We stayed at Jonesboro exit in Ga. the bathroom was the pits. Water leaking over counter and on floors. Door would hardly open due to the potty right in way. Beds were great but overall the cleaning was awful. 00 and we could have stayed in a nice place for that cost.

we stayed at Red Roof Inn #228 . My confirmation # 228-878279. Enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant on the hotel premises. Decided to use the bathrooms in the lobby by the customer service area. I have to say not just the mens room but the ladies room were absolutely disgusting.

it looked like they had not been cleaned for a while. there were garbage in the parking lot and on the walkways . I have never seen anything like this at any other red roof inns I have been. We were happy with the condition of our room .

This hotel address is: 919 Montague Ave, Greenwood, SC 29649 My room stunk (an unbearable odor of curry and/or other strong spice). The box of facial tissue was empty. But most of all the room door was not locking shut once one got of the room, consequently my belonging were unattended and subject to be stolen.

I reported it to the front desk personal who told me he could not summon anyone to repair the door, and that the hotel was full booked, thus no other room was available. He told me that he will call a manager and will get back to me.

This was my first time staying here. I usually don't complain but the house keeping there is horrible. It smelled bad throughout the hallways and my room. They don't put enough washcloths in the rooms, the tv channels need an upgrade.

I checked on 10/5/19. The first room I received had a sewer backed up smell so bad. I tried to turn air on it was not in working order. I want back to the office she checked me into another room.

The toilet would not flush properly. Had to flush it a few times for it to go down. I then took a shower. I left my slippers by the bed. I then proceeded to walk to the bed barefooted from the tub and by the time I reached the bed my feet were already filthy.

I looked around and on table and chairs there was ketchup on both never wiped up. I was upset but very tired from the day I lay down. I told the office about the situation. They were not surprised. I timed a cleaning lady in a room 3 doors down from me she was in and out in 12 minutes.

I don't know how your policy is but I can't understand…

The service was not satisfactory, rude on check in. The Inn resembled a pay by the hour motel . The entire Inn was far from clean. Attached are some pictures. No coffee pot in the room, but had coffee, cups and sugar.

Blood in the elevator on the floor, we were staying on the 5th floor and the elevator always stopped on the 4th floor. Tried to send more than one picture ,don't know if they went through.

Is it against regulation to provide early check-in at the Red Roof Inn? m. asking for early check-in. It was check out time so I knew the rooms had to be cleaned first. Do you think from 11 to 2:30 they might have been able to get one room together for a customer asking for early check-in, which I would have happily paid for.

No they are going to make me sit outside in the parking lot in my car until 3 to check in. This is absurd I'm really upset that I booked online and cannot refund but my lesson is learned about this hotel

I recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn High Point North Carolina to start there were stink bugs in my room and my toilet was leaking I informed the front desk of the leaking toilet and while I was gone into work they came up and repaired the toilet with a wash rag while in my room they turned my air conditioner off this is the summer time in North Carolina when I returned to my room later that night after work it was over 80 degrees in my room when I complained to the owners the next morning they denied turning it off and

Upon walking into the room, we were overwhelmed, and overtaken by the strong smell of some type of cleaning product. The smell was so overpowering, I felt nauseous and sick. The room was clean, except for the shower which had dark stains in the corners. We immediately opened the windows but to no avail, as it was 85 degrees out and no breeze. We left the room to attend to our business, and upon returning in the evening the smell had still not dissipated at all. Noisy, and boisterous neighbors, (smoking outside their room) and the horrific smell were making our stay less than pleasant and certainly not enjoyable!!!!! We were on the road for 5 in a half hours and just wanted to rest for a bit nobody was around to check us in for about 10 mins or more he was in the bathroom once we seen the conditions we checked right out about an hour later The ice machine was broke the key board to the guest computer was broke the towels were very dingy stained the refrigerator didn't work and the customer service was terrible is there anyway for a refund there was only one towel and wash cloth so we went down to ask and he told us we had to wait for house keeping

86 on my cash app card. I stayed at the hotel back in August. It was the same exact charge. I called to inquire and I spoke with a woman that told me she was the manager.

At approximately 2:30am 9/26 I had an uninvited and intoxicated friend show up to my room and when his behavior became erratic and out of control, I immediately screamed for help , called 911 and wasn't sure because he had hung up the phone so I called the front desk and asked the lady to call the police and I know she heard me call for help. Visited my son in Nashville this weekend. Stayed at Brick Church Road. Very disappointed in everything. Room had a horrible order, elevator worked but sounded like it was shuddering, someone spilled red nail polish on floor and not removed, lights did not work, sink did not drain, no microwave, indifferent front desk that preferred to finish their personal conversation before addressing mine, no coffee, independent contractors hanging around lobby, vending machine out of order - I am 68 retired businessman who has traveled all of the country.

Room was over $150 per night. I have stayed at Marriott and Hilton properties for 30 years for less than half that rate. That is quite bold to charge double what the price should be before you fix your facility.

I guess profits are king.

We stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Belleville, Michigan from Sept 3 to Sept 6, 2019 and we were disappointed with the service. Allan walked with a cane and we should have been given a ground floor room since there is no elevator.

But we were told there is no room available on the ground floor and was given a room on the second floor. He suffered for 3 days going up and down the stairs. No effort was made to accommodate his disability to at least offer us a ground floor room after the first day of our stay.

When we checked in, we said that we would be staying 2 to 3 days. Alter 2 days, we were told that we needed to go pay for the room before they could extend the stay to a third night.

Stayed at Red Roof Inn Tampa-Brandon. Conf. , Tampa, FL 33619. Date: 8/31/19. Checked out 9/1/19. Rented 2 rooms. I got the last room on the ground floor due to my inability to climb stairs (elevator has not been working for months).

Pulled back covers on bed to find bloody, dirty, stained sheets. Blood soaked all the way through to mattress pad and mattress. I took the bedding off the bed and reported it to the front desk. The mattress was filthy, stained and had cigarette burns on it.

Manager brought clean bedding and offered to put me in another room but I was unable to climb stairs due to my disabilities. Had the elevator been working I could have moved to a clean room but instead I had to sleep on a nasty bed in a room that the air conditioning was barely working. It is August…

Floor sticky & dirty. Wiped up floor with towel and it was black as I spilled some water on it. Toilet dirty. Still has some poop in the bowl sides. Walls full of dust. AC will not work above 60. Beds very lumpy.

Wife and I stayed at Council Bluffs Iowa in a king room 129. The mattress had a wire that poked me in the leg in the middle of the night. Turned in a complaint at Desk who said they would change out the mattress.

That did not happen until my daughter got on to the staff about it. Then they brought a mattress that was just about as wore out. I spilled some coffee on the floor, and when I wiped it up the napkin was black the floor was that Dirty.

The staff do not seem to communicate with each other about what is going on. The breakfast was not anything great had briskets and gravy two day in a row. There was not a good variety of hot food. I stayed here 9/13. Was suppose to stay until 9/15. Evening of 9/13 noticed room smelled like dirty restroom. It was late so I went to sleep. Morning went to use restroom and noticed toilet leaking. Called front desk and asked for new room and was told they sold out but they’d send maintenance. 5 minutes.

Um no that not does not take 5 minutes to remove toilet when we have a wedding to get ready for he then gets an attitude take it up with the front desk. We complain to front desk and now we are getting kicked out! After I’ve already prepaid.

This is the most unprofessional establishment don’t waste your money here. I Will never ever come back here. Extremely disappointed!!!! The leak is easier to see in person.

Owner of red roof inn in pensacola fl. His name is Bhavesh Patel has accused my brother in law who stays at hotel with me. He has accused him of stealing a FedEx package apparently with no proof apart from random phone call describing the same person as himself.

We have been renting a room on weekly basis and we as a customer greatly dont appreciate the treatmen. After asking him questions he has failed to provide any legitimate proof and constantly lieing about the whole situation. He has no experience in customer relation nor does he have any experience in minding his business and instead his curiosity in why we are staying at a hotel has became a nuisance on everyday basis.

He feels just because we share a same last name he can treat us as differently than other guests.

When we arrived to the hotel after a 5 hour drive the lady at the desk took my card and gave us a room key. We go up to our room that she gave us and that was on the paper to realize that someone was already in a room she said she worked there and they moved her to that room.

Hello, My Name is Dexter Plowden. Myself along with two other friends recently stayed at Red Roof Inn Las Vegas for one night on Saturday August 31st. That evening approximately around 6:40pm, the three of us left the hotel. We arrived back around 1am the next morning and noticed two of our luggage bags were missing.

The 31st of August I stayed in the Red Roof Inn Indianapolis at the airport. the beds are so bad you couldn't even sleep on him that you would roll off I complain to the manager and they said oh we know about that but they rented the rooms anyway worst rooms Ever stayed in.

I would have stayed in a Motel 6 if I knew I was going to have to sleep in a bed like that. I rented two rooms at night and both of them are the same. I even took pictures of the bed that's how bad they were.

such a shame my client against my advice booked a "business class" room but to her demise she had to sleep with roaches every-where in the middle of the night. right door a old wiman was cgecking out with the same complaints. No refunds!

They were charged $72 to sleep with roaches. I told her the "Red Roof Inn" Triangle Park Durham, NC was not an option. The Double Tree would be a better choice. Lesson learned!!!

My family and I stayed at red roof inn in kalamazoo east Michigan for Labor Day weekend for 4 days. During the stay we encountered bed bugs. We contacted red roof in and put in a complaint and have heard nothing back but a generic email of an apology , and nothing more.

We spent 200+$ on our stay for my family and small children to be put in an infested room. Completely unacceptable ! And other then a generic email I have not heard anything more from this establishment even with proof and pictures.

During hurricane I spent 3 nights at the Wilson NC Red Roof Inn, each night the price went up. The staff were really nice, sheets and towels clean but that is where the good service stopped. The beds needed to be trashed at least a year ago, hard as rocks, springs sticking in your back, every time you turned over the bed sound like it was about to clasps. The furniture dated, badly scared, broken handles. The lounge chair in the room had a bad odor, it was also dated and warn out, no support what so ever. The small refrigerator froze every thing you put in it. The ventilation and musty mildew spell in the bathroom was terrible.

I did not expect a 5 star hotel, I was looking for an affordable safe haven from the hurricane. Them only reason I gave it 2 stars was because of the staff.…

Dear Sirs, I would like to relate the experiences that my wife and I encountered in our interactions with the general manager, Laura Madden at your Port Aransas Tx. location on Aug 20-23 2019, Our first issue happened when my wife went to the office after we had dinner at one of the restaurants on the island.

We had ordered a dessert to go and when we returned to our room we found that no plastic ware was provided. Since we had noticed that there was plastic ware available in the dining area of the office, my wife went to get two spoons.

When we checked in to a non smoking room there was a strong pipe smell. The smoke detector wouldn't stop beeping. There was one bath towel. The king size room was very small could barely walk past my husband. No chair Only a table on one side of the bed, the bathroom was horrible.

The tub was on a platform so when I stepped out of the shower it was an extra long step down and I almost fell. This hotel room was an accident waiting to happen. The only good thing was it had a newer sink.

I am from New Zealand and my friend is from Louisiana. I was recently staying at the Red Roof Inn (31st of August 2019) located near the Las Vegas strip in room 423 with he (Dexter) and another guest. My bag with women’s clothes and perfume and my roommate’s bag with credit cards, gifts for a surprise birthday which was at risk of being ruined, vouchers, and many other valuables were stolen.

The hotel encouraged us to report the incident, but seemed oddly unsympathetic towards the situation, accusing us of leaving the door unlocked, despite me witnessing our roommate turn back and ensuring the door was locked before we left. I am a local resident of St. Augustine and was a guest in your St. Augustine Red Roof Plus property during Hurricane Dorian. The room I booked was listed on your website as being offered at $63.74, a discounted rate from $74.99. However, when I phoned in to make a reservation, I was quoted a price of $126.00, plus taxes and fees, per night. J. This past Saturday night Aug. 31,2019. I liked the fact that you claimed a 100% smoke-free property. When we checked into our room I could smell the smoke in the room but it was reasonably clean except the floor into the toilet room was sticky.

Then my wife said that the sink backed up and being a plumber I checked it out and found cigarette butts backing up in the sink out of the drain. I quit smoking over 30 years ago and it it stomach turning for me but I was tired and just need a good nights sleep.

93 charged to my account on Aug 1- I was not even there yet. As I now understand it A Price Line Group on behalf of Red Roof Inns made this with drawl. I called the number the bank gave me 1 877 477 5807 and talked to an individual there (Gorav) I think the spelling is correct on Aug 28.

He told me I would receive payment in 5 to 7 working days. This morning I get an email suggesting otherwise. What is going on- I think it is fraud to charge me twice. Please have the Grand Rapids Inn send me a correct receipt for my stay- obviously the clerk gave me the wrong receipt.

ROOM CONDITION: MY FAMILY AND I HAVE BEEN FREQUENT VISITORS AT THE RED ROOF INN AT 2307 LINCOLN HGWY LANCASTER PA. FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS.

Had a bad experience with account specialist about my two stays earn free night. Very upset should qualify for 7,000 bonus points and she said I didn't. I've been a loyal member and would like to be granted that. In consideration wasn't able to find wife's old account to complete reservation number#020-097961.
