I have always thought highly Red Roof inn. That is until recently. I have been staying at the Anderson South Carolina location for close to four months I have had minor problems it's only recently that we have began to be harassed by the assistant manager who doesn't like us.

They have upped the rent at the last minute without any warning. The assistant manager is always hateful and I have actually heard her talking about me and my husband behind our backs calling us trash. She is selling drugs out of the motel.

Doing drugs in the bathroom. But the final straw was that she told us we had 2 days to move rooms because they needed to remodel the room we were in which turned out to be a lie they needed to move us so

they would have a bigger room open for people checking in for the football…

My family and I brought my uncle to red roof 410 nw loop San Antonio Texas so that family members could come and visit with him in his last days with us . The manager has harresed our family by video and taking pics of family members coming and going.

The manager was told several times what room we were in but keeps harrising and threatening to call the police. Front desk says he is not a manager here but is at another property. Never again will I stay nor recommend red roof inns to any one

I have been waiting for Red Roof Inn to send an opinion survey like most reputable hotel chains do, but since I’ve not received such a survey, I thought I would offer my review here. Preface this complaint with I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn location; anywhere; any time. My dad, 93 years old, and I shared a handicap room for 3 nights while we tended to my mother’s funeral. My wife and neice shared another room, while one of my brothers and nephew shared a third room.

This hotel is an old hooker in a new dress. My complaints were:

This is the Red Roof Inn, Milford, CT. 50 to use the in room safe. The room was a dump. There were lamps missing all the bulbs, the bath faucet was not connected to the counter, the door lock mechanism was falling off the door, the TV didn't work and the overall building was filthy and the darker it got outside, the crack addicts started moving in. What a terrible experience.

But they had the only rooms available in town. See the attached photos and judge for yourself. Even the clerk behind the counter was clueless that I was complaining. We got out of there by 6:00 AM to avoid the vagrants.

I am reaching out to you in hopes of some sort of compensation after a horrible stay at a RRI. The location was run down both outside and in. There was roaches in our room and the room was not clean. We arrived and had to wait 35-40 minutes to enter the room. Only to find roaches and disgusting dirty bathroom. As if that wasn't enough we had to report to the front desk two times because of loud people partying in the parking lot in front of our door. To which nothing was done and we were unable to rest. I recently stayed at your Arlington location in akron ohio. The manager at that site has treated me with the utmost disrespect, has lied multiple times and in my eyes stole from me and had the audacity to argue with me on the phone and then accuse me of either being on drugs or leaving some in the room!!!!! YOUR MANAGER!! On a recorded line!

I have never done a drug and it could never have been found in the dirty used room I was given after paying a 100 dollar deposit for a room my friend lived in for 2 months, unserviced with all his property still inside!! I being the nice human I am purchased my own cleaning supplies and the maids let me use their broom and sweeper I sanitized, bleached and scrubbed from top to bottom.

The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking above the toilet. The microwave in the room was not cleaned from previous guests. There was a dead bug on the window sill. And part of the window frame was broken. I have pictures to prove this and when I told the front desk, all they said was I will tell them.

Also the bathroom door would not close. The customer who was checking out ahead of us had similar complaints.

Hello, I am a British tour guide/group organiser and I travel extensively in North America researching tours. Whilst I appreciate that Red Roof Inns are a budget chain , there can be no excuse for the low state into which some of your hotels have degenerated.

My partner and I have just done a road trip and stayed in 3 of the brand's hotels. Dover, Delaware was acceptable. Poughskeepsi, NY was shabby and smelled badly but Parsipanny was absolutely appalling. I really do not want to go into details of the dirty , shabby conditions at this hotel as I am sure that you have inspectors that periodically check that your franchisees are maintaining basic standards.

I regret to inform you that they are not doing their job. My partner has said that she will never stay in a Red Roof hotel again and…

I booked a 2 queen beds non smoking room with HomeTowne Studios On July 05 and my arrival date was August 15. When I arrived to the from they gave me a 1 bed smoking room. com sent them the wrong information and they were fully booked.

I had no choice but to complained to Booking and they advices me that they sent the correct information to the hotel. At this point there was no other hotels available on that area due to the Navy graduation that weekend which is the reason why I was in Chicago.

That night we were not able to sleep because the air conditioner was not working properly and it was hot. The floor was sticky as if they have not clean it in years and the kitchen was nasty. The bathroom since had dust and hair.

stayed at red roof plus on 8/14/19 for one night @ 3401 northwest lejeune road, miami, fl 33142. 53. there was no hot water and the tv remote was broken and had only one battery. the tv powered up manually, however, none of the other buttons worked.

upon checking out, i asked if there was a discount as my room was less than advertised. front desk employee Yazmin said no discounts are given and no manager was available to talk to. i stated based on this experience i wouldnt be back or recommend RR to a friend.

her comment was "that's fine". i commented nicely on her crappy attitude and without looking up stated she didnt care. you dont need this type of employee. all others were professional and friendly and i left a tip for the cleaning staff as the room was nice and clean.

When I arrived, I asked to speak with a manager because I was wanting to check in for an extra night and I wanted to know if it were possible to change rooms.

The sales associate Cassie told me that the supervisor was busy talking to someone else so I decided to wait in the lobby. While waiting in the lobby, a stand up sales device caught my eye. Basically it stated that if you were checking in for the first time that you could pay for the first two nights and the third night would be free.

I got a room because I was too intoxicated to drive home and was literally tortured and woke up out of my sleep to be told I had to leave. Employee claimed there is a detector that's detects smoke but I was asleep when they beat on on door.

I want my money back. I will be contacting a public relations lawyer today of I'm not refunded as I didnt get to stay and finish sleeping and ended up paying out more money to get home and have my vehicle towed there are laws against what I went theu and I will be using them !!!

It was a horrible experience and the employees are far from professional and could of just came in and seen I wasnt smoking and had been woke up I feel slandered and never in my life had something close to this happen

Approx one month ( or more ) I received information indicating I had zero points on my Red Roof points system. I know at the time I had a little over 6000 points. I wrote a very descriptive letter to Red Roof complaint about this.

After talking to an employee he/ she indicated I would receive email communication from a higher level on management that I could discuss my situation with. I did receive a form letter which I suspect was from higher management indicating the contract with regards to points.

I'm writing this complaint as loyal redicard member. This is in reference to the very poor customer service I received with several different redireward reps. I called in because it was showing where I didn't receive points for 1 of my stays, and I needed those points so that I could use a free night for my next stay due to me needing it.

The rep I spoke to he could not figure out why I didn't get any points for that stay,, so he put me on hold for over 15 mins came back put me on another 15 min hold. He then came back to the line stated he had two supervisors looking at it, and put me back on hold for 10 more mins.

He then came back stated his supervisor Kristy advised me to email her the receipt for that night's stay, and then the points can be adjusted. I went upfront got a receipt…

I was a guest at HOMEtowne Studio by red roof locates at 25104 Pacific Hwy S. Kent, WA 98032 for extended Stay from April 26, 2019. On July 12, 2019, when I came from work opened the door and found my room 213 empty.

I went to office to ask and they told me that I did not pay my staying and I own the $80 something which surprised me because I usually paid weekly on time. When I went to pay I asked the desk lady payment of weekly, then I used my debit card to pay amount she asked me to pay.

My debit card did not decline that I did not have an insufficient fund which I shouldn't have because I am working and get paid weekly on Friday and pay my rent on Saturday. Front desk said they had a complaint of the tv being to loud. He beat on my door at 4am to tell me. When asked why he did not call he said he did. Phone did not ring nor were there any messages.

If I could give you a minus one I would. The tv has lines in it. The bed should be replaced as mattress is shot. Perhaps you should replace the tv with one that the speakers are not in the back against the wall of the adjacent room.

As I travel frequently I will no longer use any Red Roof Inn.

, last night, 8/01/2019. The rooms were non-smoking, but smelled like dog and cigarette smoke. I told the man at the front desk because we had to pay $100 deposit, and I didnt want to be blamed since we dont smoke.

Then, when I got up to fix my coffee a d turned on the light, roaches ran everywhere!!! I packed up both of our rooms, shook out our clothes and bags and left. We were not going to eat breakfast or anything in this nasty place.

I had reserved 2 rooms for my daughters wedding. The bridal party stayed on 7-26-2019. And our dj was booked for 7-27-2019. He never stayed because the room was left in poor conditions. The bridal party also said their room was bad.

The ac wasn’t working both nights. Food was found on the floors. And urine was left in the toilet that smelled like it had been sitting in there for days. When I reserved these rooms, I was shown a room that was in great shape as if it was used as a poser room just to get business.

Merrillville, IN, mgr. Steven Coster. Stayed 3 nights (July, 26-27-28, 2019). Entire facility shabby and dirty (except front office). Room 233, had 2 beds, slept in one; each bed had an army of dust-bunnies and some trash underneath, requested removal, staff made half-hearted attempt.

Grime in ALL corners and grit all over floor, hated to step out of bed or shower barefoot, NO attempt at any other housekeeping during our stay (bed never made, trash not emptied, fresh towels ONLY on day of under bed "cleaning", otherwise had to go to front office for towels. woke up next morning with itching bites on left side of my body (the side I rested on); possibly bed-bugs.

My mother and I booked a room at the Red Roof Inn at 6305 Macorkle SE, Charleston, WV 25304 on July 21, 2019. Upon arriving at the room, their was a bad odor. I’m like, ok I can deal with this, so I spray some Lysol that I had with me.

Then, my mom discovers we have no towels so I pick up the phone to cLl the desk. The phone did not work, so I had to walk to the front desk which was creepy because of the people hanging around the front desk and outside the door.

My husband and I have been staying at your Cedar Bluff suites since Saturday the 28th of June and we have a very nice king suite with kitchenette. We also appreciate the pet friendly policy, and the free breakfast each morning.

However, this morning as I was getting my sausage and bagels, the employee there told me that " you have to eat that down here. Patel, this employee made this EMBARRASSING remark to me in front of at least 10 or more people while I was putting food on my plate! I was MORTIFIED!

My husband and I moved to Red Roof Inn Houston North, at 17111 North Fwy, on it about 06/10/2019. So automatically, we're already aware of, the tax free days and then your rates are supposed to go. We have lived and worked, for awhile, in hotels, inns, and Suites for over 5 years..

Well I get SSI do, and my husband is a day labourer. And to help out, also, clean houses. So about 3 weeks ago, because we were coming in late, I started clashing with the head housekeeper in charge. And, she also would talk crazy to me.

The first room we got the air didn't work the filter to the air was extremely caked with lint or dust or whaterever so we switched rooms and the shower would not drain in the 2nd room and so my wife took her small screwdriver and put down the drain to see if it was clogged and u would not believe all the hair and other nasty stuff she pulled out it was extremely disgusting we both were trying to hold back from vomiting that's how nasty it was I have pics and a video of it

I stayed at Red Roof in Dillon, SC on July 5th thru July 7th, 2019. Bed Bugs warning- my upper body was attacked and scarred by BEDBUGS. I tried to call the manager and he would not speak with me or return my call as of yet.

Clerk returned my call indicating that the manager had an emergency and had to leave the premises. I had been treated very bad in Red Roof Inn - Hartford Vernon CT very bad. And the general manager refuse to let me check in unless I pay twice she wanted to take cash money after I was already paid online.

Me and family are new to the Phoenix area and was staying at the west Phoenix plus and had been a guest there for several weeks paying up toward and above $400 a week. I got accepted to an apartment and was going to use the money from my paycheck to get in.

I told the hotel that I was going to check out well before check out. 72. Now I cant feed my grandchildren whom I have custody of. And I have no gas to get to work. I will loose my apartment now.

I stayed there for a long extended stay and was continuously shocked by the poor management and frankly illegal activity I witnessed. I recently emailed about the red roof in Wilmington NC but know one has reach out too me I stayed on the 21st threw 23 the 1st that they gave me had dead roaches all they did was asign me another room I didn't seem too care about roaches the second the ac was making a loud noise all night that I barely slept he wouldn't give me another room for 134 bucs a night it could have been better I a least want have of my money refunded 252 814 5604
