The lady wrote it down, wrote down where the sock was and said it would be taken care of. We left for the day and returned. Sock was still on the floor. Bugs and mold still there. We always stay at Red roof when we travel and this by far was the worst room we ever stayed in.

We had even stated at this hotel before is why we returned. We will not stay again due to the fact that I just nicely asked to have the room clean and they failed to b do so.

**Drug Den -- Gangsta Hideaway - Stay AWAY**

**HEROIN NEEDLES FOUND TUCKED UNDER MATTRESS**

Booked this room thru Hotels.com and paid in full for some guest coming from out of town. The guests checked in and all seemed well until a thirteen year old child found Heroin needles under the mattress!!! I called the hotel and spoke with Christy (sp) who said she'd have manager Bonnie call me -- no one has called. Seems this is the type of clientele they prefer - I hate I wasted my money on this DRUG DEN!!! I called Red Roof Customer Service and that help wasn't much better. 1 hour 12 minutes on hold -- I have attached a photo below.
